Ven could only chuckle when he heard the dog muffle, making the purple cat by his side tilt her head. They all watched as Moltres flew away, seeing her disappear into the darkness, though it seemed near impossible with how bright she glowed. Hopefully it didn't attract any people in Porta Vista.
Axel looked down at Roxas, nodding slowly. Yea... she would definitely want to know. Maybe they could make a search party... but without any inside information anymore, they didn't even know where to look. And seeing that this had just happened... Slowly he looked at Ven, seeing him lean into Terra for warmth. "Ven... do you know where they could of brought the baby?"
Ven blinked, looking over at the others who all seemed to be looking at him. "What a fucking stupid question. I haven't worked for them in FIVE years! How the HELL would I know anything. Besides, we don't know exactly what happened or if it was even Team Rocket." He huffed, crossing his arms. He was pissed when anyone brought up his old career. Like he enjoyed being a grunt for that organization.
Riku sighed, wishing that he could understand Moltres like he use too. How come Darkrai didn't give him his power back? Now all they could do was guess... and wait for her to return. Before anyone else could say anything, Ven turned and started to walk away. "I'm getting some fucking sleep. Tomorrow is a big day and more fucking important than this!"
"Mooooooool~~" The fire bird flapped her wings making sure she was a good distance away from the electrical one. "Zapzapdodos!" The yellow bird looked back at her before giving her a cold shoulder. He still never forgave her for being caught by a human... or even working with one to help him.... BATTLE! She shouldn't even be here! "TRES!" This isn't the time for that! She snapped, her eyes narrowing before looking back at the larger one. "Moltres.... treess??" Do you have any clue where there they brought her?
"ZAAAAAP!" The yellow one snapped back, his eyes rolling. If she knew, she would be there already!
"Hoooo...." Birds further away spoke in their own way before the head of the colorful one seemed to point towards the largest. "Ohhh, hoOHoh..." You stay with her... I'll go out looking more.... With that, he gave another mighty flap and was off, swooping by the three before going towards land. "HOOOOOOOOO!!" His speed was fast, making trees shift and ghost and birds shiver from the rage coming off him. "OOOOOOOOOH!?" He called, hoping to hear even a muffled sound of his son.
Eyes opened, hearing a familiar call. The moonlight shone down on his yellow crest, fur coming down to make it look as if he had a mustache. He had dark brown fur and white paws, bands wrapping around his wrists and ankles. He looked up from out the cave entrance, being hidden behind the shadow of a volcano. A large bird flew by, making his stand quickly. "En...?"

OOC: I'll text you tomorrow when I'm going to get on
"Probably a bad question to ask, don't you think?" Terra said slightly irritably of the red-head, hurrying after his now rather upset lover. Not that he wasn't before, or that he almost almost SEEMED TO BE, but seriously did he really need encouragement?! The two's Pokemon quickly hurried after.
Sora continued to stare out across the water for a few moments more, before looking back towards Axel who just seemed anxious to move out. "Axel calm down. Don't worry, Moltres will be back soon to let us know what's going on. No matter what happens we'll find him." He nodded determinedly before heading down the beach with Riku, their foxes trotting after.
Roxas watched his brother's take leave, then sighed slowly, grabbing Axel's arm, knowing those words had the opposite effect at a time like this. "Axel, he's right." The red-head seemed ready to argue but he shook his head. "Listen, I know how badly you want to go and help. Trust me Axel I want nothing more then to go out there with you..." He'd do just about anything to get out of the wake tomorrow... "But it'll take us days to get to Whirlpool - Moltres is probably already there! She'll back soon enough to let us know where to go; if we just go out blindly we'll end up more lost then before."
He reached up, running his knuckles along his lover's face. "It'll be okay Axel. We saved her before... we're going to save him too. That I promise you." That he meant. He'd never let anything happen to Lugia's family. He adored her too much.
Back around the Whirlpool islands, three birds flew around the grieving mother. "Arrr..." Trilled Articuno softly, ignoring both her siblings and their silly arguments. She did admit fighting for a human seemed weak of her, but under circumstances she could understand. The white beast shook her head before looking down at the water. "Luuu..." She whined before diving into the sea to their surprise, but soon they heard her sonar calls. Still hoping maybe, somehow, she had missed her son. Maybe too far to hear her. Maybe taken by a current. She had to keep looking as well. "Arrr...Articuno!" She called to the others. Look for clues! She fluttered off, towards where part of the mountain had crumbled from something being latched to it - the same spot Ho-Oh had noticed.
Blue paws ran over water, seeming to be so fast that they hardly touched it - no, this creature was OVER the water, not even sinking an inch though across the muddy lake proves it was several feet deep. With each ripple that flew out under this creature's paws, the water seemed to come back clean, purified from just a touch. He was dog-like in nature, mostly blue though a glorious purple stream came out from under his hexagon-shaped crown and across his back like a flowing river. From behind him were two white-streamer like tails, but flowing opposite of his mane on either side of his body with control of a Northern Wind.
He jumped off the water, watching it clean itself, laughter of the forest all around him. "Bi-Bi-Bi-Bi!" His red eyes looked into the forest, seeing a fairy fly past, catching the hint of green shades and blue eyes before the playful one was gone again. The dog seemed to smile when a worried call drew his attention to the skies, feeling a stir in the wind. He stepped forward seeing a familiar Pokemon flying overhead. "Suiii....?" Something was very wrong.
The bird passed quickly, but soon found another of his sons on the edges of Junita, running along the mountain sides in the storm. Even the loud thunder booming overhead did not mask the cry of the fearful father. The saber-toothed tiger looked to the sky, his body of yellow and black and a cape like thunderclouds on his back. A little tail, at sharp angles with a spur-star end, seemed to crackle with electricity as he saw the colorful bird passing. "Raaaikou?" What was happening?

Axel's face twisted a bit. Ven really kept hold of things he should let go. It was a good question and at the time, he couldn't think right. He was a rescuer... and though it wasn't his best trait, he often accused those who even use to be associated. He was worried... about Moltres, about Lugia, about her son and... about what might happen to the world if she doesn't find him.
A silverette just watched in silence, never one of a talker in situations like this. Plus, he was still exhausted from their long journey, hardly able to keep his eyes open even at a time like this. When Sora came to his side, their hands came together before they walked back to the house, seeing Terra and Ven way up ahead and heading to another direction. They would have to sleep at Sora's house as well... seeing that they had to save all their money to buy a home on the land.
"UGH! Who does Axel think he fucking is!? The god damn police!? Doesn't he already know I'm fucking hurting and he keeps coming back to me and being a ROCKET!" He yelled out, probably louder than he should of. The purple cat by his side seemed to pull back her ears.... even if she was use to this kind of yelling. They reached the city a few minutes later, walking down the sidewalk to their hotel. "I just hate every time he sees me.... he has to bring it up..." Ven's tone became softer as his eyes became dark.
When Axel felt the hand on his arm, he could only looking down at his blonde lover, listening to his words. His mouth opened, about to argue that maybe Moltres would be in trouble too, no one knew what was happening--- when Roxas soothed his thoughts. He swallowed before looking back at the ocean. Moltres.... With a sigh, he nodded, leaning into the hands that warmed his face. "Alright..."
This was horrible timing...
"ZAPZAP!" The yellow bird glared at his sister before listening to his elder sister. The electric bird was never a big fan of his youngest sister. Why she was bigger than them made him jealous. His spiky wings flapped and he easily zipped around the nesting cave, seeing nothing out of the ordinary than what Articuno had.
While the two looked outside, Moltres made her way in, carefully landing on the dry cavern floor and avoided as much water as possible. Even as a legendary and smart creature, she could help but blame Ho-oh for this. He was like a step father to her and one she didn't care about. He was larger, was also fire and he was never around even after her leader gave birth to HIS child.
Those thoughts and dislikes had to go though. This would be their new leader if anything horrible happened to their beloved one. She looked around, smelling something that wasn't natural in this place. Something of fake electricity and sulfur. She examined the nest but any clues were probably ruined when the worried mother looking around it. Humans... had definitely done this...
"OOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOO!?" The large bird called out again in the night, making cities and towns down below unsettle. Have you seen anything out of the ordinary?
The fire dog stood, a strange smoke-like mane coming down his back easily seen now as he stepped outside of his den. "TAAAAAAAAAI!" He roared back.... but not enough to erupt the current mountain. Just enough to reach his father. I haven't seen a thing.

Terra frowned as Ven yelled out to the dark night, not minding it too much. He was used to it too. He rubbing the others arm comforting. "Well I could kick his ass for you if you want." the blonde just snorted and continued to grumble all the way to their hotel, understandably pissed.
"I just hate every time he sees me.... he has to bring it up..." It was that sentence, said with a darker hint of a tone, that made Terra stop, before he grabbed Ven's arms and whirled him around. "Ven look at me." Those angry blue eyes glared towards a wall, before reluctantly raising to meet his. Terra met him with an even, stronger gaze. "Who the fuck cares what he thinks? You and I both know that you aren't that person - that you never really fucking were, no matter what clothes you were in!"
He reached up running his knuckles along the other's cheek. "And it doesn't matter what he sees, or your father sees, or even what your brothers see. The only thing that's important is what you see of yourself. Okay?"
Sora sighed tiredly as he walked alongside the other, his eyes tired as well. "We should head to bed." He mumbled. It had been a long day for them... and tomorrow would only be longer. Why did this all have to happen now? The problems just seemed to be piling up on each other. "Joooool..." His fox agreed, even though he did little, the strain of the day was weighing on them all.
They reached the house quickly, Sora telling there dad that everyone outside was fine and that they were heading to bed. The table had already been cleared, either given to the Pokemon still outside or thrown in the trash and placed in the sink. The dishes could be done in the morning.
He led Riku into his room then blinked, seeing boxes and other junk on his bed... mom was probably cleaning some other room in the house. She did say she wanted to clear out the old Pokemon room, make it into a storage room or something. He shrugged his shoulder and picked up boxes, setting them on Ven's bed. It was obvious whose side of the room was whose, as Ven;s was rather untidy and messy, Roxas was nearly perfectly clean and Sora's was just tidy enough, but still a little cluttered with things left about.
"Come on Axel, let's go home and call her, then we can make a list of supplies we'll need before Moltres comes back." Roxas said logically. They would need cash... or to head to the nearest rescue center probably to get most of it. They were flat broke at this point!
He grabbed Axel's arms, tugging him back towards the house. When they reached there, they recalled there Pokemon, Roxas colelcted the now empty plates, some of them licked clean, to take back into the house with Flareon and Vaporeon following him while Axel headed inside to make the call. The blonde set the plates into the sink then headed to his room, raising an eyebrow when he noticed Sora and Riku moving things. "Oh that's gonna help the mess." He teased lightly, half-shutting the door. On the back of it was a length-sized mirror that had been screwed in.
"Shhh, he'll never notice. He's probably just sleep all over this junk anyways!" Sora grinned some, a little bit more of his old self. Roxas chuckled softly, heading to his side of the room while the four foxes explored. The room was cluttered of things of Ten year olds. Mismatched puzzles, a small bookcase filled with coloring books, some reading books half-full with pictures bookmarks left on the side saying all sorts of funny things. The top one had a ditto that said 'You're finally back! I was feeling a little squashed in here!' On top of the case was a small lamp and a small rocking chair that there mother used to use when reading them bedtime stories.
Nearby were three small beds, meant for smaller Pokemon. One was yellow with little thunderbolts - Sora's Eevee. Next to it was a little red one with flames - Roxas. And last was a dark blue one (Ven refused to get purple at the time) with red swirls for Espeon. Though they were small, it would be where three of them would nap, having no where else to. The fourth could sleep on the rocking chair and it's cushiony but worn pillow.
They had a clock, a broken cookoo clock with the pidgey hanging out of its door. The hands themselves still moved however, keeping track of the time even after all these years. Around it and the whole room were posters hung with tacks or tape, every last one of them of Pokemon. Some were distinctive, like none around Ven's 'walls' (they used to draw invisible lines or lines with building blocks on the floor to show sides), had no bird Pokemon any longer, all of them torn down by blonde after that fateful Wingull attack. A lot of Roxas' had cats or dog pokemon, showing his faith in loyalty and personal space. He also had, not surprisingly, a lot of normal type pictures of Pokemon and birds as well, picking up his parents' love for them. Sora's had a collage of all sorts, showing his love of all - though any pictures of Ekans, Arbok and Seviper had... scribbles of pen or paint over them as if he was crossing them out and Sora just hoped Riku didn't point them out. He couldn't help it... he used to be terrified of snakes and he never really could remember why. One that was on their closet though made Umbreon stop and bark happily, seeing himself and the other eeveelutions all in a forest playing or resting. It was the newest one, no rips of tears or fade in it at all. In fact, many eevee and eeveelutions based things seemed to be around the room all newer then the rest. It was an obvious craze the boys had when they received their foxes, excited and happy for their journey to start.
Then there was a chest full of toys of all sorts, so full in fact the top didn't go all the way down! A Hitmontop spinner hint out, its string hanging along the side and poking out on another side was a puppet of Scyther. Beside it was a bin full of stuffed animals and beside it three shelves that their father had built into the walls, much shorter-looking now since they were so much taller. they were arranged, with names stickers onto each shelves. The top was Soran in yellow, the middle Ventus in red, the bottom Roxas in blue. They were full of plastic figures, snow globes, a lava lamp, and some other fun things.
Sora chuckled a little, going towards the bin. "We really need to get rid of some of this junk." Roxas said softly as he sat on his bed, smaller now and hard for him and Axel to both fit on it. They managed though, by cuddling. "Yeah, probably." Sora said, though in his mind silently hoping to keep some of it for... a future family of children. "Give it to goodwill." "Or sell it." "Roxas!" "What, I need the money!" The blonde said, not sounding greedy just... practical. He and Axel had really been struggling lately and this trip was doing nothing for their expenses. He was scared of losing their house.
The brunette shook his head, running his hand over the toy chest, "I don't really know if I can give it all away though. So many memories..." "It's just junk." "Oh yeah?" Sora moved some things about in the bin, pulling out some pluses including a Zapdos, a Shinx, a wingull (bought to annoy the hell out of Ven with love from Roxas), a Tyranitor, before finding a bigger one and pulling it out. He waved the medium-sized tiger pup plush in Roxas' face, grinning. "Even Growly?" The blonde pouted before grabbing it, holding it close to his chest. It was obvious his first stuffed animal. "Not Growly." His reaction made his brother laugh.
"Flar!" Cried Flareon happily as she got to Roxas' shelf, able to reach it now that she was so much bigger. She picked up a small plastic piece and trotted over to her master, tail wagging in excitement. When the blonde held his hand out for it, she dropped the little plastic figure of herself in her hands. He smiled slightly at the sight of it. "Jol!" Jolteon said happily as well making Sora look over and smile fondly. The fox had his paws on a stool to help lift himself up, staring at his own plastic mirror reflection (which was about ten times smaller than him). He pet the yellow fox on the head. "Yeah that's you alright."
Miles away, a frantic father still searched, finding answers unhappy from his 'sons' as he called to them and passed overhead. "Cuuuuuuune!" Called the small blue dog. Nothing at all. "Raaaaaaaaik!" Called the electric-loving one. Nothing but storms here.
Now there was no doubt something bad had happened.

Ven sighed as he looked up at Terra, hearing his words before looking down, enjoying the warmth that the tanner gave. Terra had changed too... becoming more gentle... at times. He supposed Terra always had this side... just never showed it since he was a strong trainer and his father didn't like any sign of weakness. Now that they were in love and settled their arguments, the true Terra was shown to him. He sometimes wished that he could see more of his lover... but living two lives as a Cute and Cool choreographer.... made him spend a lot of time away from Terra.
It also never allowed him a place to settle or call home really. He was forever traveling and running around, more money in his pocket than he could think about.
"You're right..." He spoke softly before coming closer, wrapping an arm around Terra's waist and slowly continued on towards their hotel room.
Axel stepped into the large, tropical like pokecenter, looking around at the potted palm trees and the like. Tentacool and Tentacruel were the two pokemon that were themed here and it was easy to tell why ever since he read that thing in the news about the hotel that was planned on being made in the middle of the ocean.
The center was rather empty, only a nurse Joy standing by the counter, giving Axel a smile as he walked to one of the many video phones. He sat down and dialed the number to Pokemon Rescuers Headquarters... which was the one in Lavaridge. The little Rotom started to dance on the screen as the phone call went through and suddenly his aunt's face appeared. That was odd... she usually wasn't the one who answered the phone ca---
"Hello! You have reached the Pokemon Rescuers Headquarters. We're located on Main Street in Lavaridge Town, Hoenn. Unfortunately, we are unavailable right now. If you would like to report an emergency, please press nine. If you would like more information about our non-profit organization, please press one. If you would like to sign up to be a Pokemon Rescuer, press two or visit your local Rescue Center. If you would like to leave a message, please press three. Thank you again for calling and have a great day!"
Axel blinked but sighed, pressing the number three. They put up this video when they had a large project that came in unexpectedly... or if everyone had gone home for the night. Of course there was a night crew, but they only listened to messages instead of picking up the phone. He remembered when he and Roxas did a night shift... They had a lot of fun fooling around and eating pizza but in the morning, they realized that they slept through half their shift...
There was a beep and he knew what to do. "Hey, this is Axel Xipil. I'm leaving a message for my aunt Sera. We have a big problem and I'd like her to get back to me early tomorrow morning. She can reach me on my Pokecell. Thanks." He pressed another button to end the call and stood, walking out of the center and back to the beach hut where the Holani's called home.
When he got inside, he saw Roxas was walking down the hall and caught up with him. They entered the room to see... Sora and Riku already moving some stuff to a messier part of the room. Wow... they all slept in the same room? The room was the largest in the house and it was easy to tell that it was once suppose to be a living room of some sort. That would explain why they didn't have one. It was easy to tell what part of the room was Roxas's. It was the same in there home. Roxas's side of the bed was always neat and organized; he even made sure there were no wrinkles on his side of the bed when making it!
They walked in, Axel quickly falling on the small bed and wrapping his arms around his lover when he came to join. Axel was oddly quiet, his mind obvious worried about both baby Lugia and Moltres... but watching the brothers made him smile slightly.
Riku pulled off his shoes as well, placing them on the window sill to air out. They didn't smell the best seeing that he wasn't able to take them off for a few days. The bed, though small, felt nice. He looked around the room, smiling at all the old toys that the triplets left while they went out on their journey. He wondered if his mom still had all his toys. He remembered having a plush Wobbuffet that he use to sleep with, helping him remember the island he was born on.
"Vaaa!" The mermaid fox yipped as he saw a post of all sorts of underwater Pokemon. They looked like they were having fun!
Without any answers, the rainbow phoenix flapped hard again and spin, heading back in the direction he came. The large dogs seemed to watch until his disappeared, becoming uneasy.
As he flew hard, he arrived back at the nest where four other birds were looking about. They got out of his way though as he landed on the peak of the top, making some wingull move from their roosting spot. "Hooooooooooo Oh OH!" He called, grabbing all their attention. No one had seen anything. "Zapzap DOS!" The spiky bird called back. Humans! It's always humans! He perched on a nearby 'tooth' and watched the fiery bird came from the cave and landed next to him.
"Oooooooooh... hohooh..." The large bird's eyes narrowed before looking towards the land. They won't get away with this...
"Treeeeees!" The larger of the three element called, shaking her head. My human! "Molt, tres tres." He, he always helps pokemon.

"Fuck yeah I am." Terra said with a bit of pride, his arm curling around the other's shoulders as they walked. He was a little worried though... Ven's life had been full of failure. It's what drove him to Team Rocket in a first place. It was the first thing he ran into that made him feel successful. Thankfully, he was able to be saved from that life... and see he could succeed. Even though he was though... everyone kept reminding me of how many times he failed.
And it was starting to piss Terra off. Everyone fucking failed sometimes, did they ever like to hear about it?! He fucking failed at swimming. Houndoom failed at howling without scaring every fucking living thing within a five mile Radius. Haunter failed and being serious for five shitty minutes. And Ven fucking failed at being a trainer.
But he was a Damn great Gym leader, so great everyone had to fight him twice or three times. Houndoom was his best fighter, his most loyal friend and a great dad. Haunter was entertaining enough to cheer them up and had a boyfriend, if one could believe that. And Ven was the best fucking coordinator in the whole damn world.
He thought those were all successful lives. If no one else could see that, then fuck they were blind.
Roxas leaned against Axel, running his fingers through the tan fur on the top of the stuffed fire dog's head, heading his brother pace to the other side of the room to get ready for bed. He wasn't expecting the question that was thrown to him though.
"Hey Rox? Why isn't Ven staying here too?" Now Sora wasn't oblivious or anything. He had noticed the obvious tension that seemed to be between father and son, but anytime he asked no answer was given. Ven didn't want to talk about it.
Roxas heaved a sigh then looked back at his brother. It looked like it was up to him. "Dad... sort of... disowned him yesterday." The brunette froze completely, the covers he had been pulling back falling onto the bed, forgotten, as he whirled around. "He WHAT?! WHY?!"
The blonde looked away, staring at one of the posters on the wall. "...He showed up as Venita and when he told dad the truth well..." He shook his head. "And then Terra stepped in and it just became a mess and... All I know is, don't show Dad that you and Riku well... are together or he might do the same to you."
The brunette and silverette shared a glance, before the brunette turned, looking at the back of his brother's head. "I'm not going to hide it Roxas." "Why not?!" Those blue eyes met his, a little angry but more worried then anything. "Damn it So, don't be stubborn."
"I'm not! I just..." He sighed, frustrated. "I'm feeling guilty enough never telling mom. I'm not making the same mistake twice!" He looked down towards his bed, blankets with Pokemon critters running around on it, Roxas unable to make a response to that. Probably because... he had never told her either. And now that he had said it, his own guilt was rising, making him fiddle with the little plastic Flareon with regret stressed into his eyes. He never got to tell her... to let her officially... meet Axel. Not as a friend or business partner but as... as the person he was going to spend the rest of his life with. What would she of thought of Axel? Would she of liked him? Would she of been proud of them? Or maybe... no, he couldn't imagine her hating them, throwing them out like Sirocco did Ven but... he never thought his dad was capable of it either.
Sora really couldn't believe there dad would do such a terrible thing... when he always loved them so much? Even AFTER the rocket thing came out... sure, dad had been disappointed. All of them had seen that, and it did nothing for his first twin's self-esteem but... but at least he still seemed to care. "Poor Ven, this is all he needs. He's finally getting his life on track and no one can forgive him for what he did in the past." He said softly blue eyes darted to Axel. He knew why the red-head had did it, this time justified because a real crisis was happening and at LEAST Ven knew more about the organization but he knew, had felt, it hurt his brother the minute he pinned his sight on him. To his brother he bet it felt like the red-head, who always took things personally, was accusing HIM for the crime. And he knew from a few letters... how much it bothered his brother to visit or have Axel and Roxas visit. It seemed the red-head... always brought those bad memories back whether he meant to or not. And he had a feeling it wasn't because they stole Moltres that made Axel so obsessed... but rather the blonde sitting next to him that wouldn't be if the fire phoenix cut in. What Ven really needed was... Sora blinked then smiled a little, an idea forming in his head. He'd have to tell him tomorrow. And then he'd have to try and figure out how to fix things between him and dad.
"I... yeah..." Roxas hesitated then sighed, rubbing his eyes. "Ugh, we need to go to bed, tomorrow is going to be one hell of a day." He stood, setting the little Flareon back on his shelf but hesitated to toss Growly the Growlithe back in the bin. He sighed, tugging on the little hairs again before reluctantly getting back on the bed and murmuring more quietly to Axel, as if their conversation was more private, "Did you get in touch with Sera?"
"Yeah alright," Sora answered his brother before he got preoccupied with the red-head. He looked up as Riku walked over and grinned, showing him the little Shinx plush, old and worn like Growly and obviously Sora's first. He set it the other's shoulder, the little paws on either side of the bone helping him balance there without Sora's help. "Meet the original Ray-Ray~" So that's where that nickname came from... too bad Luxray hated it.
"Arrrrrrrrrrrr~" Sang the blue bird as she landed further away from the warm birds, her search coming up in vain as well. At Moltres' call she trilled her head plume sticking up a little more. "Ticuno, Arrrr!" So? He is still human! "Arrrrticuno!" He will turn on us like the rest of them.
The sound of waves parting made them look down, seeing a silver-white bird lifting her head from the water. "Luuuuuuu. Luuu lugia." She said softly, any hope in her eyes gone. He is truly not down here. Her eyes turned down towards the sea. "Giaaaa...." My boy....

Vaporeon found a spot in Espeon's old bed, smiling that her scent was still in the soft fabric. She was such a great sister, always watching after her siblings. He only wished that he could of grown up with her. However, he was just glad that he could meet her!
As for Umbreon, he stayed awake for awhile, looking out of the window at the ocean, his rings glowing on and off. When he realized that he had no need to keep watch... that there was no sign of Moltres returning, he hopped up onto the rocking chair, curling up in the cushion.
Riku sighed as Sora came to bed, thinking about what Roxas said. He didn't like conflict, which was probably why his and Sora's relationship dwindled down to what happened a few days ago. Still, he couldn't shellder himself away for ever... His arm wrapped around the brunette, pulling him close to share his warmth. This bed was actually smaller than the one on their boat... and he thought that was IMPOSSIBLE. They spooned, much like the couple across the room from them. If he was having a hard time not hitting the base board with his feet, he couldn't imagine how hard it was for Axel.
Even still, his eyelids became heavy, hearing the whispered of the lovers across the darkness as he fell to sleep, nuzzling the back of Sora's neck.
Green eyes closed as he shook his head, his long red hair falling over the old pillow. He pulled off his glasses, placing them on the nightstand next to the small bed. "No... she must of went home or they have an emergency. I told her to call me in the morning..." With a sigh, his eyes opened again before he leaned closer, his lips pressing onto the blonde's. His arms wrapped around his lover, nuzzling his nose. "Mmmmm, what's with the Growlithe plush?"
The night passed, some sleeping better than others... but in the morning, it was definitely a knew day. It was cloudy and rained on and off. The waters of the ocean were especially unruly and grey. No children laughed at the beach, everyone home on the rainy day or doing activities around the city.
However, there was an activity that was still being done outside. One that made everyone where black and use umbrellas. A large group was in the Porta Vista Stone Garden... or better known as the local graveyard. Rain hit the vinyl of the umbrellas here and there as they watched the coffin slowly go down six feet into the ground. Tears ran down from a set of blue eyes as a blonde bit his lip. His fists would tighten and loosen ever so often as his breath hitched at times.
The tallest of them all stood close to an identical blonde, slowly rubbing his lower back as the rain continued. He couldn't help but have his eyes stray, looking through his glasses at the ocean. Moltres hadn't returned yet... which worried him, his aunt and everyone else who knew about her. Where could she be and what was she doing? Had she been trapped again?
As for a silverette, he stood close to a brunette another silverette. This woman was older, almost around the same age as Sirocco. Her eyes were true, yet sad, holding up a handkerchief to her mouth as tears filled her eyes. Bryna had become a good friend to Carina, Riku's mother. She had no idea though that she had been infected... Bryna never told her.
Out in the ocean, a large ship was being rocked in the unsettled waves. So much... that an alarm went off.
"This is your captain speaking. Do not be alarmed but this cruise will have to be cut short. The tides are to dangerous to set sail and you will be reimbursed for your ticket. We will be docking at Porta Vista and a hotel will be set up for you until the weather calms. Please remain in your rooms until we set anchor. Thank you and sorry for any inconvenience.
It was like a nightmare for the security.
"Please stay inside you room!" "No way! I paid a lot of money for this cruise! I'm going to the bar!" "No you're not sir, please just be patient and stay in your room."
Red eyes glared at a set of brown before the man huffed and slammed the door in her face. The silverette sighed before the ship hit a large wave, making the ship turn to the left hard. "AAAH!" She cried as her body was suddenly slammed into the wall violently. What was going on!?

Sora smiled as he and Riku settled in for the night, sighing contently as the other curled up close to him. His eyes fell shut, the day too tiresome and bone-breaking to stop him from falling asleep this night like it had the night before or the one before that. His body needed it... and so did his mind.
On the other side of the room, the two lovers stayed up awhile longer, speaking quietly to not disturb the two across the room. Roxas blushed a little as the question was asked his eyes darting towards the bin. "When I was really little... I wanted to be a fire-type trainer, like you. Mom got me that old thing - I love it so much and carried it around everywhere. even brought it to show and tell once... " This all seemed to surprise Axel and he smiled just a bit. It was something he had never told him... because of this.
"I... don't remember how old I was but, one day me and my brothers went to a carnival..."
"I think you're all old enough to ride the Ponyta this year, don't you?" "Yeah!" Ven was the first to cheer, always glad to feel older and get to do stuff he couldn't before. Sora and roxas were excited too though. "Really dad, really?!" Sora was saying tugging the man's pant leg because he wanted to be picked up. "Yes really," He smiled, lifting the boy up so he could see better. "This is gonna be so much fun!" The third blonde said with a big smile, looking up at his mom. "Those are fire Pokemon, right?" "Very good sweetie," Bryna said with a smile making the boy practically glow at his intelligence. "I can't wait!" Ven said in excitement.
Soon enough they were there, and from afar... it really wasn't so bad, seeing the kids holding onto the reins as several horses on some turny walked around and around. It was just coming to a stop as they approached, and the boys looked at the horses with wonder. Roxas held onto the bars of the miniature corral, looking up at the horses as they pawed at the ground and swished their fire tails and looked about as the kids were taken from their back... and swallowed nervously. Wow they were so big and... and look at the flames. What if it didn't like him... what it it burned him or his brothers?! Mom and dad always said never to touch the candles on the birthday cake just to blow them out, why would they want him to touch a horse on fire?! Dad was giving the man some of their tickets as the other kids were let out.
"Come on now," Sirocco was saying, ushering the three in while their mom waited at the edge, waving to them and telling them she'd be right there to watch. "Which one do you want to ride Sora?" "That one!" The boy pointed to a horse that had a yellow saddle. No surprise there. He smiled as he walked his boy over, hooking him securely in and telling him to hold on. "Yay, I'll call you Sunshine!"
"Alright, Ven, which one would you like to ride?" He looked down at Ventus, and the blonde pointed to the biggest and 'baddest' looking one. He was bouncing with excitement as he walked over all by himself to his horse and only pouted a little when he needed help up. "I bet it'll evolve after I ride it!"
Finally it was Roxas' turn. "Alright Roxas, which one?" The boy didn't answer, just stood there, staring. Thinking his son was merely enamored not terrified, picked him up and led him to the closest one. "I-I don't wanna." The boy finally stuttered just as the horse came close. Sirocco looked down at him. "Oh Roxas, there's nothing to be afraid of. See?" He held his son in one arm and held his hand out, petting the horse, his hand being masked in flames. This only made the boy shake more. "Now come on now."
It was when his dad started to try and put him on the horse that he really threw the fit. "NO! NO NO I DON'T WANNA NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" The boy flailed in his dad's grasp, bursting into tears. "Roxas! Roxas stop it!" "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" "Sirocco! 'Rocco, give him to me!" His mother was calling. It wasn't until his dad finally walked him over to the edge and set him in his mother's waiting arms that he calmed down some. "Shhh, Shhh it's okay baby, you don't have to ride the horsies." The boy sniffled and sobbed in her grasp, hiding his face in her chest while she ran her fingers through her hair. "You want some ice cream? Come on, let's go get some ice cream."
Roxas picked at a loose thread in his comforter, blushing a little. "My brothers called me a Scardy Skitty for like a week after that... and until I evolved Flareon I never could manage to get near a fire type Pokemon." He looked up shyly and his voice became lower as he admitted a secret. "Sometimes I'm still scared... even with your Pokemon."
The next day was perfect. Perfect because it was raining. Perfect because it was cloudy and dark. Perfect because it was perfect for a perfect fucking funeral. Even the angels are crying for her. Dim sets of blue and some green eyes stared at the casket as it was being the lowered, nearly everyone visibly grieving as they watched a beloved mother and friend be set into the ground.
Beside the blonde, holding an umbrella over them, was a brunette, his own eyes said as he rubbed circles in the sobbing man's back. Tangled in his fingers against the metal stand of the umbrella was a single flower. It had six petals, spread like a star and and unmanly pink with a yellowish center and darker red dots spread about. A Gracidia flower; to show gratefulness just as the eldest had said. He had a lot to be grateful to this woman he had only met a few times, mainly the blonde standing next to him. He hoped with this flower her soul would be at ease... because with it came a promise. He would take care of Ven... till the end of time.
Beside the tall red-head, staring blankly, was possibly the only person not crying. And it was her own son. Anyone who knew him though wouldn't be surprised. This was just his way. The blonde sighed shutting his eyes as if the sight was painful, leaning against the distracted red-head, not hearing the priest talking or noticing anything at all really.
The third of them couldn't look either, but was the exact opposite to one blonde for his head buried into the silverette's collar as he sobbed, shoulders shaking uncontrollably both from cold and sorrow. Just from the sight of him anyone could see how much he loved her and how much he would miss her. And the most awful thing was... he never even got to tell her goodbye.
"Will you get down from there?!" A furious blue-haired woman in a security outfit snapped as she yanked a boy up by his collar where he had been stupidly climbing on the lobby tables. The ship shook and trembled around her, making her eyes narrow. If her dad had been here he would of said someone had pissed off the Beast of the Sea!
"Would you please control your child and get down to your rooms?!" Aqua growled to two wandering adults that looked no older then 18. Who the hell paid for this, their parents?! "Oh he's just having fun!" The father said. "YOU'RE FUCKING TERRIBLE PARENTS!" Oh, she was so fired. "Excuse me?!" The mother called. "Just get down to your fucking rooms." She growled as she threw the child into her arms. Oh yeah, so fired.
"How dare you I outta-" The ship trembled hard enough to send them all off their feet, Aqua grunting as she tripped over a chair and fell on the ground. "Ugh fucking..." She got to her feet, seeing the parents scrambling to their feet and running down the hall, HOPEFULLY going to their room. She sighed and glanced out a large window, seeing the furious storm outside that was calling the cruise to a halt. "What is going on...?"

When the redhead felt his lover lean into him, he wrapped a long arm around his shoulder. He knew Roxas never cried when he was 'suppose' to. He would let it out tonight... or tomorrow... or even at the end of the week. When they first started to live together and some of their rescues died, Axel was worried that Roxas didn't show any emotions. They had a fight that night and Axel called Sora, asking how his brother could be so... so emotionless. That was when the wise, elder brother told him about Roxas's unhealthy way of bottling up emotions until he broke.
Axel wanted to help him with this...and it got better and easier as they lost more and more of their rescues after the Pokerus hit their territory. Some cases... were harder to swallow than others. He looked down, seeing the dark blue eyes closes. Hopefully... he would let himself mourn soon...
Ven continued to swallow, trying not to sob or break out hysterically. He was a big boy... and a tough guy... he....ugh.... His shoulders shook as he closed his eyes, tears continuing to fall down as he listened to the priest say his last prayer. Why did this have to happen to his mother of all people? Maybe... maybe he'd feel better tonight. Ida had called and said they would be there to have a dinner for the family and friends. She was always nice... and knew what to say... Maybe she could talk to his dad....
That conversation never happened like Sora wanted. In the morning, everyone got ready, flowers had to get delivered and the rain made so many delays... Sora could never confront Sirocco about the 'disownment' when he wasn't even around. His father would hardly even look at him now...
Riku held Sora close, his eyes on the dirt that was now being thrown into the hole. Those eyes shifted, looking across the way at the single man under an umbrella. Sirocco hadn't said a word to any of them today... and kept his distance. Riku understood... but at the same time was angry. His boys needed him at a time like this, why wasn't he talking or giving them support?
Slowly he looked away, sighing softly only to look out at the ocean and... saw a large cruise ship. What on earth was that doing here? They didn't drop or board those kind of ships here, oddly enough. Maybe it was making an emergency stop. Wasn't that S.S. Anne, too? Aqua and Fujin might be on it...
A little blue hat popped off the silverette's head, some bobby pins still in her hair though as she shook it, getting up using the wall. She looked around, up and down the hall to make sure no one was opening their doors to see anything. It might be too dangerous to use the elevator... but she had to check on the upper cabin level. A determined frown ran over her lips before she quickly and carefully rushed down the hall to the stairs, opening the door and heading up. Her grip on the handles were tight as the ship continued to rock.
A few more large waves hit, making her lose her balance momentarily until she got near the top. Only six more steps....[/i She thought before---
CRASH!
"AAAAAAAAH!!" Her grip loosened as the hit something big, making her lose her balance and fell down the flights of stairs backwards. She hit the bottom wall hard, swirls in her eyes as little torchics swirled around her head.
"Oh my god!" Axel cried as he heard a huge crash and explosion, looking towards the dock to see a huge cruise ship had hit the side of a lighthouse.

"Flaaaar...." Said a small red fox that even in the rain was allowed to be out as long as she promised to stay under the umbrella. There was a little bow around her ear, colored blue and courtesy of Sora - he told her she had to look her best today and his mom always loved seeing her cute. She whined softly as a she felt her master pet her, feeling the sadness and grieve in the air even that that elevator going down had looked so fun.
The blonde sighed his eyes still closed as he refused to watch them bury his mother. He just couldn't... he could hardly even believe she was down there, that the next day he wouldn't be getting one of his monthly (to near weekly) calls from her to make sure he was alright. That he wouldn't get cookies or something sent to him in the mail.
Espeon was under Ven as well, a red bow around her tail just below the split from the same brunette who dolled up her sister. She was silent and sad as well, huddling against her master for warmth while Terra wrapped his arm around the blonde's shoulder, bringing him closer. He did also hope when his mother came... that she could give Ven that caring voice that he could not. The one that always made him feel slightly better, no matter what the tragedy.
Between Sora and Riku, trying not to let the rain bother him though sparks came from the spikes in reaction to all the negative energy around, was Jolteon. Already yellow, a green bowtie had been carefully placed around his neck, pushing down the white spike collar. He sat silently there, his eyes darker than his sisters, knowing from experience that the one who had been placed into the ground was not coming back up. Just like Rosa.
He glanced up at his master, whining a little at his pain and wishing he could fight it off like any other, but this was not something he could fix. However, he noticed Riku's gaze leaving the cemetery, looking towards sea, and could not stop himself from taking a peek as well. He saw hardly anything beyond people's legs however, unaware of the disaster about to occur.
On the deck level of the ship, Aqua hurried to clear the area, hoping no one was around that she would have to save. The boat was creaking loudly and unfavorably, screaming of her pain in such fierce waters. "Jesus..." She growled, trying to hurry when she saw something out in the blackness that made her heart jump in her throat. "Oh... f-"
The ship smashed into some cliffside and Aqua screamed as she fell over from the violent movement, her skin coming up in the rug burn as she tumbled against a wall. "Ugh..." She groaned, feeling dizzy and disoriented as the ship continued to scream and cry as it smashed uncontrollably into the side of something. Her brain slowly worked, knowing what her dad always told her in crashes like this. The damage was irreparable, the ship took on water and it went down, and it went down fast. And the side it hit no doubt hurt some of the lifeboats...
"This is your co-captain speaking! All passengers, secure on your life jackets and calmly report to the deck for immediate docking in the life boats. Do not panic!"
Panic... haha... that was funny.
"SHIT!" Aqua cursed, getting to her feet. "Shit, shit SHIT!" They had to get off the ship... NOW.
Or they were all going to drown.
The sound of the ship crashing went over the words and heads turned in shock... and horror seeing a large cruise ship smashing into a lifeboat. "Holy shit..." Terra breathed. "Flar?" A fox worried questionably as the umbrella her master held fell and landed in the mud. "Oh fuck..." Roxas breathed, watching the terrible sight. His heart started to pound, having lived nearby a beach all this time he heard about ship crashes all the time and how terrible they could be.
This one was one of those ones.
He stared, gaping, for a few more moment... and then his rescuer instincts started to kick in. "Shit!" Even if it was his mother's funeral... his drive to help people and Pokemon won over. "Axel, Flareon let's move!" He hurried towards the ocean, and it took less than a split second for the other two to listen. He hesitated however as he fumbled for his Stylus, the red-head with lot strides passing him quickly as he looked around. "Anyone with strong swimming water Pokemon, we could really use your help!" Then he was gone.
Those standing on around the cemetary continued to stare, but at Roxas cry many of them became uncertain and confused. What were they to do?
Sora looked out towards the water, his sorrow cut short as he took in a new issue. All those people were in grave danger! He didn't have any water Pokemon but-
Thunder rumbled, drawing his eyes to the sky were a bolt jumped from cloud to cloud. If it hit the water while the people were escaping... He paled, then knew what he had to do. He squeezed Riku's arm, then suddenly left his side. "Jolteon!"
"Jol!" The speedy fox wormed his way through people as he ran after.
"SKARMORY GO!" Roxas called, letting the ball fly as he met the beach. "SKAAAR!" Called the bird as the ball exploded into light, revealing the metal bird. "Skarmory, get to the ship get status and whatever else you can do!" "Skaaar!" The bird, usually used for communication on missions, called before he whirled around and flew towards the ship, his speed unmatched. "BE CAREFUL OF LIGHTNING!" Roxas yelled after, his body sick as he saw a flash but it didn't touch down yet. Shit that was just adding to problems...
"LUXRAY, RAICHU LET'S GO!" Two more pops drew Roxas' attention as he looked back... and saw Sora standing on the beach, three electric Pokemon racing the rest of the way to the edge. "Aim for the lightning bolts! Don't miss even ONE!" "Jol!" The fox's spikes stood up. "Raai!" The mouse said determinedly. "Ray!" The lion grinned. Target practice!
Roxas stared for a moment then threw another Pokemon in the air. "Glameow help them out!" The gray cat with a spiral tail popped out with a meow. She hissed at the water but hurried to the line. the brother's eyes met, and he smiled, mouthing his gratitude. Sora only grinned back before looking across the ocean. "Alright, aim true! Anything that comes down you hit!" Another chorus of understanding.
Back on the ship Aqua was slipping and sliding about. She grabbed at her belt, throwing four Pokeballs in the air. "Feeera!" "Bui-Buuuui~" "Gla!" "Gol-duck-duck!" "Everyone listen!" Aqua demanded. "The ship's sinking. We need everyone on board, off! Search the ship and guide everyone to deck! If anyone falls into the water, dive in after them and swim them the shore. Got it?!"

Axel was so shocked that he didn't even realize he no longer had a cover from the rain.... however, Vaporeon did. "VAAAA!" He called slightly happy before he realized this was no time to play in the rain. Roaxs rushed away, only leaving the rest of the people of the funeral to register what was happening. Even so, Axel snapped as he heard his name, coming back to reality before suddenly rushing after his lover... then Sora was quick on his feet.
Seeing that Vaporeon was the only water Pokemon he had... he could do little to help...and since it was raining, the rest of his pokemon were at a stand still.
Riku swallowed, knowing that he too didn't have very good pokemon to work at a disaster like this... but he rushed after Sora nonetheless. As he rushed after the blonde, he grabbed one of his dusk balls before throwing it out. It energized a beautiful ghost who seemed to sing in the rain. "Froslass! Go to the ship and help get everyone to the life boats!" "FROSLAAAAASS!" The ghost called before she easily floated off, heading up to the deck as the ship continued to cry in pain as it ripped against the lighthouse.
Ven's eyes went wide before he too was off, rushing through the rain and not giving a shit if he ruined his clothes. He could see what Sora was doing and grabbed a luxury ball, tossing it out to create a little sheep. "REEEEEP!" The little woolly thing called, looking at the larger electric types around her. "Mareep, follow their lead!" He called as he continued to race after Roxas. A dive ball was thrown, this time a larger creature appearing. He was almost the size of his master, a brilliant blue with bright orange cheeks. "SWAAAAMP!" It called as he looked around.
Being a water AND ground pokemon, the electric shouldn't harm him. "Swampert, get to the tear and make sure no one is trapped!" The beast seemed to understand, nodding his head before rushing to the water and jumping in with ease.
What they WEREN'T expecting was a large Gyarados appearing by the ship. Everyone looked back to see who released it, praying that it wasn't trying to damage the ship anymore. To their hope and ease, Sirocco started to command it.
The woman at the bottom of the stairs slowly closed her eyes, not being able to make the staircase stop swirling.

Roxas fumbled with his things, mentally counting out the rest of his Pokemon. Absol wasn't even here, and Linoone, Zergoose, and Flareon couldn't help in the rain and water. "Ah! Axel!!" He ran to the red-head, handing him his capture styler. "Hurry! Call up what you can!"
Now this seemed strange but... Roxas was not the best with the stylus, even after all this time and even in emergency situations. Aunt Sera told him again and again he wasn't transmitting enough friendship to the Pokemon, making it less effective. Sometimes he could get it, but right now they couldn't take that chance!
"Flygon!" Another ball flew through the air and with a loud pop, exploding. Being ground lightning wouldn't effect him. "FLLLLY!" The dragon spread his wings as he fluttered in the air and glanced at his master who was also now on the beach. "Flygon, fly as many people back and forth from the ship as you can!" The dragon gave him a affirmative 'Gon!' before he flew off towards the ship.
He reached for a second ball throwing it out. A larger pokemon appeared, it body shaking the earth as it landed in the sand. "Tooooor..." The Pokemon said softly, but when he saw the destruction of the ship... "Tera!!!" "Torterra," The gym leader called, "Use Frenzy plant and direct any Electricity you can to the ground!" "Terra!" The Pokemon called in understanding.
"Everyone take turns in the order your standing!" Sora order. He didn't need them getting exhausted all going after the same bolt.
"Golduck, Feraglitor with me, the rest of you move!" Four Pokemon spread across the large cruise ship as people came barreling out of halls and up stairs. "Come on! Everyone walk carefully!!" Aqua called, leading them all outside on the side not stuck into the side of the wall. Other security guards were hurrying people along as calmly as they could, getting everyone out on deck, quickly lowering life boats. They were cut down by more then half though... they couldn't get everyone off.
There was a flash as a lightning bolt came down... but it never hit, intercepted by another one to anyone who noticed.
"Shit!" Aqua cursed as she handing a woman her child. Ironically... the same one she had just yelled at minutes ago. Fuu, where are you? "Hold on tight, alright? You're gonna be fine." She helped the next few people in until the boat was loaded, hearing thunder roaring overhead. That was bad. Beside her Golduck and Feraglitor were doing their best to help people in ships, their strong bodies prepared to jump ship if anyone fell in the crashes and swim them to safety.
"Skaaaar!" A metal bird flew down into the ship, his sharp wings skimming overhead as he took note of the people. He started to do what he could as he flew up and down staircases on the left hand side, using his razor wings to clear obstacles.
Glaceon hurried down the hall barking loudly as she dodged people running for safety. She hurried down more staircases towards the lower levels where it was more dangerous and were the water would be rising. Buizel was going the opposite way.
She hurried down a hall... then paused when she saw someone familiar laying against a wall. "GLA!" She yelled in worry as she ran over, and nudged Fuujin. "Gla, gla!" She bit her.

Another ball went flying, a lighter colored dragon appearing. "Moana! Help Flygon with carrying people!" "FLLLLLY!?" She seemed worried, her big red eyes seeming panicked. "Don't worry! You can do it! I believe in you!" Her mouth opened to say something but her eyes then became determined. She could do this! She flapped her wings hard, making a strong song as she followed her mate to the boat. That was as much as Ventus could do, stopping by the shore and watching Axel as he took a.....WAND!?
The redhead blinked, frowning as the rain started to fall down harder. Didn't ANYONE know Sunny Day!? His glasses were getting wet, making it hard for him to see but he took the styler. He held it tightly before looking at the ship. The end started to glow before a beam shot out making a circle around the ship in the water. He closed his eyes as the circle became brighter and... all of a sudden, a Tentacruel emerged.
HOLY SHIT! HOW DID HE DO THAT!? Ven's eyes widened as he saw the jelly fish pokemon smear jelly and ooze on the large tear, trying to stop it from flooding.
Inside, the woman started to loose consciousness before she felt something.... PAINFUL! "OUCH!" She slapped whatever was causing the pain, only to hear a painful cry of a creature. Her eyes opened, her vision a bit blurry and the stairs started to circle again before she shook her head. "What happened?" Her sight became true before she looked at a hurt Glaceon. "Ah! Sorry!" She apologized, getting up and fixing herself.
Slowly she looked down, feeling her boots a little wet and... "SHIT!" She opened the door, seeing people were trapped in the hallway from her body being against the door. A flood of people rushed out, making her slam into the door. "ACK!" Were they trying to kill her!? She quickly grabbed a ball from her belt and let it drop, an odd creature forming above the panicking crowd. "Norse, help them find the lifeboats!"
The little grey blob seemed to nod before floating over the crowd and quickly in front of it, making the people follow it up to the deck. Once it went outside though, it started to glow and.... his head seemed to become encased in a raindrop. "FORM!"

"Fllly!" Called Flygon as he saw his mate joining the sky. He reached the boat first, but showed her what to do by wrapping his tail and a small, unsuspecting family and pulling them up on his back. If they let them climb all over them, they'd be trampled. He fluttered his wings and flew back.
"Alright, everyone, prepare for immediate first aid and pulling those boats in!" Roxas called.
Time continued to pass. The Pokemon on and off the beach doing their best to keep the ship from sinking and to keep them alive. electrics shooting every bolt into an explosion in the sky, flying and water Pokemon going back and forth between ship and beach. It only became more chaotic as the lifeboats ran out, and people started to jump ship! More Pokemon were called on to help. Mightyena to help swim close people from sea to shore. Nimbus and Star, ordered by Sora to grab at the collars and to fly back, keeping them in the water to lessen weight and not to get pulled under. The humans meanwhile ran from Pokemon to people, making sure as many as they could check were healthy and well and doing their best to help the injured.
But even they had to get worn out.
"Meooooooowth!!" Came a cry on the sky, lightning sparking and hitting one in the sky. The white cat panted softly, running out of energy. "Golduck, another!" Aqua yelled over the railing. "Goool!" The tired duck swam to where a women was flailing in the water, grabbing her and swift swimming back. In the middle of the ocean, like a flotation, was her Buizel, floating people slowly to shore. Beside her, hidden under the water and swimming slowly was another Pokemon. If one listened closely they could hear: "Magic karpkarpkarpkarpkarp!" "Glaaaa!" Ice shot down, covering another hole in the ship - but there were so many! There wasn't much more time and still so many people.
"Skaaar..." A metal bird landed by his master, panting hard. He had done his best clearing paths and wreckage, did his best to scout and make sure all were okay... it was all he could do. Roxas worried glanced towards ship, seeing how low it was getting. It was ready to go under and even with Gyarados and Tentacruel...
"Fly! Fly..." Flygon flew over his mate as she collapsed in the and, but a sharp order from Terra had him whirling back to the ship, worried glances being sent back just enough to see Ven running over to her.
"Ferrr..." Collapsed an alligator as he made it to shore for the last time, unable to make it back to his master. He just couldn't. Beside him, an exhausted brown dog fell over panting with her tongue hanging out. So many...
"Raaaay!!" Sora looked over the team from a girl he was checking over with concern, seeing Luxray collapsing down next to an exhausted Glameow and Mareep. Raichu and Jolteon were worn as well. The electricity was coming down harder, they couldn't keep up with it! There was even some help from someone on the ship but... it wasn't going to be enough!
He grit his teeth before standing. "Torterra! Lift Jolteon into the sky! Let him get hit!" "Tor?!" A red eye glanced back at him like he was mad. "Trust me!!" The dinosaur grunting but did as Sora asked, wrapping a vine around the violet-eyed fox and lifting him to the sky. The fox blinked but easily stood on the large root. "Sora!" Roxas yelled in worry. What was he thinking?! And the lightning came. "Jol!" Cried the fox as he was hit his eyes shutting and teeth gritting. Everyone was sure by the time the fox came back he;s be black as ash but no...
He came back fine! "JOOOOOOOL!" The fox called, his body sparking and eyes alight as his bodycharged up and let lightning fly, taking out three bolts at once. He panted softly, waiting for another lightning bolt to hit him.
"CHUUUUU!" Called the mouse, sparking again on a forth. They clashed... and the bolt won. The mouse lost his charge and fell into the sand. Jolteon nor meowth were too exhausted, they couldn't call another quick enough. It was over.
"PIKAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"
Lightning smashed and crackled and exploded. "Nice! Everyone lets go." Heads turned, seeing an eccentric looking purple-haired man hurrying down the beach, three electric types at his side, one a Rotom, the second an electrike, and the third... a Pikachu with a heart-shaped tail. "Rhyhorn! Lapras!" Three Pokeballs flew. One Rhyhorn stood on the beach and two Lapras appeared in the water. "You all know what to do!"
The lapras called and hurried out to sea while Rhyhorn stood close to the water as possible, letting the lightning hit hit horn safely. What he missed, the three electrics caught instead.
It wasn't until he pulled out a Styler just like Roxas had given Axel did they understand. He was either a range or a rescuer - but whoever he was, they were glad to his help!

"Swaaaaaamp......eeeeeeeeert...." The mud fish pokemon pulled two more people to shore before he too collapsed.... but it seemed like his master was taking care of someone else at the time. "Moana!" The blonde cried, rushing down the beach to his flygon and seeing how she panted so. "It's alright girl... you did great!" He gave her a warm smile and gently pet her head before recalling her. She at least saved a few families. The blonde turned... only to see another one of his pokemon out. "Swamp!"
As he ran across the beach to aid the other fallen friend, he saw some nurses and civilians who weren't afraid of rain rushing over, more water and flying Pokemon being released to aid. He gave the same song to Swampert, telling him he did great and a big thanks. He could of kicked himself though... His pokemon weren't very strong, there were talented. Talent could do them so much in such a huge crisis.
"REEEEEEP!" Another thunderbolt shot up but the little lamb couldn't do much more. She panted hard, but she was still proud. She had destroyed almost 25 bolts by herself! She wanted to show that big dino that she was strong too! Slowly she leaned against the large lion, her usually cute fluffy wool being drenched.
"Lass, lass!" Another slide of ice corkscrewed down towards the ocean was made, people quickly getting onto it to land on another large water creature. "Tiiiine!" The kite pokemon called as some people grabbed her upper fins and she started to swim back towards the shore. There was a large, long rock that seemed to form from the shore now, allowing people to grab onto some steel jutting out of it and climbing up to its back to rush to dry land. "Steeel...."
A silverette with big red eyes looked down at all the people who were jumping off still. "NO! PLEASE WAIT! YOU'LL BE----" SPLASH "UGH! WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE!?" She cried, looking back at the bluette on the other side of the deck, doing the same. She looked up, seeing a large bird swoop down and grab two more people by the collar before pulling them up and back towards the shore. "GEOT!" By the bow, a few gyarados helped on some more people.
Two tentacruel were now trying to repair the ship but it seemed to be no use. The ship was going down and the current was even too much for them as they were pushed back at times, hitting the lighthouse in which Axel had to plead for them to continue, sending his empathy through the beam.
It was then... a miracle of sorts happened. Riku looked back, hearing the reinforcements and seeing a man with wild purple hair. When he saw the stylis, he smiled, knowing that they could do this! "Hariyama! Keep going!" He called up to a large pokemon down the beach, seeing him nod and grunt before pulling two more people off water pokemons back and bringing them to the aid waiting for them.
Only a moment later did they hear howls in the storm, making some look back... only to see a small pack of Mightyena run pass them. A woman behind them was rushing down towards the beach, her hair long and black that contrasted her pale skin but her blue eyes were bright and true. Seeing her put a smile on Ven's face. They could do this!
