Mos looked at Blaze and blinked. "Well... thank you for an exact sample Blaze." He grinned. He put some more chicken into his mouth as he started.
"Now, we are a huge family ok? There's seven of us here and we all need to live happily. You'll all be living here for quite a few more years... besides Shiro but he's peaceful mostly all the time anyway. I know you kids can be rotten, especially if there's a boy included." he grinned at Blaze and stuck his tongue out.
"Now everyone is going to have to deal with mating season and and heat so watch out Blaze." He pointed out before continuing. He frowned before he did continue though. "It seemed like there are no other Jakkus on this island... so.... I guess if any of you are going to look for a mate, you'll have to venture out." That was quite dangerous...
However, before he could continue, Mera butted in. "There's another Jakku here."
Mos stopped and looked at her, a bit speechless. "Huh?"

Blaze stuck his tougne out at his father and continued to eat, albeit a lot slower. Mating season... god he hated that season. he was driven wild just being in the same room as his SISTERS. Luckily their scents didnl;t effect him as badly... but all the girls at school - especally those on their time of the month... the fox kit shuddered.
Reshi listened to the conversation, grabbing some food for himself and began to eat. he;d only intervene if he had too.
Suki ujumoed in. She didn;t know how she felt about all this talk - after all she WAS late. "Yeah daddy their is another Jakku."
Amber;s ears flicked back. "Who?"
"a-a..." Suki stuttered. She didn;t want to tell her mom - she was not going to be happy.

Mera looked at her sister who seemed to be a bit uneasy. But she wasn't. "It's a wolf Jakku."
Mos's eye widened as he suddenly spit out his water... though not on purpose. "ACK!"
The water flew across the table and hit the unexpected blind man. "Eh..." Shiro blinked as water was spurted on him. He slowly grabbed a napkin and wiped it away.
Mos blinked. "Sorry Shiro..." He then looked back at Mera. "A wolf Jakku...?" He started to grow concern. "You all know better to stay away from that wolf right." He could of sworn that he had picked up wolf scents in the woods, but wasn't all too sure. "Your mother was chased by a wolf, and if it wasn't for me, she wouldn't be here today... and neither would all of you."

Reshi bit his lip, keeping down his laughter as Shiro was spit on. poor guy. However the topic was rather serious, maybe he should be listening.
Amber growled. "I agree with Mos." he glanced at all three of her children. "you're not to go near him. Wolves are dangerous."
Suki looked down, ashamed.
However, Blaze, who still had yet to lose his pride, snorted. "it;s just ONE lone wolf. I bet i could takre him down!"
"Yeah, that or he'll snap your neck." Reshi cut in.

Mos glared at Blaze. "Don't you dare go near him. If he's an Alpha, you're fucked, you hear me? They're bigger, meaner and more heartless than foxes ok? You're not a pure animal unlike most Jakkus... there are still some things you haven't learned yet from your mother. Which brings up another point... tomorrow is hunting night huh? You all better stay away from wolf smells ok? Because I won't be able to come with you."
He ate some more chicken and spared Reshi a glance. He was glade he always had the man's help when it came to talking to the kids. But this wolf thing shook him up.
"So.... no arguing and if you HAVE too, keep it to a minimum. And stay away from that wolf."
Mera sighed as she poked her chicken before eating it. She knew that man wasn't dangerous... if Suki said she saw him when she was younger and he didn't chase her.... he just... wasn't dangerous... right? He was too hot to be dangerous...

Blaze just scoffed, looking away. it was JUST a wolf. It weasn't a big deal. "fiiine." He;d heed his father... for now. But if that wolf tried anything with him OR his sisters, he would tear him apart.
Suki frowned, looking down towards her palte. Was Isaaru really that bad...?

"UYou see it was that wolf i wanted to talk to you about." Reshi said, standing out on the porch, watching his friend trying to light a cigarette. "His name is Isaaru and he;s my new partner." he glanced around. The only other one out here was Amber, and she was prowling the edges of the forest. He knew she could ehar however.
"you're letting as WOLF work with you?" Amber growled. Ywep she was listening.
"He;s like Shiro..." Reshi said. "he was from that lab..."

Mera was on her bed, working on her homework. There was way too much and she had to study for a quiz that was next day. IT WAS HER SECOND DAY AND ALREADY A QUIZ!? She hated it... but if this was what it was like as a human, she's do it. Her ears twitched here and there, trying to hear a bit of what her brother was babbling about in the background without getting too distracted.
Shiro offered to wash the dishes, and so he did. No one argued that. When he was finished with quite the number of dishes, he headed upstairs and into the bathroom. Closing the door, he pulled his clothes off and started the hot water. Soon steam rose up around his body and he slowly got in.
Sunglasses hit the floor as he reclined and let out a long sigh. Nothing was like taking a bath in this bath. He could actually relax...
Mos was finally able to light the cigarette and pulled away his lighter into his pocket. He climbed onto the railing and let his feet dangle off. He blinked when Reshi stated that his new partner was this wolf that his daughter was talking about. He looked at Amber in the back who quickly detested before he could... but his eye changed as he heard the last bit.
"Like Shiro...?" He repeated and looked down. Damnit... that vision popped into his head.... along with the smell. Shaking his head, he putt the cig out of his mouth and let the smoke bellow out. "So... he's a surviver then huh?" He was shocked that there had been another. He didn't remember seeing a wolf or anything like that. Most of them were cats, lambs, rabbits and a few others.... nothing like a wolf. "Are you sure?"

Suki was burled up on her bed, her eyes half-shut, listening to the sound of Mera murmuring to herself as she tried to memorize whatever it was she was studying, while trying to tune out Blaze's rampart talking on the house phone.
Above her she could hear Shiro moving about, and it wasn;t long before she heard the pipes moving water. he was taking a bath probably.
"Yeah, i'm sure." Reshi said. "Her has the same scar and he;s full of mako." he murmured, shrugging.
Amber was trekking back over, looking disapporving. "If you hire that wolf don;t you dare let him in this house!"
"Course not!" Reshi saluted, grinning.

Mera growled and threw a book at her brother. She was tired of him joking about the girls at the school. It was mean and rude and he sounded like a dumb ass. "Don't you have homework too!?"
Mos frowned a bit as he looked at Amber and then at Reshi. "Maybe--- maybe he can answer some questions about Shiro and what exactly happened before the dumping.... Momma Lance might just ask him the same thing you know?"

"ow!" Blaze said as the book hit him on his back. he scowled. "Don;t throw things! and no, what kind of LOSER has homework after the first day!" he growled. on the other end of the phone their was laughing. "Shut up Nao! it;s just my stupid sister." There was a pause. "Mera why? ...whatever."
Reshi nodded after a few moments. "yeah... we could." But was it really kind to go delving into the past like that when it was obviously such a sensitive topic?
Amber frowned. "why do we need to know? it;s been years Mos!"

Her ear perked as she heard the boy's name. Nao... of course. She hook her head and looked at her homework. A sigh. That boy would have to straighten out if he ever wanted to go on a date. She didn't like boys who were shallow or idiots... She closed her book and put it in her bag... she would do the rest in homeroom. Laying on her bed, she just listened to the water that was going through the pipes. She never understood why Shiro took so many baths... it wasn't like he was dirty... but she guessed people sometimes took them everyday.
She looked over at her brother who was walking all over the room and frowned. That Nao boy really liked her huh? He wasn't a bad looking guy... just an idiot. Turning away, she turned off the lamp next to her and bit her lip. If Nao did end up cleaning up... then...
She shook her head and closed her eyes. That wolf was so good looking. He had soft, beautiful eyes with beautiful silver hair. That black skintight clothing just... made her go crazy inside. He looked like he could be quite the....bad boy. He's make amazing.... pups...
UGH! Why was she thinking this way? He seemed to be almost twice her age.... but... that didn't matter to animals right? But... she wasn't an animal! Ugh.... mating season was going to be hard if he showed up again...
Mos growled at Amber's snapping but sighed. "Yea... I guess you're right. But like I said, I'm sure Momma Lance will figure it and demand an explanation for it too..." He put the cigarette back into his mouth and sighed. "I hope he's a good partner. You deserve the best Reshi..." He looked down at his dangling feet and sighed.
He stopped as he heard something vibrate. His ears turned as he looked at Reshi's pants, grinning a bit. "Speak of the devil..."
The only person who had Reshi's cell number was himself and Shiro... and Momma Lance. He was quite sure he knew it wasn't him nor Shiro calling him.
The old woman had called Reshi every other night to see if Reshi had gotten a partner yet.... and it sort of made him so mad that he put an ad in the paper.
