May passed without much more of a hitch. For the most part, Riku and Sora tentatively began their secret relationship.

June was full of excitement for the triplets, the Tellus', Fuujin and even Aerith as they cheered for Terra and Aqua, Ven cheering the loudest of all for his two best friends as they walked down the stage to get their diplomas.

Now it was July and everyone was beginning to relax with the heat. The temperatures were incredible and Roxas was dragging Axel to the ice-cream shop nearly every day. The red-head was becoming very acquainted with just how deep Roxas' love for sea-salt ice cream ran.

The blonde laughed as he looked over the picture again. "This is getting hung up!"

The election for new leadership was in another week and Reno was really pushing Axel into making sure that every board had a flier on it. Riku smiled as he walked into the familiar home. It still smelled sweet from the morning breakfast and the large windows brought in all the sun. He still liked being here in the winter better though. He always loved the sound of their fire and the 'smell' of Christmas in the air. Blue eyes looked around, not seeing a sign of Bryna, Sirocco or Roxas anywhere. He knew Sora's parents wouldn't be home for another few hours so... he got some alone time with his... boyfriend.

His hair was up, seeing that it had gotten a bit longer, and it helped his aquatic eyes stand out more than ever. He blinked as he was pulled upstairs and smiled widely as he saw Halo. "Hey there, girl~" Riku smiled happily as he pet her head. When he walked into the room though, his eyes widened but slowly lidded as he was pulled onto the bed.

He hummed happily as he returned the kiss, his fingers running down and under Sora's shirt. His mouth opened and they were quickly brought into a tongue dance, not minding Halo's jingles at all... not even when they grew loud as he suddenly ran downstairs.

A door closed outside as a man got out of his car. "I can't believe I forgot my file..." He grumbled as he walked up to the front door, getting out his keys. When he grabbed the door though, he blinked when he noticed it was unlocked. With a frown, he opened it and sighed in relief when he saw Sora's shoes next to the door. He shook his head and smiled as he saw Halo.

"Here you go and have a good day!" Terra said with a smile, watching the woman smile and nod before leaving the store. Wedding flowers apparently.

He sighed leaning against the counter and smiled sadly, wrapping up the ivory-colored ribbon he had used to tie the bouquet together with.

"We'll have to get black for you Ven." He murmured to himself, chuckling before looking up towards the yellow flier that was in the window that Axel had given him at school months to vote for Rufus...

The election was looking a little shaky. People were trying to dig up dirt on the man and, surprisingly, his popular vote was going down. That was the worst thing that could happen at the end of the election...

And they were hitting the homosexuality charge the most, claiming it interfered with 'traditional marriage' - figures. It was a bunch of crap to him and pissed him off to no end. The fuck was traditional marriage anyways?

The brunette shook his head putting the ribbon under the counter. Still it would be nice... to get married... someday in the future.


"Axel," Roxas said with a grin as he licked the sides of his ice cream, catching the melting drops. "Don't worry about me. I ate seven of these in one sitting before! I'm trying to break a record!"

The red-head gave him a dull look and suddenly grabbed his arm DRAGGING him out of the shop saying something about the fliers and not wanting to be around ice cream all evening. Roxas laughed. "Hey! It means you'll be around with me ALL evening. Isn't that worth it?"

He came up astride the other and leaned up, whispering softly. "And I'll tell you what, all this ice cream really helps me practice my 'technique'." He licked the other's ear.


Sora moaned softly as he scooted closer, arms wrapping around the other's neck and tangling in his hair, shivering at the touches on his torso. He broke the kiss, panting suddenly before dropping a few on the other's jaw and sucked at a sensitive spot on the other's neck.

Halo's ear perked as she heard a car outside and her tongue lolled out as she rushed down stairs, going unnoticed by the two boys on the bed. "Sooooo, how are things with you lately...?" A shy voice came over the brunette as another, yet female, looked over his shoulder. When Terra looked back, he got a wide smile from a girl in pink. She had been wearing that color a lot lately. She said it was for spring and summer but everyone knew that Zack thought it looked nice on her.

Their relationship as getting a bit more serious now. Ventus and Terra had caught her and Zack kissing in the parking lot.... but Aerith never admitted to it. She was still shy about the whole thing.

The flower shop was getting more and more popular due to the weather change and the low prices. They also had a lot more selection and it was all thanks to only having two employees. They could spend more money on new things for the shop instead of paying for help.


Axel pouted as he got his ear lick. "R-Roxas~~ I need to get these up or Reno's going to KILL me and you can't use your 'techniques' on ANYTHING if I'm dead... unless you're a weirdo like that." He teased as he leaned down, kissing the other as they walked down the sidewalk.

Yea, the election... wasn't looking so well. Rufus had Axel's vote, that was for sure. He wanted to live in a better place and shit, he was gay! No one wanted to help the forgotten part of the city and no one wanted two boys or two girls wearing a wedding ring. It was all so stupid!
He sighed as he pushed another flier to a pole and tacked it down.


"Mmmmn...." Riku moaned happily as he continued to kiss Sora, some saliva falling from the corners of their mouths. When Sora pulled away, the silverette panted slightly before arching his neck a bit, his cheeks becoming dark as he felt the kisses. "Aah...."
