Kuni nodded. "I guess you're right. My plan is to sleep out here tonight then tomorrow night try to find a town to stay at. Not a big town, maybe a small village." kuni didn't like the outdoors much, he rather sleep on a bed.

Audace odded, "hopefully not everyone knows about me which i highly doubt." he cursed under his breath to his father his eyes narrowed. it was all his damn father's fault that any of this was happening!

Audace smiled at Kuni and nodded, "thanks i owe you. i can;t imagine what people like to do when your locked up and helpless. gives me the creeps just thinking about being barrcaded in."

Kuni shook his head. "You don't owe me anything. You're bringing me to the tribe hide-out, that's well enough." he sighed and rubbed his head. small pains came on now and then. He still felt embarassed about falling off the horse.

"well and dangerous," Audace hissed, "and i doubt if you get found out that they'll go easy on you." he shook his head not wanting to imagine it. what if they tortured Kuni?

Kuni sat up straight. "I'm willing to take that chance. I'm not doing this just for me.....but for my dynasty aswell." He looked down at the ground and sighed. "I'm hoping that they won't capture me. they might to sick and horrible things to me."

Kuni frowned and swallowed. "Do they srip you and wip you on the back? That's what i heard." He looked down and could imagen himself in that kind of situation. It wasn't pleasent.

"i'm sure thats definitly one of then but i;ve heard of a worse one..." Audace murmered and looked at the sky, "seen it actually. i really can;t believe someone;s body can take that much pain...." he trailed off his face twisting into disgust.

Kuni watched the sun hide behind the great hills of the valley. The red evening sky didn't make him feel warm inside at the moment. "What have you see Audace?"

Audace looked away somehow unable to look at Kuni, "some of the most horrible things of my life... was when i was little and alone. Eviter wasn;t always there to protect me... i rember the first time i watched a treatment. my father was the one who did it. i was only maybe 8 at the time. they had a prisoner and he was only a young boy no older then 15. my father hacked that sword threw his stomach and chest ripping away the skin so it wasn;t there. the boy screamed for so long..."
Audace swallowed back a overwhelaming urge to vomit all over the ground, "once i was walked down there and the men i saw were wild with hunger. they shoveled dirt in there months and to when were trying to strangle each other. i even rember one in poarticular... he was so crazed in pain he was used his teeth to rip open his wrist...." Audace fell quiet his eyes filled with a horror struken and disgusted look.

Kuni looked down. "I'm..........I'm so sorry Audace. That's horrible." Kuni got a sudden respect for Audace. No one should have to see suffering like that, no one.
It grew dark and clouds started to cover the moon and stars. Kuni set up camp that night and left Audace to himself. He wished that he could take back all the mean things he had said to Audace. Kuni didn't know what kind of past he had.
He sat across from Audace. The fire seperated them. He looked at a lizard that was crawling infront of him and sided.

Audace stared quietly at the fire and sighed. if they were quiet the whole time they would never be able to get anything done. he watched the fire flicker then look at Kuni through the flames. his mind wandered from the senseless tourtrousings and screams the tribe commited against innocent and just studied Kuni. what was it about him that made his heart race and breath jump? it didn;t make sense... no one ever said that should happen when you meet someone. it never did before...
