so it was just a ploy, a joke... his eyes narrowed in hurt, and he scowled darkly at the woman, no longer feeling curious at her actions or caring about her feigned interest, just angry and betrayed. it was always the same, at this rate he'd never be happy. "because you can't. you wouldn;t be able to scratch me." he hissed.
