Of Fairytales and Blood Bonds

The wolf looked down at the blonde as he curled in closer. He wasn't use to this... touchy.... feeling ordeal. Especially after he got his curse...

"Gwarsh! We gotta save the king!" The dog suddenly blared out.
The wolf growled and stomped his paw. "Didn't I jus--"

There was a large flare coming from the next room that made everyone stop and look. The wolf growled again and slowly moved away from Demyx. "Stay here and watch him." He whispered to the dog and duck as he slowly trekked to the slightly cracked door.

His golden eyes peered into the throne room, seeing... something odd.


Xehanort was looking at the large portal as a flare brewed up behind him. He smiled, his hands resting behind his back. He knew exactly who it was.

He slowly turned, seeing a smaller portal and out walked a small mouse... and a blue haired girl.
"Well, I'm glad you could make it." A sarcastic hiss came from the old man as his eyes watched them look around.
"Tell me, your majesty... how long did you thing you could hide the Shee from me?"

As he spoke, a very familiar doppelganger appeared at his side.


Axel blinked as suddenly Roxas was up in the air. "DAMNIT! How am I suppose to guard you if you run AWAY from me!?" He frowned and suddenly beat his own little wings, oddly enough... flying after them.

Ven frowned as he came up to a large window and looked inside, his wings beating to keep him afloat. How he knew how to fly... he had no idea. He could wonder about that later.
His yellow eyes suddenly widened as he saw Sora getting chased by... an Atterian.
"SORA!"

Without thinking the blonde suddenly shot THROUGH the window, making the large glass break and shatter around him. Glass dug into his flesh as he landed on the throne room floor.

The shatter made both the other Shee and Atterian stop in their tracks. The panther looked up... seeing the red liquid run down the boy's face.
A taste in his mouth triggered... feeling that want.... that need for power.

No... he was different.... now....
"GET AWAY FROM MY BROTHER!" The blonde called and suddenly he reared his hand back, a sudden red ball of energy building up into it. His wings beat furiously as he suddenly threw the ball violently, streams of red lightning fallowing it.

Xigbar's eye widened and before he could do anything, the ball hit him.
He... could of ran out of the attack... but.... he couldn't help but... wondering if death wasn't so bad. He hadn't changed at all... That blood... made him want to murder the blonde... to taste that power again... even after all these years...

The ball pushed him off the ground and made him go flying. Before he could hit the wall though, a black portal was formed and he and the ball disappeared inside.

He reappeared in the dark throne room and flew out between Xehanort and the Dark Knight and Mickey and Aqua.
A loud crash could be heard as the old Atterian hit the wall and slid down it.
His fur was burned of on the side and his skin underneath was badly wounded.

He laid their motionless, only panting hard.

The old man blinked then moved his hand towards the portal, quickly closing it so no one could follow.
A large sword suddenly appeared in his hand and he grinned back at the mouse king.
"Where were we?"


Riku's palm was held out, as if trying to stop the Atterian from biting him. His energy was low and could hardly see straight... but he knew who jumped over him. "Terra..."

The silverette slowly stood but before he could get his balance, something sharp... and painful pierced the side of his waist.
"AAAAAAHH!"
He cried in pain as he was suddenly dragged to a wall and slammed up into it. He panted as he felt black blood seep from him. Slowly he looked down, seeing a boar's horn wedged deep in and out the back of his waist.

The large beast pushed its horn into the wall more, making Riku wince. The black blood was seeping out rapidly now...

But suddenly... there was a sudden ripple.
And a sound... of something light dropping on the floor.
A scent went through the air, all the Shadow creatures picking it up.
It was the sound... of Shee's blood dripping onto the floor.

The horn was pulled out of him violently and the large army of Shadow creatures raced up the stairs towards the scent.
The silverette panted as he stumbled... and quickly crashed onto the ground.

The drop of blood had slipped from Ven's cheek and fell onto the white floor below. His golden eyes were full of rage but a sudden sound of a heard made him blink.
He looked towards the stairs, his eyes suddenly going wide.

It seemed like slow motion...
Creatures of Hell poured from the stairs like a black death.

Demyx looked up as well at the flare his eyes widening a little. "Saix..." He called as the wolf suddenly walked off. Her glanced back at the duck and dog a little panicked. What was going on exactly?

Donald just frowned, stepping up beside the confused and panicky blonde. He didn't have much of a stomach for these situations did he?

He listened carefully though as a voice began to speak, coming out clearly to them waiting on the other side. He frowned a bit - who was that? Then a second voice joined it and his eyes widened emmensely. He looked at Goofy, mouthing, 'The King?!' How did Mickey get all the way out here?!


Mickey frowned, not surprised in the least that he wasn;t at home like he should have been. He took a quick looked around, recognizing a throne room for what it was, but it felt like the exact opposite of his own home... dark where it should have been light, impresioned when it should have been free. His eyes narrowed easily onto the man before him, the 'king' of this world if you could call him such.

He was no king though. He was nothing but a murderer. He scoffed a little at the man;s word, taking a step forward and smilecd cheekily. "Welp Xehanort i've been hiding them from you for 15 years. It won;t be too hard to continue doing so for the rest of their lifes."

Aqua tensed as the doppleganger appeared, growling as she recognized him immediately. Well now she knew who he was. The Dark Knight. She looked at Xehanort then scoffed. "THIS is Xehanort? Damn Mickey you didn;t tell me he was so fucking old. A kitten's more dangerous then this old fuck." Her voice was brash and her words unrespectful - but hell she was always like that. She never had had an ounce of respect for her elders.


Roxas glanced down a bit and his jaw dropped open. "You can fly?! Why didn;t you tell me!" He accused, pointed down at Axel, before he flapped his wings a little harder, trying to keep up with his brother. It was like all his sleeping-walking dfreams had prepared him for this moment... as if flying was as natural as... as walking.

He looked above though, seeing Ven go to a window and then yelled out their eldest brothers name and SMASH thrugh it. "VEN!" He cried flapping his wings harder. He hovered in front of the window, just in time to see Ven slam back some sort of... cat... thing.

Sora kept running panting a little as the darkness around the small world started to creep through the walls. It felt like a forty pound weight had been placed on his chest, making it hard to breathe. And the cold - the cold was th worst. He felt goosebumps rising to his skin all over.

But then a sudden yell and a shattering noise drew his eyes up and his eyes widened in confusion... and amazement. "Ven!?" What the HELL was he doing?!?!?!

The blonde landed, stumbling a little from the unsure landing but his eyes were a blazing yellow. He yelled something and sudden Sora slid to a halt as a blast went past him and into the panther behind him. He glanced back, seeing the poor thing fly away and get swallowed by a portal. "Ven!" He snapped. "He wasn;t going to hurt me!" He blinked, seeing the blood dripping from his brother;s face. "And what the hell will mom say when we tell her you were stupid enough to fly THROUGH A WINDOW?!"

Roxas perched himself up on the window, but even from this distance he heard the noise of something moving. A large amount of something. It was like a thousand moving as one and all... towards the throne room. And then he saw it. Dark creatures pouring from the throne room... and his heart seized in terror.


Shortly after Aqua's words a portal opened and out went flying a big mass of... something and it smacked into the wall hard, landing on the ground. It didn;t move but it was panting, whole body moving as it took in air. The smell of burnt fur met their noses and the bluette's eyes widened. What the hell just happened?!

Mickey glanced over, seeing the demon that lay on the floor. Xigbar. He glanced over at Xehanort, eyes angry as he rasied his own sword. "Is that how you treat former subordinates Xehanort? Are their lives nothing but GAME to you?!" He had always been disgusted by this man;s methods but now so more than ever he found himself... loathing him.


Snarls and growls filled the area of the basement, echoing off the thorns and making the shadow creatures more rabid by the second.

Hatori curled his back paws up and smacked them up hard into the wolf's stomach, using his superior stretgnth to his advantage. Terra, unable to kee ahold of him was thrown backwards and into the ground.

Terra rolled over, shaking the dizziness out of his head. He heard a sudden yell though, knowing it was Riku and cursed, wishing he could help the failing man. However he didn;t have time to be distracted. He heard the leopard coming after him - his FATHER coming after him and turned staring with wide eyes as his father pounced for him. He fell low to the ground and crawled forward so his father went over him then got to his feet, turning around.

In his mind he could still picture a time when he was young, a wolf just newly changed in this awkward form, and a warm, comforting tongue lolling over his fevered fur... a loving caress. "Father please... you don;t have to do this!" How... How could he fight him?

The leopard turned around slowly, growling angrily. "Apparently I do. My own son... a traitor to his kind. The Shee are our enemies they always well be! How dare you... you shame me like this."

Terra growled slowly, looking like he wanted to argue when suddenly he felt it. the ripple. and then the light noise. His sense caught it quick, the smell of blood and power wafting into his nose, tasting sweet on his tongue, making his whole body tingle and his sight and hearinb blur with need. Fuck it was VEN'S blood. The taste of Ven... it was reaching him again and like before he felt HYPONOTIZED by it. But this time... it only increased his sense of panic and anger. An incredibly protective semnse overcame him.

Hatori licked his lips, feeling the ripple as well and he growled in triumph. "FINALLY." He turned starting to run.

"NO." Terra roared, charging forward. His teeth chomped down on a slinky tail just like his own. The leopard gave an angry screech his paws slipping as his own son brought him down by his tail and the shadows overtook them.


"GET OUT OF THERE!!" Roxas screamed from above, Axel at his side. "FLY!!"

Sora turned slowly, his orange eyes widened in horror as the monsters started to pour from the depths of the basement and spiled into the thronw room. He felt panic overwelming him - along with pure, unstoppable fury. Riku... and Terra... what happened to them?

He heard Roxas yell but disregarded it. Where would they go? to the gummi hanger? They'd be found. They'd be found even if the found a new world. This was a never ending chase - one that was getting everyone hurt and nothing fulfilled. It. Was. Going. To. Stop.

"LEAVE US ALONE!" Sora suddenly screamed out as they came upon him and his brother, and he held out both his hands crossing one palm over the back of the other. The was a glow on Sora's back and sudden two wings poked out, curled up around each other. A sudden shield erected that spread from wall to wall and all the creatures jumped and smashed into it, electricity sparking maliciously.

Cries of the demons hitting it echoed throughout the room as they were instantly fried, turned into nothing but black dust. Sora straighted, his eyes narrowed. The crown charm around his neck glew, as well as the symbol around Ven's and the X of Roxas'.

The wings on Sora's back slowly unfurled like the wings of a butterfly, looking almost peaceful in effect. They were a beautiful mixture of blue shades, calming to look at - the wings of peace. Yet the look on Sora's face was anything but tranquil. Symbols had circled around him, bright white in appearance as they swirled around him and even though he had never seen such a spell somehow instintively he knew it was the seal spell Mickey had placed upon him - finally coming off. It was full of energy that had been held within him for years, and it danced, almost as if aksing to place it back on...

And now he was going to use that energy to his advantage. The blue wings at his back slowly coiled back until the two brushed each other and then with a powerful flap he slammed the wings into the white symbols and they SHOT forward. They smashed into his shield, breaking it, and then crashed out over the demons in a powerful wave and even slammed down into the basement below. Sora panted hard and the second the spell was over his legs shook and he fell to his knees, catching himself on his hands.

Roxas' eyes had gone wide and the X at his neck was glowing wiith power as if answering his brother's releasement. But at Sora;s sudden attacks he had to shut his eyes - they were too bright to look at. When he next opened his eyes his jaw dropped in shoc. "W-Wow..." The shadow creatures... were completely gone. Sora ANNILATED them.

Holy shit did they really have that much power?!

"Sora!" Roxas called as he saw his brother fall and he fell forward, hearing Axel flap behind him and Ven also rushed forward to surrond the brunette. However even as the two landed, Roxas also stumbling becxause he wasn;t use to flying, they all ehard it. A loud, panicked yelp...


Terra grunted, his jaws still clamped tight onto the tail even as the demons trampled over him and his father. His eyes fell shut, a particalarily hard jab in his side making him cry out - but then suddeny, when he thought for sure he was going to die by stampede - something bright slammed over the whole area. And the weight from his body was gone. The area was suddenly incredibly clear not even the thorns were still present. The wolf;s eyes slid shut, agony rippling up and down his body with every breath. One of his horns had snapped off and was laying somewhere further away in the basement.

"Fuck." The leopard in front of him hissed, coughing hard, blood dripping from his mouth. The older Atterian stumbled to his feet, his tail dragged behind him. And then he turned around shaking all over. His eyes zeroed in on the wolf laying almost motionless before him... his son was panting hard, several of his limps looking mangled and the ribs looking crushed. "Idiot... should of used a protect spell." He chastised, walking over slowly, limping somewhat but much better off then his son.

He looked down at the other quietly then lowered his head a warm tongue running over the other's muzzle affectionately. "It'll be over quick." He whispered, before his large sabor teeth fell up behind the other;s neck, acting like a hook that helped him lift the other. His jaw clamped down over the wolf's throat, ignoring his son;s loud yelp of panic and lifted some of his body from the ground, teeth clenching as his mouth filled with blood.

Terra made a soft noise as he felt the warm tongue completely baffled for a few seconds at his father's words. What will be...? He was even more confused as he was lifted in a little in an almost kind way - even though the feeling of the large teeth going behind him was a little unsettled - but then with a snap of teeth at his throat he suddenly realized what his father was about to do. He gave a loud yelp of panic, but couldn;t stop the other's jaw from snapping down across his windpipe, completely cutting off his air.

His limbs failed as he continued to make little noises of panic, his vision going blurry. No, this wasn't the way he wanted to die! His eyes squeezed shut, tears rushing from the eyelids and into his fur.

Xehanort only grinned when Mickey came back with the rather lame comment. 15 years was long enough. It wasn't like he was looking for the Shee for that long. He had evaded other worlds to build his power. He would of found the Shee sooner if he was looking for them all this time.

His golden eyes looked up though as he heard the woman. His face became quite unamused.

The sworn was slashed down, hearing the rest of Mickey's speech. "He's a traitor, your majesty. I knew it the moment I looked at him. He'll pay the greatest penalty. He'll die from his weakness."
When he slashed his sword down, a large, metal pillar shot up high towards the ceiling. The man glanced at the blue haired woman, a white glove pointing at her. His fingers twitched as a darkness wrapped around her.

He shot his hand to the top of the pillar, making her go flying up towards it.
At the top, a smaller indent was awaiting for her. The Darkness strapped her down in an upright position, making her face a statue of a griffin. Suddenly the statue shifted, only crumbling a little bit.
It's eyes became red as it's mouth opened. A ball of energy started to form in it's beak, pointing right at Aqua.

As this was all happening, the badly burned Atterian still laid on the cold ground, only hearing slashing in the back. However... another sound make his eye open. The sound of a woman screaming. His head slowly picked up and looked up at the pillar. Aqua...
Slowly he pushed up his wounded body, not evening noting the battle between three figures close by.

He made himself walk to the pillar and as quickly as he could, started to climb up. His claws were sluggish but he pushed himself up as fast as he could. Fur and flesh hung from his burned body but it didn't stop him...

Xehanort grinned as he saw Xigbar take the bait. He looked back at Mickey and smirked. "Shall we?" He suddenly shot forward, accompanied by his shadow. All three swords clanged loudly and the two pushed the mouse back.

Meanwhile, Saix pulled back. This wasn't good at all. He would... of helped the king... but he knew he wasn't strong enough... Slowly he walked back to the three and nodded. "We better stay out of this..."

Xigbar continued to climb up the tall pillar. Where he had the strength left... he wasn't sure. Perhaps he still had the Shee's power locked away somewhere.
The beam from the griffin's beak grew brightly by the time he got to the top. He panted and could hardly breath, his bones suddenly cracking as he quickly morphed into his human form.

His golden eye could hardly open as his tatter clothing shifted. His eye widened as he saw a blast shoot right towards Aqua and... dashed out in front of her. He held out his arms to protect the woman, the blast hitting his back and swirling around over him, missing Aqua by inches.
The blast was so powerful that it ripped away the man's jacket and more flesh ripped from his skin.

It only lasted a second. The beam stopped and the griffin went back to the way it once was.
The man's hair settled over his burned and scared body as his arms fell back to his sides.
He only stood for a moment before collapsing to the floor. The dark bands around Aqua's wrist and ankles disappeared.
Grey and black hair fell over the man's scared face. It didn't move in a motion of breathing.... because.... Xigbar wasn't breathing.


Ven's golden eyes watched the amazing amount of power his brother let off... and at the corner of his eye, he could see the same wing color as their father's. The wings of Peace. He too had to cover his eyes when the blast of light covered the room.

"ACK!" Axel covered his own eyes as the light shot out. Man... these kids were crazy. Why did they leave HIM to watch all three of them!?
When the light was gone, he opened his eyes only to hear:
"SORA!"

The fire winged Shee rushed to his brother and knelt down, looking at his brother with concern. "Sora... are you ok?"
Axel quickly followed as Roxas rushed to his brother's side as well.
They all stopped however when they heard a yelp.

Ven's wings twitched at the sound. He... knew who that was. "TERRA!?" The blonde shot up and turned to the stairs. His eyes narrowed in rage as his wings gave off a powerful steam of energy. He shot towards the stairs and disappeared.
"VENTUS!" Axel called and growled. "GET BACK HERE!"


The blonde got to the last step, blood still dripping on the floor here and there.
His eyes widened as he saw the scene. Terra...
"GET THE FUCK AWAY FROM HIM!" The blonde SCREAM out, his wings beating furiously.

He's eyes seemed to glow as the whole room started becoming red. The hues pressed down on Riku's fallen body but that wasn't Ven's concern.
"I LOVE HIM! DON'T YOU FUCKING DARE, YOU BASTARD! YOU'RE NOT TAKING ANYONE ELSE AWAY FROM ME!"
Clouds of red smoke wrapped around him as a large ball of energy formed in his joined hand. His face showed pure anger and he cried out, suddenly shooting a large ball of red and black energy towards the leopard.

It hit dead on, jerking the beast from the other one and blasting it THROUGH the wall.
The ball continued to push him as far as he could go... and when it stopped... a huge explosion erupted within the castle, making some bricks crumble around them.

Ven's wings fell flat on his back, feeling a bit weak. He suddenly looked up, seeing Terra's limp body. "NO!" He cried as he rushed over and fll to his knees next to his guardian.
He reached down, his hand quickly became soaked in the Atterian's blood. "Terra.... please..... no...." Tears formed in his eyes and small streams of tears ran over his cheeks.

He reached his arms around the wolf's neck and pulled him up, burying his face into the familiar fur. "Please don't die..." He choked as he started to sob.

Mickey grit his teeht but his small eyes widened once the other man moved his hand and pointed it towards... Aqua?

Aqua growled a bit seeing as the other looked at her, getting into a stance trying to be ready for anything. But she wasn;t ready for the pillar... or the sudden telekenitic power of LIFTINGa her towards it. She yelped, struggling against the hod as her body was thrown through the air by an invisible force.

"AQUA!" The mouse yelled watching the blue haired woman fly away. His eyes widened further in horror as the griffin formed and the powerful blast began to take shape at the griffinf's beak. Aqua started to scream in fear, trying to get away - but something dark was holding her down.

"No!!" The mouse cried, but didn;lt get a chance to try and go help as suddenly Xehanort and the Knight were upon him.

Meanwhike inside the other room, Demyx frowned as the wokf came back, stating something about staying out of the fight they could hear taking place inches away. He nodded slowly - he wasn;t a fighter!!

Donald stomped hois webbed foot. 'Well YOU can hide in here if you want but I'm going to help the Majesty!" He took off towards the next room, staff held aloft. He could hear the yelling of a woman and the screechings and scrapings of swords clashing.

Aqua struggled against the bonds to no avail, her eyes wide and seeing nothing but red as the blast got bigger and bigger above her. Qucikly... Her breath came in short pants, knowing that she was going to die here...

She grunted, trying to conjure up a spell or... and muttered a few water spells up at the blast but they only sdisentergrated before ever touching the blast. "No..." She cried, as it suddenly shot. Her eyes fell shut - and another yell made her eyes open once more. Suddenly the red renegy was gone and something hit the floor, not mlving at all. A familar something.

The bonds broke and Aqua broke away from the position in a cry, stumbling over to the fallen Dragoon. "Xig!" How had he gotten here?! "XIG!" She screamed, falling to her knees beside him and shaking him. "Xig please... please wake up..." Tears fell from her eyes, looking at the unresponding body on the ground. He was managled and bloody and burnt all over...

She curled over him, hitting his chest. "Xig..." She sobbed. "You can;t die... not like this... you're a dragoon..." She hiccuped, trying to control the shaking of her body. "Ugly as you are you know if you die you have to do it more heroically then that..."

Mickey squeaked somewhat as he was forced back, but luckily thanks to his small size he was also incredibly quick - it was probably the only thing saving him at this pint. Nothing else would make it possible for him to fight Xehanort and his Knight at once.

The Dark Knight rasied his hand, firing a dark blast, but Mickey jumped and flipped back, landing on his feet further away. He crouched low, his ears twitching and ready to continue the fight when -

"THUNADAGA!" A loud quacking voice cried and lighting raced down upon Mickey;s two enemies.

"DONALD?!" Mickey cried, seeing his blue clad friend appearing in the throne room. How... was he here?!


Hatori's jaws continued to clamp down, intended on finally snapping the wolf;s neck when a sudden scream made hios yellow eyes widen and look up, seeing a furious shee only feet away. Power swept over the room, pressuring down on the leopard so much so his muscles all turned gooy and unresponsive, the hold on the wolf slackening...

And then a sudden powerful blast ripped in his side and with a loud screech the Atterian went flying not just into a wall but through it. He didn;t know when he finally stopped, but when he slammed into another wall, unable to go any further, his spine snapped on contract and suddenly the blast exploded rocking the whole castle.

Hatori... or what was left of him... fell to the floor, blood pooling around him everywhere.

'I LOVE HIM!'

Terra hit the ground as he was realeased, golden eyes not opening but he was still faintly away of the noises... the yells... the words. He dimly felt a hand on him, knees falling at his side, whispered mutterings of someone whose heart had been broken... like his mother had been the day before she died, asking for Hatori again and again.

'Terra... please.... no....' Little soft wet drops hit him, warm like rain on a summer day... Heh they never got rain on Aterris...

An arm wrapped around him, bringing his body close to another.'Please don't die.

Even if he died now... the words Ven had said... made him so happy. He had said he loved him...

His tail rasied once and then thumped back down, unable to do anything else... he was going to die.

Then suddenly, sharp words resonated in his skull: You Renki, You... will be the one forever stuck in the state of beastiality... you... will never see the skin of yourself unless their is a blue moon... it will pain you terribly. Anyone of your blood will fell the pain of this curse. You...will never be able to break this curse... until you sacrifice yourself out of love

The prophecy!

He breathed unsteadily, the wounds on his ody making it hard to fullfill that request... But the tears of the Shee above him were like any other liquid he got from the other... powerful.


Sora panted desperately trying to catch his breath again. He had no idea what he did but it sure took away a lot of his energy. Roxas and Ventus both knew what he was going through - when they had regained their wings they had felt oddly fatigued as well whther they had given a spell or not.

He barely had time to nod tat he was okay before the yelp reached them and Ven suddenly grew panicked and rushed off, yelling a familar Atterian;s name. Beside him, he could hear Rxas yelling out the blonde;s name. Sora looked up his own eyes widened and he got to his feet quickly, only to stumble from the sudden jelliness in his wings.

"Sora!" Roxas cried, jumping up to grab his brother's arm, trying to stop him from moving.

Sora gasped shaking his head. "Riku;s down there too!" He looked at his brother, deperatly trying to make him understand. He HAD to get down there.

Roxass frowned a bit, but slowly nodded. "At least... let me help you."

Sora grinned a bit and nodded. With Roxas' hand on his arm, the blonde helped lead the other towards the stairs and poor Axel had no choice but to follow the crazy Shee. However, just as they started to walk down the stairs a sudden qquake and large boom from below made them stumble. They could hear Ven screaming in fury, his voice a misture of tears and pain.

The trio on the stairs shared a look and re-doubled their efforts to getting down the stairs, Axel shooting out in front of them and reaching the bottom first, Sora and Roxas a little slower after..

And before them was a very unpleasant sight. Terra was being cradled by the blonde, his whole body unmoving and blood all around him...

Sora turned his eyes away, only to gasp as he caught sight of someone else. Tears filled his eyes almost immediately. "RIKU!" He tore away from Roxas, finding strength he shouldn;t have as he hurried towards the edge of the room where the bleeding silverette lay.

He fell to his knees beside him, feeling warm blood seep through his pants as he reached over, pulling Riku's head up into his lap. His tears fell onto the other;s cheek. "Riku... Riku come on wake up... you need to see them i got my wings and..."

He sobbed a bit. "This is still a fairytale..." He leant over pressing his lips against the older man's. A kiss made everything better in fairytales... didn't they? He was so busy trying to revive the one he cared for, he didn;t notice what was going on to the side of him.


Roxas watched both scenes with wide eyes unable to really... react. Riku and Terra both looked dead. He looked away, trying not to watch anymore. This was so... terrible...

But a bright light sudden made him look over towards Ven and Terra.


The teasrs had fallen over Terra's wounds slowly, offering strength and healment when none other could be found. The wolf twitched again and then suddenly... a bright light overcame him - and the familar fur started to become... unfamilar skin.

The change this time qwas much quieter, and almost natural. There was no evil snaps, there was no pain... The eras and tail and fur and unsightly features all fell away, and when the light dispersed once again it revealed a brunette man in Ven;s arms.

Terra gasped, eyes sliding open weakly as he rasied an arm, curling it around the still sobbing blonde's neck. He was still in an immense amount of pain... and was quiote naked but all that was disregardable to the wolf. He whispered, "Love... sacrifice for someone I love... for you..." His eyes slid shut again as his body relaxed against the other's too tired to do anything else.

Goofy nodded too, quickly following the duck.
Saix frowned as he watched the other. They... sure were brave and loyal. Not much like him.
He was the most loyal of all the Shadow Creatures... but now with Demyx... and the kindness the blonde had showed... he couldn't let him get into danger.

Sitting there would do no good though.
"Come on... follow me."
The large shadow like wolf called as he trotted towards a door in the opposite direction.


Up on the pillar, the man's body only shifted as she turned him over. His long hair covered his scared and wounded face. The exposed muscles sizzled on the floor as the hot met the cold. His body was limp and unresponsive.

Xigbar wasn't going to 'wake up'.
He didn't have a chance to even struggle to keep his life. He gave it up when he save Aqua. He knew it too. It was either her or him... and she had a long life ahead of her.

As for him... sure he wasn't proud of his life... but he made up for it. He became a Dragoon and helped the people of the Regole Region for almost fifteen years. Then... he saved the Shee's life... and then... the woman who broke his curse.

The man shifted as the king walked pass him.
"Mickey..." A raspy voice broke the silence and the mouse stopped, looking back at him.
"Please.... don't tell Aqua I was an Atterian if I die. I don't want her to know. I'm a Dragoon now... and that's all I want her to remember me as. An ugly Dragoon."


Down below, a dog rushed over and suddenly slung his shield, spinning out and hitting the Dark Knight in the back of the helmet. The force cracked it... but nothing more than that. The shield came back and the king's night grabbed it. He didn't notice that his knees were shaking.

Xehanort looked up and skillfully dodged the lightning. A grin came to his face as the lightning sizzled across the floor. Before it disappeared, he reached out, sucking the power from it. His eyes moved back to Mickey, a quick ball of lightning forming in his hand. He shot it out and it broke into three, all heading to the royalty.


Axel sighed in defeat, his wings folding over as he stood. Damnit it... I hope you two are ok! Don't make me watch all three of these crazy things!
He hurried after them but shot forward as a huge explosion erupted from below. He was still a guardian... and guardians had to go first!

He stopped and his eyes widened as he saw the scene. "Terra..." He saw the other blonde crying into the wolf's neck. His eyes turned to see Riku, laying motionless on the floor.
He backed away when Sora rushed over to his guardian and looked around more, seeing the large hole in the wall with steam bellowing out of it.

What... happened down here?
Slowly he looked down at Roxas who was looking away. Axel was about to reach out... knowing he actually couldn't touch the Shee but a sudden light caught all their attention.


Ven continue to sob, his tears and blood mixing in with the other's wounds. That was... what probably saved Terra...
When the bright night came over then, he pulled back. His eyes widened as he saw the change. What was happening...?

Tears still streamed down his face as he saw the beast turn into that... handsome man he had only seen once.
His yellow eyes slowly turned blue as he felt wet, bloody fingers wrap around the back of his neck. They looked into the other's blue eyes as he listened.
"Love... sacrifice for someone I love... for you..."

Ven's eyes widened again as Terra's eyes closed.
"Na....NO!" He cried as he pulled the man closer, not caring if he was all bloody and naked. "Terra...."


Axel looked down, guilt running through him. He wanted to heal them.... but... imps don't heal people...
"You need to STOP acting like an imp. It's easier then you think. You need to stop - lying, cheating, stealing and being selfish and greedy."

His eyes narrowed and he nodded to himself. He crossed his arms over his chest, his hands gripping on either shoulder. He closed his eyes and wrapped his wings around himself the best he could. A small flame flicked inside the closed way and slowly grew.
I need to help my friends...

His wings suddenly opened and a bright light shot out, cutting into two. One danced to Terra and the other to Riku. They wrapped around each and slowly absorbed into their body.

Axel fell to his knees and panted.
He had given the other's half his strength.

Ven continued to sob into Terra's neck... but felt some warmth back in him.

Riku's limp body twitched a bit, and his lips slowly pressed out to join the kiss. His aquamarine eyes slowly opened, his vision blurred for a moment as he looked up at Sora. When they cleared, he saw wings coming from the other's back.
"They're beautiful Sora...." He whispered softly with a small smile.

Axel started to shake all over. Maybe he used more than half!
He panted slightly but blinked, noticing that the ground under him slowly stopped sizzling.
What the...?
He reached up slowly, running his fingers over his hair line. No.... more horns....? He twitched his back, no longer feeling any wings. And his tail.... gone.

[Reno]

Demyx glanced over at the shadow wolf as he got up and started to walk away. He looked back at where Donald and Goofy disappeared - both determined to go and help their king. They were both gonna die...

He felt kinda bad about it actually, but what could he do? He was just some loyaly gypsy who got mixed up in all this merely 'cause he had some awesome sitar skills. He didn't have the ability to set things on fire like Axel did, or grow wings like Roxas could, or turn into a beast like Saix did...

The blonde stood, following after, placing a steadying hand on the wolf's back as they walked as ifhe needed it to support him. It was more just to balance himself out though...

His sitar, still strapped to his back, hit the back of his thighs lightly, resonating hollowly in the nearly soundless area - the sounds of the fight seemed so distant now...


The Dark Knight twitched as he was hit in the back of the head slowly turning to gaze at the duck and dog that dare thought they were any match for him and his master. What laughable little creatures. He left the other man;s side as he started to apporach the caricatures.


Aqua sobbed again when she realized that Xigbar wasn't going to wake up. He was gone...

She reached up, hand shaking as she brushed some of his hair away from his face some of her tears dripping down onto his face. She leant down, kissing his forehead softly before slowly standing, grabbing her spear. She could hear yells of the fight below.

Slowly she turned to look down at it, fury beginning to make her blood boil the minute she caught sight of Xehanort. She grit her teeth, slowly walking forward as she watched the duck and dog join the fight.

Mickey's eyes widened as he also saw his knight run out - how did they get here?! "Goofy...?" The minute he saw the duck calling off a lightning spell, he had a fobidding feeling that he was in trouble.

He watched as Xehanort changed the trajectory of the bolts towards him. The little mouse king squeaked a bit, about to call up a defensive spell when... when...

A stream of water shot up unexpectedly, drawing all three bolts to it and shoprt-circuiting them.

"XEHANORT!" A furious scream bellowed out and drew all attention towards the tower. A woman with blue hair stood there, her body outlined in a vibrant glow of blue. The spear in her hand pulsed with power - but she was still no match for the elder.

She didn't care. "I'LL KILL YOU!" She threatened, jumping from the tower and landed on the marble floor of the throne room. She charged forward holding up her spear and slicing for the other man.


The Dark Knight watched all this dismissively. Aqua was of not threat to them- especally angry. He turned back to the two sidekicks both of them still looking a little dazed at how fast the events were taking place. Foolish creatures. He held out a hand, a blue glow surronding it as he shot an ice spell out towards them.

Donald gave a squack of surprise, "FIRE!" The two spells collided violently.


Roxas looked upon Terra's form, confused. His... curse was broken? The blonde looked away a little embaressedly because the brunette was quite naked... and not bad looking either. But he heard Ven's desperate voice as the atterian;s body continued to fail him...

Then a glow beside him drew his attention and he turned his eyes, "Axel?" He called, confused, seeing as the other seemed to... curl INTO himself, drawing his impish wings close...

And then the light exploded outwards and Roxas had to covered his eyes - when it died down he slowly glanced over to see the new sight.


Sora hummed softly as the silverette kissed back, and slowly they broke away. Sora blinked curiously seeing the red glow surronding Riku, slowly fading away inside of him. He oddly... recognized the taste of the power - as if the fire imp was right beside him...

It was Axel's energy he... gave some up? (he wondered if he could do that...)

He siled however at the silvertte's words and chuckling shyly, glancing back at the silvery and blue wings perched on his back before leaning foreward, kissing him softly again. "Not as much as you are." He blushed a little, drawing his arms around the other and holding him close. "You scared the hell outta me!"


Terra heard the blonde's protests but for some reason Ventus' voice seemed to be getting so far away... almost blurred up as if he was underwater. It was actually kinda nice, everything that hurt was disappearing....

Then it was like a spark of flame behind his eyes as his whole body seemed to burn with energy. He stirred, gasping a bit, and he blinked his eyes serveral times in confusions. He looked up at the blonde who was crying...

and groaned. "Fuck, is it just my luck that I always make you cry?" He grumbled, reaching up - with a... HAND?! (god, this was going to take so long to get used to) - and brushed away some tears, and only ended up smearing the others face in blood. He chuckled softly curling around the blonde comfortably to soak in the other's warmth.


Roxas mouthed silently, confused because Riku and Terra both were awake now... and they seemed okay. Then he heard the thump of something falling and looked over - and gasped. "Axel!"

He rushed over kneeling in front of the red-head, his mouth gaping wordlessly. The demonic features were gone! No horns, No tail, no... wings... the dark mascara like markings under his eyes were gone...

The were such a brillant and bright green they didn;t need the highlights anyways...

Roxas swallowed a bit, before reaching up and... fearlessly brought the other into a hug.

The wolf continued on into the next room that held a very large stair case. He looked up at it and then at the blonde. He nodded slightly and started making his way up the stairs the fastest he could, making sure that Demyx could keep up.

When they reached the top, they came to an enclosed room. Saix slowly walked over to the a large window and got on his hind legs, looking out of it.
It showed the Throne Room below.
The others were fighting violently and he frowned.

He got back onto the floor and smiled slightly. "We can fight from a distance..."
Darkness wrapped around him and wisped around his body, completely covering him. A few seconds later, the darkness broke away, revealing the blue haired man again.

The large weapon in his hair appeared as well, and he suddenly smashed the window with it. Glass shards fell down into the fight as Saix looked at Demyx once more. "You have the power over water right?"
He pointed at Aqua, hoping he would understand.


Goofy blinked as he heard the call. He looked up, seeing the very upset woman. "Uh-oh..." He pulled the green hat tighter to his head as he watched her jump down. He was glad that she was on their side...

He yelped though as he heard a huge clash of majick and looked, seeing Donald's quick call saved them. He frowned and flung his shied at the knight once again.

Xehanort grinned as he looked up at the woman. Seemed it worked. His sword was pulled up as Aqua jumped down and dashed towards him. He quickly and skillfully moved out of the way, easily tripping Aqua as she came for him.
"Why do you cry over a piece of work like him? His new life was meaningless anyway."
He stated as he quickly countered one of Mickey's shot.


Riku smiled more as he was brought into another kiss. Blush even found his own cheeks and he wrapped his arms around the other, minding his wings. Riku had never seen such a thing before. Sure he had seen Ven's and Roxas's... but Sora's... they made his heart calm.

When Sora pulled away, he sighed slightly. "I'm sorry... I didn't do anything to protect you from them..."


Ven continued to get soaked in the other's blood as he cried. When the older man moved though, he pulled away slightly and then... he met those blue eyes again. "Ut..." His voice caught as he felt wet hands on his cheek. His eyes glowed happily as he held onto Terra more. "Terra..."

He nuzzled the man before pulling away again. He reached out and took the brunette's chin. He slowly leaned down and pressed his lips against the other's as his fire wings flapped softly.


Axel panted a bit as he continued to sit on the floor. He blinked though as he felt.... a hug? A warm hug that... wasn't wet from water.
His eyes widened from the feeling and slowly looked at Roxas. He was.... hugging him?
A small smile ran over his face and he reached down, wrapping his own arms around the boy.

He buried his face into the blonde hair for only a moment then pulled away.
"This is no time for celebration! The king is in trouble!"

[Reno]

Demyx followed the other up a set of stairs until thet came out to a higher area above the battle going on below. He gaped, eyes widened in surprise as he watched the fight play out. Damn that looked scary!!!

He glanced at the other as he mentioned fighting from up here. His brows furrowed, confused. How could one fight from up - then he mentioned the water...

Oh, he could do that! He grinned at Saix before grabbing his sitar and slinging it up in front of him, the strap comfortably against his neck. He looked down at Aqua cxuriously seeing her as she fouht abd grinned more. A water user... which meant he could help her the most!

He started to strum some chords, and then suddenly just went straight into rocing out - the music wasn;t pretty, in fact it was harsh and dissonant, just the way battle music should be!


The Dark Knight slammed his peusdo-sword in the shield, knocking it back - he wouldn;t fall for the same trick twice. He continued to advance towards the two.

""Fire!" Donald yelled again. But this time the Dark Knight merely waved a hand and the fire seemed to collide with something, sparking violently, before twisting and turning back onto the other two.

Donald made another motion with his staff. "Protect." He called, a protect spell covering Goofy anf himself, the fire harmlessly bouncing across the shields and disappating.

The Dark Knight shot forward in that moment, raising his sword and striking for Goofy.


Aqua yelped as she was tripped. What the hell?! How could he be that good? She stumbled, hitting the ground.

Mickey jumped back into the fight at that instant, slashing his sword upwaqrds towards the man - and was shocked at how easily blocked he was. The mouse scoffed jumping forward again - at least there was only one of him now. He slashed again and again and soon the sounds of their fight began to reverbrate off the walls once again.

Aqua got back to her feet, her eyes narrowing as she turned - when ghastily music met her ears. Her eyes narrowed some when suddenly streams of water began to form at her feet. She was confused - so she glanced upwards towards were she could just faintly see a blue haired man and a blonde who seemed to be 'rocking out'.

Ah... She glanced at the water, smirking as more and more appeared. "Your Majesty!" She cried and Mickey didn;t even looked back - he just jumped clear out of the way.

Aqua slammed her spear down and the streams of water suddenly took a more terrifying form as it shot forward, slitchering like a snake - and like a tidal wave it reared up and came down upon Xehanort, the wave having enough power to even crack the ground.


Sora just smiled shaking his head. "Riku I'm a Shee I don;t need protecting." He teased, poking the silverette in the cheek affectionately. His wings fluttered on his back softly, as if to show off his happiness. He was sure that wasn;t true - though he WAS the most powerful creature in the universe he had little to know knowledge on how to use that power unless panicked or furious...

But the thought of Riku getting hurt again - especally at his expense, didnlt sit well with him. He just wished he could do what his wings said he could and make peace with this crazy Xehanort guy and end all the pain...


Terra smiled as the other nuzzled him - and even gave him an affectionate nuzzle. He hummed softly - and it was such an odd noise it was kind of like he was... purring. His eyelids fluttered however when he felt the other's hand lift his chin and he spared the blonde a confused glance - before suddenly his lips weere covered in a sweet warmth that tasted oddly like blood and something so unique he could only call it Ventus.

His eyes slowly shut as he lifted his arms to wrap around the blonde and return the kiss, fingers meshing into the blonde hair. It was so much different from their first kiss when he felt hyponotized and almost in a dream-like state at the time... this was just something utterly different and new and wonderful. Wow... so this is what love was?


Roxas smiled as he was enveloped as well, their bodies pressed tightly together and for once their was no boundary of water between them... this was Axel's true warmth - and he was still nice and hot like the flame of a candle. It was... nice...

The two-colored wings on his back fluttered a bit, but that was when Axel suddenly pulled away. Roxas gave a yelp, not expecting the move - and since he was leaning INTO Axel had only one place to go...

He fell against the other sending them both toppling to the ground in the most awkward of positions. Further away he heard something like, 'Fuck Axel way to ruin a moment!' (Terra of course) and even more distant 'Ahh I forgot!' (Sora and his ever present ADD-ness).

Saix smiled as he watched the blonde. This was a kind of fighting that seemed... enjoyable? Slowly his golden eyes turned to the battle field too and slowly his hand came up. He pointed at different places and each time he did, large creature formed.

They were bulky and all carried a large weapon, just like Saix. They seemed to be mindless, only knowing that Master Xehanort and the Dark Knight were their enemies.


Goofy yelped as the huge sword came down at him. His shield had been flown astray so he had really nothing to protect himself with. All he could do was put his hands over his eyes and wait... to hear a clang right over his head.

He opened on eye slowly, seeing two large weapons against the other's sword. Two Berserkers pushed the Dark Knight away and slowly started slashing at him.


Xehanort's eyes glowed more as he saw everything coming at once. This was more like it. However... he could feel that most of his Shadow Army was now gone. Only one had survived... and that was Saix. He could tell... from the Berserkers. Another traitor. After this... he wound need to find more loyal subjects.

He stopped though as his pointed ears perked. He turned to see a huge wall of water heading for him with a hot tempered woman. He growled and he suddenly jumped into the air, much more higher than any human could jump. His feet skimmed the water as it went whooshing by.

He turned in midair and flung another powerful ball of energy straight at Demyx. His playing was distracting him...

Up above, the blue haired man saw the ball and right before it was about to hit the blonde, his claymore smacked into as if it was a ball. Like a ball, it went back to the person throwing it.
Xehanort growled and before the ball could hit him, he slammed it down towards the ground. It hit and exploded, sending electric waves off, hitting some of the Berserkers and making them blow up.


Riku frowned as he felt the poke. That wasn't what King Mickey had said. The Shee could of used guardians that day...
He blinked though when he heard a familiar voice call a reminder. That was right! Mickey needed their help!
He was about to move when he heard something bang and he looked over, seeing Roxas fallen over Axel in a... comedic way.

He chuckled softly but continued to get up.

Ven blinked as the redhead gave them all a reminder. He pulled away and heard Terra complain, only to smile and rub the last of the tears away, smudging blood all over his face. Both his and Terra's alike.

He watched Axel, Roxas, Sora and Riku start to get up and frowned, looking down at Terra.
"You guys go on ahead. We'll make sure everyone in the castle is safe and we'll join you soon."
He called out to the others.

Axel blinked and he was LEANED on and tumbled over, falling flat on his face. He couldn't help but laugh but they quickly got up and dusted off. He walked over to Riku and helped him up, smiling slightly. "Come on~~~ You're the youngest here!"
Riku stuck his tongue out but nodded, slowly looking at a wall and pointed his hand towards it.

Darkness wisped in a vortex, opening a portal for them.
All four looked back as Ven called out to them then looked at each other.

[Reno]

Donald squacked in fear as he watched his friend about to get cut down, his hand clenching around his staff - a spell on the tip of his tongue but he wasn;t able to say it - when he found he didn;lt have to.

The Dark Knight's sword clattered with some strange shadowy creature - a berserker. How... odd. He scoffed, jumping back some, seeing them as they began to appear all over. Just great, more distractions and weaklings.


Aqua cursed as her spell as bypassed, and both she and Mickey looked up with horror as Xehanort seemed to FLY through the air - neither could pjhsyically reach him now only someone with wings could...

Demyx's blue eyes widened at the sight of the ball coming towards him, his fingers stilling in fear - but then suddenly Saix was there, smacking the ball back towards it;s creator. He could kiss the wolf! As of now, he just smiled and looked back towards Xehanort, his eyes narrowing in anger. That was it. No more of this!

He slammed his fingers over the strings, stretching out the loud chords horrendously. He grinned, the water that he created still active.

At the same time, Aqua, who had the same idea, motioned her spear upwards - the huge wave of water broke in two, one following Demyx's direction, the other following Aqua's. They rose up like a backwards waterfall twisting around each other before creatong a large arc and both streams of water slammed into Xehanort - both on either side of him. There was no way he could escape it now, not when he was in midair.

"Earth!" Donald called as the ball hit the ground and lightning began to race across the ground. Little mounds of earth shot up from the ground and smothersed the lightning - it protected most of them but he could do nothing for the beserkers that got lost in the fray.

Mickey looked up, seeing the two water-bearers plan and smiled, rasiing his hand. "Graviga!" Just as the water surronded him, so did a spell of pure darkness and it seemed to wrap around the water like a ribbon adding to the pressure as it came upon the man - they'd crush him if they had to.


Sora frowned as Riku started to try and get up, and the brunette noticed how much trouble he was havcing. He flapped his wings a bit, trying to help the other but well - Riku was significantly heavier then him... that was why when Axel came over to help he was immensely grateful.

Roxas, also now on his feet, strtetched out his wings knowing they were about to go to a man who had 15 years priod tried to wipe out his whole race - he was the cause of the death. The Atterians never would have worked together otherwise... He was the one they had to blame for mom and dad...

The four stood together and as Riku made the portal they waited - only to receieved Ventus' negative response. The quartet all glanced at each other before staring towards the two - and Sora and Roxas looked away immediately with a blush because Terra was STILL naked.

The brunette in question glanced up at Ven, hearing his words and nodded, placing his head against the crook of the other's neck, lisening to the calming beat of the shee's heart. "Yeah go on ahead we'll catch up." He encouraged.

Heh the funny thing was he didn;t notice his own nakedness really. He'd been walking around without clothes for so long - well technically he;s been NAKED since he qwas five but well...

it never really bothered him before and sometimes he forgot it did bother others.

Sora frowned a bit before bravely glancing back, looking at Ventus with a smile. There was a lot of blood over there... "Alright then... we'll see you two then won;t we?" He waved, his eyes encouraging before he suddenly just up and walked through the portal - prompting Riku to follow.

Roxas glanced at his identical twin before nodding. "See you soon." He offered a smaller smile before walking after, bringing his wings close together so he could fit easily into the portal. He wondered idly if Terra or Ven would even make it... they were really banged up.


Sora stumbled a bit through the dark portal and blinked as they entered an empty room. He glanced around then shivered violently, bringing his arms close to himself. "Jesus it;s FREEZING!" To the silverette who walked right next to him however, the temperature was fine. The darkness in this area affected some - Shee's were part of that some.

Roxas made a answering statement as he felt the temperature of the area, his figners clenching into fists to ward off the instinctual shivering as his eyes changed back to gold. "Damn, Xehanort ever heard of a heater?"

Sora's head perked up however when he heard the sounds of yells and fighting coming from the enxt room. The door was cracked open slightly, letting the 'light' in but he could see nothing. His blue eyes shimmered back to orange as he FELT the panic and anger in the area. The fight on the other side was furious... it had to stop.

Some more Berserkers were created and mindlessly went after the Dark Knight more than ever. Saix knew... he was just a shadow... and most of the focus had to go towards Xehanort. He would try and keep the Dark Knight as occupied as much as possible...

He made sure to keep an eye on Demyx though. Xehanort would likely attack up there once again. He had a thing about... traitors. He liked to see traitors die from what they betrayed him over.


Xehanort was still in midair when... everything hit him at once. The water pushed on him on both side... and the gravitation pushed him in even more. His body was slowly getting crushed and he winced under the pressure.

Suddenly, everything broke off though and the water went splashing away. A round bubble broke the gravitation.
Reflectega.
He suddenly crashed down to the floor and panted. He held his chest as his gold eyes sparked. How dare they.

The walls started to grow dark as dark power started to circle him. He stopped though when he heard a door creak open. His eyes shot out to the door... seeing something quite amazing.
A Shee.
His eyes went crazy as he slowly stood, those wings of peace reflecting off his eyes.


Riku followed the Shee into the portal and ended up in the same room as him. He took a deep breath of the cold air. No, it didn't both him any. He frowned though as he heard the fighting next door. It was big...

Before he could say anything... Sora was gone from his side. "Sora!" The silverette quickly rushed towards the brunette that had already opened the door and was half way out. A hand wrapped around his wrist and pulled him back. "Sora, what are you doing!?"

Axel followed Roxas and waved to his naked friend. They appeared in the same room as the others and he too started to chatter. "Jeez... it is freezing in here." He rubbed his shoulders but frowned as he heard Riku rush off after the other Shee. "Biy, you're brother is something else. YOU ALL ARE! How did your parents raise creatures like you!?"


Ven waved softly as his brothers and guardians left. Almost all of the blood was Terra's... he only had a few cuts here and there from the glass. He looked down at the brunette and smiled softly.
He looked around his body, finding a larger piece of glass. He pulled it out and winced but held his breath.

Slowly he slit his upper arm open, blood started to pour out. He dropped the glass and slowly started to gather the blood that was coming from him, and gently as possible started to mix it into Terra's wounds.

"Yata!" Demyx crowed in triumph as the attack hit this time, watching the man fall towards the ground. Wow, he actually COULD help...

Mickey smiled, glancing at Aqua, then Demyx. He had told Riku that they were stronger then they looked...

However the whole field was about to change - possible for the better, possibly for worse. Mickey caught sight of where Xehanort was looking and quickly did as well. His eyes widened upon seeing Sora - Riku quickly joining his side. Where were they all coming from?!

The Dark Knight paused at the sudden feeling he got from his master, and glanced around - quickly spotting the Shee. The wings were illuminated in the dark area, like stars over a velet sky... and power thrummed through the air as he stood there.

Aqua glanced back as well and her eyes widened in amazement seeing the Shee she had only seen before in the reflection if
Mickey's spell. "Wow..." she breathed. He looked... like nothing she;d ever seen before.

Sora stood next to Riku, not bothering to answer his question - but mostly because he had become to frightened too. His eyes stared straight into those of the elder man, the one who led the attack of his species destruction. Orange clashed with amber and Sora's wings stretched a bit, becoming taunt as if he were getting ready for flight.

"Not as much as yours musta had raising you." Roxas teased, before laughing softly, taking a pounce forward and flapping his wings until he was beside Riku and his Brother, standing tall and proud. His eyes narrowed out at the destruction he saw, frowning deeply. The ground was scorched and cracked, theere was water everywhere... and there was odd shapes of the ground everywhere. A pillar was towards the right side, atop it a griffin and... and a dark shape? His eyes ssquinted just barely catching the hint of gray and black hair... and his eyes widened in horror.


Terra felt the other shifting around, his eyes dropping as he tried to ignore the other. All he really wanted to do was sleep. But when he heard a soft hiss of pain he looked up in alarm seeing Ven had... cut himself!? "Don;t do that!" He chastised even as the blonde began to cup the blood and... mesh it onto his wounds. Terra twitched in pain, but in a weird way it was also... comfortingly warm.

Like a healing spell. He mumbled out a few half-hearted protests for the other to stop until Ven ordered him to shut up and Terra obdiantly went quiet, letting the other work his magic. The wounds were sealing... and as the blood mixed with his own he fet some of the shee's power seeping back into his blood, zinging off his senses madly.

God it felt so good. Terra's eyes wandered some, suddenly seeing a hold in the side of the wall. He stayed quiet as he looked at it, the disturbed thought of walking through there coming to his mind. He wondered how mangled his father;s body was... of if he was even alive...

Riku frowned as he saw the hungry eyes of Xehanort. No wonder he and the Atterians got along so well. They were all power hungry.
A hand pressed on Sora's shoulder and the silverette looked down into the orange eyes.
"Sora... you can't be scared anymore. Xehanort is drawn by fear and he'll use it. We're all behind you and in front of you. You'll never be alone. We have to end this now... for the sake of other races out there. For the sake of the last remaining Shee to live a good life. You can't be scared. You won't be."

He smiled softly then looked at Xehanort, his eyes becoming dark with rage. His own body suddenly burst with a dark energy as he slowly left the Shee's side.

Axel stopped too when he was all the water. YUCK! No wonder things weren't getting done! They were having a water fight! Now fire. Yea fire!
He looked down at Roxas, seeing the horror in his eyes. He followed the boy into looking up and seeing some stains of hair over the edge. They looked.... familiar.

He shook his head and tapped Roxas. "Come on. You're the Shee of Balance! Let's go do some of our own damage!"

Goofy smiled as he saw them... but where was Terra and Ventus!? Were they ok? He swallowed but quickly pointed at each. "Shield!"
A hard bubble wrapped around the new comers.

Saix only glanced at the ones with wings, remembering the one that had turned him into a pup. He shook his head and move his hands, the Berserkers quickly attacking the Dark Knight once more.


"Shut up!" The blonde snapped at him and he continued to go from his blood to the Atterian, mixing it up real well. He could feel... the Atterian power as he pressed it into his own wound to get more of his blood out.
It was a messy way of healing someone... not to mention gross.

As he continued, he blinked as he saw Terra look off and slowly looked into the direction himself. His eyes became sad... and shameful. He looked away and sighed. "I.... I killed him..." He had... never killed anyone before.
Sure he injured other kids at school... but never broke anything... minus noses.

He stopped as he looked down at his hands. They were covered in blood. His whole body started to shake as he just looked at his reflection in the blood. "I.... I'm so sorry..."

Sora was quiet as Riku attempted to reassure and calm him. It worked. Slowly the brunette's shoulders became less tense and he nodded. e blinked as the silverette left his side though. He took a deep breath, glancing towards Axel and Roxas before looking forward his eyes narrowing.

Demyx looked down as well, grinning. "Roxas! Axel!"

Roxas blinked when he ehard the call of his name his eyes dancing further away to spot a familar blonde next to... an unfamilar man. Or maybe he wasn;t so unfamilar. Somehow he felt like... they had met before.

He glanced away though, hearing Axel's words and he smirked, nodding. "Easyily."

Donald glanced back, seeing the miniture team as well - as well as the wings. So Sora's had broken as well... but where were the others?

The Dark Knight watched the group of four as they started to advance - and suddenly caught sight of something dark moving towards him. He raised a hand up high a red and black ball glowing within it - and suddenly it burst into a hundred miniture rays, smacking hard into the beserkers and surronding area.

Demyx yelped a bit as some of the rays came up high smacking into the balcony and around the structure. He yelped, ducking low as a few flew over his head. "Saix!!!"

Aqua's eyes widened and she held up her spear uncertainly until Mickey stepping forth, rasiing his own sword and a brillant yellow glow formed at the tip and he slashed - rays of yellow crashing into those of red, canceling them out.

Sora gave a noise of panic and suddenly flapped his wings, passing Riku and coming up beside Donald and Goofy. One little protect spell wasn;t gonna save them here. He held out a hand, a shield forming in front of his side of the area, protecting Donald, Goofy, Roxas, Axel and Riku while catching the rays watching them explode on impact.

Roxas blinked in surprise as the attack happened staring blankly as the rays dispersed. He could hear Demyx screaming. He growled a bit and then suddenly ran forward and with a little hop took to the air.

The Dark Knight watched as one of the Shee stepped forward to protect his friends then suddenly as the shield went down something flew into his range of vision - something with black and white wings.

The Knight didn;t have time to react before Roxas was close and personal and looking none too happy. The blonde rasied a hand, placing it up at the shadow's face. "You annoy me." He said simply a white blast quickly forming and exploding right in the knight's face. He wasn't too worried though - he knew it was nothing but a doppleganger. Nothing real. He didn;t think he could do that to a real person.

The Knight flew back, slamming into the ground and rolling around, laying silently next to his master before he burst in darkness, surronding Xehanort and receding back within him. Roxas' wings fluttered as he touched back to the ground staring Xehanort straight in the eyes unflinchingly. He had the eyes of someone who one day... could of been a leader. "Xehanort call it quits now."


Terra was silent until he heard the Shee begin to speak. He looked up slowly, seeing the look in the other's eyes and sighed. "Stop it." He murmured softly, before reaching up bringing the younger into a secure hug. "It's..." He frowned unale to think of the right word. "Well..."

He groaned. "Damn it I'm human again and I still suck at pep talks." He shook his head, sitting up on his own. "If you wanna feel bad about it go ahead... but you know the second he killed me he would have been after you right? You could say it was self-defense..."

[Reno]

Saix growled as he ducked too but quickly stood. The beams bounced off the wall and were coming back for them. He suddenly pulled the bottom of his jacket over Demxy as a shield and when the beams hit it, it absorbed into it.

He blew it away and returned his view down at the scene.

Riku blinked as Sora quickly left his side. Now that the Shee were fighting... he was becoming a bit less... confident. If anything happened to Sora...
No... He couldn't fear. He nodded and quickly took off towards Mickey and Aqua.

As he ran, a large light passed through the room, making him close his eyes. He still knew where he was going even without sight. He WAS blind for said years.
When he opened his eyes once more, another bright light exploded and this time he had to stop.
When that was gone, he quickly came to the King's side. "Are you two ok?"

Axel's jaw was on the floor when he saw the last explosion. "ALRIGHT ROXAS!" He cheered. That kid was something else. He wondered... if these three were more powerful than the other Shee... or if it was just the case that they didn't know how to use only a LITTLE bit of power at time. He quickly raced over to Sora and the others, his hands becoming hot as he watched.

Xehanort's eyes narrowed, making the bright light hurt less. He didn't flinched when his shadow fell to his side and became one with him once more.
His golden eyes looked into the other's a grin still wide on his face. His complete power was back inside of him now.

"Prince Roxas is it?" His eyes gleamed in closer. "My, don't tell me you're as foolish as your dead parents." His arm suddenly shot out and his fingers wrapped around Roxas's throat. He pulled him up and grinned more.

Axel's eyes went wide as he saw the man lift Roxas. "BASTARD! LET HIM GO!" Sudden fire rings burst from his hands as he rushed towards the elder. He growled as he was about to swing but suddenly... all the air came out of his lungs... as his stomach was punctured.

The green eyes went wide again as he suddenly fell to his knees, the fire blowing out. Blood came from his mouth as he looked down, seeing the Master's sword in his stomach. The metal scrapped behind him, indicating that the sword had gone right through him.


Ven stopped shaking as he was pulled into the hug. His eyes slowly close but opened as Terra started to speak. He pulled away softly and looked at the huge hole again. He... had done that?
He looked down and shook his head.
"But... he was your dad..."
