It wasn;t long later Aeris, (with Raichu's help) got him to lay flat on his stomach on the bed. their door was closed and locked to prevent the kids from lurking in and she had Adan watched all of them for the time being.
However it was then that the trouble really started. she had the materia pressed ightly on his back, where that ugly had been that broke his spine was. waves of green and white and blue flew out from the materia scouring over the room. she was constantly muttering something in a foriegn tougne, her eyes half-lidded in concentration.

He laid there staring forward not really sure what was going on... Aeris in a way was scared of the materia... she said that even holy magic that it was... it was still a weapon, something not too be used for personal gain... but this was more than personal gain... it was his family... they needed him...

Aeris slowly shut her eyes. her chant was random, getting high with arguement and low with respect, as if she was fighting with some higher power. and she was in all technicalilty. in fact she was fighting with Holy itself. asking it to give a cure and not a death for the sake of all thats good.

Raichu winced suddenly he felt something... wait he felt something...? That wasnt right... was it good or bad...? because it hurt!

The next thing Raichu knew, white tendrils entered his back, racing up and down his spine like liquid fire, but at the same time was comfortably warm like a cooling soup on a winter afternoon.

He relaxed suddenly it kinda felt nice... reall nice... he basked in its warmth shutting his eyes " Oh god... you have too give me massages like this more often babe..."

Aeris only half heard it but it made her smile slightly. soon she puleld away and the magic stopped. she was breathing heavily. magic like that drew on all her reserves. she laid down next to him, the renments of the spell still working its way throughout Raichu.
