"OH ARCEUS! How are we suppose to find him in this place!?" Roxel was now knowing on his own sleep, only pulling away when he had to shout. "I thought you were rivals. Now you're worried that he got lost?" Bonnie seemed amused as she handed over her card to the woman behind the desk of the hotel. "Well he's not my rival anymore, and what about Luci??" He asked, looking back to see the blonde glancing out the window, looking back and forth as if she would really spot him.
"We'll find him. Don't worry!" They watched as the wannabe nurse walked over to the worried sister, taking a peak out the window only to see dark streets and the nightly crowd all heading from work back home. "Do you have something of your brother's?" She suddenly asked, making the blonde pry her face from the window. It was an odd question but Luci was quick to give her his hoodie that he let her borrow the night before to keep her warm. "Great." With a tap of a pokeball, a blue light appeared and so did a Granbull. "Wow..." Despite appearing fierce-looking, Roxel knew Granbulls are actually very timid, loyal and playful. Unless Granbull are startled, they will try not to bite indiscriminately.
Namine lowed the hoodie and the pokemon quickly sniffed it. "GRAN!" He stepped on the mat, making the doors open and walked outside, his nose sniffing the air. "We'll look for Gunnar! you guys get settled!" Namine waved, not noticing the little hearts over Sanyi's head again before she and Lucina were off after the bull-dog pokemon.
"A-AAH!" Gunnar hit the ground hard, wincing as he moved to free himself, feeling his muscles strain. For all he knew, he could have sprained something. That was all he needed! Teeth clenched when he heard the rattling of the chain fence and looked up, glaring at the kid who must have took his wallet. He was struck though when the silverette looked back at him, their eyes alluring and though there was dirt on their face, it was pretty cute. It was definitely a girl... wasn't it? Whatever it was, it was still getting away with HIS wallet. "HEY! TCH!" He struggled, looking back to see his feet were tangled in some sort of web. A pokeball was snatched from his belt and thrown against the wall, making it pop open and a large dinosaur filled the alley. "Fire fang!" "RAAAAAAAN!"
Sharp fangs began to glow, a waft of fire flaring from them as she leaned in and bit down on the web. It instantly burned off and luckily Gunnar was quick to put it out before it put his pants on fire. He got to his feet and patted the pokemon, "Good girl." before calling her back. He started out easy, making sure he actually didn't sprain anything and when everything seemed to work without much pain, he too hoisted himself over the gate and rushed down the rest of the ally, only to come to a fork. It was either right or left. Of course he wasn't smart and didn't see which way the thief went. However, something tipped him off. A piece of ripped clothing was stuck to the gutter that was down the left way. "Got you..." Greenish blue eyes narrowed and he ran down the alley, coming to another corner and as he did, there was another gate and then some alcove that was covered with an old blanket. The alley next to it led off to a main road.
Carefully, Gunnar silently scaled the gate and jumped down, crouching some before sneaking up towards the alcove. As he got closer, he could hear some talking from inside. This thief wasn't just a thief; they were crazy too! A flick of his wrist and an agile jump, Gunnar sprang into a small room that was poorly furnished and decorated. The silvertte spun around in shock, making Gunnar reach for a pokeball. Before he could threaten the thief into giving him his wallet back, a horrendous cough filled the small space, making Gunnar gland to the left, seeing a poorly fixed bed with another silvertte laying in it. Unlike the one before him, this one had longer hair that was wet from sweat and their pale body was shaking, making the bed rattle some.

"How can we rest when we're worried about them?!" Tensai complained, though no one was around to hear his complaint.
"Thank you Namine." Lucina said, honestly grateful as they ran across the sidewalks, the night getting dark and reminded this side of the world always got a lot cooler sooner in the year. She kind of wanted to ask for the jacket back, but knew the run would warm her up. "I'm surprised he can track!" She commented, remembering that Granbull weren't usually tracking dogs, just pets. They were known to have an extraordinarily sense of smell, but very few people could train these dogs to do a task that required so much... focus. "You must of trained him well."
He never expected to be followed.
Usually people didn't keep trying after that - he didn't know how stubborn his pursuant was. He'd stolen a thousand - a million times. Especially from that store, where the cashier always had his nose buried in the news and no surveillance to catch him if he stole a snack or two. Which was, of course, what his pockets were now lined with.
But, as the echoing coughs of the elder reminded him like stabbing sword strikes in the heart, medicine was not as easy to come by.
"You're annoyingly determined for some chump change." He said plainly, not noticing the way the other seemed suddenly taken aback. He didn't realize the other was surprised that he was a guy. He didn't have time to think of that at all, he just knew he had to get this trainer out of here. "But so am I. Loz." "Spina~" Came a little call, before a creature walking across his back and perched on his shoulder. "I'm willing to fight you for it, so back off." He said as he waved the wallet in his hand, his threat borne more from desperation than anything.

Namine just smiled at the compliment. It sure wasn't easy training him either but she made sure to make him do learn it when he was a little snubbull. She would rub a little ball in her hair and gave it to her mom before hiding in the back yard. The snubbull got quite lonely with her missing and used the ball to track her scent so they could play together again. She made sure to do this every once in awhile. She would ask Totem to hide in the woods and told Granbull to find him. Now, it was playing a very important role, just what their training was for! "Bull!" The purplish dog stopped at the entrance of an alley way and pointed. "Wonderful! Thank you!" Namine rubbed the dog's ears before treating him with a pokeblok. the dog was pulled back into his ball and the two girls raced down the narrow way.
They came up to the first gate and saw something peculiar on the floor. It looked like the results of something that burned. "Hmmm..." "AAAAAAAAAH!!" "GUNNAR!" Both the girls cried in alarm when they heard a familiar voice scream. "Hurry!" Namine rushed to the fence and put her hands together, allowing Luci to put her foot on it to hoist herself up. They needed to hurry! Gunnar sounded like he was in trouble!
"AAAAAAAAAH!!" The boy stepped back, nearly stumbling as he saw the green and yellow, six legged pokemon appear on the thief's shoulder. "A-a-a-h.....o-ok.... K-keep the wallet... I don't care. J-just keep that thing away from me..." He hardly noticed that he was shaking much like the one in bed. Arceus, how he hated this spider-like pokemon! Ever since he saw pictures at school of this bug, he was scared to death of them. At least it wasn't an Ariados! "L-look... if it's money you're needing... you c-could a just asked. I-I mean... if you want your.... brother (?) to get better... why not j-just bring him to the hospital? They'll make him better f-for free if you can't afford it!"

OOC: I wrote the bird Exploration!
Green eyes widened at the scream. Really it was... almost funny. This kid probably had enough Pokemon in his arsenal to kick his ass six ways to next millennium – and yet, he was scared of his meager, unevolved one? He cracked a rare grin, though only the boy behind him knew it was a rare expression so that wasn’t saying much, but it was lost quickly when he heard the other’s suggestion. His eyes blazed and he scoffed, “Help us? Oh certainly, they’ll help us find a good dumpster to rot in. No one has ever helped us nor has anyone cared to. Not then and not now.”
“Spinnn…” Came a twitter at his shoulder, and he knew it was a warning. Not a moment later, he heard feet and the calls of voices, echoing down to them like the area was suddenly a bizarre cavern, hidden deep within a mountain rather than a city. “Gunnaaaar! GUNNAR!”
He snarled as two more appeared, these two girls, and unlike popular stereotypes that girls were grossed out by bugs, they took one look at him and he knew they weren’t afraid. And he knew instinctively, that he was in trouble. More trouble then he’d been in years – or perhaps his whole life.
“Gunnar, what’s going on? Who is this kid?” The blonde with ribbons in her hair asked, frowning as she saw him shaking, hurrying to his side. “Hey, are you alright? Did he poison you!?” “I did nothing of the sort!” The thief growled, sounding quite insulted. “I am a pick-pocket, not a murderer.” Lucina gave him a cold stare, regarding him with dismissive eyes, ones he’d grown used to all his life. It just took one look – his tattered black clothes that had lost a bit of their color and were turning gray, the dirt and grime that covered his skin in a layer that was, to him, forever impenetrable, his dirty, separated hair that probably would never recover it’s old sheen, and, most of all, his eyes that seemed to glow in darkness, regarding her with as much disregard as she did him.
And she made up her mind about him. “This the punk that stole your wallet?” “Well anyone who puts it in their back pocket like that is just asking for Loz here to get to it~” The man spoke up, waving the wallet again as Spinrak climbed down his arm the dots on his belly curved up in his own spidery smile, amused as the brunette’s shivers increased. A simple string shot had been all it took, the surprisingly adhesive attack able to latch onto the revealed corner of the wallet – and with barely a pull at all it was out of his pocket and in their hands. “Way I see it, it’s mine now.”
“How does THAT make logical sense?!” Lucina cried, looking ready to make a fight about it – but coughing interrupted again and the thief’s eyes darkened, no more playfulness on his face as he was reminded he didn’t have all the time in the world. “I don’t have time to explain it to a kindergartner still pinning her hair up with ribbons. Get out of our home.” He snapped.

Narrowed eyes never left this kid's face, doing everything he could to not look at that disgusting pokemon. It was only when he heard the other kid cough again did his eyes stray, looking back to see the boy shivering. His eyes focused for a moment, seeing the silverette one moment and than... himself at a young age. He too was coughing and shivering, being stricken with Pokerus. Slowly, he look back to the thief, again, seeing the silverette slowly turn into a familiar form. His father. Now he understood. He reached out and took his sister's arm, pulling her back some while looking away. "Come on sis, let's go. He needs my wallet more than I do..." She fussed for a moment but when he gave her a look, she quickly understood.
She wasn't the only one who wanted her brother to get better. In a sense, they were like the nuzleaf in the forest.
Together, they slowly made their way to the exit. "Namine, come on..." Gunnar called but the nurse was still planted. She looked around the alcove, seeing that there was just a lame bed and a beaten up couch. There was a tattered rug on the ground under an old wooden table and surprisingly enough, there was a bookcase on the fall wall, littered with old, but intelligent books. There was no way anyone else lived here besides these two, making them obvious... orphans. They looked about the same age as the travelers back at the hotel, making her wonder if they too lost their family due to the floods. That didn't seem right either, knowing that there were very few deaths in Eterna City, Oreburgh City, Hearthome City and Celestic Town because everyone was evacuated to Mt. Coronet.
It wasn't just a place for higher ground but it was a place where the people of Sinnoh could pray to Arceus, hoping it would keep them safe from Lugia's rage.
Slowly she turned, seeing Gunnar holding up the ratty curtain that lead back to the alley. A sudden breeze whipped through the alley, making the curtain flap enough to yank itself from the boy's grasp. She looked back, seeing the silverette still standing there as if this was a normal thing, making her eyes soften with pity. "Why don't you two come with us?" "Namine!?" "It must be really cold at night and it's not helping your brother get any better. We have a nice hotel room that can keep you warm for the night until you get your brother's medicine in the morning." She wasn't surprised when the thief declines, saying that they would only report him for pickpocketing but it wasn't Namine that needed to convince him to reconsider.

The young man was tense, his jaw locked and eyes blazing with indecision, as he looked between his brother and Namine. But it was obvious who was going to win this battle as his brother coughed again and the young man seemed to slump, as if the fighting spirit was sucked right out of him.
Though the hotel wasn't actually too far, with the young, sickly male it seemed to take three times the time to get there. The rags the younger had wrapped him in seemed to do little, his shivers still wracking his whole frame and even Lucina's normally hardened heart was sympathetic to the poor boy. When they got to the hotel, they ignored the stares they received from the people at the desk.
They didn't actually expect anyone to be waiting for them.
"Guys, what's going on?!" Came a call, and Tensai seemed to appear out of nowhere. He had actually been in the lobby sitting in a chair, his nose half-buried behind a book as he worriedly waited for them, so they hadn't noticed him. Namine was the one, to tell him short-handedly, what was going on but he seemed to get the gist of it. "Oh," He stared at the two silverettes, recognized the first suddenly. He was the guy who he thought was his father. "Well can I help? My dad taught me how to make a bunch of natural remedies for sickness."

"Well...." The girl frowned, seeing Gunnar and the boy rest the sickly one on the lobby couch, hearing him cough some more. "I really don't know." The two boys walked over to greet Tensai but introductions would have to be saved for later. "Tensai here knows how to make some remedies. Do you know what your brother has?" He was hoping it wasn't Pokerus. Then again, if he was sick for a long time, the boy would have surely died by now. They had Pokerus vaccines now so everyone should have received one by now... even strays.
"How about warm honey? Honey soothes the throat and maybe it would at least get him to stop shivering? And perhaps a warm bath to get rid of those chills." Gunnar suggested, really not knowing a lot about aiding someone naturally. Luckily, Tensai agreed to both. He informed them that Bonnie had split them into two rooms again. One for the boys and one for the girls and if the Almasy wanted their own room, they could get one themselves. So much for a team thing. They supposed she was being fair though so without any bickering, the four helped the boy up and headed towards the boy's room.
The door was opened by Sanyi, who instantly shot to Namine's side and asked her what was going on. For the second time, she gave him a small summery of what had happened. "Hey Xel?" Gunnar called, making the boy get up off the bed and walk over. "Can you get your chicken to heat up the water again?" "Her NAME is Melody and---" "Xel!?" "OK!" The thin boy pushed his way around the crowd gathered by the door and he began to get the tub ready, seeing it bubble with heat. "Not too hot ok? Make it like the hot springs." "Torchic!"
The boy gave it a test when it was the right depth and smiled, the warmth reminding him of home. He was already missing it. "Bath's ready!"

When he was asked, he could only shrug and name the symptoms, "Fever, shivering coughing, sore throat, loss of appetite. It seems like nothing more than influenza." But even this common, normal disease could be deadly... when you didn't have shelter or the proper means for good care.
And especially no way to get clean. It was a wonder the younger wasn't sick himself. He was obviously very tired himself, the shadows around his eyes to indicate nights of sleeplessness and endless care. He was obviously getting desperate, if he was stealing money for the pharmacy.
So there first order of business was to control his temperature. A warm bath was a great start and after Roxel was pratically kicked out of the bathroom by the silverette the door was closed to give them privacy.
"Their orphans, aren't they?" Tensai asked softly from where he sat on a bed, pulling things out of his pack as he looked for the medicines his father had given him. He found some honey, which was good, and set it aside for them to make with tea. "Seems like it." Lucina said, glancing at Namine who nodded. "Then, we better try our best to help them." Sanyi was the one to speak next walking over to where he left his things, "I have some spare clothes, though I dunno if it'll fit them." "They need a good meal too. Something with lots of vitamin C." Tensai said. "Can we order room service?"

"Yea, that's fine. I can ask my dad if he can transfer me some money. I'll just tell him a pokemon ran off with my wallet when I was washing up at a stream. I'll hear some lectures but I think this kid's health is more important right now." Gunnar informed, falling on a bed with a sigh. Roxel watched him curiously, raising an eyebrow. Gunnar... really wasn't such a bad guy. He was a lot kinder than he let off. He guessed it was to keep a macho image or some crap like that. "Great, I'll order something then." Namine nodded to Tensai and headed to the desk that was littered with bags, easily finding the phone.
"Yes, hello, can I get some room service to 212? I'd like a dish of steamed vegetables with some extra broccoli and a half gallon of orange juice? Yes, that's all.... thank you!" When she hung up, they heard Roxel giggle. "Man, I'm glad I'm not sick or I would choose death over broccoli!" The room service didn't take it's time because in ten minutes, they were knocking on the door. Namine answered and gave the man a smile, taking the covered dish carefully and the juice before closing the door. She then knocked on the bathroom door with her shoe and blushed when a half naked silverette opened the door. "Here, this is for your brother and feel free to take some too." She offered, making sure he got everything he needed.
Clothes were passed to them too, along with two glasses for their drinks and a cup of tea Tensai just finished whipping up. When the door was closed, the nurse sighed but smiled, looking back at the group. "Well, I should head to the girl's lounge, huh Luci?" Before she left though, she wrapped her arms around Sanyi again, giving him a good night hug and kiss on the cheek. "See you guys tomorrow! Call if you need anything!" She waved and her and Lucina were gone.
.............. "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH! SAN GOT A KIIIISS!!" Roxel laughed, falling back into his own bed that surely he and Tensai would be sharing. Like he'd bunk with Gunnar!

Tensai could practically see the hearts fluttering around Sanyi's heart as he waved to Namine while she left. But when Roxel burst out in his teasing way he burst into laughter. "SHUT UP!" The bluette cried, throwing his pillow at Roxel, cheeks flushed now with embarrassment. The red-head still continued to laugh, so he tackled him instead.
Tensai watched them tussle with a shale of his head, glancing over, seeing Gunnar watching the door with a peculiar frown on his face. He walked over to him, giving him an encouraging smile, "Don't worry. I know it looks bad, but they're going to be alright." The brunette gave him a look that told him he didn't believe a word he said - and to be honest Ten wasn't sure he completely believed it either. But they did have one thing that most orphans didn't and were truly lucky to - each other.
Things calmed down after awhile, and then they realized they had another problem - there was only two beds. Where would the teens sleep? It was decided, since Tensai was practically volunteering to sleep on the floor, that they would order up an extra bed. And even after they had done so and got everything situated, still they waited for the two silverettes that were still in the bathroom. Every once and awhile they heard the water run, probably for the bath to keep it's temperature and then, after some time, the blow dryer.
They would of laughed - except Tensai who know how his dad was - but what they were doing was smart. It was never good to fall asleep with wet hair - and with the elder already sick and with incredibly long hair, it would only serve to make him worse. But, finally, they heard the lock on the door pull and all of them looked up when it opened.
Simply from being clean and in new clothes, the two looked much better and, without all the dirt on them, the two were actually very pale-skinned. It reminded Tensai of his own dad. The younger's eyes swept over the suddenly transformed room, looking even further suspicious as he gazed at them calculatingly, but Tensai only gave them a smile, indicating the nearest bed and saying, "You two can sleep there for the night if you'd like." The other's green eyes studied the tempting resting place like it was full of hidden needles, but he shuffled over to it with his brother, helping him into bed and pulling the covers up around him, not minding as Loz climbed from his arm and down onto the free pillow. "Get some rest, okay Nii-san?" He said gently, making sure he was comfortable before heading back into the bathroom and taking out the dishes they had left within, the plates were clean and the cup was empty. Sanyi took them and set them aside on the nearby desk. The boy stood there uncertainly, looking at them again before looking down at the floor, mumbling softly, "Thank you..." It was probably not words he said often. "No problem." Tensai said sincerely. "I'm Tensai, by the way. And this is Roxel, Sanyi, and Gunnar." There was a nod, before he spoke again, "Kadaj. And my brother is Yazoo."

"Nice to meet you, Kadaj and uh..." Roxel took a glance at the bed but he could tell the other had instantly gone to sleep, seeing how his mouth gaped a bit and the blanket over him rose and dipped softly. It was probably the first night in a long time that he could rest without waking up every five to ten minutes to cough. He'd probably feel much better in the morning and the medication would probably work wonders. They just needed to keep up a shelter and good food and he would be 100%. He frowned, realizing that they would be. These orphans were never adopted, unlike most of them which were lucky. Why hadn't anyone taken care of them? He knew in Lavaridge City, every orphan was adopted after the floods, even ones who lost their parents before the tragic catastrophe.
The only reason he could think of was that they were trouble children. They lashed out or were really mean. A 24 hour event like what his sister pulled before, saying that they weren't truly their parents. Some kids just had a hard time adjusting. That didn't mean they deserved the streets though. SOMEONE could have kept these boys safe... unless they really wanted to be on the streets. That was doubtful too because they would have refused their help. So many mysteries and a good chance they would never find out.
"You and your brother already look much better. I'm glad we could he---" "Do you think you can put.... Loz in his pokeball?" Roxel was interrupted, his head whipping around to see Gunnar practically hugging the headboard. How come he could remember this guy's pokemon's name but not Melody's!? They quickly learned that even if Kadaj could, he couldn't. He didn't have the money for a pokeball. "Wow, so you didn't even capture it?" Roxel asked the obvious question but was astonished that this spider just became his friend through, well, friendship. "That's great!" "Not really..." The brunette mumbled and just as Roxel was about to chastise him, he paused, seeing his old rival start shivering.
Wait a second...
"Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, don't tell me mister big shot it scared of little ol' spiders~~~" Roxel taunted, ignoring the sudden death glare. "What!? NO! I just.... don't feel comfortable with poison type out while I'm sleeping!" Tensai quickly but in that sometimes he would sleep with his dad's Seviper and nothing bad happen to--- "You're not helping Ten!"

"Huh, why not?" Tensai said as innocently as can be, thinking his comment really WAS helpful. "Because he's a closet arachnophobia." Kadaj said very plainly, though his tone had a slight bit of humor and amusement in it, "Which is fine by me - I get to keep his money~" "I am NOT!" Gunnar cried.
"Oh? Loz, go say hello to him." "Spina!" Came a happy call, and then the little spider was climbing up the headboard and across the wall to the bed where Gunnar sat. The blueish-green eyes went wide in horror and he started to back away as the other got closer and closer, and then - WHUMP! Off the bed he fell, making the others laugh as the point was proven. Kadaj cleared his throat, calling his friend back over and climbed into bed beside his brother. After a short while, the lights were flipped off and they all climbed into their respective beds, and the room got quiet as everyone fell to slumber.
But, after he was certain everyone was asleep, Kadaj slowly sat up, looking around before leaning against the headboard and looking down at his brother. No, watching him, as if he was keeping vigil for him, as if afraid he would slip away from him if he didn't stay awake.

Indeed they slept, not knowing about the scared devotion across the room from them. Though Yazoo slept peacefully, the fever was still alive inside him. He was given rest, not a clean bill of health. But no one truly could understand why even though the long haired silverette seemed fine, why Kadaj continued to look over him. No one knew that it was sleep who took the original Loz away.
Thin arms wrapped around a warmer body, his face cuddling up to the chest of his sleeping partner. The young torchic slept against his back, keeping his flank warm as she puffed out her body feathers, making herself her own pillow. On the edge of the bed, two other pokemon slept soundly. A large white and red wolf stretched across the whole length and a smaller beagle pokemon curled up against her stomach, knowing there was a small fire sac there, inherited from her mother. On the bed next to them, a little purple mouse was curled up on the large pillow next to the bluette male who was snoring and drooling, dream of fantasies like flying in the sky on a marvelous Rayquaza, while holding hands with Namine. Next to him was another male, quite larger in size due to his built. His arm was laying across a blue and black pup who too had a small sleeping snot blowing larger than smaller as he slept.
An unnerving eye watched the spider from his bed, seeing it was sleeping. Slowly it moved to look at the silverette who was running his fingers through his brother's hair. His eye narrowed but slowly lidded, bringing Gunnar into a deep sleep.
In another room of the hotel, the scene was much the same minus a bed and some pokemon. Two girls snuggled against each other, not having the warm pokemon to add extra heat. In another bed, which too was pokemonless, two other girls slept, facing away from each other though a connection was definitely made today between the two. Another set of eyes were open in the dark, looking down at the blonde who once had ribbons in her hair. She was cuddling up to her brother's hoodie which was bringing her the extra warmth she was needing. It must be nice to have such a nice brother... or sibling at that. With a shake of her head, she settled back into the bed, smile still pressed on her lips as she thought of another, one who could share his warmth too.
Maybe someday soon.
"Looooopunny!" A cheery cry came from the TV when Kali answered the phone. It was really nice to see her little Tensai again! "Hey Kali!" Xel waved. "Torchic, chic!" Melody hopped. The slightly large anthro rabbit nodded and shook her head when Tensai began to ask her questions, seeming overly please that he was talking to her. She must really miss him. However, when he asked if either dads were home, she nodded and hopped away from the screen. Moments later, a silverette appeared with a smile. "Morning, Tenny~~~" "Daaaaaaaaad!" "Haha, sorry! Hey Roxel, how are you two doing?" "Mornin' uncle Riku! We're doing great! Ten actually called to see if you saw the news last night?"
The man on the other end paused, his eyes becoming darker as he bit a corner of his lip. "Actually, I didn't watch the news last night..." "Aaaaa!!hhhaaa...s-sora!" Wet silver hair splayed across the pillow, his pale hand running up a tanner, scared arm to hold his hand. "Haa, haaa....f-fuck..." The weight on his chest didn't bother him any, actually still finding it easy to suck on his lover's neck in the strange, new position. His other hand wrapped around his husband's body, fingers curling over a hard, weeping length. "Yes, nope. Your father and I retired a little early. Must be an old thing." "But... it was on at si---" Roxel's mouth was covered by Tensai's hand because HE wasn't as oblivious like his best friend...
Crossed arms went lax when the automatic doors opened and a figure walked into the hotel plaza. The Almasy kids turned their heads to see the silverette from the day before walk in with a small brown bag. "Did they have what you were looking for?"
In the other room, Roxy and Bonnie were enjoying some free breakfast... and some free eye rolling as they spotted another two across the dinning room. Sanyi was certainly dishing out his admiration and Namine was eating it up... literally! "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!" The nurse opened her mouth wide, only to get a sweet strawberry puff piece inserted. "Mmmmm!!!" She smiled, her eyes closing in bliss from the yummy, sweet treat.

"Well, ANYways..." Tensai said with a dark red blush on his cheeks. The morning had, overall, been uneventful. Though, Ten was a bit worried about Kadaj - he seemed, if possible, even more tired then yesterday and he wondered if it was a sign that the other teen was getting sick as well.
Yazoo was still up in the room and was ordered to stay in bed as long as he could and stay warm. He had been awake when they left, but hopefully he had not fallen to sleep again.
He drew his mind from those thoughts, and became serious. "I kind of wished you did see it though... there was a newscast. They said that-"
"-The codes to the jewel of life were stolen last night." Footsteps froze, before the brunette backed up into the teacher's lounge, the Pikachu on his shoulder's ears twitching in alarm. "Really?!" He exclaimed, making his fellow teachers jump. "Oh Sora! You frightened me!" "Sorry Mimi. Is it true though, someone really took them?" "Well, thats what the news cast said. They said-"
"-It was done with a haze attack. They just stole the codes right from under Damos." Blue eyes narrowed in alarm, and he nodded to the rescuer who had traveled all the way from the center to the haven, just to let him and Axel know. "That's not good." Roxas said with a deep frown. "And they have no leads?" "Well-"
"They say it wasn't done by a Team. It was just one person!" Aqua hesitated, glancing at her co-worker Marina. "Just one huh? It's not unusual for Team members to work alone." "How do you know?" "Uh... Well, I just know... if they specialize and are really good they usually don't have a partner. Like Hunter J - you heard about her? She was kind of a legacy in her time." "Hmm... I suppose you're right..." "Well, anybody know what this guy is planning on doing?" "Well-"
"-Fucking bastard wants to get to Arceus from some reason." Terra cursed, rubbing his hands a little to hard along the leathery wing, a piece of it a darker green than the rest of it. "FLY!" He got swatted by a tail. "Fuck! Sorry Flygon..." He was more gentle as he rubbed the warming gel along the wing where an ice attack had scarred it long ago. He looked past the dragon to where Ven was, listening to him. "They say if you have the jewel you can reach Arceus, and you can ask him for anything - whether it be good or bad. The reason the damn jewel is locked away is for that reason. People would use such power selfishly. The only good thing is-"
"-The jewel wasn't said to be missing yet." Tensai was frowning, winding his fingers around the cord of the phone. "So I guess that's good... I think..."
Not far away from the phones, but out of earshot, a silverette nodded, pulling out a bottle and shaking it proudly. "I'm going to go up and give him some now." "That's a good idea. He should also have some breakfast." Lucina said; "If he doesn't want to come down here, we can bring him a plate up." The teen nodded before reaching into his pocket and pulling out a familiar wallet. "Here." He said tossing it to Gunnar - who caught it surprisingly. He offered the other a faint smile. "Thanks."
"Would you like another, Miss Namine?" Came a happy chirp.
"Ugh. Gag me with a spoon." Roxanne was saying as she watched the two get all cuddly. "I'm so glad they aren't sitting over here, all that sugary sweetness would give me tooth decay."

"Hmm... that's not good at all.... but it could just be a naive team member, looking for a promotion." Riku pointed out. "You can do so much with the Jewel of Life." "What do you mean? I thought it summoned Arceus..." "Not necessarily. Didn't they teach you this in school?" Both boys shook their head. "And Sora didn't teach it to you either?" Again, they shook there heads. "Huh... I guess he will have to get some punishment tonig---" "DAD!" The silverette laughed, a small sweatdrop running down his head. "Well, long story short, the Jewel of Life is actually a piece of Arceus. It was given to Damos quite a long time ago. The Damos you saw on the TV wasn't the original one. Every son that is born of that family, they are named after their ancestor whom befriended our creator. But again, long story short, though Arceus is connected to the jewel, it is a flute that actually summons him."
"A flute?" "Yes, the Azure Flute will summon Arceus. There isn't much known about the flute or where it is kept which is good so no team tries to steal it."
"I'm sure whoever stole it won't get far..." The blonde spoke, rubbing his fingers through ridiculous soft fur. He was holding a premature poochyena pup, the little girl only being a few days old. Like many preemies, they were taken away from their mother and father, in worries that they would be killed. It was survival of the fittest and though the birthing mothers of the farm were sweet and gentle, nature was still nature. This little one would have to be bottle fed and grow strong before being placed back with it's brothers and sisters.
Gunnar didn't even fumble when the wallet was tossed to him, only looking down at it for a moment, seeing that everything else was there but the money. He looked back at the silverette who passed by, heading to the elevator. "Yea...." He watched the door closed and even still as the little numbers above the door lit up. It was his sister who had to shake him a bit for him to snap out of it. They needed to grab some food of their own.
