Coeur laughed cruelly. he was loving this and would love it even more when he got Audace n his hands and listened to his son scream himself to death.
Audace ducked a sword and slashed out cutting the guy in the stomach and turned slightly slashing the other one in the neck. most of the rest of the tribe were running trying to get away.

Kuni got on his feet slowly and took a deep breath. Even thogh his hands were tied, his feet weren't. He snicked and kicked Coeur in the privites. He then jumped back and started to run towards the chaos.

Coeur winced in pain and hit the ground on his knees, "YOU BRAT!"
Audace was looking around. the others had basically fled. he turned frowning and started freeing the rest. where was Kuni though?

Kuni ran down a few stairs. he saw a few gaurds running around not knowing what to do. This was oviously not where the army was captured.
He looked around it the confusion and grew confused himself. His eye sight grew more and more blurry by the second till he bumped into someone. He turned and his eyes grew wide with joy. "Audace?"

Audace turned and blinked, "kuni! dear god what happened to you?!" before he knew it he tore off the bonds holding Kuni's arms back frowning.

"I got hit a few times.....what does it look like?" He suddenly felt another bamboo stick hit his bare back and he winced. He had no way to defend himself since he left his sword back at the house.

Audace glared at the person. he walked in front of Kuni and sliced at the person cutting through his arm slashed again right through the chest. he was growling angrily and he wrappedan arm around Kuni, "i'm getting you out of here."

Kuni nodded and followed Audace's lead. He could hardly see anything now, everything started to blend together. "What about your father? they're just going to come after us again...."

"well we came here to find the army. i just have no idea where they are. i freed everyone in the dongeon...." Audace muttered looking around, "damn..."

Kuni sighed. "I don't think the army is here, this place is too small. There must be other forst around here." he dodged another blow from a bamboo stick. He kicked the man in the stomach and almost fell himself.

Audace wrapped an arm around Kuni's waist and nodded, "yeah." he sealthed his sword and picked up Kuni then bolted.

He held on tightly to Audace tightly. This kid was strong if he could pick up Kuni. Then again Kuni didn't weigh much for his age. He lost a good amount of weight since he left the palace as well, his rib cage was now noticable.

Audace winced. his arm was killing him. that damn stick... and his leg was beginning to throb as well. but he could push that to the back of his mind. all that he was concerned about was Kuni.

Kuni could feel that Audace was in a lot of pain too. He didn't want to put more pain down on the boy. "Put me down, I'll run along side you."
