Ken took a deep breath. "Ok...so, my name is Ken Valentine. But, I have no idea what my family was up to, I know nothing of what I am."

I know that a lot of people are telling me not to go to Midgar, but I have to, even if there's nothing left. My father wanted it, and I can't turn that down."

Mako nudged Diana as she pet him. She seemed to be the most peaceful in the room.

Mako squaked in excitment and flapped his wings slightly, sending a few feather into Ken's soup.
Ken just staired at the feather floating in his soup and took a breath. He plucked them out and took another spoon to his mouth.

Ken glanced at Eve then took a breath. "Please Miss Eve was it? I need not smirk or remarks right now." He took another breath and place the soup bowl back on the wooden nightstand. "I almost saw death and...well...I don't know what to do with myself now. Why would my parents want me to go to a ruined city?"
