"Why are you making such a cry?
You would of done it too, don't deny!" Rant yelled right back, crossing his arms. As the two continued to argue, the battle continued beyond their notice.
The dog panted some, his muscles tensing as the tail came down towards him. However, he had little to worry for Ven was looking out for him and the water type was soon in front of him, holding the tail back. "How!" He barked in understanding, grabbing the squirrel by the scruff and jumped to the furthest platform just as the mud fish type was being thrown all about.
Before... making it yawn?
The squirrel blinked her eyes open, squeaking a little when she noticed she was suspended in the air and was immobile.
"What is this you lurking heap?!
Don't you dare fall asleep!" Rant yelled, noticing precisely what was happening now.

The trashing stopped... and since that happened, the little torchics started to spin around his head again before he collapsed into the waters, Swampert going down with him. They all watched in suspense, wondering what was happening when Swampert surfaced, seeming to be a bit weak as he wobbled as he got onto shore... but the dragon didn't arise.... only little 'z's from the water.
Ven took a sigh of relief, looking over to see the poor little squirrel. She seemed so---
"Fine, if you are going to play naughty on our contract
We can use that right back!
Pachirisu, use attract!"
The girl giggled, waiting for little hearts to appear.

"Ah- Ho..." Terra started to say and then paused, looking at the squirrel. "Huh?"
"Pachichichi!" The other said, shaking his head the best she could. She didn't want to fight anymore! Especially not this dog who... who had helped her twice now.
The dog seemed to smile triumphantly, his tail wagging. Well now what would she do?
Terra scoffed but smirked. "Well I guess that's it then."

Ven smiled, seeing that she wasn't listening.
"You stupid squirrel!
You would of been better as apparel!"
Rave stamped her foot before huffing, grabbing an odd ball from her hip bag, tossing it over. Ven's eyes widened but he caught it, seeing that it was a transfer ball. He studied it for a moment wondering if he could trust it.
Slowly he handed it to Axel, seeing him raise an eyebrow but took it nonetheless and studied it. It seemed like it was a regular transfer ball... though mingled due to who knew what.
The ball was handed back to Ven before the blonde pointed it at the pink Pokemon.
"Return!" He called, the energy going out to zap the Pachirisu, shocked that she accepted the capture, the ball feeling heavy in his hand as it shook three times before clicking. A smile ran over his lips, feeling that feeling that Roxas had when he saved his first pokemon.
No wonder people become rescuers...
"Swampert, you did a great job! Return too!" He called as he put the transfer ball away and grabbed Swamperts, calling him back before placing him on his belt.

Roxas sighed. slowly sitting back down as the battle ended. He smiled, feeling a ghostly tinge of elation and happiness from one of his twins. He knew that feeling... had felt it many times as well. It was always good to help out a Pokemon who was uncared for and lonely.
Rant scoffed, seeing his sister giving in. He reached at his own belt throwing the ball over as well, Terra having no problem catching it. "Keep the fish,
He'd make a good dish."
Terra scoffed, looking down at the ball as well. There was nothing to strange about it. He shrugged and pointed it towards the water. "Return." There was a red beam that disappeared in the water and a larger red glow before Gyarados disappeared into the ball.
There was the shaking. Once... twice...thr-
Pop!
The dragon reappeared in the water, wide awake and looking none too happy.

Ven smiled as he saw the large beast being called into Terra's pokeball, watching it as it started to shake... and shake... and POP!
His eyes widened, seeing the energy shoot back out into the water, making the twins across the stadium laugh at the failed catch. Terra seemed to be mortified, probably the first time a pokemon refused a capture with him.
"GYAAAAAAAAA!" He roared before diving back into the water, swimming out of the pipes that led towards the mucky waters outside. The doors opened, letting him out before closing again.
"How pathetic, cannot capture a sleeping foe?
Don't worry, there are more to say, for the battle is go!"
She grabbed her next pokeball, throwing it out onto a platform. It bursts, revealing a pink Crowbat. It flapped around the stadium, glaring down at Terra and Ven. The two lovers looked at each other before looking at the group. Who would go next?

"Tch," Terra growled angrily, his face flushing a little red as he was laughed at. "fuck you!!" He snapped before turning away and walking down from the trainers ring.
"How..." The dog only sighed before jumping onto the level floor, walking after his fuming trainer.
"Heh, it's time for more fun!
I know just the one!" Another Pokeball flew, and then another Pokemon appeared. He was a large crab with huge claws.
"Kuukie kuukie!" Called the Kingler.
"Ah!" Sora stared his battle instincts taking over and was about to go forward then he paused, realizing... if he sent Jolteon or Raichu or Luxray out he could easily win... but he would really hurt them.
This was trickier then he thought.
However, no one else had time to converse about who was going next for the choice was made in a burst of light. "Goool!!" Called a blue duck a little red gem gleaming on his head.
Everyone blinked, seeing Aqua walking towards the ring, placing a pokeball back on her belt. "Tch like I'd lose on a field like this."

A pale hand came up pale lips, a woman slowly sliding down onto the couch next to her husband. "Oh poor Terra..." She spoke softly, seeing the look on her son's face. What was all this? What was going on?
Ven frowned as he watched Terra just leave, quickly running after him. "Terra?" He called, his arm wrapping around his lover. "It's ok... It wasn't... rejecting you. That gyarados... he is still really full of rage. I'm sure when he calms down..."
Riku swallowed as he saw the two pokemon appear, seeing the pattern. The pokemon Rant and Rave had were colored of what seemed to be the twin's favorite colors. But what made him nervous was that they were both weak to electric... and they all knew that Sora---
His eyes widened as he saw Aqua go up there with no worry. WAIT! Weren't they suppose to talk over this!? He glanced at Sora... shocked to see him a bit relieved. As for him... he just wanted to get his mind occupied...
His belt seems so much lighter...
Fuu's red eyes widened as Aqua left her side but she slowly and shakily walked up to the platform herself, seeing the two new pokemon.
"Alright..." She sighed, her hands reaching down to her pokeballs. What one would be... good?
Her eyes closed before taking her first one, pulling it close to her chest. "Please be careful..." She tapped it gently before an elegant wisp of purple flashed before her.
"Miiiiiiiiiisss~"

"Tch, woman stop babying him." Hatori said, watching his upset son stomp off. Strangely, Ven followed after him, the gleam of the sandgem catching his eye again. Maybe it wasn't that fucking strange. He crossed his arms, leaning back in the couch, remember hearing about the reports his son was practically unaware of. The ones that spoke of spotting 'Venita' in the hospital to visit a fan and Terra being with him. The 'leaked' little snippets of information about her and Terra in the gym together, not to mention her being his spokesperson at his signing.
And she too... was noted to have a Sandgem around her neck. "It just goes to show you he still has a fucking lot to learn."
"Yeah yeah..." Terra grumbled, hoping to god no one he knew had been watching that. If only he knew...
He glanced up seeing Aqua - and then Fuujin walking past, getting ready to start the next battle. He found a spot by Roxas to sit down, Ven sitting inbetween them and Houndoom jumped up, laying his head down in his master's lap and sighing when he was pet. He yawned shutting his eyes. If anyone had asked him he would of told them he was perfectly fine with the fact Gyarados wasn't coming along. He had to live with enough creatures who had temper problems, thankyouverymuch!
Aqua glanced at the woman beside her, smiling gently at her unease even as she made her choice. Fuujin always did have some low self-esteem issues... "Hey, we're gonna win this." Red eyes met hers, and they stared at one another for a few moments, before a call from Rant made them look towards him.
"Now I recognize what I did not before.
The blonde and bluette, not rockets anymore." Rant's gaze glanced at Ven now sitting near Terra, then to Roxas. He obviously couldn't tell between them.
"Casted out from the team as a bore,
one after an Elite like a little whore,
The other a failure no one preferred,
your only use was catching a flaming bird."
"E...Ex-CUSE me?!" Aqua snarled at the red-head. How did he even know about her old crush on Elena? Rocket or no Rocket... the only one who had known that was Ven! "Where the fuck do you get off pretending to know ANYthing about us?"
"A good rumor...
Is always good humor." Rant grinned, before looking to the teenager beside him, knowing it was time to start this battle.
"Sister, take the lead.
Let's win this with speed!"

Ida gave her husband a dull look before smacking him over the head before sighing. Her poor dear... she knew that what happened, especially on TV... was hurting his rep to those who didn't understand. She knew though, as an experienced breeder, that some Pokemon were just enraged by past experiences. That was what Rangers were for along with Rescuers.
Her son couldn't turn into one in minutes.
Ven frowned as he glanced up at Terra, seeing the look in his eye. He knew he was shrugging it off... but it bothered him. With a sigh, he looked at Roxas who was whispering to Axel as he came back.
However... his ears picked up when the rhyming started again... knowing that he was being talked about.
Blue eyes widened as he looked across the way at a set of red.
How.... HOW.....
"YOU FUCKER!" He cried, getting out of his chair, which made houndoom bark, as he made hard fists. "WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!?" He screamed before his brother took his arms, pulling him back as he tried to rush over there and punch the fucking out.
Tears welled up in his eyes, shocked and... appalled and... offended. "YOU BETTER SHUT YOUR FUCKING FACE!"
Fuu gulped as the two ex-Rockets started to react at the same time. Slowly she looked out, sizing them up. Were they ex-Rockets as well...?
Team Riot was not a Team she knew at all.
But she didn't have any time to think before a new order was on the field.
"No worries brother
I got it covered!
Use Ominous Wind on them both
At least I know you'll hurt the ghost!"
The girl chuckled before the speedy bat zoomed across the stadium this way and than before flying up high and spreading all four wings out before a blast of wind came down towards the others.
"Missy! Dodge it a use Magical Leaf on Kingler!"
"MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!" The ghost called before disappearing, reappearing behind the crab before she suddenly started spinning, purple glowing leaves coming from her 'cape'.

"Ow!! What the hell woman?!?!" The black-haired man complained, holding his head. "I'm too old to be hit like that!"
Not that he didn't mind... He rather liked her spunk.
"Ven!" Terra held the blonde's other arm, helping Roxas pull him down as he finished yelling, but it was easy to see just how much he wanted touch the kid's lights out. As did Aqua. He reached up turning Ven's face away, wiping away a falling tear. "The fuck? Don't listen to him! What the hell does he know?!"
"Oh it's behind you!
Bubbles beam, throw it askew!"
"Kuukie!" Called the large crab, turning around and opening a claw, bubbles flying at the leaves and smacking into them.
"Tch..." Aqua snarled some, hearing Ven yelling out in anger as well. It was good it didn't occur to him while Ven was battling him though... he was such a damn hot head. "Golduck in the water!"
"GOL!" Called the duck before he jumped in, the wind missing him easily. He swum quickly through the water and like his ghostly friend emerged behind... the bat.
"Use confusion."
The duck's eyes started to glow blue, and a similar blue glow surrounded the bat. He rose a finger, twirling it and having the bat fly in circles. Crobat started to sweat as he was tugged around beyond control.
In another area further away was a woman, seeming to be a bit harried as she filled out some files while another man in the room was watching the television. She wasn't really paying attention to it. Ever since the town was flooded out she'd been in a mess of files having to approve the people in this town and guarantee aid to helping then find shelter, food, and clothing.
"In other news..."
She rolled her eyes as the anchor woman started to talk about some Pokemon battle, taking a sip of her coffee, before flipping through the pages again. "Where the hell is that T-140?" She mumbled hearing Hoshi switching channels and then...
"Adrielle! I.... I think you need to come see this!"
"Not now Hoshi."
"No. You need to see this NOW!"
She sighed agitated, picking up her coffee and stomping over to where her pushy assistant sat. "This better be good Hoshi because I'm VERY busy and You know that I-"
"Golduck in the water!"
The woman trailed off... then slowly looked towards the screen. It took a few moments before it could register but then she gasped. "Aqua...?"
The sound of the mug shattered on the floor was loud.

Ven growled as he pulled away from Terra, looking away as he sighed, feeling Roxas's grip weaken. Why does everyone bring that up!? WHY!? WHY COULDN'T PEOPLE FUCKING LET IT GO!? He fell back into his seat, not caring about the battle that was going on. His eyes were glued to the floor, dark and full of hate as tears of anger continued to form in his eyes.
Fuu grit her teeth as she tried to concentrate.
Sure, she was in double battles before with tourist on the cruise... but they had didn't have very strong pokemon... and there wasn't a crazy risk at losing... just a risk of being fired because security wasn't suppose to be engaging in any battles on the ship.
Her fists gripped as she saw the bubbles pop but she knew she had to stay calm.
Her red eyes glanced at Aqua, seeing how calm she was. How could she do that?
Years of experience she guessed...
"Use Double-Team!" She ordered, the ghost quickly surrounding the crab, all dancing in the same way as she floated.
"Now use Attract!"
All eight ghost suddenly started to dance more, little hearts floating towards the foe.
"BAAAATAAAATAAAAAAAATAAAAAAAAA~~" The bat called as he swirled around in the air before braking free, wobbling through the air.
"What's the matter? Get that duck!
Use Cross Poison, you'll have luck!"
"CROOOOO!" The pokemon called before soaring around the duck fast, swirling before both upper wings turned purple and slashed down Golduck's back in an 'x'.

"Ven...." Terra sighed helplessly. What was he supposed to do...? He could go and PUNCH Rant for him... but that wasn't solving the problem...
Roxas sighed, reaching up and rubbing his brother's shoulders. It only took a few words to get the blonde down. Anger curled in his heart, protectiveness seeming to ooze from him. Tch, if neither the blonde nor brunette did it - HE'D go kick Rant's ass!!
"Hey Ven..." Came another voice and everyone glanced, seeing Sora and Riku sitting down in the bleachers directly in front of them. Riku was intent on the battle, his face nearly expressionless. Both of their eyes were rimmed red, but at least... they were there.
"Do you remember what I told you back then during the Big Mission... the night in the forest?" He was speaking softly, finding it hard to cheer the blonde up when he was feeling so low himself... but he reached up, tugging some strands of Ven's hair and making him look and listen. "I said 'you want to know who is pathetic?' People like them."
He pointed to Rant and Rave. "People who... continue to hurt without though, to kill without morals... to lose themselves in their greed and sin. That... that's pathetic. Don't let people like that tell you who you are. Ven you're stronger than them. Look at all you've done. You've made up for your mistakes. You've found Pokemon who love you and you've trained better by being their friends. You're a top coordinator..."
He reached out and picked up the transfer ball with Pachirisu, showing it to the other. "Look at this. You... you and Terra. You guys saved this little guy." He set it in the other's hand. "You're giving her a chance to be happy. A chance for someone to love her. That doesn't sound like you failed to me..."
"Gol!!!" Came a cry from the water Golduck spplashing back into the water from the attack.
"Disable!" Aqua called.
Golduck's eyes opened in the water, looking towards the surface and glowed red. Crobat suddenly glowed red as well before the color burst, seeming to do nothing... but it had. Now he couldn't use that move for the next few turns at least.
"Aqua jet!" The duck swam quickly, shooting through the water with great speed (he was one of the fastest swimming water Pokemon) before he emerged from the water, torrents surrounding him in circles as he smacked into the bat.
Meanwhile, Kingler was looking around, sweat falling from his head as the ghost was all around him. Which one was real!? His master hardly had time to call an attack before the hearts came and... little hearts appeared in Kingler's eyes.
"Kuu-kuukie!" He shot some bubbles from his claws but rather then attacking, they suddenly made a formation.... of a little flower. He looked away shyly a blush on his face as he held it up to the ghosts.
The look on Rant's was nothing but comical as he stared with aghast. "Wha... what the hell? Kingler I order you to quit!
She's nothing special, hurry snap out of it!"

Ven's eyes closed, warm tears running down his face before he heard a soft voice. He ignored it though, not wanting to listen but as his hair was tugged, he looked up slowly... and into his brother's eyes. At first, he wouldn't listen, was going to turn away and tell him to get fucking lost. What was he? His father!? But he stopped, the voice weak but true...
Ven swallowed before looking at Rant and Rave before suddenly feeling a weight in his hand.
His head turned, wet bangs looking down at the odd transfer ball. He could feel the warmth it had... and the extra weight as it was easy to tell she was resting.
A smile slowly appeared before he looked back up at Sora. "Yea... you're right..." He placed the pokeball back into his bag before hugging Sora tight. "Thanks..."
Fuu smiled as she saw that her attacks were working. Missy on the other hand blinked, a bit confused as she was offered a bubble flower. That was... really sweet of him. She was almost flattered, this being the first pokemon to express some affection before her master snapped her out of it.
"Hurry and use Magical Leaf!"
All the ghost around the love struck pokemon sighed, hesitating to attack but suddenly they all spun and glowing leaves filled the area.
"BAAAAAAAAAT!!" The Crobat called as his wings stopped glowing, glancing at them and not even seeing the attack coming towards him. "COOOOOOOOOOOOO!" He cried as he was smashed into hard, falling down onto a platform before quickly getting back up, wobbling once more.
"You stupid pokemon! What's wrong with you!?
Use Giga Drain on the duck that is blue!"
The bat seemed to brace itself before opening his mouth, a green aura shooting out towards Golduck.

Terra watched, his jaw dropping a little. What the hell, didn't he JUST say that?! Tch stupid Sora and his stupid speeches...
The dog laid his head back down, chuckling softly. His master could be so jealous.
"Mmmhmm..." Sora said, returning the hug, a little smile of his own on his face. "Told you I'd be there for ya..."
He pulled away, ruffling Ven's hair before he turned, settling back down next to Riku. He reached out, taking the silverette's hand in his, rubbing the knuckles gently.
Roxas turned his eyes away from the battle, hearing what his brother was saying before he turned away. He watched Riku and Sora for a few moments, feeling in his own heart how much his brother was hurting. And Riku must of felt twice as worse...
He frowned, glancing towards Axel. There wasn't... there wasn't anything they could do to bring Metagross back? He... he was circuitry and machinery right?! They could just... just repair him yeah!
"KUUUKIE!" Cried the Kingler as he was hit from all sides a bit dazed but the attraction wore off. He shook his large head.
"That's better you stupid crab!
Bow bubblebeam them all, give it a scab!"
"Kuu!" the bubbles flew in all directions, making many of the ghosts disappear before it found the real one.
"Now crabhammer, hurry!
Then they'll be no more worry!"
The crab's larger claw started to glow then jabbed out for the lone ghost.
The duck started to fall back towards the water but never quite made it, the green surronding him and sucking away some of his energy. He grit his teeth, flailing in the air. "Goool!"
"You're rhymes suck!" Aqua snapped of Rave, already annoyed. "Golduck, use water gun!" Water shot out from the duck's bill, hitting the bat dead on. The giga drain broke off and the duck fell in the water. He sighed swimming about, getting the soreness out of his limbs.
