"Is that what you are?" He blinked as he looked up at the man. "It kind of reminds me of some old stories of my world...how the earth was dieing and such. Some people believed it and some people didn't....but it did die. And so do billions of people." He sighed as he kepted up. "So...are you going to turn me into a dark knight?"

"pfft...it can't be that hard." He touched it and then tried to grasp it but it fell to the ground with him. "uuff....aah..." He pulled and pulled but the thing wouldn't budge. "why is it so heavy!?"

"I'll get it some, don't worry." He smiled as he grabbed something to eat in his bag. He took a bit and spit it out. "ew! this must be a weak old." He dropped the stuff on the ground and sighed. "So, what do you eat?"

He said nothing, the boy would figure it out in time... it would take a while but... eventually if he did stay with him the boy would eventually become a Dark Knight... the same way that he had become one so long ago...

Drinking water from the small stream, the dingo was relaxing from his last hunt. Its tail wagged as he drank the cold water. His ears pressed down against his scull, not alert about his surrounding.
The tree limbs russled and it picked its head up. It looked around and started a low growl. A rock came out of nowhere and landed in the stream. The dingo jumped and looked at the splash.
Suddenly it screached as a hand pressed again its head and a clean blade ran across its throat. It dropped down slowly and went out.
"YES! Lunch!"
He picked it up and pulled it over his shoulder. He started to walk back to where him and Gradd were camping for the day. He threw the dog at gradd and laughed. "And you said I could never catch anything!"

HE frowned. "oh come on....aren't you a bit happy? I did such a good job!" He piled up some wood and put them in the middle of the camp. He pointed his two finger at it and it went up in flames.
He grabbed the dog and yawned. "you know...I know you probably disapprove but I'm thinkig of becomeing a warrior or a black mage..." He cut open the dog and started to grab pieces of meat.
