Ami smiled a bit and she sniffled. "i i... i'm sorry." She turned away. "i... wasn;t ready for that gift dad gave me... it... i guess everything backfired... i didn;t mean to hurt anyone."

Things seemed to be going well. The war was drawing to an end, she had gained the courage to go and speak to both her father and Shouka...
now all she needed to wait for was Josh.

Josh was one of the last people to return from the war... and when he did... he had a darkened look in his eyes... more than before. It was almost as if not finding Ami had helped push his insanity even further... letting the darkness inside of him grow. Suddenly he burst into flames infront of his home, he had grown a dark power... letting the inner archon take over... much like before... but all remained human accept for his eyes... those dark burning red eyes... for every demon that he slayed with the dragonsblade... the more he fell into the darkness.

Ami shuddered heavily, feeling something... something was wrong. She looked up from her cup of tea at her mother across the table but said nothing.
i know that feeling... her eyes darkened.

Slowly he aproached his home shaking his head... he promised Tifa he would bring her back and failed. His anger would go towards Sephiroth... he would kill him... and everything that he had ever held dear to him...

Ami set her cup down, looking towards the front door and she twitched. that... feeling... the dragonsblade... thats what it is. even so far away from it she could feel that familer darkness she had lost herself in so long ago... but not again. she was stronger now, her time in hell made he ten times more experienced and knowledgable. She was no longer a child. As the voices, even from so far, began whispering she shut her eyes.
away with you! and... they were gone. holy crap it worked! wait... if that's the dragonsblade... then that means...
"Dad's home..." Ami whispered, fearful.

Josh sighed opening the the door and suddenly walked in looking around. "Tifa...?" he walked further in looking around the house
Tifa blinked staring over at Ami " Ami...?" she said questionably

Ami bit her lip, twitching again as he neared. She was beginning to shake but she didn;t know why. Was it because of him? or the sword he carried? or... something else?
She shut her eyes, steeled her courage and called out. "We're in the kitchen... daddy."

He suddenly froze hearing her voice " Ami...?" the blade dropped from his hands and crashed against the floor as he rushed in and came to a stop as he just stared at her blankly. " How...?"
Tifa smiled staring at him " Surprise?" she laughed slightly " is that all you can say?"

Ami looked at her father then away just about as quickly. "uh..." this had been her reaction each time she met one of the people she formerly tried to kill. she was too scared to say a word...
i still... look like a demon. she looked at her hands, the claws specifically. Back in hell they had been a great help. she was glad she had decided to take up martial art fighting instead of sword, it had worked out in the end. She claws had saved her more times then she could count. but now...
