Rivalry

[Reno]

"Shut up." Was all Ami hissed, rasing her sword, a deathily, murderous look within her eyes.

[Jade]

" This is stupid and pointless Ami!" Shouka shouted as she just stood there holding her Katana waiting for her sister to get closer before she would make her first move. Ami's movements where all so predictable and that was why she could always better her at everything.

[Reno]

"Hmph, nothing in this world is pointless." Ami hissed back. Her sister was waiting, waiting for her to attack, but you can only get bit so many times before you finally learn the lesson. So Ami staied where she was, waiting for Shouka to get the hint and come at her instead.

[Jade]

" whats wrong? Too scared too attack? Or maybe its we both know how predictable you are." Shouka sighed shaking her head " Ami just put the sword down and lets go home..."

[Reno]

"How... how dare you?!" Ami cried. "Don;t brush me off. you giving up already? maybe it's you who's scared!"

[Jade]

" Scared of somebody that ive never lost too? Somebody that ive always been able to win with ease? Do you think that dads sword really makes you that much better? Hell you dont even know how to use it, and I know daddy didnt train you either! Your like a new baby chick just out of the world with that thing, and that my little sister is why you still can never beat me."

[Reno]

If her grip tightened anymore, she feared the preciosus, treasured sword would break under the pressure. "Who the fuck do you think you are?" Her ruby eyes flashed with fury. She;d noticed something a long time ago, when she first began training. Her wine colored eye had begun to change. They began to darken, redden further. It never worried her though, her real dad had red eyes... but for so long she had had her mother's eyes... she didn;t know why the sudden change, in fact it made her look... dangerous.

The werid thing is... no one else seemed to notice.

Ami scowled at her older sister. bitch. bitch. bitch! i'll kill her!

[Jade]

" I am Shouka! Your older sister that has done nothing but love you! And for some strange stupid reason all you can do in return is show me hate! I dont even know why! What the hell did I ever do to you!?" Shouka shouted back at her lowering her guard " I love you damnit..."

[Reno]

Ami pasued, then like a whipser her mind spoke to her. Its a trick! she;s doing it on purpose, trying to make me feel 'safe'. she;ll strike then the moment she has me wrapped around her finger! Destroy her! Seeing Shouka, vunerable, Ami's smirk grew and she suddenly leapt forward, rasing the sword over her head and slashing down at her sister.

Sephiros, who of course had been listening to the spat, nearly jumped upwards to go and stop the fight, but it was too late.

[Jade]

Shouka looked up and tried to block it, but it was too late... The blade struck at her flesh as Shouka flew back towards the ground hitting it hard. Blood was pouring out from the wound as Shouka let out a loud cry. reaching over to the spot where Ami had stabbed at " Ami.... why...?" she winced shutting her eyes why did she...?

[Reno]

Ami landed in front of her sister. "You let you're guard down. I asked you to fight not give me a damn lecture." She rasied the sword again, smirking in pleasure. Her sister would never raise her sword in time. She brought it down-

clang!

"Wha..." Ami looked at the sword connected to her own, stopping her attack. She tilted her head, looking at her father and cringed at the angry, disappointed look in his eyes. She was in trouble.

"Don;t let your anger cloud your judgement." Sephiros scolded. "You could have really hurt your sister."

"Well its not like she came die!" Ami fought back.

Sephiros gave her a stare and Ami obdiently shut up. She pushed away her sword, letting it lodge into the ground and huffed.

Sephiros turned from his youngest. She was acting... ill-normal. Glancing down at Shouka, he sighed. "you alright Sho?"

[Jade]

Shouka winced getting up slowly " Ill live if thats what your asking..." she stared down at her wound then looked over at her sister. " I dont understand you..."

[Reno]

Ami snorted. "Of course you don;t. Here's a lesson for you: shut up and maybe you won;t get hurt next time." Her sister smirked in triumph then stalked past without another word.

[Jade]

" Ami..." Shouka sighed staring down towards the growned as she staggered getting up slowly... Slowly she looked at her father then her sister again then turned and started to walk off.

[Reno]

Sephiros looked at both of his daughter's and sighed. It looked like Ami had finally won a spar...

but one had to ask if that was a good thing?

It kept repeating in her mind, like a voice of evil whispering but too hard to identify if it was her own... or someone elses.

Ami had locked herself in her room and curled up with the dragonsblade. She breathed in slowly, but she felt so warm... like she had a fever. what's wrong with me?
