It had been two years since the horrible, gloomy day. The sky was dark and there were a few stars in the sky. The breeze was cold as aways as it passed through the man's hair.
The man looked down at the ground as he leaned against the railings of his pourch. He could hear his own laughter as a child, it haunted him on nights like this. It made him relize how alone he really was. He had no family that was of his pure blood, just distant relitives that lived so far away.

Vertix slowly walked into town slowly looking around. He had come to pay respects to his brothers grave, his death was a great loss. Perhaps the greatest loss in their families history. Raichu was everything to him, both a parent and a brother and now he was gone, it was so hard trying to cope with his death but he was trying atleast

The man looked up at the sky and sighed. "I hope your finally happy up there grandpa..." He looked out to the graveyard one last time then headed back inside. He closed the door behind him and hung up his trenchcoat.
Som many secrets still lied in that house. his grandfather had not told him everything that he sould have. The man would have to figure them out the hard way; on his own.

Vertix walked up to the old home that his brother and him moved into with their parents. He walked up to the door pacing up to it and rang the doorbell, Dainket was the last part of his family left besides his family from marriage. He felt that he could atleast say hi

Dainket stopped and looked back at the door. who could that be? Dainket had isolated himself from the rest of the family ever since his grandpa died. He didn't feel wanted anywhere. His dear cousins moved to Costa del sol and Dainket refused to go there. He didn't want to put up with that bastard Josh's crap.
He walked to the door and opened it slowly. He smiled slightly as he saw that old face. "Hello Vertix."

"Yes, that it has. Come in, I have some food left over from dinner." He opened the door so Vertix could come in.
Dainket has let his hair grow out. It was now in a ponytail that reached half-way down his back. The thing that hadn't changed and never would was his blue horns.

Dainket sighed then nodded. "Yea, I've been doing ok. The house isn't that hard to take care of. I think I take care of this house better than I take care of myself." He sighed again then walked to the kitchen. He took out the left over chicken and started to heat it up.

" You know dainket... I may be another continent away but you can always call you know? You never seem to pick up the phone when I try to call you, and your always welcome to come and visit you know that right? Wutai isnt all that far from here and its our families home land"

Dainket didn't say anything. He handed a plate of chicken to Vertix and offered him a chair. "I'm guessing that you came to give respect to Raichu's grave?"

Dainket looked down. "I'm fine by myself. I take care of myself well." Every since Raichu died, he didn't want anyone else looking out for him. Vertix was never close to Dainket so he didn't have much feeling.

Vertix frowned looking at him it was almost as the kid had no heart left, and like there was no feeling left in him either. It kind of reminded him of Ryten when he was older it was kind of sad to see...

Dainket looked at Vertix and frowned. "I'm plaining on going to the tournament next year, I have some training to do. Are you going to go?" He wanted to change the subject, no reason trying to bit at the other.
