Kuni looked down and thought. He then looked at audace and frowned. "Come with me." he walked passed the servent and down the stairs. this wasn't happening.

Audace picked up his sword and followed Kuni silently. he just knew he was going to be used. he knew it. he always was. Ayudace gripped his sword and sealthed it.

Kuni ran down the stairs and into the main palace room where his father sat on the throne. Kuni bowed. "Is it true father? They captured our army?"
The old man nodded. "We have nothing to do but surrender."
Kuni looked shocked. "What!? You can't just surrender!"

"Kuni is right you can;t! come on let me help. do you have anyone here that can even remotely fight? i can do what i can if i need too," Audace said looking at the king curiously.

The emperor looked at Audace oddly. "You're apart of that tribe and yet you want to defent the palace?"
Kuni broke it. "No, he just wants to get back with the tribe. He just wants to get out of here and lead them to us. Father, you can't let this man out of the palace walls."

Audace looked at Kuni, "i swear on my brother's grave i won;t turn on you. remebr i said i only killed those who were not innocent." his eyes narrowed, "and i told you i was sort of part of that tribe. remember? i am a traitor to my tribe."

Kuni frowned at Audace thenlooked back at his father. "I'll do it. I'll go rescue them. Audace is coming with me." The old man shook his head. "No, i won't let you risk your life like that."
Kuni frowned. "listen, i know how to fight unlike anyone in this palace. I am the only hope for this dynasty anymore. We can reach them in 5 days on horse back."

"kuni's right though. he may be the only chance we have of getting out of there alive," Audace said nodding, "he;s a good fighter. and i'll need help after all i don;t think they'll be please by my coming back."

Kuni frowned again. "we're both going to loose our life if you surrender. I'll put on common clothing, dress up like a member of the tribe. I'll ride to their fort and get our army back. Father you must let me."

"he;s right you know. you;re very daring Kuni," Audace said grinning, "sire i'll watch over him. i'll die before he gets hurt. but do you honestly think ifwe surrender that their going to come and just have a spot of tea with you?" he rasied an eyebrow and smiled, "don;t worry about it sir. we'll come back alive i promise."

The emperor sighed the waved his hand. "If my son doesn't come back alive, neither will you..." He nodded at Audace and then looked at Kuni. "Please be careful, you've never been out there Kuniyuki."
Kuni bowed then drew his sword. "If I die, I die with honor of my dynasty. I shall bring justace with the blade of elders." He crossed it over his chest and closed his eyes. He then opened them and walked away.

Audace laughed nervously. he had no idea what that sentence meant but would rather not find out, "don;t worry he'll learn everything from my sire. i swear i'll do what i can." Audace mock bowed then turned and followed Kuni.

Kuni walked up to his room and closed the door behind him. He took of his robe and pants and looked around for something to wear. He had no clothing that would be worn by an outcast tribe.
He walked to his robeary and took out pieces of clothes and started to rip them. He took a fin brush and labeled the symbol of the tribe on his shirt and bandana. He wrote symbols on his fingers like all the tribe members did. He put silver rings in his ears and took down his hair.
He looked in the mirror and and looked at himself. "I will have to do."New kuniyuki click hereminus the sunglases...

Audace was waiting outside Kuni's room. he looked at the ceiling hopeing Kuni was getting something presentable on to wear. in his mind he was thnking of a plan.

Kuni walked out of his room and looked down at Audace. "i suppose this is good enough. It's not like you people have a fashion statement anyway." he walked passed the boy and back down stairs to get his supplies that the servents were getting ready for him.
