Riku looked at Sora and laughed a bit. He then turned back to Leon who seemed a bit out of place. "Thanks for letting us know." He yawned and got up, pulling the jacket over him and pushed on his shoes before fixing up his bedhead a bit.
He passed Leon out into the streets and looked around. This place looked so much different now. Just like the town where Kairi went to school. Did the worlds expand? Well.... it didn't really matter. He needed to go get some items for their new journey.
Slowly he headed down to were the shops seemed to be, seeing the damage that the Gummi Ship had made. It was gone now and seemed to have been transported somewhere else.

Donald was the second one to hop from the bed. "lazy..." he grumbled a few more choice things. he for one was hungry.
Sora opened his eyes watching both Riku and Donald take there leave. he pouted. "alright, alright i'll get up!" he sat up, before neatly tripping out of the cot.
".... ow." he grumbled, slipping on his shoes, and grabbing his jacket, and a second later he zipped out of the room, running after Riku.

When the house was quiet, the dog popped his head up and looked around. "GWASH!" He yelped as he jumped out of bed. "Everybody left me!" He put on his small hat and rushed out to catch up with the others.
Riku looked down at his still half sleeping friend. "So... what are you going to waste all your munny on today?" He laughed as they walked into what seemed to be a busy market place.
The taller boy looked around and reached into his back pocket to grab a munny bag. There wasn't too much in it but it might get him some potions are two.
There was a small stand to their right where an older version of Donald was handing out some blue ice cream to the local kids.

Sora pouted, feeling offended. "i don;t waste my munny! I spend it all very wisely!" he caught sight of the duck as well, and grinned recognizing Uncle Scrooge easily.
mm... sea-salt ice cream...
Sora licked his lips. "i'm gonna get some ice cream!"

Riku started walking off and blinked as he heard the other one. "HEY! What did I just say about wasting your munny!" He called after the other and laughed, shaking his head and walking back into the crowd. He'd need to buy some small things for now.
Goofy walked over towards the stand too and smiled in a goofy way. "Hey Sora, I bet Roxas would like to have some ice cream. Did that use to be his favorite?"

"it;s not wasting! it's splurging!" Sora called after Riku.
When he heard Goofy he turned his head grinning. "Yeah he used to share it all the time with his friends. blue sea-salt ice cream. i've been having cravings for it ever since."
"i don;t think Uncle scrooge has that." Donald said suddenly. "i think that;s a twilight town exclusive."

The dog looked down and blinked. "Gwash... maybe you're right." When it was his turn to go up, he walked up sluggishly and looked around at the menu.
"Hey, do ya got any of that Blue Sea-salt ice-cream??"
Riku looked around at all the different shops, picking up some and checking out the prices. It was all too expensive... and for a reason.
"Why is this potion 800 munny??"
"Well, you see, we are still trying to get some Heartless out of the second castle so we need to pay for new alert battle systems. But all your munny will be going to a good cause." The woman smiled as she tried to sell her item.

"blue sea-salt ice cream? now what is that?" Uncle Scrooge said.
"Told ya!" Donald said.
Sora looked up at the price menus, tilting his head a bit. "why is it all so much?" Maybe Riku was right about soending wisely...
"inflation you know, adult stuff." Scrooge said.
"But i'm family give us a discount!" Donald said.
"not on your life nephew."

"Still heartless??" The tall boy blinked as he looked back at what seemed to be the second castle. He could tell, since the one that was where Leon was talking about was a white color, as the other one was still rustic.
He turned back to the woman and put the potion down.
"What do they want with the second castle?"
The woman shrugged and sighed to the fact that she hadn't sold one item at all today. "You know, I don't really know. All us shop owners were told that the world needs more money for these new security systems so we needed to hike up our prices. That group has been doing a wonderful job at keeping this Garden safe so we know the money is going to a good cause."
Riku nodded and slowly walked away to join the others in their ice cream bicker.
"Aw, c'mon Mr. Scrooge. It's been awhile since we had some of that nice ice cream" The dog whines as his mouth started to water.
"You guys should forget about the ice cream for now. I think we'd better head to the research center..." The silver haired boy butted in as he walked up to Sora, looking at the white castle that towered over them.

"ah but Riku!" Sora pouted, but before he could say much, the two ducks really got into a bickering match.
"all you care about is money!" Donald yapped, flapping his wings around.
"Why my dear boy, money makes the world go round." Scrooge responded. "speaking of which, what does your job pay?"
Donald started spluttering, and soon the two were argueing so intellgibly, Sora was beginning to not understand his feathered friend.
"Um, on second thought, yeah let;s go.' Sora joked, picking up Donald and grabbing Goofy by the arm and quickly dragging them away.

Riku rubbed the back of his neck and laughed as he saw the bickering. He never noticed how hot tempered his friend really was. He waved to the other older duck whose feathers too were flying in the air.
They walked down the path towards the castle. It was quite a sight. He was quite happy that he was traveling with Sora now... so now he got to see the worlds they were trying to protect. And just seeing how much Hollow Baston had changed was quite incredable.
When they got to the castle, they just walked right in since the doors were already opened. A sign reading "Security Scouting Research Center" was posted above the main entrance.
As they walked in, the taller boy blinked and looked around. There were so many computers and lights everwhere. Definately not a view one would think of when entering a castle.

"whoa," Donald breathed looking around.
"incredible!" Sora laughed. he walked around, peering around at the computer. "Hey, i wonder if Tron's somewhere around here too."
He paused, looking down at a console, a curious grin flittering onto his face. "ooh, i wonder what this button does." he was a tad computer inept, such high tech devices never existed on Destiny Islands.
"Sora don't touch anything!" Donald cried. "you remember what happened the last time."
"Hey you zapped us in the computer, not me!" Sora fought. "... and... that was pretty cool..."

Tron? The older boy looked at them curious... but that was something they weren't here for really.
He walked past the fighting duo and down a hallway to a huge room floating above the lower level. He peered down and smiled as he saw the Gummi Ship. Some loud noises were coming from it so it seemed as if it was being worked on.
"There you are." A familure voice came. The boy looked over to see the older man that had rescued them the night before along with some...women.

"hey wait up Ri!" Sora called. he looked at the computer forlornly. "another time we'll go and visit." he nodded, feeling better at his own promise.
The trio followed after Riku without much of an arguement. Sora walked up next to Riku, glancing towards the gummi ship.
"god damn son of a!" yelled a voice from inside it, and the brunette chuckled. That would be Cid. "the hell did those fing brats do to it!"
Sora turned his head though when he heard Leon. beside him, stood a familar looking 'ninja' with short black hair. he grinned at his friends. "Hiya Leon, Yuffie."
Yuffie crossed her arms, before walking up to Sora, leaning down a bit. "heya... squirt!"
"H-Hey!"
"You're still shorted then me!" Yuffie crowed.
"Am not!"

The taller boy blinked as he heard the cussing down below but strayed his attention back to the others. God... does Sora have childish fights with everyone? He chuckled a bit but looked at Leon.
"So... what's the damage?" He asked in a shy kind of way.
Leon sighed and shook his head, bonking Yuffie on the head to quiet down. "You guys did quite some damage on that thing. I guess it looks better than it actually is." He paused when he heard some more cussing from down below. "But...uhh... Anyway, we noticed that Twilight Town came back on the map. We don't know how because we were sleeping when it happened... but from what we can tell, there was a small hole that opened to the outside world... so... I guess someone has opened it for you to go to."
"It's covered in darkness though..." A soft voice came from behind them.
Riku looked back to see a woman in a pink dress with long hair.
"You have to be careful... so we agreed to give you one of our spare Gummi Ships with top defence for you to go and see what's wrong with the world."
