Ven blinked as he heard his lover snap. Huh, why didn't he think of that? He looked at the others and shrugged before walking to where Terra had gone. "Not me. Night, fuckers." He waved as he walked down the dark hallway. He stopped however when he saw that the room had changed. Instead of flygon being on the table, the table had turned into a box of some sort and... sand was filling it. The box was clear so it was easy to see him but it was high enough for the sand not to fall out.
He smiled as he saw that the two flygons were able to fit in together comfortably, both buried under the sand and necks wrapped around each other.
Tired eyes looked up at his lover and smiled as he placed their backpack on the ground, pulling out their bed and blanket. Even in the nice warm room, he still liked to cuddle under a blanket.
Axel was a bit baffled but he knew Terra was right too. They didn't all have to go... but who would?
Green eyes shifted, even with black circles under his eyes that weren't made from love making. His mouth opened, stating that he would go since he felt like he should pick up some supplies that they might have up in Snowpoint rescue but then he remembered two things.
A: It was cold up there and he needed to stay away from the cold.
B: He didn't want to be separated from Roxas if he could help it and he knew his lover needed sleep.
Thankfully, he heard even better news as the female silverette looked over at her lover. "I'll go. I think I'm the least sleep deprived out of the rest." She put quietly, her voice tired and worn as well but her red eyes seemed willing. She looked at Aqua and smiled. "You should stay here though... you know about the ocean better than anyone here. I'll be ok."

The man silently stood at the edge of the sandbox, smiling as he watched the sand fill up the box. The two Flygon were cuddling close, the hurt wing safely trapped against them so no further harm would come to it. He heard the door open and glanced back, smiling as he saw Ven walking in with there things. He wasn't even the least bit shocked to see him. He walked over and helped him spread out their makeshift bed, bed pillows blankets and all.
"Wha?!" Roxas started to say as Ven just up and decided he wasn't going. The HELL?! "No- VEN!" He tried to get out but the blonde was already gone, the door swinging shut behind him. He opened and shut his mouth uncomprehendingly.
You... little selfish bitch! Did he think he was the only one who was tired?! They had all been there at the hospital last night - but unlike some people, some of them DIDN'T EVEN SLEEP THERE! A shot of anger went singing through both of them.
But when he realized Ven wasn't coming back out that door he sighed in defeat, knowing inevitably what was going to happen and it did as Fuujin spoke.
"But...But Fuu!" Aqua tried to argue with her, not liking the idea that they would be split up. "I should..."
"No she's right." Roxas stood up - fuck he must be a masochist! "You really helped us last time on the water Aqua and we're really going to need it again. And now with Sora and Riku gone none of us know shit about the ocean." The woman seemed uncertain glancing at fuu who was giving her a meaningful look - something that seemed to say 'I told you so' though he wasn't sure what conversation it was relating too, not having heard what happened in the forest off the trial.
"I guess that leaves me to go." Roxas said. Automatically, Axel started to pick a fight about that, "No Axel. You need to stay and you know it so why are we even having this conversation!" He sighed running a hand through his hair, contemplating going in and dragging Ven out here and forcing HIM to go! He knew why Aqua shouldn't go, why Axel couldn't go, he even understood why Terra wouldn't go but Ven had no excuse!
"So I am. First though... coffee." He said and spun around walking down the hall without another word. But even if he was silent, his mind was not. Oh and lucky him, thanks to Axel he knew generally how to handle fire Pokemon so he bet he would be the one flying the damn thing!

Ven frowned as he sat down on the makeshift bed, feeling the anger running through his chest that wasn't really his. He growled before reaching up and unhooking the clasp on his necklace that his dad had given him, flinging it into his bag. This allowed only the Sandgem to hang around his pale neck. He laid down, staring up at the ceiling that was still easily seen thanks to the heating lamp before sighing.
He wished Sora was here...
"But Rox---" He paused as he was suddenly yelled at, blinking a bit as he stepped back. Weren't they just making out!? Why was he yelling at him!?
His arms crossed before he sighed, knowing that Roxas was still stressed no matter what... and having your hands tied didn't make things better.
He didn't say a word as his lover left to get coffee, only watching him until he disappeared... and even then still looked at the door. What about not splitting up?
"I'll go find Volken." Fuu announced before she walked off in the opposite direction that Roxas did, leaving Axel and Aqua alone in the sitting room.
Green eyes finally shifted to look at the blue haired girl. "Mind me asking if you'd like to sleep with me tonight? I need to stay warm."

Strong arms wrapped around the thinner blond, bringing him close. He didn't have to ask, having seen the signs in his motions. "Roxas pissing you off?"
Outside the door, dull blue eyes looked towards the red-head as he announced he would need her company tonight. "You're joking... right?"
The male walked into a small break room, having known where it was thanks to Axel. For once he was glad for his lover's coffee obsession and in the back of his mind he made a note to apologize for being snippy with him. He hesitated when he saw a Staraptor with red toned wings staring him down from the far edge of the room and a woman in the room pouring some but didn't mind them, getting a cup for himself. "Got enough for two?"
The woman glanced up, her cobalt colored eyes piercing him and he was a little startled when he realized he was looking at Diliza. She said nothing at first merely pouring the black colored liquid into his cup before setting the pot back on the burner before stepping away to sit at one of the tables. The blonde swallowed nervously, something about the woman making him uneasy. Not in the he-was-attracted-to-her way. It felt more like... she was analyzing his every move and the minute he let down his guard she would kill him kind of thing.
He poured in some creamer, stirring it quickly hoping to get away before she could throw a dagger into his back. He washed off the spoon and set it in the drainer, picking up his coffee and heading for the door. He was home free!
"Sit." Trapped like a rat.
"Err but uh..."
"You have time."
Roxas stood uncertainly in the threshold, glancing down the hall as if someone would come to save him before sighing and walking over to the table, sitting down across from her uneasily. He tapped his fingers along his cup, avoiding her eyes.
"Relax, I'm not interrogating you." There was amusement in her tone, and when he looked up he could see she was smiling. "You just looked like you needed to talk."
"Thanks for the offer but I really don't like discussing my personal live with um..." He trialed off unsure what to say that might not offend her. "And anyways I have my erm friends to talk to if need be..."
"And your lover."
"H-Huh?!" His cheeks heated up in surprise.
"The red-head?"
"...Is it really that obvious?" He murmured. She smiled pointed towards his hand where a beautiful ring stood out. "Oh..."
"And kissing just outside the door helps too." She laughed softly when the blonde's face went completely red. "I was just offering because sometimes it's easier to talk to a strange then someone you know well."
Roxas looked at her then down at the table, taking a sip of his coffee. "Yeah well, there's no way you can understand what I'm going through."
"Try me." She challenged. It was just so-so-so ugh! obnoxious it got his blood boiling.
"Alright fine! Well, lets start with about a week ago when I found out my mother was sick with Pokerus. Went home just to watch my brother Ven get disowned for being gay and to watch her die. My brother Sora didn't even make it in time to even see her. I spent the whole night and next day preparing for her funeral. During it though a god damn cruise ship crashed into the rocks and being a rescuer I had to help! So me and my brothers and our lovers spent the day in the pouring rain dragging people to shore. We found out that two of our friends were on the boat - Aqua and Fuujin." He shook his head. "If it wasn't for Moltres they would of died. She told us that a legendary needed our help so we set out on some crazy mission to save it. But before we can even get started learn my brother Sora is getting married to Riku. And then Axel and I hear on the news that there was a volcano eruption in Lavaridge - which just happens to be where we lived. We travel there first to make sure everyone is alright which they are except Axel's Pokemon Ninetails who had been in labor during the eruption. Three of her pups were stillbirths, leaving only one. After we checked up on things we decided to leave. We didn't know shit about where we were going so we headed towards Sinnoh and got to Jubilee. Aqua got kidnapped and nearly raped by some jackass she had known from Team Rocket but we got there in time. There we got it out of him and found out the nabbing wasn't done by them. We figure were the kidnappers might be and we call an old friend to borrow some of his Pokemon to get there but he's all the way in Lilycove."
He huffed taking a big gulp of his drink, not minding the burn. "Well, we are about to leave Jubilee and Terra's mom and dad come out of no where saying the town is flooded and they raise Mightyena and some of them were trapped. We headed down there to get them out before they drowned as well as the Pokemon in Terra's gym. Well Terra and Ven were on the barn roof and as Ven was flying the pups to us and Swampert was bringing the mother, the roof collapsed. Terra doesn't know how to swim and got trapped in the water. Riku managed to get there and save him before he died though." He took another long drink. "So then we decide we don't have enough time to spare and go off trial into the forest. We meet Shaymin in there who tells us he was there because he was saving what was left of the flowers since his home was drowned out. We also meet a Furret which sends Sora into like a epileptic fit. He used to own one and it got shot and well anyways he captured it then decided to keep it."
He shook his head again and kept going. "We help Shaymin get back to his flowers then head for the mountains and find there completely under the snow and we decided to go up it anyways. Everything was going great until we had to cross a frozen river. We got across it - but then Axel kept going into what we thought was a meadow. Turned out to be a pond and he fell in. We managed, with some help, to get him out and thanks to Firi and her family who lived in a nearby town, we managed to get him warm but it took him a few days to recover. So much for a shortcut." Another big sip.
"Eventually we got on the move again though and head for Pastoria. Well, come to find out it's underwater and are about to turn back when Zapdos comes out of nowhere! The Piokemon start to yell at him but just when he's about to battle them Sora steps in and asks him to cool it - and gets shocked instead! We have to rush him to the hospital and stayed in the waiting room all night. I didn't sleep and neither did Riku. We finally got to see him around four in the morning. He's skin was burnt all over, he couldn't see and could hardly hear. But he was alive. After seeing him, my brother started to talk to one of the doctor's about Pokerus who told US they found a cure for it thanks to some volunteers in Saffron. Well that just HAPPENS to be where my dad had gone since we warned him Porta Vista would flood and his sister lived there. Called her and found out it we were right. He stupidly injected himself with a deadly virus to find the cure AND DIDN'T TELL US!" He slammed his cup on the table, liquid inside sloshing.
"Well ANYWAYS, we see Sora again later on and tell him we have to leave him behind since his recovery would take so long. I get upset because I'm afraid he might die. Well Axel comes to reassure me and then proposes to me." He hesitated, looking down at the ring. "I was really happy..." He shook himself from it. "So we move on and get attacked by Articuno. Flygon, as you know, gets hit and takes a dive and Terra and Ven could have died if Ven didn't have a Flygon of his own. And well now here we are deciding what to do next and now we've concluded two of us should go to Snowpoint NOW even though some of us gave had no sleep and Terra just brilliantly had to say that not all of us needed to go and so Fuujin volunteered and I had no choice since Ven;s being a selfish prick and UGH! There's your damn story!" He finished his coffee slamming down the cup again and it was a wonder it didn't break.
Diliza looked at him, unerringly quiet as he glared at the table. She took his cup and stood, crossing the room and pouring him another cup before setting it down in front of him. "You're going to need this."
"Thanks." He drank it, not caring how bitter it was. He had already swallowed over half of it before she had even sat down again.
"Feel better?"
"A little." He admitted sitting his elbow on the table, burying his face in his hand. "It just seems like everything keeps piling up. I mean everyone but me and Riku had had a near-death experience... in less then a week! It's a wonder I'm still sane! And Ven... ugh!"
"Please you don't have to tell me about how family can let you down." She said, her tone chipped but understanding.
"What do you mean?"
"I was kicked out of my house when I was fourteen."
He looked at her in surprise. "Kicked out? Why?"
"I... got pregnant." She smiled when Roxas' eyes seemed to bug out. "It was a huge mistake but he was older and I was stupid and it just sort of happened."
"Was it....?" He glanced towards the door, feeling that she seemed so young...
"No, not Volkan." She sighed. "Another man named Sorias. He was just so kind and understanding and... well anyways. We had a child but I wasn't ready to be a parent so...I ran off the first chance I got. Tired to get my family to accept me but they wouldn't have anything to do with me." She looked down at the table. "I still regret it. I mean I came back eventually, tried to make amends but he was too old by then and I had already found Volkan and raising a son with him. It was too late." Her eyes grew distant, spiteful at herself. "Sometimes mistakes can kill you."
The Staraptor gave a soft cry flapping over and landing on her shoulder. "I'm fine Ikia." She pet the bird's wings kindly before looking at Roxas. "Kid, I'm gonna let you in on a little secret. Something you should have known from this week alone! If there are things that make you happy, things you truly don't want to lose, don't screw it up. treasure them, because as you've seen, there's no guarantee they'll be there waiting tomorrow."
He looked at the table then up at her about to speak when - "Roxas?"
He looked back, seeing Aqua standing there. "You ready? Volkan's waiting."
"Ah... yeah 'm coming." He finished the coffee quickly, before standing. He looked back at Diliza, seeing something he hadn't before in her sharp eyes and quiet demeanor. A sense of sadness and guilt. She really wasn't all that scary... "Thank you for your time diliza. I'll remember what you said."
"You'd best."
He smiled some before leaving the room, following Aqua down the hall. "I can't beleve you were talking with her. She's creepy."
"She's really not bad once you get to know her." Roxas said but as they passed the door Flygon was in he paused. "Hey I'll be there in a sec... just got to do something." Before the blue-haired woman could protest the blonde hurried inside, the door shutting gentle behind him. The room was a mixture of shadow and light were some had been dimmed for sleep and other brightened for warmth. He searched the room before seeing Ven and Terra laying out nearby the sandbox, cuddling under the blanket.
He crossed the room as quietly as he could, but Terra looked up at him when he came over. "He's asleep." He murmured lowly, trying not to disturb the blonde that was partially sprawled over him. But Roxas didn't miss the lack of the heavy chain on his brother's neck. He was... really that angry?
"I'll be quick." Roxas whispered back before leaning down, merely to the sleeping blonde. "I'm sorry I'm such a jerk." He ran a hand gently through his brother's hair, giving him a kiss on top of his head. "Sleep well bro." He pulled away before sighing getting up to leave.

Fuu sighed as she turned the corner but before she headed down the hall, she leaned on the wall, sighing some as her legs seemed to tremble. Who was she kidding? She was exhausted too... and she knew they had no future of sleeping until this baby Lugia was in his mothers arms or they were underwater indefinitely.
Everything had happened so fast, she really hadn't been able to keep up with it all. Even when it was over and they did make this out alive... it would all catch up to them.
She glanced back, not seeing anyone but sighed as her red eyes closed. Aqua had done this all before? She must of been...
Slowly her feet started to move again and her boots continued to make soft noises as she looked at the doors. Luckily, they were all labeled and when she came to the one named 'Office', she knocked on it.
"Come in."
A male's voice came from inside and Fuu slowly opened the door, looking in to see a familiar looking man working at a desk, a somewhat tall Pokemon by his side. "Kaa..." The brown pokemon shifted, his sharp blades on his arm shining as he moved to look at her.
"Umm.. I came here to ask you if we could use one of your Charizards..."
Grey eyes shifted, looking up at the girl, an eyebrow raising. "Already? The Charizard that could fly you the furthest is still healing." He stood before pulling away from his desk. "I can check on her now to see how she's doing."
"That would be---"
"CHIME!"
"WAAAAAAAA!" Fuu almost fell back on her butt when a Pokemon flew in front of her face out of no where before floating off around the room. For having a Ghost pokemon, she sure was startled.
"That's wasn't very nice..." Volken frowned as a Chimecho swirled around him but didn't seem to care as it swirled around the Kabutops.
Axel grinned as she asked the question. "No, I'm not joking. I promise I won't crush you when I turn over~"
About 20 minutes later, the two looked at the door that led outside open, seeing Volken and Fuu walk through.
"Chriselda is ready. Fulgencia said she was at 100% health." The man nodded to Aqua before she left, leaving the three uneasily quiet.
"Do you know the mother of... Chriselda and her brothers?" Axel finally asked, wondering why she might of met her doom. Was the Team trying to steal her babies?
Volken frowned, crossing his arms and closing his eyes. "I believe she was a black Charizard... but don't quote me on that."
Axel's eyes widened, remembering the black Charizard that belonged to a trainer named Pete. He didn't seem like the best trainer in the world but... could it of been her?
When Aqua returned, he saw Roxas with her but before he could say anything, he was off towards the room Ven and Terra were. Ugh... great.... He was probably going to scream his head off...
Soft breaths escaped the blonde as the side of his face was pressed up against a hard chest. Eyelids softly covered the brilliant blue and if no one knew who this guy really was, they'd say he looked like a sleeping angel. Though... there was someone out there still thinking that as she looked down upon her children, up where Arceus was.
As Roxas was about to leave tough, a strong hand reached out quickly, wrapping around Roxas's wrist and suddenly pulled him down, making him fumble on top of Ven and slightly on Terra as well. Before Roxas could react, arms wrapped around him and brought him into a tight hug.
Ven sighed before closing his eyes again. "Be careful..."

Aqua sighed as she watched Roxas leave but instead went over to Fuujin, seeing the weariness in her eyes. He drew her arms around the woman, bringing her close. "Are you alright?" She asked in concern.
"W-Whoa!" Roxas said in surprise as he was tugged back, falling over his brother. He was about to scramble off when arms held him in place and he looked up, gasping in surprise when he saw his twin looked back at him. He hesitated but slowly drew his arms awkwardly around the other returning the hug.
It was the words that made his heart beat a little quicker, his head resting against his brother's shoulder to hide the sudden panic. That was right... he was the only one left that hadn't nearly died... what if on the way...?
Better to not think about that. "I...I will." He laid there for a little longer, not really wanting to let go until Terra bitched about how heavy they were. The blonde chuckled some but distangled himself, getting to his feet. "I'll see you guys later." He started to walk back but hesitated glancing back, seeing the two shifting under the blanket, probably getting comfortable again. "Hey Ven do me a favor? Call dad tomorrow and make sure he's alright?" When the other said he would he smiled and nodded before leaving the room.
The door shut behind him and he turned around, then blinked when he saw Aqua, Fuujin and Axel all giving him surprised looks. "W...What?"
"No yelling?"
His cheeks darkened. "I can have a conversation without yelling." He walked over, taking Axel's hand in his automatically. "So we're ready?" Whether Volkan thought all this queer behavior was strange he didn't mention anything, only nodded and started to lead them out. Roxas and Axel hung back some the blonde looked up at the red-head. "I'm sorry for getting snippy Ax..."

Ven smiled as he nodded, nuzzling his but into Terra's crotch to make it nice and warm. "Yea, sure thing." When he was gone, Ven sighed softly, frowning as he looked out at his bag before reaching out and pulling at it. It fell to its side, making the charm fall but he picked it up quickly before squeezing it tightly. He was... really worried. His eyes closed however as he felt warm arms wrap around him, feeling a warm breath on the back of his neck.
Volken nodded as Roxas came out and asked if things were set before lowering his arms and walking back outside with Fuu and Aqua behind him. Red eyes looked slightly up at her lover. "I'm fine..." She wouldn't ask Aqua not to worry... because she needed all the worry in the world. As they turned the corner to the side of the building, they saw the larger of the three Charizards waiting. Fierce eyes shifted and looked at the new comers before stretching out her wings. "Zaaaard~"
Axel paused as Roxas stopped moving, looking back at him but smiled as he heard the apology. "Heh, it's alright. I know you're going through a lot. We all need our space right?"
They walked outside and quickly realized they were around the building, walking so and finding them around the large Charizard.
Just as they got close, Axel suddenly stopped, pulling Roxas close and giving him a big kiss on the lips. "I love you... be careful... ok? Call me in the morning..."
He nuzzled his blonde lovingly before helping him up onto the Pokemon's back. "Her name is Chriselda." After Roxas got situated on the pokemon's back, Axel helped Fuu up when she finished her goodbyes with Aqua...which was a kiss as well with a long shared hug.
When they were ready, the dragon spread her wings before turning, the end of her tail burning brightly before she jumped and started to flap, bringing the two adventurers into the sky as the three on the ground waved them off.

"He's going to be fine Ven." Terra reassured one of his hands moving from around the blonde's waist to instead curl around the fist gripped around the necklace. He rubbed the knuckles gently with his thumb, easing the tension in them. He nuzzled the back of the blonde's neck, feeling the cold metal splay across his own fingers as Ven's grip loosened.
He was really beginning to regret his theory back up in the mountains. Even new day was proving it more and more accurate and he knew Ven was probably worried that tomorrow would come but Roxas wouldn't return.
He prayed to Arceus that that wouldn't happen.
He laid there, hearing the soft roar of a dragon outside knowing that was probably Roxas and Fuu leaving, before comforting the blonde until the felt his breath even out and his body go slack. He gave the other a gentle kiss on the bare patch and skin poking out under his shirt near his collarbone before snuggling closer and shutting his own eyes. It wasn't long before the brunette too was dreaming.
"That still doesn't excuse me..." Roxas tried to argue, funnily enough, but smiled as Axel waved him off as if it didn't matter. He let it be just walked with the other outside and around the building seeing the three Charizard. He wonder- whoa!
Blue eyes went wide as fiery lips caught him in a passionate kiss. By the time his shock wore off and he was kissing back it was already over, leaving him leaning against the other intimately and from far away it could have almost looked like they were about to tango together. "I love you too," He answered, smiling, running a hand through the other's hair. "And I will be. Stay warm okay?"
Aqua sighed as she looked at the large fire beast before glancing at Fuujin seeing the look in her eyes. They hadn't thought they'd have to worry about them splitting up... hadn't thought it would come to this. What if something happened and she wasn't there to save her? "Fuu..." She brought her into a hug and kissed her gently. "I'll be here when you get back. Take care, okay?" She said softly, brushing back her bangs some. She was reluctant to let go, but knew she eventually had to.
The two couples walked over to the large dragon, the red-head helping the two travelers up, Roxas being in lead since he had some experience with fire types, though it was little to nothing compared to Axel. "Alright Chriselda, let's go!" The minute the dragon spread her wings though the blonde's eyes suddenly went wide as he realized-
"AHHH!" HE'D NEVER FLOWN BEFORE!!
He held on uncertainly as they were in the air, feeling Fuujin's eyes tighten around him. "Oh my god!" He made the mistake of looking down and almost fell off from the vertigo, barely able to register that they were being waved to. Holy shit how did Ven do this?!
He looked towards the horizon taking a few deep breathes, gripping onto the dragon's leathery skin knowing the adrenalin running through him would be more than enough to keep him awake. At least with how dark it was he couldn't see how high up they were!
"H...How you doing Fuu!?" He heard the girl respond over the roar of wind in his ears. She would survive.
Oh man, how many hours of this would they endure?
Too.
Many.
He may of ridden on Rapidash many times before, had even gotten used to the saddle painds, but flying was completely different! It hurt more on his thighs then he ever though possible.
"Ugh..." Roxas shakily fell from the dragon's back after the long hours of riding, his legs cramping so badly they collapsed under him. He fell face first in something icy and cold. "Oh god!" He scrambled to his feet, or tried to, but his whole body was full of aches and it was a chore so he slipped maybe a half a dozen times, flurries of white snow being kicked up with each try before he managed to reach the dragon and snuggle against her belly.
He shivered all over, though weakly due to exhaustion and the pain of his aches. He blew hot air into his hands. "A-Arceus... I think we're here!"

"Yea..." Ven said softly, enjoying the touches from his lover before his muscles started to calm, relaxing back against him before slowly falling asleep once more.
Axel sighed as the light from Chriselda's tail couldn't be seen anymore and he rubbed his neck as Volken passed, glancing at the two with an eyebrow up. Aqua even seemed to tired to snap a what. "We better try to get some rest..." He said before turning, walking back into the rescue center after Volken.
He doubted he would sleep well tonight either... in constant worry for his fiance...
It was a long trip, about six hours to be exact but it seemed even longer as they flew. Red eyes peered down every now and again, looking at the towns they passed. Some lights were on to showed that they were doing fine and well... when other parts had no light at all and it could be hardly seen due to the darkness and hardly any moonlight. Were they all under water?
She didn't know if she randomly dozed off here and there because she couldn't remember when it started to get cold. However, the snowy region came upon them and it was easier to see, even if the wind whipped around a bit down below. The charizard didn't seem to have any problem flying though, which was a relief.
Ground didn't look any better than after flying for so long... even if it was cold and wet!
Chriselda touched down and Roxas was the first off, making Fuu call out when he fell... but chuckled as he realized laying in the snow wasn't going to help the pain.
The town was the cutest thing she had seen... and she thought castform was cute! She smiled as she looked around, seeing the little cottages have smoke coming from their chimney and wood piled up near the back or side doors.
Seemed like a peaceful place to live.
The sky was also getting a bit lighter, a sign that morning would appear in a few more hours.
"We better head to the---"
"Are you from Solaceon!?"
A male's voice cut her off from a distance, making all three look over. They saw a man at the end of a snowy path that led into the forest on the north side... but his appearance wasn't calming.
He had long blue hair and cold, sharp eyes that appeared gold as he held up a lantern. His ears seemed to be curled and pointed as he wore long robes that made him look like some kind of monk.
"Um... y-yes!?"

The blonde continued to shiver and shake, snuggling against the dragon's warm body as a breeze picked up around them. Should of worn something warmer and heavier...
His blue eyes opened when he heard someone calling out for them, looking past the dragon where a light was, throwing the man holding it into shadows. He slowly stood, stepping around the dragon uncertainly before walking towards him, speaking as he started to see more of the other. "Yeah we're looking for Demyx. He's a friend of ours and...."
He trialed off completely, his steps seeming to freeze with the ground as he looked at the other. That face... those eyes... He took a step back uncertainly, his mind whirling as he remembered a time long ago, ironically one he could never forget. Especially not that battle... the battle that led him to further wish to be a rescuer.
"Well folks it seems Sharpedo's been trapped in that ice and no matter how much she thrashes it doesn't appear she's getting out anytime soon." The announcer's voice boomed.
"Recall her! She's going to hurt herself!" Roxas yelled at the trainer, the sounds of the thrashing shark and a whining Absol filling the stadium.
"Don't tell me what to do! She'll get out of there!" The blue haired trainer snapped.
"How can you say that?! As a trainer you need to take care of your Pokemon! You need to calm her down before she gets hurt!!" Roxas growled but just as he was reaching for his Flareon's Pokeball, ready to lose no matter what the cost, a cream-colored fox came speeding around him to burn up the ice.
Layer a red-head would hold him close and tell him, "Don't worry Roxas, he'll get what's coming to him someday..."
"You..." Roxas whispered his voice low with anger, his body shaking from more than just cold now. Fury was making his eyes blaze and his shoulders tense. "You... BASTARD!" Without more warning then that a fist swung, doing something he had wished to during that time so long ago and struck the man right in the cheek.

Fuu watched as Roxas started to head down the snowy trail towards the opening, feeling a little bit colder than the air around her. The man... seemed odd and she wasn't sure if he could be trusted by the way he presented himself. But then why would he know if they were from Solaceon? She swallowed before looking up at the charizard. At least she could protect them... right?
Slowly she started to follow the blonde, hearing the louder crunches behind her as the dragon followed suit.
She paused though, her mouth gaping open as she saw what Roxas suddenly did. "H-HEY!" He cried, seeing the taller man growl and grabbed Roxas by his shirt, pulling at his violently. What happened!?
"CHAAAAAAR!" The dragon roared before flying over to the scene as Fuu rushed up. "What are you guys doing!?" She cried as she grabbed both of them and pulled them apart. She was actually kind of use to this being a security guard and all.
"What on Arceus's world are you doing!?" She frowned at both of them, not minding her numbed, red cheeks.
"Stay out of this." The blue haired man growled, pulling away from her grip before glaring at Roxas. His mouth opened, showing some sharp canines and was about to snap when... they heard a voice coming from down the path where a temple seemed to be, a figure running towards them.

OOC: Sorry I haven't been on I keep sleeping the day away! First day wasn't my fault, my alarm clock didn't go off. But today was since I just laid down and dozed off.
And I won't be on tomorrow either, going to Six Flags unexpectedly. Sorry hon! But I love your new avatar!
Oh and I missed the clone. Fucking lag.
Blue eyes narrowed dangerously as he was brought close, positively growling right back at the blue-haired man, trying to ignore the claw like fingers digging into his shirt. "Remember me, jackass?!" He snarled, his whole body tense and ready for a fight as those gold eyes made the hairs on his neck stand on end. If only he could come in contact with every Pokemon abuser like this...
"Wha-!" He said in surprise though when Fuu came out of nowhere and just pulled them apart! Wow, she was stronger then she looked. But like a temperamental teenager he broke her grip as well, threatening to jump on the blue-haired man once more to beat the snot right out of him but a new voice drew their attention back down the trial.
A dark figure came running from the shadows and when he hit the light, they could see a scruffy blonde, his hair in a mullet with deep blue eyes and a long kimono-like dress on. He must of been brave, as he was only wearing sandals and socks in the snow! Even without the sitar, Roxas immediately recognized him. "Ah hey!" The blonde started to say, then hesitated when the blue-haired man growled and glanced at him, then back at the others, seeing Roxas' angry face. "Errr... what happened?"
Neither male spoke, so Fuujin did instead, letting him know they got in a fight. The second those words registered, the golden-eyed man's eyes went wide, and then took a step back when Demyx whirled on him, looking positively unhappy. "You did WHAT?!" The man started to splutter out an explanation, trying to point to Roxas and how he did it first but was cut off in a whine when his ear was grabbed. The blonde who caused the fight in the first place was about to laugh uproariously... when his own ear was grabbed!
"Come with me ladies!" Demyx said cheerfully to Fuu and the Charizard, before walking down the trial, the two males being dragged after. They reached the temple shortly, the large doors open and he reassured the large dragon she was fine to come in. It was a small room, the walls closed in and all the doors that led to other areas shut. The area they walked into appeared almost like a living room, though it lacked much decoration except for carvings of Uxie.
The doors were shut and Demyx led them all to a sitting area, where he snapped for the two boys to sit down on one of the many pillows on the ground. They did so, and quickly, both of them a little afraid of the pacifist.
Chriselda and Fuu were kindly showed a place to get comfortable, the dragon in front of a hearth burning brightly and the woman to a comfortable seat on the floor. "You must be the girlfriend huh?" Demyx said with a smile, holding out his hand to the silverette. "It's nice to meet you Fuujin." The two explained some short pleasantries, then he greeted the dragon with a happy air, despite being a water trainer, before he turned on the other two humans in the room. "As you you both-"
"Demyx!" Roxas cut him off before he could get chastised. "It's not my fault. He-" He pointed to the the blue-haired man. "Is an atrocious trainer!"
"I know."
"YOU KNOW?!!?!?"
Demyx nodded but smiled. "Generally speaking, yes. My business is in reha...rehalla.... changing the violence in trainers to become more peaceful and friendly." He glanced at the blue-haired man. "Sai here was the first one I ever helped and has been doing very well!" He looked at Roxas again. "Though I'm curious how you know him."
"We had a battle... back in the silver conference." Roxas explained. "I remember battling my Absol against his Sharpedo on the ice field and Absol used razor wind and created all these breaks in the ice. Well his Sharpedo fell into one and instead of calling her back he had her try to break out. If it wasn't for Axel's Ninetails she probably would of caused a cave-in and killed herself."
The blonde crossed his arms and nodded, "I see well... guess there's only one thing to do." He clapped his hands together, the smile on his face huge. "Kiss and make up!!"

The blue hair man grumbled as he was sat down with some help onto a cousin that was in front of a table as Roxas sat on the other side. He sighed, his eyes closing as he sat Indian style and seemed to get comfortable.
Fuu blinked, finding this new blonde to be quite friendly. It was nice to meet such people. "Thank you.. It's a pleasure to meet you as well." She said as she shook his hand back, both using some strength to do so. She carefully sat on the pillow that was on the floor, looking around as the men talked. Wasn't this temple where Regigigas was? Wasn't that... kind of dangerous... especially now to be staying in a place like this?
She looked over at the charizard to get her mind off of it, smiling as she saw her running her tail over the fire, seeming to purr in a way. Despite her horrible beginning and admirable strength, she seemed like she was rather sweet.
Golden-like eyes opened as Roxas started to explain their past encounter. His face became more and more course, seeming like the memory was something he didn't wish to hear... And his eyes rolled to look away when he heard both men agree that he was a horrible trainer. A soft sigh escaped his lips before he looked down at the table in front of him... and then---
"WHAT!?" He snapped, looking up at Demyx. "What have you put in your tea?"
He looked across the table, his eyes narrowing. "That happened five years ago. You had better watch your manners---"
He was cut off when Roxas started to snap back, saying he deserved it.
Fuu sighed, her eyes slowly lidding but she knew she had to stay awake to make sure Roxas didn't KILL anyone. "You guys!" She called... but it didn't seem to work at all. What was with men...? And they said women held grudges?
Ugh...

The blonde tilted his head curiously as the other asked the strange question. Why would he ask? He already knew! "Coffee creamer!" He said cheerfully, not understanding that the other was actually silently offending him. He blinked though as the blue-haired male started to snap at Roxas once more, crossing his arms and giving him a disapproving look.
The blonde, naturally, reacted to the taunt, snarling some. "Ex-CUSE me? Anything I say you justifiably deserve!!" The two continued to stare each other down, either not hearing or just plainly ignoring Fuujin's voice of reason. Roxas couldn't help but feel the anger curling tighter in his gut, making his skin hot and his heart beat in tantrum with his fury. He could just... just ugh!
A chuckling however made them break their staring contest, looking up at Demyx in confusion as he laughed at them. Was something funny?! "You two look just like Pokemon!"
"Uh..." Roxas stuttered, utterly confused.
"Yeah... Sai! You're just like a Garchomp, with those eyes and that fierce expression!" Demyx nodded, smiling at the perfect comparison before turning on Roxas. "You your like... Mmm, like a Flareon!" The blonde started in surprise but the other one didn't seem to notice that he had chosen a Pokemon that the blonde actually had. "You've got that fiery temper and an uppity-do!"
Roxas rose an eyebrow, almost about to swear his brother had astral projecting himself right into Demyx's body. It was no wonder they had gotten along so well! And Ven and he were his twins?
"HOWEVER," The blonde said loudly, making them all jump, before they watched Demyx whirl on the blue-haired male, "Don't make me put you down to puppy rank again Sai! If I've told you once I've told you a million times, if you can't have friendly relationships with people you can't with your Pokemon either."
The blue-haired man started to argue saying it wasn't his fault since Roxas started it but Demyx cut him off with a sharp noise and a snap of his fingers - just like he really was training a puppy. "Bad! You know that doesn't matter, Saix! Lots of people can pick fights with you, but it's its your duty to respond to those people calmly and peacefully. That means no fighting back. Now meditate on that." He nodded before smiling to Roxas and Fuujin. "Now speaking of tea, would you like any? I know it is dreadfully cold."
"Sure... once you tell me what puppy rank is." Roxas said with a grin, unable to get over how easily cowed Saix was by this skinny, sing-loving blonde.
"Huh? Oh!" Demyx blushed rubbing the back of his head. "Well it's just how I show the progress oh my students. There's five ranks. Puppy for Poochyena; Dog for Growlithe; Fox for Eevee; Hound for Houndour and Wolf for Manectric. But if any of my students at any time makes a mistake I drop them back to puppy rank no matter what rank they were at."
"That's a pretty tough regime."
"Yeah well changing yourself is never easy." Demyx smiled then frowned glancing towards the window, his eyes strangely sad. "Though because of all this tragedy lately I sent all my students home to watch over their families. I'm sure once everything's back to normal some of them won't come back but... I'm confident everyone who does want to be different will return. And maybe I still made a difference for the rest too."

Fuu's eyes widened when she heard the man treat the other... like a dog!? This Saix guy however seemed to be very affected by it. It was like he was even pulling his nonresistant tail between his legs!
The golden eyes widened as well before his brows shifted like a child had just been yelled at by his mother before he sighed. The man stood, walking pass Demyx to a corner by a window where a larger pillow was before sitting on it.
To Fuu's shock... the man actually started to meditate as Demyx ask them if they wanted some tea.
"Oh uh... anything warm would be fine with me." She stated before Roxas asked a question about the ranks. As Demyx explained it, a sweatdrop formed behind both Fuu and Saix's head. Wow... it sounded... so much like Sora!
"So... is Saix the only one of your students that fled with you?" The curious silverette asked but before Demyx to answer, the one in the corner did. "This is actually my home."
"What!? In the temple?" She blinked, glancing at the man who still seemed to be meditating.
"My family are the ancestors who built the temple and my parents fought for many year for people to believe this. Even Maiden Maria fought but before I was ten, they were given the rights of the temple again."
"Interesting... so is it your job to watch over it?" Fuu continued but Saix only shook his head. "No, Maiden Maria still is the guardian of this temple... I only reside in it but I am planning on making it a place where people can send their prayers."
