So they can just throw there lives away in the same way that she did...?" he asked looking up at the master of the school. " You havent told them have you...?"

The boy stopped as he heard his master and the stranger talking. He quietly walked to the door and looked through the crack with one eye.
"I...I don't know. I didn't know what to do after what had happened. I...I should of known that thsi was just some stupid dream of the people...They called it hope. When was hope murder? I just got so angry. I wanted to do something for my failure. I thought training these kids would do something...another approach to Sin. They said it can't be destroyed...but I don't believe them. There has to be a way. And no, I didn't tell them. I don't even think this will work."

"ENOUGH! I know...i know....It's just that I can't just let these ignorant summoners keep killing themselves. You must believe it it. Sin can be destroyed...it can. I just don't know how." He rubbed his head and walked to the window. "I...I will let the boys out tomorrow. I'd rather 1 person die for us...not a handful of kids." He closed his eyes. "I won't give up though."
He looked at the man and frowned. "I won't give up. There has to be a way. I want to be a hero and actually do something, even if I never finish it. At least i'm doing something."
The boy blinked. What was going on?

" Heroes are just fake fairy tales... they arent real... Just things people make up... I thought I was being heroic a long time ago when we started that pilgrimage... None of you told me the end result until we got there... you let me watch Galadrielz sacrifice herself that!" He suddenly slammed his fist into the wall " I cant even see her in the farplane... becaus I didnt know... You knew I wasnt from this damn world!"

The head master sighed. "I...I heard people that came from other world had different powers than we do here. I thought maybe you had something that we needed. No one finds out until the end. NO ONE!" He sighed as he plopped onto the chair. "Don't be so loud...the boys are sleeping."
He poured himself another beer and grunted. "Just because you gave up doesn't mean that everyone else has to. Stop wandering around telling people these things. They don't care about the truth...they care about their belief in Spira." He looked up at the man. "That's all they care about."
"Different powers?" The boy whispered to himself.

The head master frowned. "Maybe it is...maybe what you're doing is the right thing to do. Miku...?"
The boy blinked and swallowed hard. He opened the door and bowed. "Yes master? I am sorry that I was listening in...please for-"
"That's enough with that crap." He stood up and pulled his arm towards the stranger. "This man is your master now. He will teach you what he knows and you follow it. Do not question him, just listen." He turned to the stranger. "This boy came to this planet two week ago in some escape pod. His mind is still fresh of this world...take the boy before he turns into everyone else. This is my last request from you. Will you take it?"

The head master smiled. "I think he will be fine. He is from a dark planet the was destroyed by hate...I think he is ready." He looked over at Miku and motioned him forward.
The boy walked to his master and looked at the stranger. What was going on?
The man put his hands on the boy's shoulders. "He has powers that I have never seen. He his one of the best boy in the camp. Best chocobo rider, best swordsmen, best runner. I think he's ready." He pushed the boy towards the stranger and smiled. "Plus he can keep you company while you do nothing."

He sighed shaking his head " Fine... I will take him with me... but I will not teach him till I think he is of the right age to become a dark knight. A child is too dangerous to let fall into darkness at his age..."

"Yes yes...whatever you say." He sighed as he looked down at the floor. "Miku...get your things packed...you will be headed out soon."
The boy looked up at his master and nodded. "Yes sir." He bowed to both of them and ran off to his room.
"The boy's Miku. He's about 15-16 years old. His story is that there was a war between evil and good...evil took over and destroyed everything. He left his parents and sister to the dying planet and escaped to this world. I can feel that Spira will take him in soon if someone doesn't stop it soon." He sighed again as he paced the floor. "He cannot sleep, and when he does, it's not for long. There is some force that surround the boy...maybe the dying world last gift? I'm not sure. Just make sure you take of the boy..."
