Gradd stared at it and shook his head " no its not the black jack" he laughed slightly " its the symbol of the black joker, weird that a kid would get that one if anything... usually its given to one with a dark heart"

Memory frowned. "does that mean I have a dark heart?" he looked down at the floor when suddenly there was a knock on the dooe. He looked up then at gradd. "should you answer it? you said you were hunted."

A lady in her late 40's sat there and looked up at Gradd then passed him at Memory. "I thought you might like some soup." She walked pass Gradd and set the soup on the table in the room then looked down at memory. "How could you leave this child all wet and muddy like that? What kind of father are you!?" She picked Memory up and walked pass Gardd again. "I'm going to give this child a warm bath."

Gradd stared at her and frowned " yes thank you... I guess. You dont mind do you memory? oh could you get him a new pair of clothes too? ill pay you when you get back"

The lady growled and turned away, walking to a room with a tub. She closed the door and dropped Memory in the tub. She snached the blanket from him and started to fill the tub with warm water. When it was at a good level, she turned off the water and took out a scrub brush.
She started to scrub down Memory hard and he winced a few times. "hey! not so hard! That really hurts!" The lady frowned. "Be quiet, you need all this mud off you. You father doesn't seem to take care of you very well." Memory frowned as she scrubed his hair.

Gradd sighed as he sat there staring over at the soup... the fact that it was a liquid substance made him think of blood. He shook his head staring down at the ground. The last thing he needed was a bloodlust

The lady took him out and dryed him up. "Here's your clothes.." She handed them to him. He took them and put them on. It was a perfect fit. He had a nice black shirt with nice black pants. "No go back to your room and have your soup." He ran out of the room and into the one where Gradd was in and slammed the door behind him. "That hurt."

Gradd glanced over at him and smiled " yeah I bet old ladies can be pretty harsh when it comes to baths. " Slowly he stood up walking over towards the window as he stared out towards the sky
