The Tale of Seven: Kidnapped Hope

[Reno]

"Paaardos..." The large dinosaur said, continuing to quickly step away - and ended up falling flat on his face when he tripped on an unseen rock. Luckily his body was tough like rock, and heavy to, making streams of sand and dust shoot up around him. "Raaa..." He growled feeling a little bounce on his back. He looked over his shoulder, seeing the small sheep now sleeping on his back, cuddled up all cute.

Ugh... sheep. "Raaa..." He sighed and laid his head down. Why couldn't he eat her?!

"Skuuu..." Said the skunk in interest, nuzzling her face against a soft pebble on the beach. It felt so smooth! Her head rose however when she heard the nose of sand shifting close by, her tail twitching nervously over her head. When she saw who it was though she relaxed some, tilting her head at his gift. "Taaaa?" She seemed to grow a little shy, her tail moving from her head so she would ring it in her paws instead, looking away as if a blush was on her face.

When the snake purred to her she looked at him then took a seashell from him, a pretty orange one, and smiled. "Skun!"

A yellow fox and a purple ghost, meanwhile, happily walked beside one another even if they could not touch each other, weaving around trees playfully. "Jol, jol!"

Meanwhile, one mouse watched all of this and grimaced in disgust, especially over Luxray's display! "Rai!" He stuck out his tongue like a Shellder. He was so glad he would never end up like all of them!


The boy beside her smirked as he saw the destructive gun, and the moment she shot he threw the ball. The little bird-like Pokemon, mostly white-grey with hand-like wings and a tail, eyes and chest overshadowed with a deep blue, did not even get a chance to cry out for help as he was hit and sucked into the Pokeball.

It shook a bit, the little button glowing red but there was no escape, shortly after during dark. He picked it up and followed after his sister, "Hahahahaha," His laughter echoed into the hollow, empty cave, their presence seeming to suck all warmth and lvoe from what was once a nest of a beautiful family.


Deep sea colored eyes looked around the bottom of the ocean floor, snaking around the seaweed disguised Tangela, the other creatures of the see gladly and quickly moving out of her way. She was looking for something specific and Ah, there it was! An anemone. She opened her mouth and bit into the plant, gently pulled it from its roots before heading back towards her cave.

She had not been gone long, maybe ten minutes, never straying from her home long. Not because she was afraid of being attacked... no she had something more precious there. She emerged from the water, singing softly so her voice echoed to rouse what she had left slumbering as she made her way to a nest she had constructed by herself from sea plants and bird feathers.

When she came to the next however she was surprised to find an indent in it where the child had been... but empty otherwise. "Luuu?!" She called in panic, dropping the sea treat as she lent down, nudging the plants and feathers aside as if her baby might be hiding under it.

"GIA!!" She called before diving under the water, hoping he was just playing another game with her... maybe hiding nearby. He never strayed too far from the nest before. She sang into the water, giving out a sonar cry like Wailmar and Lapras do and waited for an answer.

...Nothing but silence.

[Rikugurl]

The snake seemed to blush as well, though it was impossible for his cold blooded body. However, he gently paced the seashell she liked on her head, making it so that it looked like a cute bow.... but it slid off. "SE!?" He started to panic as she looked down at it before quickly slithering away, finding an old washed up rope. He grabbed it and quickly cut it with his tail so that it became stringy.

He slithered back to her with another goody smile as he wrapped the string around his teeth and started to string it in a way that created a bow. He then pulled the shell up with his tail and laid it flat again, carefully punching two holes in it with his teeth before skillfully lacing it with the bow. (yes, he had a lot of time on the island to do random things to make him more mobile to help out around the house.) That was when he picked it up again and gently put it around her ear, pulling the tie with his mouth and hook of his tail before moving away slowly.

..........*^^*! She looked so cute! "Viper!"

"HAU HAU HAUNTER!" The purple ghost smiled as he shifted through trees and tried to grasp the other, of course not succeeding but managed to tickle the yellow fox. His laughter was easily heard over the waves, having a great time as little hearts followed them.

They weren't the only having fun.
"DEL........CATTY!" A pretty cat ran across the beech, a devil hound ahead of her as five smaller, though growing, kittens and pups ran after them.
"SKITTY!"
"HOUUUUUND!"

Right behind said mouse, a girafarig laid on the sand the best she could. It was rather hard though... seeing that her belly was so round. She blinked as she heard the mouse's complaint before leaning over. She smiled at him, her ears flapping under her little horns as hearts wrapped around them.


The wind blew, making the yellow feathers atop his head shift. However, it wasn't the wind that bothered him... but a song that was in it. It was faint... and one wouldn't pick it up if they weren't listening for it... but he knew the song well. It was the song of his mate... and that his hunch that something wasn't right was true. "Hhhhhhho..." He frowned before his wings flapped and he was off, his feathers seeming to change colors as the fading sun seemed to hit them.

Some who looked up and at the right spot gasped as they saw the silhouette of legendary bird... but they had to question it at first.
Didn't a rainbow follow it's tail?
There was no rainbow that followed him now. It would of been for two reasons. One, it was near dusk or two... he wasn't even close to being happy nor carefree.

He flew fast, knowing his way by heart. He could also sense fear... and that was never a good thing.
The large bird swooped down, flapping his wings a few times to slow himself so that he could land easily on the ledge of the cave. Water was splashed everywhere, easily able to tell that the other large beast had been here only minutes ago. As for the large bird, he slowly walked into the cave, it being bigger than himself for the water beast was larger.

He walked towards the empty nest, recognizing the many feathers that laced it. They were of his own.
"Oooooh...." His red eyes became saddened for a moment before coming sharper again.

[Reno]

The skunk blinked as the shell was placed on her head and she grinned. "Sku!-" then it fell when she moved her head, plopping into the sand. "Taaa..." She watched Seviper slither away and sighed, her tail around her paws. Oh well, no one really liked her company much anyways except her master...

She poked the shell with a claw, but looked up when she heard a soft hiss. He came back?! "Sku...?" He tilted her head at the sight of the rope, watching him bite it and moved it into a shape before stringing it onto her head. "Taaaank...?" She inquired, tilting her head this way and that, the little structure not coming off from her head.

She blinked curiously then walked down towards the water, jumping on a rock by a riptide pool and looking down at herself. "Skun!" She said in happy surprise, seeing the pretty bow on her head. She hopped back over to the snake, licking him on his face, "Skuuuun~♥"

"Hoooooooooow!!" Howled the dog taking the lead, his strides easily the fastest of the family.
"Skiiiii!!" Came a cry from one of the happy kittiens, bouncing after the rest.

Raichu blinked as hearts started to surround him. "R-Raaaai..." His tail wagged hearts filling them as he looked back at the larger creature. But lucky for him he was saved from being idiotic thanks to a bit of neglection from two parents who were nuzzlign in the warm sand like they would in a desert.
"PINCH!" CHOMP!
"RAAAAAAAAAI!!" The mouse jumped five feet into the air, an orange creature attached to his tail. "CHUUUUUUUUUUU!" The mouse started to run in circles, cheeks sparking dangerously.


"Luuuuu!!!" Came another desperate cry, the sea beast going deeper into the water, swimming circles around the hollow cave and even going outside of it looking around the nearby outside of the cave in the nearby rock structures where she would allow her boy to play with the fish, sea horse and crab Pokemon, always making sure he stayed near the nest in case anything threatened them.

"Gia!" She called to some Finneon and Lumineon that were glowing so bright they made it easy to see the area. "Luuuugia!"
"Fiii..."
"Mineon..."The Pokemon shook there heads sadly.

"Lu!" She swam deeper to the ocean floor. "Lu-lu!"
"Kraaaa"
"Coorphish..." Said the brother crabs, there eyes sad.

"Giii..." She cried in despair and she swam past them to a rock structure with a large hole in the middle and weeds waving with the currants, hiding some Seadra and horsea. "Luu, lu Gia. Giiia!"
"Hoooorsea..."
"Seaaa..." Was the terrible response.

She swum away, back to her cave in case she had missed him and when she surfaced she saw a newcomer in her cave. "LUUUU!" She called to the colorful bird desperately, her panicked voice echoing loudly off the walls.

[Rikugurl]

"Seeee?" The snake blinked as she walked away, wondering where she was going but before he could follow her, he figured it out. She as going to look at herself. Hopefully she would like it. If he could cross...fingers, he would of... but as she walked back over to him... and licked his face, he knew she loved it! "Viiiiper~~~♥" The black tail of the snake wrapped around the skunk, pulling her closer as he nuzzled her, small little hearts dancing around them.

"Flllllllly.... flygon?" A female flygon spread her wings as she laid next to her lover. Some of the warm sand covered her body, acting like a massage from the long flight. She was asking her mate if she loved Venita more than her, the conversation needed to be brought up sooner or later. She was getting kind of jealous...

The giraffe blinked as her 'victim' suddenly shot into the air and started to run around her. Ugh... so much for that. No one was attracted to her! She didn't know why... she was beautifully full figured!
The black ball on the end of her tail sighed, so bored to being stuck on such a lazy--- OUCH!

The mouse ran over his neck, making him angry and quickly chomped down on an orange foot.
"RIIIIIIG!" The giraffe called as she was suddenly tugged by her BUTT as the mouse kept trying to run off while a trapinch and her tail was holding on.


Axel sighed as he ate the last of his meal, dipping the toast into the sauce before chewing. He got halfway through the chew when his belt started to rattle. He blinked and paused before looking down, seeing that the only ball left on his belt was shifting back and forth on its own. He frowned and swallowed the mush before reaching down, feeling how hot the ball was. He didn't understand. Before they left, he let her spread her wings and fly around the volcano... why did she want to come out now?


The colorful bird flinched a bit as he heard the loud call, some feathers ruffling before he looked back, his features non too happy. Slowly he turned to face the larger beast before walking over to her. "Hooooooo, oh oh?" It seemed to ask, tilting his head and blinking before pecking her gently, making sure she was alright. When she replied, he seemed to understand, lowering his head slightly. He then squeezed past her, coming out to the edge of the cave and looked around before spotting something unusual.

The rocks by the entrance was disturbed... by something unnatural. Anger ran through the rainbow bird, making his body hotter than usual. Of course... this was the work of humans. What other Pokemon wold dare take their child?
His wings suddenly spread and he gave a powerful flap, some red and green feathers flying around. "HOOOOOOOOO!" He called before taking off, flying around the top of the jagged cliff. There were some wingulls and pelipper roosting at the top... but not for long. "HOOOO OH!?"

They flapped and stumbled from their roost, all falling and flimsily catching themselves as they looked up at the largest bird there. "Gull!" A few cried, shaking their head as the pelipper seemed to shrug.

[Reno]

The green dragon beside the other slowly lifted his head, hearing her question. "Flly... Flygon!" He shook his head. How could she say that? She was a he! "Gooon... fly fly gon... flygon..." But he admitted... he liked to fly with him more than his own master, who took no enjoyment out of it. He liked the sky like they did.

"RAAAAAAAAI!!!" Cried the electric mouse, tears in his eyes from the painful grasp as he jumped over the giraffe... and got caught on her tail! "RAAAAI!" His little paws dug up sand as he frantically tried to escape. "RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAICHUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!" Screamed the mouse and electricity flew. Fortunately, Trapinch was a ground type and it did not hurt him.

Unfortunately... Girafarig was not. The poor creature cried out and her let go of the child's leg making Raichu shoot forward some, slipping into the sand. "CHU!" He flicked his tail strongly and Trapinch let go, hitting the sand and rolling a bit. He sighed grabbing onto his tail and rubbing where it hurt.

The little orange creature slowly sat up and then... "TRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!" big tears fell from his eyes as he continued to cry, drawing his mother and father's attention and they were quickly flying over. "Fllly..." Growled the father at the mouse.
"Rai-Rai!" Growled the mouse right back, his cheeks sparking.


In the house, silence still stretched on, most of the brothers just looking at their food. The blonde next to the red-head though did not miss how he grew distracted, looking down at his belt. "Axel...?"

That was when... "FLLLLLLYGON!!!" BAM! There was a huge explosion outside, and lights colored the window.
"RAAAAAAAAAAAAAI!"
All of them looked up and out the window, seeing the end of a hyper beam.
"Flygon?!"
"Raichu!" The two young brunettes at the table quickly got out of their seats, running out the door in record time. Blue eyes went wide at the scene, seeing Girafarig dizzy in the sand, Moana cuddling a crying Trapinch and a large green dragon swooping through the air after a speedy mouse attacks flying between them and forcing the other Pokemon to quickly get out of the way.
"HEY GOD DAMN IT!" Terra yelled loudly, hurrying down towards the beach. "YOU FUCKERS QUIT FIGHTING!"
"Raichu!!" Sora cried running after him. "Raichu STOP!" Why was it always him?!


Miles away, in the watery cave, the mother swum nervously around the next as she explained. "Lu, lu gia! Luuugia, lugia!" She had been getting food, and then he was gone! "Luuu, lugia, lu-lugia." She'd already looked everywhere, he wasn't nearby!

She watched the other bird take in this bit of wisdom before he flew past her and back out of the cave. She cried softly and swam out of the cave, looking up at him seeing him inspecting an edge of the mountainside. "Luuu?!" She jumped out of the water, unbelievable hovering in the air before flying up and seeing what he saw. Humans.

"LUUUUUU!" She screeched in outrage, making the birds flutter in panic before she flew off into the sky, looking around and down at the sea. "LUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!" She called, calling for her boy. "LUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!"

"GIRRRRRRRRR!!!" The multicolored giraffe cried as she was engulfed by electricity. She started to sizzle as it went out, making her long neck swirl a bit as the numb on her tail collapsed. "Riiig...." Her head fell into the sand, dazed and dizzy as Moana wrapped her tail around her baby, rocking him gently. What did that pesky mouse do now!?

"SEEEEEE!" The snake nuzzling the little skunk pulled away, covering them both from the sand that was shot towards them from the blast.

"Gross..." A serious tone came from the large metal pokemon, being covered with the warm sand. Here we go again...


Axel frowned as he looked up at his lover. "She wants to get out..." He whispered but before they could catch everyone's attention, a huge explosion was heard out on the beach, making Terra, Sora, Riku and Ven rush out of the living room and home.

Axel watched in concern... but the shifting at his belt made him more worried than that.
"Sirocco? Do you have any coves or caves around here?"
The old man, still looking run down only glanced at him and sighed. "There's one about a half mile away, just follow the beach down the west.
Axel nodded, glancing at Roxas before standing. "Then.... excuse me."


As the larger birdlike creature called, the smaller one's feather's ruffled again. Sometimes she was so loud...
But he flew off in the opposite direction, calling out as feathers were astray. It had been awhile since he primed himself. "HOOOOOOOOO!!??" He called out as he flew fast over the ocean, waking all the birds that were roosting around and nearby. They called back quietly, no one being awake to see what happened.

[Reno]

"Fllly!" The dragon shook his head as electricity hit him, not feeling hurt at all. He was part ground after all, which was unfortunate for the little mouse. He opened his mouth, green fire starting to form.
"FLYGON STOP IT!"
"Fly?!" The fire disappeared and he hovered in the air, glancing to his left where his master was glaring him down. "F-Fly!!! Flygon!" He nodded towards the mouse who had been pulled to a stop by his own master, then over to where his child was crying.

"Rai-" The mouse panted looking back as Flygon stopped following and sighing in relief, looking forward just in time to - "Rai!" He yelped in pain as he ran into a leg, falling back and rubbing his head. He looked up to see his master... looking very pissed. "R-Rai... chu! R-Raichu!" He started to flail his limbs as if to explain - this time it really wasn't his fault!
"I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT!"
"Chu!" The mouse fell to the sand, shaking and holding his ears.
"Holy Arceus! What am I going to do with you Raichu?!"
"Chu..."
Sora ground his teeth - he really didn't need this right now! - and looked around. "Look at the mess you caused."
Raichu lifted his head slowly, looking around a bit. He could see where Seviper was hiding Honeytail, where Moana was rocking Trapinch and Girafarig was being looked over by her master, saw Houndoom standing in front of his family protectively, saw Pokemon scattered all over and covered in sand.
"Do I have to start keeping you in your pokeball from now on?!"
"Raai!" The mouse shook his head.


Roxas frowned as nearly everyone left the table to go handle the problem outside, but when he heard Axel, he looked at him in concern again as he got up to leave the table. "Uh... excuse me too! Wait up Axel!" He got up from the table, hurrying after the red-head.

He hesitated as they got outside, seeing the chaos outside. "Whoa..." He blinked though as Axel didn't even pause, walking down the beach towards the trees were Rapidash was munching on some grass. He hesitated for only a moment more before running after him, struggling to keep up with his long strides.

[Rikugurl]

Riku trotted down the hill, looking around to make sure all his Pokemon were alright. It seemed like they stayed out of the way... Slowly he walked towards his snake and the skunk, seeing them covered in sand. "You two ok?"
"Seeeee..... viiiiiper---" The snake started to explain when all of a sudden, he became shocked. "VIPER!" His red eyes widened, looking down at the skunk and seeing that the shell ribbon he made her had fallen off.... and was lost in the sand.

Before quickly slithered around to look for it but when he strayed too far, he yelped again as the sand shifted and lifted up, shaking around to get the dust off. "Metaaaaa!"


"What happened?" A blonde frowned as he leaned over, touching the long neck of his pokemon. Some shocks were transferred over but nothing critical. "Raaaaf....." She moaned, her eyes still swirling as she laid on the sand.
Ven frowned, crossed his arms and sighed. "This is why you need to lose some weight! You could of ran away from the explosion!"


Axel continued to walk down, not minding the pokemon who were covered in sand and were rather cranky. Moltes was never like this so it had to be something serious. He tried to walk slower, for Roxas to be able to catch up as they quickly ran towards the cove. When they reached it, it was rather dark inside but they strayed inside anyway. Some Zubat fluttered out, calling from being disturbed but Axel quickly grabbed the single ball from his belt and enlarged it.

It burst opened, a large ray of energy making up a large bird that was suddenly on fire. "MOOOOOOOOL!" She called as her wings expanded before quickly going to the mouth of the cave. "TREEEES!" She called again, making Axel and Roxas look at each other. "Moltres, what's wrong!?"

[Reno]

Skuntank lifted her head from the coils of the snake, nodding shakily to the silverette while the other started to explain when he looked at her... and became surprised. She blinked, watching him slither. "Skuu?" That was when he got lifted up by the largest Pokemon, and she giggled some at the sight of Seviper laying atop Metagross.


"You need to stop feeding her so many treats." Terra chastised with a grin as he walked past, Flygon flying over to his mate.
"Fllly?" He asked in concern as he looked down at their child who seemed to of calmed some. He lent down and sniffed him, nuzzling him some, a happy song in his wings to know their child was alright "Gooon..."


Sora sighed as he watched Flygon and Terra walk away, before looking down at Raichu with a glare once more.
"Raaai..." He tried to smile innocently.
"Go apologize, right now!"
"Chu..." His ears fell. He scuttled across the ground towards the Flygon family. "Chuuu..." Two pairs of red eyes looked down at him, but he tried to act brave as he stood up, tail curled around his legs. "Raiiiii...Rai-Raichu... Chu, Raichu."


Roxas hurried after the red-head to the cove he and his brothers used to visit and play in when they were kids. Ventus was always the brave one about it, always going in first to fight off all the 'monsters' Sora though he heard. He'd usually follow in after holding the flashlight and think everything was all kind of silly.

But the minute the last Pokeball Axel had was thrown through the air, there was suddenly more light in the caver then a thousand flashlights could have managed. "W-Whoa! Moltres calm down!" Roxas called a little nervous with how much that she was giving off. She might hurt the Zubat (not to mention him and Axel!).

[Rikugurl]

Ven blinked and looked over at his boyfriend, frowning and crossing his arms. "She's the one that steals everyone's food!" He tapped her belly with his foot, seeing that she still wasn't responding before sighing. "For awhile, I thought she was pregnant! Thank Arceus that she didn't give birth in the middle of an act too..."

"FLYYY!"

He sighed again before calling her back to her pokeball, seeing the rest of his pokemon shaking dust off. One was his little sheep, seeing that she was sad how dust was caught in her wool. The dino that was still on the ground didn't seem to care much. He walked over, picking her up and placing her back on the beach. "It's alright... I can get that out for you.... later." She energized and was recalled, seeing others recall their Pokemon as well. All but a certain amount of normal and fire pokemon.

Where was Axel and Roxas?


"Moltres!" Axel called, suddenly wrapping his arms around her backside to calm her. She seemed to worried... and startled. Something was really wrong... for a legendary to act like this. She calmed slowly, though she kept looking out towards the ocean. Was Lugia ok? She was the leader of Moltres, Articuno and Zapdos..... maybe she was calling them for some reason?

Off in another part of the world, a round.... rather large pokeball was going up in shocks. It rolled around a bit, sparks flying out of a broken window as more shocks came in. The ball suddenly started to glow red, and then....

BOOM!

"ZAPZAPZAPZAPZAP!" An odd laugh came from outside the window as the pokeball rolled away, completely burned... but it wasn't a pokeball at all. It was a voltorb. Outside the window, a large yellow and black bird seemed to laugh, its sharp feathers flailing as his long, sharp beak had tears running down it. He totally won this---- "DOS!?" He called as he flapped, flying away from the window to the top of the abandoned building.

It perched before looking out towards the open, his narrow dark eyes becoming more narrow before he flapped again, taking off and heading towards a call that was carried through the wind.

[Reno]

After the apologizes were given and the damage was taken note of, Pokemon all over were recalled... leaving only 12 left to wander about. Sora frowned, looking about - it was strange that the two RESCUERS weren't around when a crisis was happening.


But there was a good reason for it. Roxas walked over tentatively, ducking under one of her wings to get a look at her face. He noticed how stressed and worried she was her gaze on something far away. He looked out, seeing only the spread of the trail... and the ocean. IIn the back of his mind, he remembered a time long ago when he and Axel stood on a pier with a family of foxes and one large bird, listening to a beautiful, joyous song as the birth of a new life was revealed to them. Something that the fire Phoenix was able to show them, able to lead the way to someone so connected to her.

"Is it Lugia?" Roxas asked in worry, looking up at the bird. His conclusion the same as Axel's.


Further away in the Kanto region, where a pair of twin islands sparsely populated by humans with ridges of mountains surrounding on all sides. These mountains where incredibly large and high, and as they grew in size, became topped with snow and dark clouds. Deep in a cave that was completely covered in ice and patchy snow, lay a bird that did not mind her cold surroundings. Her beak and legs were gray in color, but the rest of her was shades of blue. The darkest blues was her magnificent tail long streamer-like tail, and a plumage of rhombus-shaped head feathers. Her body and wings however were a lighter sky blue, and her breast a blue-white.

Something faint and almost unheard seemed to rose her, red eyes eyes opening before she lifted her body from the snow and ice balancing easily on her long legs. "Arrrrrrrrr~" She called, her voice almost like a song. She spread her wings and suddenly took off, her tail streaming behind her, ice crystals glittering after her flight. Something was not right.

Riku looked around, seeing camerupt huffing as he tried to get away from the incoming waves, Ty lounging under a palm tree, not evening noticing all the sand on him. Then there were Glameow and Zangoose having a conversation far off as Rapidash continued to eat, a metal bird overhead. A mermaid and fire puff of foxes walked over to him, seeing to understand his worry.

"Vaaaaaa pore, poreon!" The blue one called, his black eyes wide as he looked down the west side of the beach. It was easy to find his master's and lover's footsteps.
Aquamarine eyes followed, making Riku frown before looking at the rest of the group. His mouth opened but he paused. Maybe they were... *cough*
No... Bryna just died... they couldn't.... something was wrong. "Guys! Roxas and Axel ran down the beach!"


The firebird continued to look out at the water before she heard the voice of her master's lover. She slowly looked down, her wings coming close to her again as Axel walked next to Roxas. "Tressss..." She sighed, her eyes closing as her head bowed.

This startled...and worried the two rescuers. "Lugia... is she alright!?" Axel called, his heart beating fast. This had better not be the work of Team Rocket! They never learned to stay away from the legendary! They had no idea that everyone was at risk.

"Moooooolt.... tresss, molt!" She called, her eyes opening before looking out again.


Spiky wings continued to flap in the night sky, the electric in his wings easy to see as he swooped around, making little designs in his current. He hit the ocean, flying faster now that no mountains were in the way and came to an area he knew rather well...and saw a large beast he knew rather well too. She was large, twice the size of he. She was white and elegant, though her wings were odd... and she was looking pissed.

"ZAPZAP!" He called, flying towards her quickly.

[Reno]

"Flaaar..." Said the red fox with worry, standing next to her brother. She had never seen Axel so distressed before! Not even when they set him on fire!

Terra glanced back as he heard Riku's cry, then looked at Ven who also seemed a little worried and confused by his brother and lover's absence, leaving all their Pokemon behind. It wasn't like them at all.

Sora glanced at Riku then noticed the footprints left in the sand, some of them getting washed away by the rising tides. They hadnl;t even noticed them passing, but he recognized that path. The caves? "Well then lets go!" Sora called before he hurried after them, his footprints going over the blonde and red-head's.


Roxas frowned, hearing the sadness in Moltres' tone and how she focused on the ocean. What was rarer then Lugia that existed now? Her son."Or maybe... the baby..." He whispered suddenly, afraid. He glanced at Axel, "Maybe you better let her go out and make sure everything is alright." He knew technically Moltres was 'his' but as a legendary the fire bird still had responsibilities. And her first and foremost was to Lugia.

"Heeeey Roxas? Axel?!" The blonde looked back, and out of the cave, seeing several people hurrying down the beach. But they were all ones he recognized and that Moltres knew well too.

Sora panted as he got their first, dang it paid to still exercise!, and looked at his brother, then at the fire bird practically glowing up the night in the cave. Axel seemed beside himself as he stood next to her, uncertain and worried. "Is everything alright?"


Sad eyes looked up the first of her friends appeared, his speed no surprise to her. "Lu Luuuuuu..." She said sadly, her eyes starting to water as she announced the terrible news. "Gia Luuugia!"

On the opposite side, another bird quickly made up the distance to the Whirlwind Islands, meeting another creature who was of many beautiful colors. "Arrrrrticuno!" She called, quickly flying to where he seemed to be frantically searching for something. "Arrr?" She trilled as she landed on a jutted rock, not minding the waves that hit her. In fact, as they did they seemed to turn to ice.

"Moooool...." The large bird called softly as the baby was mentioned. Axel knew that Roxas must of been right. Something must of happened to the baby Lugia... but what could possibly go wrong? The island where Lugia was said to be was extremely hard to reach. No one dared sail.....

"Ugh...." Someone must of flown there... but still, who would be that crazy to go to a legendary's NEST!?
It had to be a team...
He blinked, eyelashes pressing against glasses as he looked up, seeing his group of friends.

Blue eyes shifted, looking all over the cave that he knew so well. He would love coming in here and--- "HAU HAU HAU!" A large ghost floated around him and into the cave, finding a place that Moltres's light didn't hit before popping out, making a funny face. "Haunter! This isn't the right time for that!" Ven chastised, making the ghost pout, seeming to deflate in a way.

"There's something wrong with Lugia..." Axel sighed, running his fingers over her feathers. "Go on, girl." He spoke softly before she seemed to look back at him. Her head lowered before she nuzzled the tall man... then stepped outside of the cove. Her long wings spread, ashes falling into the sand below before she gave a mighty flap and was off.


"HOOOOOOOOOOO!" The large bird called, his body twisting as he heard the cry of another bird. He made a loop in the sky before flapping his wings hard, more feathers flying everywhere. "Hooo! OH OH! HOOOOO!" His call was angry, explaining that some fucking humans dared to take his baby. "Hoho OOH!" We need to find him!

Their gaze shifted however as a larger glow filled up the night sky, making them look towards the large fire bird coming towards Lugia.
"MOOOOOOOOOOOL!"

"Joool..." The yellow fox at her master's side shook his head - he really was rather silly sometimes and often at the wrong time!

"Flaaar!" Called a red fox, hurrying over to Roxas and nuzzling his leg worriedly before looking up at Moltres who seemed unhappy as well. But at Axel's order the majestic bird spread her wings and took flight, grey ash dusting everyone like a light snow.

Houndoom watched her, starting to howl good luck - but his master quickly slapped his muzzle shut as his cry made everyone else shiver. "Doooommmmph!!"

Terra merely rolled his eyes, his attention straying back to the rescuers. Shit did everything have to go wrong this weekend? "Like what?" Roxas was quick to tell them what he thought - all of them already knowing since the two had made sure to send some letters, letting them know of the grand occurrence of the birthing of the baby.

And if Lugia, and the rest of the legendary birds, were upset, it boded very bad for all of Kanto. In their fury, they might extract their revenge.
"Why would anyone ever do such a terrible thing?" Sora whispered looking out over the water.
"Jooool..." Agreed his fox sadly.

Roxas shook his head and glanced back at his lover. "We better tell Aunt Sera." Yes, he caklled her his aunt too - he WAS living with Axel, which made them practically related.


"Arrrrr?!" The blue bird called in outrage and surprise. She could hardly believe it! How could any creature even thing of doing such a cruel thing?! Would they like it if they started to steal babies?! Her attention was drawn by another cry, and she trilled sadly, hearing Lugia's crying as she answered the fire bird like she had the electric. The poor dear...
