A, B, C, D, EEEEEEEEE
The sounds of a flute scale danced in the air of the music room, marking the rising of the sun. Pale hands danced over the holes, changing the pitches as the player blew softly, the music harmonious and light.
G F E
Tanned hands ran over the strings of a harp, bringing in a melodious, heavenly sound to the flute's playing, but jumping in such a way, it seemed to also undermine and cut it off.
The flute-player jumped in surprise, turning on his heels and as the last echos of the harp faded. "Sora?"
A brilliant grin met him as the harpist stood from his seat, silent as a cat - which must of also been why his brother hadn't even heard him come in. "Let me guess, couldn't sleep?"
The blonde sighed, lowering his concert flute, and spared the other an exhausted smile. "Yeah, you know me, I hate the first day of school. It's never as good as the year before-"
"Until you look back on it." Sora finished and shook his head. He reached out, stringing out another chord or two, before leaving his concert harp. "Come on, mom made breakfast!"
"I'm not really-" "She's got waaaaaffles!" "Mmm... okay one waffle!" The flute was put back in its case before two brothers sped out the door. One, the blonde, went down the stairs towards the kitchen. The other, Sora, went to an adjacent room, opening the door.
He sighed, annoyed seeing his brother still sprawled out in bed, snoring away. He's already come and woken him up... TWICE. "Mmm..." The brunette seemed to think, before walking over to the other's stero. He turned up the volume - just a little - and turned it on.
Blaring death metal filled the room, shocking his brother awake. "COME ON VEN!" Sora yelled over the music. "FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!" He was running out the door before the pillow could even hit him.
An elder woman downstairs raised her head and shook it, an amused smile running over her face as she heard the music. "Well, the boys are up." She glanced back at her husband and just as she did, one of her dear sons came speeding into the kitchen and jumping into a chair. "Why good morning Roxas. I saw you in the music room."
"Morning mom! Yeah couldn't sleep." He licked his lips as a plate was set before him, happily finding the syrup and pouring it over his waffle before digging in.
Sora joined minutes later, a happy bounce in his step. "I can't wait to get to school! New classes, new teachers!" He did a little morning jig, before settling in his chair, giving his mom a kiss when he was given his plate.
"You're just hoping you get in that art class with Riku." "Yep!" Sora said, grinning as he started to eat. Bryna shook her head and smiled. Silly as her son was, he was at least never hard to please.
Roxas rolled his eyes. "Yeah but you have to spend twenty minutes in lines waiting for your schedule, then you have to listen to the same speech six times by every teacher and then everyone whines about not having the same lunch together." "Like... you?" "Well it wasn't fair!" Roxas said with a pout. "Hayner and Olette both on A lunch and me and Pence were bored out of our minds every day!"
Bryna chucked softly, remembering the age-old complaint - the blond had whined about it once a week every week since he had been a freshmen. High school was really nothing like middle school seeing as two schools were coming together and lunches had to be split. If there was a second high school, it wouldn't be such a problem, but Hollow Bastion High was the only one and the government at this time couldn't bother with the expenses to build a second one.
"Well it's a new year Roxas. Maybe you'll get lucky." Bryna said optimistically.
Steps coming down the stairs told her her third son had finally gotten out of bed. The music had, thankfully, been shut off. The top floor was a moderate four-bedroom, two bathroom equation. She and Sirocco has the master bedroom, Ven had his own room because no one could stand his music, and Roxas had given up his own room in light of a music room - leaving him to share with Sora who didn't seem to mind. Then there was the stairs, the utility cabinet, a living room, a kitchen and adjoining dining room and a third bathroom all on the bottom floor. It wasn't a mansion, but it was home.
Across town, in a much smaller accommodation - one bathroom, two bedrooms a very small living area and kitchen. It wasn;t home, but it was shelter.
A brunette stepped out of the shower, clad in only a towel. His hair was limp and wet as it hung down his shoulders. He walked down the short hall, shivering at the cooler air in the house. He was about to go into his room when a beeping caught his ear.
He sighed, rolling his eyes and opened the door at the end of the hall. "Zack get your ass up! You're gonna be late for school!" "Nnn... it's just-" a yawn, "Spanish." "I don't give a damn." Terra said coming into the room. "Get up. You have to drive me to school too ya know! God I sound like mom." Zack cracked open an eye and grinned, puckering his lips. "Give me a kiss mommy!" Terra's eye twitched, and he snatched Zack's pillow from under his head. Fwomp! The fluffy item smacked the other in the face. "Ow!" "That didn't hurt!" Fwomp! "Oh that's it!" Ssah! "MY TOWEL!" Smack! "OW! YOU BASTARD!"
Twenty minutes later found the brothers in the kitchen, both fully dressed though a little ruffed up from their early morning tussel. Terra had placed his folder aside and was drinking some tea, watching his elder brother popping open a cold energy drink. "So, senior year, excited?" Zack said, taking a sip of his drink.
The brunette shrugged, not commenting. "Man I dunno why you agreed to take six when you don't need to. When I was in school I did everything I could to get OUT of class." The brunette chuckled. "That's because you're a lazy ass." "Watch it little bro I'm the one going to RCC." "Tch, only because they think you'd make good science material." "H-Hey you want to walk twenty miles to school or something!?" "It's only seven." "Smart ass."
Another ten minutes later and the two were speeding down the street, Terra watching the buildings fly by as the wind from the open window whipping through his hair. He took a bite from an apple he had stolen from the kitchen. Zack glanced at his little brother from the corner of his eye, before chuckling. "So, you start your new job tomorrow huh?" Terra glanced over, before nodding. Being a student and under eighteen still, he could only work part-time during the year except summer and most places didn't want to hire kids his age. He had had a summer job, working full-time at a fishery hatchery - disgusting work really - but once school started to approach he had to find other work to do that would be part-time again.
Zack had a more solid job at a grocery store - though part-time it paid well enough and left him time to do homework and school in-between. Unfortunately, he couldn't be a full-time student, which was making it hard to even get his associate's.
Together they made just enough money to live on - and most months they only had ends meet and had to cut down on driving or food and definitely no AC or heating for them. They were struggling a little, and Terra knew it. He really didn't want to move back home though.
"Where was it again?" Zack asked innocently. Terra rolled his eyes, knowing what was coming but answered anyways. "Aerith's Flowers." Zack snorted. "BWAHAHAHAHA!" "Shut up!" Terra said, blushing as he chucked his apple core at the other. "Not on the good seats!"

The world was dead for the 8 short hours of the night... and morning. Seeing that he could sleep in later, hell NO he didn't hear that alarm clock... or Sora whining for him to get up. But what did it was
♪Go tell your classes Go dig you grave Then fill Your mouth with All the money You will save♪
"AAAAAAAAAAH!" The blonde shot up, his blue eyes red from not ready to wake up so early. "DAMNIT SORA!" He cried as the pillow went flying but only hit the door. "UGH!" He grabbed his stereo remote and pressed the power button before flopping down on the bed and letting the remote drop onto the floor.
His room was filled with band posters, merchandise, music parts, score sheets, and a hold bunch of junk. Clothes were littered all over the floor, the clean mixed with the dirty as his hamper was neglected. Cd cases were thrown all over and who knew what was on the bottom LAYER of his dresser.
Laying down with no pillow was pretty uncomfortable. He sighed and groaned as he got up, rubbing his eyes before pulling off his long night shirt and tossing it into one of the many piles. He walked to his shaded closet and opened it up. That too had mound of clothes and old stuffed animals and video game systems and anything else that a 16 year old boy would want to thrown in their closet to make their room look nicer.
If that was even possible.
He grabbed a white shirt and pulled it on before he took the plaid pants and tugged them over his briefs. He buttoned his shirt before grabbing his matching plaid tie and started to fiddle with it. Yea... that didn't work. He yawned before going to the bathroom and took his tooth brush, putting on paste and brushing his teeth while he brushed his hair.
When he was done, he plopped down the stairs and sluggishly walked into the kitchen. He plopped onto his seat and yawned.
A man walked into the room not much later as he took his seat as well. "Morning boys." He smiled as he took his newspaper. "Thank you for the coffee love." He blinked though when he saw Sora and Roxas, all ready and up to go... and then Ventus... who was slouching and his tie look like it got into a paper shredder. "Ven... what's wrong with you this morning?"
The blonde sighed before he shook his head. "I don't want to go to school." Sirocco frowned as he put his paper down. "Why's that?" "COME ON! You should know! I said this last year too." He pouted before crossing his arms. "I hardly have any friends... and the friends I DO have are a bunch of aaas---- butt heads." He sighed before poking his waffles. "Besides... I have to share all of Sora's and Roxas's friends... and the only friend I have isn't even IN high school anymore."
Sirocco frowned and shook his head. "Well, the same thing will apply to this year as it did last year. If--" "'If you do well on your grades, you can hang out with Zack on the weekend.' I know, I know..." The blonde sighed as he took a chunk of his waffle and shoved it into his mouth. The men frowned before pulling up his paper again. "And this time, at least TRY to get a grade over a 'C-' alright?" "Can't promise anything." The young rocker mumbled.

Sora hid his smile behind his glass of orange juice. Even in the morning their brother sure had his wise ass remarks.
Roxas looked at Ven then rolled his eyes - which was rather funny since two minutes ago he had been complaining too. "Well Ven if you actually tried to make some friends then you-" He got an elbow in the ribs. "Ow!" He glared at Sora. "What was that for!?" "Be nice." their eldest said. "Oh, oh fine. If Ven didn't have friends that were all in GANGS-" Another elbow to the side shut the blonde up with another soft complaint.
"Boys," their mother said in that strict 'I don't want to hear this' tone of voice. The conversation fell away for a few moments as the three ate their 'first-day-of-school' breakfast - after all, after today it was ALL down hill. Most of them - especially Ven - wouldn't be getting up until the last minute.
Sora glanced at his younger brother then smiled. "Come on Ven, drop the gloomy face. It's sophomore year! It'll be great!" He just got a grumble in return. "Well, why not make a resolution then? To make this year better?" This time Ven did look at him, but only to give him a dull, disgusted look.
"I'm serious!" Sora said, tapping his fork against his lips as he thought. "Why not just vow to make new friends? Just cause you can't see Zack until the weekends doesn't mean your life has to stop, right?"
The ride to school was... well not exactly quiet, but it was certainly interesting as they moved from Terra 'daintily helping customers pick out the best flowers for girlfriends' to Zack possibly blowing up the lab during chem since they could to play with acids and bases today. It had become rather commonplace since Zack had moved out with his little brother one year ago.
It really didn't seem that long ago...
But for Zack, he had been searching for freedom. Sure he loved mom and dad was well... he was dad - but he has been nineteen and living with parents? A definite no, no!
But he couldn't live alone - he'd never be able to afford it. At first he was going to ask his buddy Angeal, but he ended up getting a full scholarship to some far off school. Then there was Genesis who offered, but there was a catch - Sephiroth would have to come too. And living with Seph welllll...
He was a nice guy, but he really couldn't imagine living with him. Then there was Cloud - but the blonde didn't have any money to put himself through school, so off to the army he went. Then Leon moved out also - to some trainer's academy in 'Balamb'.
He was going to ask Setzer - but then he thought better of it. The man was way too... narcissistic to stand. And he couldn't ask any of the girls like Cissnei, Yuffie or Tifa because well they'd probably slap him and call him a pervert. Hey, he wouldn't fight the truth!
So with his options crushed and his heart heavy, he was sure he'd be home for the rest of his life - and then his brother offered to live with him, splitting the bills evenly. The minute the deal was on the table, Zack had thought 'Hmm, maybe living with Seph wouldn't be so bad...'
What made him change his mind? He already knew how to live with Terra - how to fight for the bathroom, and when not to bring people home, and how loud to keep his music up, and dear god don't touch the muffins - well okay they hardly had muffins anymore, not on their budget even with his discount at the grocery store.
And well... their dad sure was happy about it. 'Fuck Zack, if I coulda thrown you out on your ass at sixteen I would have. You need to learn some responsibility." Sweet guy huh? Guess that's what they get for having an ex-lieutenant as a father.
As it was, living with Terra wasn't so bad...
"Hey where is everyone?" Zack asked as he drove to the front of the school, noticing a serious lack of cars. Usually by now traffic was out of the parking lot and down the street!
Terra shrugged, grabbing his folder. "Dunno!" He said, opening the door and stepping out on the curb - "Oh!" He said, as if he suddenly forgot something. He ducked back into the car, grinning maliciously as he tapped the internal car clock. "That's why!"
Zack blinked, then glanced at the clock, and his mouth dropped. 5:54 A.M. glittered back at him maliciously. His class didn't even start until 7:10! "TERRA! YOU'RE SO DEAD TONIGHT!"
The brunette laughed evilly as he shut the door and hurried off inside the school. He took it back. Living with Terra? Ultimate hell!
The brunette was still chuckling away as he stepped into the gym already full of seniors. It wasn't like he had purposely changed Zack's alarm clock and forced him to get up so early without SOME pure intentions. He did have to be at school early for some stupid senior 'welcoming' thing. It was basically some stupid assembly telling them what was expected of them this year, ideas for the upcoming prom as well as plans for grad night, and graduation itself.
It was also to make sure they all got their schedules before everyone else (except the freshmen who got theirs at orientation). No hassles of the crowds that would no doubt start pouring in around 6:30. School would of course start at 7. Ugh, what an ungodly time to up. In a few weeks from now, he was going to hate school all over again. He was not a morning person.
"Terra!" He heard a feminine voice yell and he glanced up, spotting blue hair. He smirked, ascending the steps of the bleachers easily to where the girl sat, sliding in the seat beside her she had considerately saved for him.
She was rather tall for a girl - even if he stilled towered over her- and she had short blue hair and blue eyes. She, like everyone else, wore a uniform, though she wore a skirt with blue plaid instead of pants and her shirt was more of a blouse though she still had to wear the plaid tie too. Her name was Aqua Umi.
"Another year eh?" She asked. The brunette shrugged, tugging at his tie. "It'll be over soon." "Wow! No swear words! Someone's in a good mood!" "Oi, shut the hell up." "So short lived. What a tragedy!" Aqua sighed over-dramatically, making her brunette friend roll his eyes.

Sirocco sighed as he shook his head, taking his coffee and drinking it as he held the newspaper up with one hand. He too wasn't big on the school year starting. Raising three teenage boys going through high school was hell. Worse yet, junior prom was this year and both juniors and sophomores could go. It was nothing but drama central... and Ventus seemed to listen to his music louder and louder every year.
He was happy that Ventus was his only problem child... but unlike a problem child that had one bad habit, Ventus was a parents worse nightmare. He started swearing like a sailor when he was 14, and no thanks to his close friends who were older than him. He hated school and got so many bad grades and detentions, one had to forget counting.
Then there was the death metal. He couldn't remember how many times Bryna had taken these vulgar, nonsensical CDs away but no matter what, the blonde kept getting more. Then Sirocco couldn't stand it anymore and said he couldn't listen to this crap until he was 16. So he BROKE all of the CDs. That didn't work either. Now that he WAS 16, he couldn't say much about the music except to TURN IT DOWN!
The other thing that was hard was that Ventus had failed a grade while Roxas passed and Sora passed with flying colors. The school said that Ven would have to repeat the year... and the other boys were a bit bent out of shape because of it. So... Sora said that he'd repeat the year as well and help his brother with his work... and of course he talked Roxas into redoing the year as well.
Sora was always like that. Looking out for the greater good. He had even given up sharing the same grade as his best friend, Riku. It worked out well for Roxs though. He was able to get into the same grade as his friends. Ventus had fallen further back from his though.
And last but not least, there was Zack, the college student. If Ventus wasn't hanging around Terra or Aqua, he was hanging with Zack... at the college. College kids drank and did drugs and...WERE COLLEGE KIDS! A 16 year old shouldn't be hanging around with college kids... especially ones he didn't even know! But Ventus said that were all 'cool' and than Zack didn't drink or did drugs or even smoked.
What Sirocco didn't know about Zack was that... Ventus was a little bit more closer to him than what friends should be.
Ven sighed as he looked at Sora and rolled his eyes before drinking some milk. "Make new friends...?" That sounded so... kiddish for someone who hung out with college students. "No thanks... besides, maybe YOU should make new friends. Didn't you hear Riku? 'Freshmen year is a snap, sophomore year gets you on your way, you get ALL the work junior year and senior year you get to dick around.' I mean... Riku's fucked." "VENTUS!" "SORRY!"
Sirocco frowned as he put the paper down. "Maybe you'll meet new friends when you start your job this year. All of you." Three sets of blue eyes widened as they looked at their dad. "JOBS!?"
Black shoes clanked on the sidewalk as a lighter was flicked. Flames flickered behind a curved hand as a cigarette was lit up. The lighter was closed as the cigarette was pulled out of the owner's mouth and smoke was blown out. Green eyes glanced over, seeing his blonde friend walking next to him, a string instrument case on his back. "So, junior year we go!" The chipper redhead smiled as he took another puff of his cigarette.
The blonde started to talk and they chatted as they walked to a down the sidewalk of a busy street. "I am SO happy that Reno finally moved out! I mean... I love my brother and everything... but now I get the whole house to myself! Watch him fail college, that ass~"
In another house, a boy ran hair gel through his hair and combed it back tight. A black tie wrapped the loose hair, pulling it up into a pony tail. Big, doofy ears seemed to bounce out as he tilted his head. Looked good to him! He turned and left the bathroom only to step into a very empty room. He really didn't... bring too much...
His family was moving to this town... and unfortunately the deal for the house they wanted to buy had some problems. The biggest problem was that they had already enrolled their son into the school in the town. So, they sent their son to live with his aunt and uncle, seeing that his cousins had moved out a year ago. He slept in Terra's old room seeing that Zack's room was made into a library/study that his aunt needed.
He tied his tie and put some book in his clothes. He'd have to live here for six month until his parents came to their new house. It was already nerve racking to move to the BIGGEST town around and then go to a new school as a FRESHMEN all by himself and didn't have anyone to come home to to make him feel better. Don't get him wrong, he liked his aunt... and his uncle was well.... his uncle but they were busy, professional people and the house was always quiet or empty or the two were busy.
Zack and Terra must of had a hard time being brought up with an ex-lieutenant as a father and a court reporter in a federal court as a mother.
He walked down the stairs but blinked as he smelled something heavenly. He rushed down the rest of the stairs and burst into the kitchen. A pale woman looked back at him, a nervous yet kind smile ran over her face. "Morning Braig. I made you some pancakes." She pointed at the table where three pancakes were steaming and a glass of cold milk was waiting to be devoured.
The boy rushed to the table and sat down, licking his lips. "Thank you, Auntie Ida!"

Sora blinked innocently, not at all surprised that Ven was denying his idea - he did that more often than not nowadays even if they were GOOD ones.
But then again, Sora doubted Ven really hated Terra or Aqua as much as he acted like he did - even if they WERE asses. If there was something he definitely understood about Ven, it was that when his blond-haired brother absolutely, under any circumstances, could not stand something he got away from it.
Heh, country music was at the top of that list.
The brunette blinked however as Riku was brought up and pouted. The silverette would find time for him! They were BEST friends, companions, buddies, amigos! No matter how busy they got, they still went out for pizza on wednesdays and played video games on weekends!
Then again... there was Kairi to think about. Last weekend Riku canceled on him to go skating with her, and the week before that they're fun was 'cut short' when Kairi called and practically demanded for attention and Riku being the 'good; boyfriend he was, left in a heartbeat.
Tch, Kairi. And he thought they were friends!
Roxas was chuckling around his fork as Ventus got told off. It's what he got for cussing all the time - hell at least he had the brains to only do it during school. However his happiness at his brother's pain was cut short cruelly... when their dad mentioned the J word.
"JOBS?!" The three cried in horror.
"Daaaad!" Sora was, surprisingly, the first to whine. "We're only sophomores!!" "Why do I need a job? When I become a successful conductor and musician I'll make millions!" Roxas added. Even Ventus had a little something to say - okay Ven ALWAYS had something to say.
"Now boys!" Bryna said sternly as she sat at the other end of the table, "You're sixteen and you're all of age to get part-time jobs and that is what you are going to do." "But mooom-" Sora tried.
"Don't you take that tone with me Soran. Me and your father talked about this and we think it would be good for all three of you. It'll teach you discipline, respect and responsibility." "But... but school!" Roxas tried. "You'll just have to learn how to manage your time. I worked when I was your guys' age and still passed high school and went to college! So you three can do it too."
The boys all pouted at their parents and Bryna sighed. "Enough. Now finish eating and getting ready or you're gonna be late!"
The blonde glanced over, shaking his ehad at his red-haired friend. Soemtimes he was really jealous that Axel had a brother while he was stuck being well... an only child.
But only sometimes. They did tend to be rather annoying. "One day, you're gonna wish you didn't say that." He tugged on a necklace around his neck, the pendant in Sanskirt. "Oh Shiva forgive my young friend. He's foolish and an idiot."
He got shoved aside and laughed even though he nearly went tumbling into the street. "Come on man, I'm serious! You really shouldn't say stuff like that. I know he;s not the brightest crayon in the box and stuff but you know, he;s not that dumb either."
He tugged at the strap of his instument, hitching it up some. Though from first glance, many would assume within was a guitar thatw as not so. It was actually a Hindu instrument - a sitar. It had a much richer tone color than the guitar and it's harmonic resonance was more complex and full.
He had been inspired to start playing it because well... he was Hindu himself. He and his family believed strongly in the Hindu beliefs, values and gods - but that also caused problems at school because most students were Christian and thought his ways - especially the arranged marriage - were flawed, incorrect and just... stupid.
He had some friends however, like Axel, who didn't care either way and that's probably why they got along so well.
Terra was right. The assembly was as boring and ridiculous as he imagined.
"God, did they HAVE to bring out the mascot?" Terra asked, rolling his eyes as he got in the R-Z line. "Well of course!" Aqua intoned sarcastically. "Cause they honestly think we have school spirit! But of coruse, the cheers were loudest when the word 'graduation' came up and why? Because we all want to get the fuck outta here."
The brunette chuckled, before he stepped up in line and looked at the ASB student. "Tellus." He intoned and took his schedule when it was held out to him, he moved to the side, hearing Aqua's cheery voice intone her own last name.
He looked down at his schedule, waiting for his friend to join his side. this was actually the reason he and Aqua were friends - not because of schedules, but because of last names. Thanks to certain teachers having this stick up their ass about seating arrangements based on last names.
So, they ended up sharing quite a few classes and ended up always sitting right next to each other and well - it was a friendship bound to happen.
"So?" Aqua asked, snatching his schedule without asking as they walked out of the gym and into the fresh morning air on the open campus. She 'hmmm'ed as she looked them over. "Good news! We have lunch together!" "Oh great, another whole year of slipping ice cream down my shirt." "And spaghetti in my hair!" They glared at one another.
"Well?" Terra demanded.
Aqua looked back down, studying the two schedule and sighed. "British Literature and Govenment and Economics. That's it." "Well fuck this is gonna be a boring year." Terra said, snatching back his schedule and giving it a once over. "Well, look at this, we've got A lunch." Thank god. He hated B lunch. He always starved to death!
1st Period: AP Psychology 2nd Period: Government/Economics 3rd Period: AP Chemistry 4th Period: Journalism Lunch 5th Period: AP Probability and Statistics 6th Period: AP British Literature
Adn it was a good thing two, it looked like his two hardest classes would be last. "I still can't believe you talked me into AP Lit." Aqua grumbled. "I'm going to curse you on every test we have. I hear the teachers a real hard ass lecturer." "Tch, it's your only one so quit bitchen'. I've got four." "Yeah but you WANTED four dumbass!" "Well actually I wanted five but someone talked me out of of it." "Well it's a good thing! Cause now we'll be in government together!"

Ven growled as he slouched in his chair. This day couldn't of gotten any worse. He shoved the last of his waffles down his throat when his eyes widened.
Job...?
He... HE COULD GET A JOB AT THE GROCERY STORE THAT ZACK WORKED AT!
His eyes widened as a smile ran down his face. "AWESOME!" There was silence when everyone just looked over at Ventus. Something positive... from his mouth? Sirocco frowned as he raised his eyebrow. "What's awesome?"
Ventus rubbed the back of his neck. If he said anything, his father wouldn't let him even apply! "Uh... time for school!" He cried as he shot from his chair and gave Bryna and his father a kiss on the cheek before he was out the door. He sighed happily before he reached into his bag for a cell phone. This was something else that his parents didn't know he had.. but a college guy gave it to him since he had gotten a brand new one.
He was about to text someone when he blinked and looked up the street. The bus... was LEAVING. "SHIIIIIIIT! HEEEEEEEEY!" He cried as he ran down the street, flailing his arms.
Axel grinned as he pushed his friend. "Oh come on. I mean... yea... he's a cool guy I guess... but a real pain in the ass! Besides, it's gotten so quiet since he left." He pouted a bit when he took the cig from his mouth and smoke poured from his lips. "Well, just think... you can come over and we won't be harassed."
He smiled as he offered his cigarette over. He knew Demyx wouldn't take it but he still felt like he needed to offer his friend something to calm down. He still didn't understand Demyx all too well... because of his religion. It didn't bother him... the clothes he wore or anything. He was still a cool guy... even if he was a wimp about everything... then again, Axel was a scaredy-cat.
They turned the corner and he sighed. At the horizon, he could see Hollow Bastion High School gloom over the world.

Sora and Roxas both looked at Ventus in aghastment when he suddenly CHEERED about getting a job. Even Bryna was staring at her son like he had grown three heads.
But there wasn't much time for talk as Ven was suddenly up and out of his chair and running out the door. His twins, without much of a choice, said their goodbyes as well, grabbed their things and were out the door trying to chase after their blonde brother -
but that was quickly turned into running after the bus!
"AHHH STOP!" Sora cried.
"You mean YOU won't be harassed." Demyx teased, poking the other in the arm. "Reno's always been nice to meeee!" He predicatably waved the cigarette off. Shiva would kill him from the inside out if he even dared.
He sighed however when the school came into sight. What he wouldn't give to just... drop out. He struggled a lot in school - it wasn't really his fault! He was easily distracted and it was hard to keep up with six different subjects at the same time and each year it got harder and harder to keep up with!
The two made it onto just as other students from the other three years were jusrt starting to arrive. The senior class was already spread across the campus, taking their old spots - their 'territory' talking and chattering about their schedules and prom and graduation.
He glanced across the faces, already spotting the freshmen easily - they were the littlest ones afterall. They were the confused bunch all looking around cluelessly at their surrondings even though they'd seen it all before at orientation.
Demyx and Axel, however, took it all in stride. They knew what was expected of them and were already heading to the gym to collect their schedules.
Thankfully for the Holani's, the bus had stopped for them. By 6:40 AM the three were on campus, and going to retrieve their own schedules. At least thats what they had been plannning when all of a sudden...
"ROXAS!" Said blonde looked up in surprise - and that's all Pence and Hayner needed when they suddenly jumped the blonde, both of them giving him vicious noogies. "AHH! GET OFFA ME!"
Sora watched the display with a shale of his head and a small smile before suddenly he went back to scouring the campus for his best friend. It shouldn't be this hard to spot silver hair!

Before they crossed the street to the school, the cigarette was tossed into the street.
Axel yawned as they walked into the busy and crowded gym. There were already lines and lines of kids waiting and talking and the freshmen feeling like prey among the taller kids. Axel himself probably seemed like a monster since he was the tallest kid in his class.
He looked around, his narrow eyes trying to pick up the shortest line and "THERE!" He grabbed Demyx's arm and pulled him through the kids. He really didn't care if Demyx's sitar case was hitting everyone that they pushed though. He grinned as they stopped at the short line and looked back. "See~ I have an eye for these things!"
A freshmen was hobbling along, trying not to get noticed. His big ears kind of gave him away. A keychain of the earth and some starts pointed out that he was a total... nerd... and not to mention his hair style. He looked around, making sure that he didn't bump into anyone that he knew... which would only be one person.
Terra.
He swallowed as he walked into the school and blinked. It. Was. HUGE! He gulped as he looked around, seeing all the kids heading to one spot. He followed the stream until he was suddenly PUSHED into the lockers hard. "O-OW!" He frowned as his backpack fell and he looked up, seeing a silver haired girl...with an eye patch...? "Move." She growled as her arm wrapped around a boy who only snickered at the freshmen as they walked off together.
The school ground was full of kids, some racing to find friends while some were ogling over their girls and what not. Ventus quickly broke up with his brothers, easily knowing where his 'friends' were. At the top of the hill under the tree. He raced up the hill and grinned when he saw them like always, talking and looking at each other's schedules.
He sneaked up behind the tall boy and suddenly slammed his fist into his shoulder. "HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!"
There was a giggle over the struggle as a brunette haired girl pulled the curly haired boy away. "Alright! Alright!" She giggled more as her green eyes landed on the blonde. "Hey Roxas..." She waved shyly and smiled.
She swung her clarinet case and blinked, looking around the boy. "Don't tell me you forgot your flute..."
"SORA! HEY SORA!" A pale hand came up over the crowd and waved as his other hand was already preoccupied with another. The redhead girl looked behind her boyfriend and smiled as she spotted Sora too. "Hehe, looks like he made it!"

Demyx laughed a little, seeing the freshmen actually cowering away from Axel. It was pretty sad really - Axel wasn't that scary was he?
"Wah!" The hindu boy cried as he was tugged into the crowd, people shoved aside without mercy. He heard complaints and noises of pain ringing out behidn him but he didn't get a chance to say sorry.
He paused with Axel at the back of the shortest line, and looked around for a moment. "Uh Axel... your eyes might be good but your brain sure ain't." He pointed playfully at the tables. There were four lines. A-D, E-J, K-Q, and R-Z. They were in the K-Q line, which worked for Demyx since his last name was Kevsar. "Did your kidnergardener teacher forget to tell you how to spell Xipil?"
The boy with her smirked as his girlfriend pushed aside one of the fresh'meat', snicerking meanly. "Nice." He praised. They were both tough looking - despite the shitty uniforms. Between his girls eyepatch and his scar that went across his face they told nearly everyone to back off.
However, lots of people already knew them - they were the 'disciplinary commitee' after all. Or at least, thats what they liked to call themseleves when they beat up the younger kids for their 'abhorrable behavoir'.
The two continued on their way down the hall when a call made them look up. "Seifer! Fuujin! Wait up, ya know!?" The blonde rolled his eyes the two slowing their step on a little as a dark-skinned teen came to their side.
The blonde however smirked. usually their morning was spent terrozing the freshmen, but he had an itching to go see his favorite people in the whole wide school! "Let's go pay a visit chickenwuss and his gang of chicks."
Terra, just as nicely as Aqua had done to him, snatched her schedule, scouring over the rest of her classes. Other than the classes she had with him, she had U.S. history, Pre-calculus, TA for some random teacher, and Art with watercolors.
He snorted, rolling his eyes. "You're schedules more boring then mine." Aqua, who was leaning against the tree, smirked as she caught sight of Ven. She didn't give him away in the least. "At least I was smart and took the easy classes." "That's not - ow!" Terra yelped as he was suddenly jabbed in the shoulder, a high voice ringing in his ears. He looked back with a snarl, schedules falling from his hand. Fast as lightning he had and arm around Ven's neck in a headlock and was dragging him down to the ground. "Happy first day!" He crowed triumphantly as he pinned the other.
Roxas sighed as they two were tugged away and he grinned at his savoir, his smile also rather shy. "'Ello poppet!" He said in his best British accent.
At her question however he blinked, accusingly looking down at his left hand where his case usally was. Crap... "Okay I won't tell you." Roxas said cheekily, frowning unhappily. Out of all the things he could of forgotten! He'd sooner leave his heart behind than his flute!
"Ah well Rox," Hayner said, throwing a companionable arm along his friend's shoulders. "Guess you'll just have to put aside the girly playing for one day!" Roxas glared unhappily, pinching the blonde hard on the udnerside of his forearm. "OW!"
Sora sighed, seeing his friends split. He pouted, before reaching up, tugging at his tie uncomfortably before reaching into his shirt and tugging out his crown necklace. Ah much better!
Just as he did he heard a cry of his name. His eyes lit up and he looked over - and yes indeed it WAS Riku! He grinned, running forward - and had to fight hard to keep that smile in place when he noticed who Riku was holding hands with.
Yet it was irrelvant because nothing stopped the: "First day of school hug!" Sora announced and spread his arms wide before suddenly crashing into Riku. The joined hands were broken as the two fell backwards with surprised cries from the concrete into a patch of grass. Sora blinked blearily, not having expected to take a fall - usually Riku knew better - before chuckling. "Jeez Riku, lose a few pounds?" He teased.

Axel grinned but blinked when he heard Demyx. "Dem..." He was SHOCKED to hear his friend saying something like that. Well... he couldn't ALWAYS be humble. Besides, it was junior year so they needed to have fun right? With Reno gone, he was thinking about breaking Demyx in... you know... LIVE a little.
He blinked and looked back, seeing what Demyx was saying. "Ooooh..." A sweat drop ran down his face as he rubbed the back of his neck. He turned back to Demyx and grinned. "I knew that! I was just seeing if you were paying attention!" He smirked some move before waving. "Meet you in the hallway!" He slipped off and hurried to the R-Z line, just cutting in at a random space.
"HEY!" A female voice boomed from behind him but he smiled. His eyes turned wicked, ready to see an underclassmen as he turned around... but what he got was a face full of fear. "O-OH! H-hey Larxene... y-you're last name begins with a R-Z-Z-Z?" He stuttered. The blonde female growled. "My LAST name is Veton and YOU just fucking cut me! Looks like someone didn't grow any brains during the summer." She grinned as she spoke her last sentence slyly.
Axel frowned, his eyes narrowing. "Looks like someone didn't grow any boobs during the summer." "WHAT WAS THAT!?" The blonde's hands clenched into a fist and before she could throw it, the red head was gone to the back of the line. "ASSHOLE!"
When Rai caught up, the silver haired girl tilted her head. She was wondering where he had been. They were siblings... in an odd sort of way. Two orphans who were adopted by the same parents. She didn't mind... seeing that she knew Raijin for how whole life.
She looked back, her red eye looking back over at her man. She smirked and nodded before they started to head off back outside. It didn't take to long to find them and the moment they did, Seifer was on them like a hawk.
Olette giggled and shook her head. "Hey! Don't worry about it... because here." She pulled her backpack from her back and unzipped it. She suddenly pulled out a hard case with a small handle and handed it to him. "You left your spare at the school and I took it so it wouldn't get misplaced by the staff cleaning the room." She smiled as he took it and blushed a bit. "I would of brought it to you... but I didn't know where you live."
She blinked as Hayner made a comment about getting their schedule and that was when all hell broke lose. He stepped back... and onto someone's foot. There was a growl and the curly haired boy got a hard back hand. "IDIOT!" The silver hair girl growled more as she rubbed her shoes against her knee highs to wipe off the dirt.
"ACK!" The blonde was thrown over and growled when he fell to the ground. "FUCKER! YOU KNOW YOU'RE MAKING MY FUCKING UNIFORM DIRTY!" He flailed under the other's weight. "AND LAY OFF THE FUCKING MUFFINS, DICK HEAD!" He could hear Aqua laughing in the background before he twisted his torso to hit Terra in the head. "GET THE FUCK OFF!"
Riku's eyes widened as he saw arms spread out. "H-HEYYYYYYYYYY!" He was broken from Kairi's hand as he fell onto the grass and blinked, shaking his head. Aquamarine eyes looked up, seeing the bright blue and smiled. "Uh... happy first day to you too?" He ruffled Sora's hair before grinning. "Yea, I did lose some weight actually."
He slowly lifted up his sleeve to reveal muscular arms. "I worked out all summer, what do you think?" There was giggling in the back and the two boys blinked. "You know muscle weighs more that fat." The blue eyed girl giggled some more as she looked at Sora. "Where's my first day hug?"

Demyx laughed as the other took off. "Yeah sure!" He shook his head, as he continued to move in the line. Yelling however drew his attention back to the right where Axel has disappeared. He stood on his tip-toes to look over the heads of the bunches of stoods in the line. He just barely caught sight of the antenna-like yellow hair and the bright spikes of Axel rushing off. He shivered, recognizing the voice. Larxene. Dear GOD! To run into the scariest woman this side of town that took real bad luck! Axel seemed to have a lot of that though. Eventually Demyx got to the front of the line, spelling his name for the student behind the table and took his schedule, scurrying off. He read it curiously, and sighed unhappily. "Nooo not Algebra 2! I barely got through Geometry!"
Roxas' eyes sparkled when he saw his spare flute - he had been so cure he had lost it! He had looked for it for monthes! - before taking it and grinning. "Thanks Olette!"
"Hey come on guys we need to get our sche-" Hayner started to say as he backed up, but suddenly his foot slipped on a shoe, making him yelp in surprise. He turned quickly, about to apologize - and got smacked into. "Ow!" He cried, as he held his reddening face.
"Hey Chickenwuss the fuck you doing to my girl!" Seifer snapped, needing any excuse, before he reached out and grabbed the blonds arm, twisting it until Hayner gave a loud yelp of pain.
"Leave him alone!" Roxas snapped, throwing his flute case at Pence as he jumped into the fray. He gripped onto Seifer's wrist, digging his nails hard into the vein, forcing him to let go.
The two blondes glared at each other. Their rivalry was years old, back in grade school. They used to be in the same grade after all and believe it or not, they had been friends. Until... they got into some stupid fight during some stupid game of dodgeball at school. That's when the hate started, and it festered until they were shooting insults at each other across classrooms (even when they were in time-out).
But that was also how he met Hayner. The blond had ended up walking into the other back in sixth grade and Seifer - bigger and in seventh - and started to beat him to a pulp. Roxas rememebered jumping in to help and well the rest was history.
Unfortunetly for Roxas however, Seifer had grown over the summer. He was bigger and taller and his shoulders were broader... And he was still scrawny and short and wimpy looking. Crap!
Seifer snorted, jerked his hand back with a disgusted look on his face. "Protecting you're girlfriend Roxas? I didn't know their were TWO Chickenwussettes in this little chick bragaide."
Roxas' face heated up as anger twisted in his gut. But his mom would kill him if he got into another fight... especially on the first day! "Fuck off Seifer, we don't have time for you today."
He turned his back on the other disregardantly seeing Hayner rubbing his wrist and Olette and Pence's eyes ful of worry. Bad move. "Roxas!" Pence cried- too late as a heavy fist to his spine sent the blonde sprawling to the ground with a sharp cry. "Be respectful ya know!" His assultant, Raijin, snapped.
"Oi you bastards that was low!!" Hayner cried jumping at the three - he didn't care if Fuujin was a girl! - when a voice stepped in.
"What's going on here?!" A security guard snapped, coming into the scene. Everyone looked over and flinched, recognizing Aleus instantly. He was the same security guard who had caught them nearly five times last year when they had their tussels. He knew what to expect from them both.
"He tripped." Seifer offered as explanation, motioning to Roxas who was being helped up by Olette. "Like hell he did you son of a bitch!" Hayner said furiously as he raised his fists. "Thats enough!" The burly man snapped. "Unless you all want to be sent to the principal's office AGAIN I suggest you all to just walk away."
Hayner and Seifer had a small staredown, before the blonde scoffed, giving a nod. "Let's ditch these losers." He turned on his heels, stalking off with his posse in tow.
Like dogs. Hayner thought furiously.
Aqua watched the scene play out, laughing as the elder easily overpowered Ven and his slight frame. At the sound of the other's cries it only made her laugh harder.
Terra smirked, watching the other squirm and cry out. The smack to his head hardly fazed him. "Tch, I should spit on you." He said. At the other's grossed out look he laughed and finally got up, letting the other get to his feet.
Once the other did however he gave him a good punch in the arm. "And that's for calling me fat!" "Jeez Terra you sound like a woman." "And you sound like a prostitute's bitch." Aqua threw her folder at him. "OW!" "So where's your schedule Ven?" Aqua asked innocently.
Sora grinned at he caught Riku attention. However, when he saw the other's arm he snorted and shook his head. "I think you're a show off!"
He blinked however when he heard the giggled and looked over to Kairi. He smiled, getting off of Riku and bestowing her with a tight, albeit less hyper hug. Well he couldn't go tackling her down or anything - she'd like hold a grudge and not talk to him for five monthes or something. Girls were weird like that way to delicate.
"Happy first day!" He said as he broke away, chipper as ever. "Did you guys already go and get your schedules?"

Axel sighed as the line moved SO slow. By the time he got there, it was going to be time to go home. He yawned as he looked around, seeing familiar faces of people he had never talked to before or new once of freshmen who seemed to want to scream if one person said anything to them. Ah, he remembered those days... oh yea.
Then again, he never had to worry. He was always as tall at the upperclassman anyway! He never looked like a freshmen... except for when Reno would come around and ONLY call him a freshmen.
He sighed as he moved in quicker and FINALLY got to the desk. "Hey, the last name is Xipil. X-I-P-I-L. Got it memorized?" The kid rolled his eyes and handed the boy his schedule. He pulled away and walked off towards the hallway, reading what he got.
1st Period: English: Contemporary Aboriginal Voices 2nd Period: Philosophy: The Big Questions 3rd Period: World Religions: Beliefs and Daily Life Lunch 4th Period: Chemistry 5th Period: Foundations for College Mathematics 6th Period: Dance
"SWEET! I get Lunch A!" He wasn't going hungry this year! He frowned though as he looked at the rest. "Why is dance last? I told them not to put dance last!" He pouted and looked up, seeing Demyx waiting for him. "So, got what you wanted?"
Olette gasped as she saw Fuu slap Hayner across the face. Her hands covered her face as she looked away. Why did they have to do this EVERY year. She pulled her hands from her face though when Pence was given the flute. "ROXAS! Stay out of this!" She cried in horror.
Fuu growled as she saw Roxas dig his nails into her boyfriend and was about to do something when a huge slam could be heard. "HEY!" Olette cried as she quickly got down and started to help Roxas up. "Oh Roxas, are you ok!?"
Fist started flying, even from Fuu as Hayner came at them but everyone stopped when the familiar guard came around. Fuu dusted herself off and fixed her hair before taking Seifer's hand again and kept her chin up. She blinked though when Seifer started to stomp off and pulled her along. She looked over her shoulder and pointed at them. 'This isn't the last you'll see us' meaning behind it.
Olette sighed and shook her head as she dusted Roxas off. "You two have to stop getting into fights. They only do it because they know you'll over react. If you just walk away, they won't have any fun and won't do it anymore." The chubby black haired boy handed Roxas the flute back and smiled. "You sound like a mother, Olette!" He chuckled before looking at his watch. "We better get going!"
Ven growled and almost fell over again when he was hit in the arm. He dusted himself off but it was clear what had happened thanks to the grass stains on his shirt and dirt on his pants. "Thanks, asshole." He huffed as he ripped his tie off and shoved it into his pocket. It looked like shit anyway!
His blue eyes turned to Aqua and shook his head. "I didn't get it yet!" He snapped. He pulled his backpack back on before crossing his arm. "We got here late because my dad freaked us all out when he said we needed to get a fucking job."
Kairi smiled as she hugged back and watched as Riku stood, towering over them both. He dusted himself off and smiled, shaking his head and rubbing a hand through his hair. "Nope! We were waiting for you, of course." He looked back at the school, seeing everyone going inside more and more before looking at his watch. "And...we don't have a lot of time left. Come on!" He waved over as he rushed to the front stairs.

Demyx just pouted. "Well let's just say, If I pass this year, It'll be a miracle! Math is FIRST!"
He held out is schedule, letting the other see. 1st Period: Algebra 2 2nd Period: Biology 3rd Period: Literature and Composition Lunch 4th Period: Health 5th Period: World History 6th Period: Dance
"I'm gonna die!!" Demyx whined. "I suck at school!" He slumped some sighing. This was always his luck!
Roxas grunted some as he was helped to his feet, grumbling a few swear words under his breath as he rubbed at his back, feeling the throbbing pain. It was defeitely gonna bruise. The first day of school and already it was hell.
His cheeks reddened however as he felt Olette's hands brushing at his clothes. He turned his head, breathing in and ended up swallowing some spit. He coughed uncomfortably. "C-Come on Olette we're fine!"
"Yeah!" Hayner spoke up suddenly, blazing mad. "Someone has to stand up to that bastard anyways! No one else does!"
At Pence's words however both boys dropped the issue. "Right our scehdules!" Roxas said, nodding to his friends. "Let's go!" He led the way to the cafeteria.
The four split to their respective lines - all of which were getting rather long.
"A job!" Aqua said, before getting up, spreading her arms wide. "Why congra-fucking-lations Ventura! Only four-feet tall and they're putting aside child labor laws for you!"
Terra snorted some, shaking his head. "Ah come on Aqua! Don't get his hopes up!" He pat Ven on the head, smirking. "He's only three and a half feet tall!"
Sora smiled at that. "Ah aren't you guys sweet?!" He wrapped an arm around each of their shoulders in a second-half hug. "Guy couldn't ask for better friends!"
The trio trekked towards the gym like the rest of the student population was doing and got in their lines as well.
Sora looked around as he stood in the E-J line. He glanced over towards where Riku and Kairi were, his eyes narrowing unhappily at how close they were standing or how Kairi pratically seemed to be laying over the silverette.
He shook his head, looking away from them and sighed, trekking sadly up the line. Roxas passed him coming back down the line. Why did his brother look like he was... limping? "Hey Rox!" The brunette called. Roxas looked up - and it he was hurt he certainly didn't show it. He gave his brother an evil smirk. "I've got A lunch!" He cheered. "LUCKY!" Sora complained. Roxas was so mean - he knew how much he wanted A lunch this year! Last year he just about died. The blonde cackled before waving and hurrying off to join his friends. Yep, definitely a limp. He must of run into Seifer.
Sora frowned in concern, his eyes narrowing angrily. If he had to have a another 'talk' with Seifer about how he treated his littlest brother he damn well would!
Roxas stepped around various people already talking about their schedules and sharing them with friends, finding his group of friends, his eyes hopeful as he looked at the three. "So?"
1st Period: Band 2nd Period: World History 3rd Period: Choir Lunch 4th Period: Algebra 2 5th Period: English: Writing Style and Literature Theroy 6th Period: Dance
"Holani, Sora," the brunette said automatically, and when the slip was handed to him he zipped out of line and held it against his chest, too afraid to look. He found an isolated corner in the gym where Riku and Kairi already were, chattering away. He stepped up to them, smiling nervously. "Ready?"
The other two nodded and at once they held their schedules out between them, the classes reading back to them in blaring colors.
1st Period: Drama 2nd Period: English: Creative Writing 3rd Period: History of RG Honors 4th Period: Art and Painting Lunch 5th Period: Geology Honors 6th Period: Pre-Calculus AP
Sora groaned. Not B lunch!!

Axel handed over his schedule as he took Demyx. "WELL, we do have the same lunch as each other!" He smiled but frowned. This WAS going to be a bad year for his best friend. "And we have dance together too!" He smiled as he patted the blonde and handed back the schedule. "We'll have plenty of time to talk about you homework!"
He was about to say something about staying over and such since RENO was gone.. but before he could open his mouth, a familiar and haunting sound rang out. It was first bell... 5 minutes to get to home room! "ACK SHIT! See you at lunch!" He called as he rushed off towards the homeroom that held Junior R-Z students.
"HEY! SHUT UP AQUAFINA!" The blonde snapped as he whipped around and glared at Aqua... AND THEN AT TERRA! "YOU FUCKS! I am 5'2 THANK YOU VERY MUCH!" He growled as he turned away. "Well I need to go get mine." He started to walk off, making sure he was paying some attention behind him so that no one ended up jumping him.
He rushed down the halls when he got inside and to the gym where the lines were getting shorter since everyone was there already. "Holani, Ventus." He stated and took his paper. He knew Terra and Aqua hadn't followed him so he found an empty corner and... before he could open his schedule, the bell rang. "MOTHER FUCKER!" He cried and some kids around him stared at him. "What the FUCK are you all looking at!?" He snapped before they all hurried off.
5 minutes... well... he knew the sophomore classes were close to the gym, so he looked at his schedule any way.
1st Period: Band 2nd Period: English: Writing Style and Literature Theory 3rd Period: Food and Nutrition 4th Period: Algebra I Lunch 5th Period: Principles of Psychology 6th Period: Computer Engineering Technology
Shit.... the minute he saw Band, he totally forgot his violin under his heap of clothing. He put it there on the first day of vacation and didn't touch it since. Shaking his head, he rushed to the homeroom where he wondered if his brothers were in yet.
Olette waved Roxas over before looking back down at her schedule. She shook her head but smiled. "Mine's not too bad!" She held it up for everyone to see.
1st Period: Band 2nd Period: Economics: Making Decisions 3rd Period: English Literature Through Shakespeare Lunch 4th Period: Chemistry - First Half Unit 5th Period: Speak Your Mind: A Guide to Clear Thinking and Communication 6th Period: Pre-Calculus AP
Pence shook his head and sighed. "Man...I don't even have the same lunch as you guys..." He mumbled as he pulled up his schedule.
1st Period: Band 2nd Period: Introductory Photography 3rd Period: Introduction to Poetry 4th Period: Calculus - First Half Unit Lunch 5th Period: Conservation of Our Natural Resources 6th Period: Comparative Politics
Riku smiled as he looked down at Sora's schedule. "Yes! We get the same lunch!" He held out his schedule and smiled.

Demyx continued to pout even as Axel tried to cheer him up. NOTHING could make his schedule look good! Math English and Science - all his WORST subejcts - and of course they had to be together!
School was out to get him. By Brahma, it was a conspiracy! He jumped some as he heard the bell ring, taking his schedule back from Axel. His shoulders slumped some before he took off for his own homeroom.
"Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva if you love my please let me make it through this year!" He murmrued softly as he held onto his necklace, murmuring a soft prayer in Hindi.
Terra and Aqua didn't even have time to think of jumping Ventus though they were too busy busting their guts laughing at him. However, it was long after the blonde had left that the warning bell was ringing.
The two seniors glanced at one another, before picking up their things and heading down the hill towards homeroom, not bothering at all to walk fast. Come on, it was the FIRST day of school. No teacher was gonna bitch that badly.
Hayner gave Pence a sympathetic look, patting him on the back. "Look at it this way man, we're all together for band at least!
1st Period: Band 2nd Period: World History 3rd Period: Anthropology Lunch 4th Period: English: Introduction to Writing 5th Period: Business Math 6th Period: Art History
Roxas frowned unhappily, feeling bad for his lunchmate. At least last year Pence had had someone! "Pff, lunch is so unfair!"
Sora's eyes lit up the instant Riku said those words, and suddenly having B lunch wasn't bad at all! "YES!" He pumped his first in the air triumphantly just as the homeroom bell rang! "NO!" He pouted, not ready for the morning to end.
