Kei walked up to the counter. "I have to go in there with him." The woman looked up at him. "Sorry sir but you have no rights to, only family members can go." Kei's eyes grew wide with rage. "I fucking raised him!" The woman still refused. He ran to the doors but they shut infront of him. His hand slowly moved up to the door's window as a tear fell down his cheek. "Daron..." He closed his eyes and sighed. He looked around and followed the signs that read 'waiting room'.
A few hours passed. Kei was the only one awake in the ER waiting room. His eyes seemed empty as they stared at the floor tiles.

the docter sighed walking into the waiting room then walked up to Kei, "hello, are you mister Kei?"
Daron was staring at the ceiling whimpering his face wet from tears. his whole body felt like it had just dropped from the sky ran through a raging river and fell of the waterfall and then got picked up by a torando and landed on a million tiny needles. he had finally gotten the damn docter to go get Kei...

"he shall be fine. he wishes to see you." the docter said looking at Kei.

Kei looked at him then looked away. "I can't go back there. I'm not a relitive..." He sighed as he looked at the floor. For once...he felt so helpless...

"well if you don;t go back there he won;t answer any of my questions." the docter said, "at this moment of time i think we can forget the rules."

Kei nodded as he stood up. He followed the doctor into the ER hallway and into the room that held Daron. He looked in and sighed. Daron was still twitching and looked horrible. Kei slowly walked up to the bed and looked down at the boy. "I'm here Daron."

Daron smiled up at Kei weakly but his eyes shined happily as if the little episode he went through was nothing at all, "hi Kei... sorry i worried you."

Kei nodded, smileing slightly. "It's ok Daron..." He sighed and shut his eyes. His hand reached down and took Daron's in his own. He opened his eyes and looked at the doctor. "He was bit by a snake a few days ago. I tried to...to stop the poison from entering his body...I guess I didn't do a very good job. He lost a lot of blood..i guess I should have brought him here."

Daron would have smiled if he didn;t wince from a spark of pain. Kei was a rather good lier. his hand tightened around Kei's.
the docter nodded, "it answers why he would have a fever but i have never heard of a seizure being formed from one."

Kei laughed slightly. "well, maybe from the blood loss? I've never been good with snakes." He looked down at Daron and smiled. "Is there anyway I could register to be able to see him if this happens again? I did raise him since he was a young boy."

the docter nodded, "yes there is." he picked up a clipboard and looked through it then handed Kei some papers, "just fill these out."

Kei nodded as he took the board. He looked back at the doctor. "when will he be out of here?"

"by tonight." the docter said then turned to Daron, "have you ever had a seizure before?"
"no," Daron answered easily.
"do you have any past relitives with seizure history?"
"i don;t think so."
"do you remeber your name?"
"Daron."
"how do you feel?"
"like shit."
the docter laughed at that, "more descriptive then that."
"ok ummm.... i feel like all my muscles were pulled at once..." Daron said faltering a bit.
the docter nodded then turned back to Kei, "he needs to gain more feeling in his limbs but it won;t be wise to let him walk too much."
"hey i'm not dead!" Daron squeaked.
"you would have been if Kei had not gotten you here any later." he let the words hang and Daron looked at Kei slowly, smiling.
"i'll leave you two to yourselfs. when your done with the papers hand them to my reciptionist and everything shall be set." the docter walked out.
"looks like i owe you my life.... again," Daron said, "Thanks Kei..."

Kei nodded and smiled as he looked down at the boy. When the doctor left, Kei laughed. He rubbed Daron's head and sat down. "I'm dead and I'm still walking." He looked at the paper and sighed. "stupid rules..." He took a pen from the counter and started to fill it out.
