He blinked as he looked at her. "what? why is it your fault?" he walked to her and sat on the bed. "it's not your fault...it's no one's fault." he reached over and touched her cheek softly.
Shinji winced as he turned over. He just wanted to rip these stupid things off his back!

Tears ran down her face and she frowned. "yes it is... damn it Aya, after i met you i forgot all about my apperence but now i remeber just how much of a monster i am."

He blinked as his eyes widened. "You're not a monster!" he grabbed her hands and looked straight into her eyes. "listen, i wouldn't have married a monster...i wouldn't have loved, have cherished a monster. Monsters are heartless, scary, mean, cruel, evil creatures...you're none of those! You're beautiful and caring and full of love. No one could ask for more than that. And if people call you a monster...then....then I'm a monster too." He kissed her deeply then pulled away. "You're far from being a monster..."
Shinji's eyes widened as he heard the yell.

Elly smiled slowly, tears falling from her face as she gathered him into a hug. "Aya... i love you. thank you so much." she nuzzled his neck.

He smiled as he rubbed her neck. He hated when she talked like that about herself. But he could understand why she felt that way.
Shinji sighed as he closed his eyes and soon fell asleep.

Elly smiled, kissing him passanitly. It was going to be a fun night.
Years had passed since then. Luna was already 17 and Shinji 15. Porlbems due to Shinji's wings had of course continued and and incident were he nearly ripped out his spine happened when he once again tried to pull the offending appendages out of his back. Elly understood what he went through and did her best to help but now he was a teenager and rebellious. It was bad...

Shinji smirked as he held his katana tightly in his hand. He glaced up for a second and suddenly flew into the air and slashed down at Luna.
Aya watched from above and sighed. Luna and Shinji had taken up fighting...and they had matches everyday after school. He was never the same...after what had happened so many years ago. It wasn't anyones fault...it just happened. Him and Elly decided to have another baby...She was 7 months pregnant when...when she had a miscarriage. It was horrible...and...he never acted the same. He now had a pony tail that ran down to the middle of his back and glasses found a home on his face. Vincent wasn't doing so well either...he was dying from cancer....
Shinji had indeed grown. He was a tall, skinny, handsome even sexy young man. His hair was black with a light dusting of blonde. Long braids ran down his back, both black and blonde. His wings had grown to their biggest size, making everthing else visible to the public around him.

Luna scoffed, stopping his attack with a glare and a rasied of her sword. "You can;t beat me that easily!" Her hair, which had an odd mix of color between black and blue, only reached her shoulder blades. Her eyes were still yellow like the glowing moon but she had grown into a tall skinny girl. She was busty but neither was flat-cheasted. It was just enough to not interfre with her fighting.
For Elly, many things had changed. When she had lost her baby in the miscarriage she ordered that her tubes be twisted and her fighting spirit slowly died out. sure every once and a while she and her mother would have a good spar but the spirit had died with that baby.

Shinji smirked as he landed in the snow and threw his leg out, coming from behind her and knocking her down. He pushed himself up and dusted the snow off of him. He laughed as snatched her sword and twirled it infront of her. He and Luna seemed to have raised themselves after the miscarriage. Neither Elly or Aya were the same towards them. Shinji didn't hold a grudge tho...Aya was so excited to have the new baby...and it never came. It didn't bum him out either, if the baby was born, he'd be the middle child.
Aya walked down the stairs and into the livingroom where Elly was. He walked up to her and wrapped his arms around her. He insisted that they should try again after the miscarriage, but before he could ask again, she had gotten a sudden operation to tie her tubes.

"bastard!" She hissed, glaring angrily. she hated the fact he could always get the best of her, despite her age advantage. She stood up, glaring at him and holding her hand out pointedly for her sword. She was probably the only one who wasn;t changed by the miscarriage. She was old enough to udnerstand that these things happened. She wasn;t sad for nothing never born and she undestood her mothers operation to tie her tubes. To have a baby wasfilled with love and joy but also fear. Pure terror. To lose a child not born was worse then losing your own life. her mother had no regrets over the surgery.
Elly leaned back with a small smile. "hi hon."

"hmm... little woozy..." Elly murmured. Lately she had been feeling sick. it was flu season after all but getting sick in the ice mountains was the worst.
