Terra nodded some to the other's words, thanking him quietly, but when he heard Ven he looked at him, raising an eyebrow. After everyone had left, he sighed before crossing over to him, plopping down beside him. "Is that all you can think about?" Blue eyes looked at him, looking stricken that it wasn't on his mind too!
"Maybe we should go on a date." The brunette said instead, slumping against the couch and looking towards the ceiling. It was obvious though he wasn't really offering to go tonight. He would probably be here all night instead, pacing and worrying about Flygon.
Aqua leaned up against the wall as Fuujin called Snowpoint, the phone close enough she could hear some of the yells. an eyebrow rose curiously. What the...?
"Coming!" Came a faint cry, before the phone swooshed lightly as the phone changed hands. "Yes this is Demyx. How can I help you?" He sounded overly cheerful for a guy who just watched his town get soaked up by a tidal wave.
Blue eyes watched the red head intensely, hearing his words. He frowned before walking over, standing beside Axel. He tilted his head some, looking at a small fountain that was pressed against the wall, water falling from one shelf to another before falling into a rocky pool at the bottom.
"You..." He started to say then looked at Axel. "You didn't call her because you didn't want her fighting her sister did you?" The accusation seemed harsh, but Roxas spoke plainly, his blue eyes suddenly realizing... "You didn't call her out because you thought she let us down. You think... you think she could of prevented what happened to Sora."
He didn't have to even look at Axel to know he was right, or at least partially right. "She possibly could have... though Sora was sort of asking for it." His lips turned up in a small smile before it fell quickly. "You know whats different between her... and my brother? Sora's stands up for what he believes in. Moltres doesn't. She's a good Pokemon, and a level-headed one at that but..." He hesitated then shook his head turning to Axel. He probably wasn;t going to like what he was about to say.
"She can be brave... think about how much bravery it took to join you Axel, when the rest of her family properly disapproves. Most legendaries don't think very highly of humans. But she joined you anyways and got set apart from them." He hesitated, then looked at Axel. "That made her yours Axel. And legendary or not she's still a Pokemon. But... you set her apart too Ax. Hardly letting her battle, never speaking of her proudly, never even letting her roam with the rest of your Pokemon during rest times. I know you were trying to protect her but... she probably felt like Vaporeon did. Different. Alone. Maybe a little-" He cut himself off before he could say the word 'unwanted'. That would crush the red-head. "You're a loving trainer Axel, and she knows you never did anything to purposely hurt her or discourage her. But no matter WHAT you decide, it should be a Pokemon's decision to be let free, not yours."

Ven blinked as he was asked the question, looking up at Terra as he sat down next to him. He frowned, his eyes slowly rolling back down to the floor. "No... I was just trying to cheer you up..." He paused before sighing, "Yea." He looked away as he gripped the edge of the couch. "A date sounds nice..."
There was silence as Volken walked back into the room he had come from, only being able to hear the ticking of the clock. His shoes started to tap as he bit his lip. Man... he felt like he was going to break out of his skin! The world was going to be under in two days, Sora was in the hospital like a sitting duck, he was still upset about...
He paused as his eyes strayed, seeing Roxas's bag on the floor... with a book coming out of it. One that was familiar to him... Slowly he stood and walked across the room, leaning over and picking up the book from the bag. He swallowed as he ran his fingers over the front cover before plopping down on the chair that Roxas was sitting on. Slowly... he opened the first page, seeing the same thing that Roxas had seen. The bookmarks with the page numbers and such. He swallowed as he saw his name, slowly taking it and flipping open to the page.
Fuu rose a silver eyebrow before she shook it off. How could the guy be so happy!? Then again, their team did tell her a bit about the peace loving mohawk guy. She smiled though. "Oh, um... hi. We're um.... we've heard from another rescue center that you have trained pokemon that can swim in... any kind of waters? Well... me and my rescue team need to get across... the ocean and we were wondering if there was any way you could help us out..."
Axel was silent as Roxas started to speak. Everything he said... was right. He didn't even have to say a thing... but when he looked away, Roxas started to say things that were different. He glanced down at his lover, frowning at what he was saying. It was like....Vaporeon... Arceus... he didn't want Moltres to... he was just trying to....
He let out a sigh when Roxas was finished, knowing that everything he said was right. He was hurting Moltres. He had her for so long... trapped in that pokeball and he expected her to... He seemed to fall on the frame in defeat as his narrow eyes closed. What kind of rescuer was he if he treated his pokemon like this without even seeing it.
"You're right, Roxas... I just.... I've been slipping anymore. I... I don't feel like a rescuer anymore...and... I don't know if I want to keep doing this..." His voice sounded worn... and saddened but true.
Miles away, in a place that was slowly shutting down for the night, the last role call for visitors started. One seemed to sneak by though, a Dr nodding slightly before he snuck into a room. It had two beds but one wasn't in use as the girl that once laid there had been discharged.
Silver hair shifted as the man walked closer, a soft smile pulling over his lips as he saw a brunette laying there, sleeping soundly. The man was a quiet as a Pichu as he walked closer, slowly reaching into his bag before pulling out something yellow. It was placed on the nightstand, next to a few cards. It was an eyeglass case that was completely yellow and had the face of a Pikachu.
The silverette leaned down, planting a soft kiss on the brunette's forehead as he pulled his hair back so it wouldn't tickle his nose. "Good night, Sora... I love you." He whispered before slowly and silently backing up and out of the room.

Terra glanced at Ven for a moment before sighing as well, looking towards his hands, silence filling the area thickly. He shut his eyes, unsure what to say. He looked up however when Ven suddenly left his side and went over to... Roxas' thing? He didn't know what to say though when... Ven dragged out the book he'd already seen several times before.
Bryna's diary.
He didn't comment as Ven opened the book, looking at the bookmark before turning randomly to a page and started to read.
8/22/50
I could hardly believe what happened today! They say the baby books never prepare you for everything and boy, they sure were right! No one actually tells you what you should do when your child starts acting like those babies from that cartoon show, because no one ever thought it was actually possible.
Ir started this morning maybe a little after ten. Sirocco had already left for work. I needed to do the dishes and a few other chores, so I put the boys in their playpen in the living room, left them some toys and a book to flip through. Well, as expected, Roxas went right for the book. I knew because he started to sing 'Pop goes the Buizel' The only song he knew, though he only knew how to read two lines without my help. Ven joined him in the song, but to my surprise Sora didn't. He always joined in the songs even if he could only babble the tune.
Then he started to call for me. 'Mommy! Want Ray-Ray!' He was getting smarter, thinking I might give in if he wasn't doing anything else. I knew the little Shinx plush was upstairs, sitting on the children's bedroom floor. But I still didn't want to encourage separation anxiety, so I merely told him I'd get it for him after I did the dishes and that he had plenty of other toys to play with. Sora started to cry but I let him, knowing he was having a tantrum.
He cried all through me washing the dishes so I couldn't even hear if Roxas or Ven were still singing or not. I finished maybe ten minutes later but when I went into the next room I was shocked to find the play pen door unlocked and open. Sora was still sitting where I left him crying, and Roxas was sitting by when clutching the book and trying to sing him songs.
But Ven was gone.
I still remember how panicked I felt, even if it was for only a split second. Because when I turned around, Ven came toddling down the steps, clutching a stuffed animal in his hands. I could only stare in shock as he walked right past me and showed Sora what he had. "Way-Way!" He had said and I almost felt like he was solving world peace right then because Sora stopped crying and looked up and seemed to brighten instantly, taking the Shinx close. And then he reached out and hugged Ven too. "I yuv my broder!" My heart practically melted.
I didn't know whether to be angry at Ven for putting himself in danger, shocked at his adventure or happy he had managed it all on his own. I settled on being proud, what else could I be? He's not even a toddler and yet he had unlocked the pen and climbed the stairs! Climbed up then and down, found his room and the plush all on his own! And he had done it all for one of his brothers. 'Rocco could hardly believe me when I told him! Now that I've had time to think about it, I think I was right being proud of him. I wish there was a way he could remember this day like I will. I think if I continue to nurture it, he'll stay adventurous and caring. I don't know what he'll grow up to want to be, but I can tell he'll be brave though probably stubborn like his father.
I should publish my own books, tell the world what they say about babies being selfish and one-minded isn't true. My boys have continued to prove those theories wrong time and time again.
There was a pause on the other side of the line, the blonde seeming to take in that information. "Err well um... not many that is well really... I only have one and I already promised that to some old friends of mine. For some silly reason they want to go to Sootopolis."
He hesitated, "'Course, they don't even know where I am since they were headed for Lilycove and a few days after Sora called it got all flooded and it was really quite strange and a bit scary. I don't even know where they are if they know where to find me. And ear me I'm rambling!"
A head turned quickly at the desperate sound, eyes turned sad as the sight of his lover. He hadn't wanted to make him feel so down, or maybe it was just the prospect of losing a friend that was hurting him so terribly. Either way he didn't like seeing him this way.
He was surprised however when he heard what Axel had to say. He didn't...? The blonde looked away for a few moments, thinking about how The Big Mission had gone. Ven had broken his arm, Aqua and Milotic had nearly died, a lot of their Pokemon were badly injured, Skitty was shot, Seedot was killed, Axel had to confront his own brother, he DID die...
And now here they were on The Big Mission: The Sequel. Already Aqua and Fuujin had almost been crushed by a broken ship, Terra nearly drown, Axel nearly drowned and FROZE to death, Sora had been burnt to ash, and just today Terra and Ventus almost took a death dive into the forest. It was more experiences then a person usually went through in a lifetime. It wasn't any wonder that Axel might feel exhausted because of it all...
"Axel..." Roxas whispered before crossing over to the red-head lifting his chin so they would see straight at one another. "Listen to me. You're a great rescuer and a great person. Didn't I tell you to remember that before I died?" He cracked a small smile. "So what if you make some mistakes? Your human Ax, not perfect. You're going to make them - with me, with her, with friends, with your Pokemon. It's how we learn about each other, how we learn forgiveness and the strength of friendship."
He chuckled a little, knowing how sappy he was sounding. What you did for Moltres was what you thought was best. You did not use her selfishly or exploit her for fame and fortune. You cared for her, truly love her. That is was a real trainer does. And I know she loves you back for it. But just like how a Pokemon evolves, time changes all of us and sometimes those changes make new decisions to be made."
He brushed his knuckles lovingly along the other's cheek, smiling. "But something you can count on never changing is me being by your side, at least until I've taken my real last breath. If all you want to do is laze around and drink coffee for the day, I'll be the one at the coffeemaker. If you don't want to be a rescuer any longer, then I'll support your decision. And if... Moltres decides it is time for her to be free of trainers once more, I'll standby your side to say goodbye.
In the dark of the room of the medical center, the blinds were half open and spilling moonlight into the room like a grace across the two bed, cutting strips into the tile and sheets and equipment. After a long day of tests and trials to walk, the man on the bed was exhausted, hardly bothering with dinner in favor of a nice fluffy pillow and his blanket. And of course, a little tiny stuffed animal, bright yellow and spiky but so soft it would cause no harm, with a long beak and short legs. The little bird was nestled cutely in his arms, it's steel gray eyes wide open and watchful, a silent protector for the injured man.
His dreams were slight and unremembered, heavy breathes causing his chest to rise and fall at even intervals. There was no longer a heart monitor beeping insistently in the room, as he had remained stable for a long enough period there was no need for it any longer. Tomorrow he would be signing his own discharge papers as the unmet girl had.
It was a scene so peaceful that it would be almost cruel to ruin it. And his intruder must of known such as he came in as quiet as a Whismur, depositing the gift and leaving a kiss before leaving once more. Though he didn't stir, didn't even wake up in the slightest for the silverette was as sly and quiet as he hoped the be, still a small smile curled the edges of his lips as if his dreams were pleasant.

As Ven read, his eyebrow rose every once in awhile before continuing. However, when he started to read that he had disappeared, he wasn't really shocked but... he was with that he had done. W-what? He really... did all that? He didn't remember a thing but.... it had to be true, right? His mom wouldn't lie... especially not in her diary. A small smile ran over his lips as he read the last bit of it.
His mom was so smart, so bright and loving. She always took things as they were, stepped back and let it happen and appreciated it in a whole. She probably would have no problem knowing that he and his brothers were all gay... but happy that they had found love. His dad on the other hand wasn't like that at all. Sometimes... he had to wonder how they ever got together!
But it was like everything else. He knew Terra was different than him in ways that didn't make sense to be together either.
He reached for another tab and started to read that. It was the one that Roxas had read before, about when they were newborns and how they got their name. Even back then, she knew so much for a first time mother.
Slowly his blonde lashes shifted and blue eyes rolled up, seeing the tanner male across the room, glancing out the window. He wondered... if Terra needed to hear these kind of things from his own mother. Ida was such a nice woman as well... she was sure she told him everything when he was down. The book closed and was placed back into his brother's bag before he stood, walking over to Terra and suddenly climbed up into his lap, wrapping his arms around his neck and nuzzling his face into the warm spot of his shoulder.
Fingers ran though brown strains as eyelashes tickled Terra's neck. "It'll be ok, baby..."
Fuu blinked as the man started to talk, not really sure what to say since she really didn't understand what he was getting at. However, he heard the name Sora. "Wait... Sora called you? When?"
Axel's eyes opened a bit when he felt Roxas's touch. He looked down at his lover, listening to him. He looked away a few times before looking back, repeating this until Roxas was finished. He let out a shaky sigh before wrapping his arms around his lover's waist and pulled him close. "I guess.... I'll have to see what I'll do after we.... might save the world again..."
It wasn't that he didn't want to... he was just... feeling run down... "Thank you , Roxas..." He leaned down, placing his lips against the others in a soft kiss. Now knowing that the whole world had many rescue centers... and people who were really passionate about rescuing... it made him feel like... everything was more under control than when he was a kid. When there was only one rescue center for the whole world... This journey really showed him how other people cared... and that most Pokemon were in better hands.
If he quick his profession... he knew he would still be able to sleep at night not having to worry...
In another very dark and.... interesting place, a place that no man had seen before, a large beast flew around almost effortlessly. Around strange pillars of land and water. It swooped down, odd wings flared out before.... the snake like body came to a halt. "GIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIR!" A loud roar came from the creature before it did a 180 back up. As it flew away, the power it expelled from the change made the water below ripple. The water... that was over flowing and inching its way up the pillars.
This land was being flooded slowly.
"GIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIR!" Another cry came from the beast, yellow points shining as a sudden liquid swirl appeared in front of him. In the swirl, it was easy to see a little white and green pokemon drinking in a pool. The swirl became larger and larger... until it became like a portal. "GIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIR!" The creature roared before flying up...and out of the hole. As its body came into the world, a purple light radiated off it and it effortlessly seemed to change shape until six feet landed on the ground.
It was easier to tell what the beast looked like now. Very tall with spread out wings, red spikes coming from it as a yellow-gold crown covered it's grey head. Yellow spikes and spine-like reliefs came from it's grey and black body as red eyes looked around a bit before seeing a shocked little pokemon, looking up at it. "Tina...."

Blue eyes darted away from the blond, looking towards the window once more. He sighed leaning against the cushions, one ear trained on the brunette, hearing pages turning, even a soft exclamation here and there. He wasn't sure what it said, but knowing woman - or well at least knowing mothers - he was sure it was full of fluffy words and whatnot. Probably didn't have one bad thing to saw about her little angels. That's just how moms were.
Not that he thought there was anything bad about Ven... It was just that sometimes he-
Before his thought could be completed a shadow fell over him, and he twisted his head, seeing the blonde hovering above him a peculair, thoughtful look on his face. What? He wanted to ask what was with the look but suddenly his lap was full of Ven and the other was cuddling close and... comforting him?
He sat there a bit stiffly for a few moments, completely taken aback and a little unsure. Ven didn't seem bothered by it, his fingers still rubbing soothing circles in his scalp. Finally a sigh and the he slumped weakly against the couch, arms encircling the other limply. "It was my fault... I should of been more careful."
Of course even in the cold Flygon usually did very well. He suspected it was because it was Articuno causing it that created such drastic weakness in the insect dragon.
"Errr well... Back in - hey wait you know him?!" The blonde seemed utterly surprised. He didn't even recognize this woman's voice. There was a peculair pause, Demyx remembering there had only been one woman in the group before. Well... Maybe...? "Is this Aqua playing a trick on me?"
The blue-haired woman looked up, hearing her name mentioned over the phone and an eyebrow rose. How did she get blamed for everything?!
Lips turned up in a gentle smile, before they shut against heavy lids as lips fell over his. "Mmm..." He hummed softly, leaning up and kissing the other back, arm wrapping around a thin neck to draw him close. Something bumped annoyingly against the face and he reached up, catching the thin wire securely between his thumb and forefinger before pulling them off, fingers running gently through crazy hair. He drew the other arm against his first, opening his mouth and tongue licking the other's lips, gaining access easily. The muscle danced languidly against the red-head's.
He knew what Axel was going through. He wouldn't admit it but... he thought of the same things while walking on the ice. While he loved his work rescuer was still non-profit. It was hard to make a living from that. And now with that weight on his finger, his responsibility had nearly doubled. He and Axel were going to be a family. What if they wanted kids? Or... or anything families had?!
Panting lightly, he pulled away, eyes opening and murmuring softly against the other's lips. "Even if we quit... Axel, we still don't have to give it up completely. We could..." He hesitated, before grinning. "We could even be a Pokemon foster care. Maybe take the influx from the centers." He thought about it, rather liking the idea. "We'd never take it more then we believe we could could afford, but we could still help the lives of many Pokemon without all the missions and worry."
Green eyes shut as a little head lowered towards the water, lapping gently as it rippled lightly from the touch. It was already night and everyone knew for plants, night meant sleep time. All there power came from the sun and even if the moon had a reflection of that night, it did nothing for thick green vegation...
or little tiny grass Pokemon.
Eyes opened in surprise however when the earth shook and suddenly the water swirled not far away, as if a sudden black hole had developed. Wind suddenly whipped up around him and as light as he was it could of been enough to make him go flying. "Min? Miiin!" The porcupine drew himself close to the ground, watching fearfully as something flew from the portal and - oh.
It was just Giratina.
Once the portal disappeared, the creature sighed and stood, looking at the large creature easily. "Friend you gave me a fright! I was not expecting you to be out and about so late."

Ven smiled as he felt Terra deflate in a way. Anymore, he liked it when Terra didn't put on his shelder shell and try to be strong for everything. It made him feel more at ease... and he was sure it was the same for his lover. "Don't blame yourself. You had no idea that it was Atricuno. You were just trying to get away... and protect the ones that you love. I would of done the same."
He smiled as he pulled away some, kissing Terra on the cheek. He continued to pull away until the sides of their noses touched and breath mixed in a way that only lover could pull off. "He'll be ok..." Just as he said it, there was light tapping not to far away, making the two look back to see a woman with crazy white hair... but a kind face. And even if her hair was white, she was still too young to have it. Ven always felt bad for people who were born with it.
"Terra, your Flygon has come too. You can come see him if you'd like. I have something to show you as well."
Fuu blinked but chuckled, looking back at Aqua to see her face. Oh dear. She shook her head but smiled. "No, no... I'm Aqua's girlfriend. We got together after she helped with releasing all those pokemon. So are you saying that... Gary never came back?"
Axel was a bit shocked when he felt the hot, wet muscles on his lips but he easily parted them, letting their tongues rub together as he pulled Roxas closer as well. When they parted, he panted softly, some saliva stringing from their lips. "Roxas..." He pulled away a bit more as the blonde started to talk, listening closely to what he had to say and when he heard about the fostering... his eyes widened his face appeared shocked. Fostering? That.... "Thank sounds like a great idea!"
He nodded happily as he started to think about it. Maybe... they could do that... and get REAL jobs so they could actually pay and buy stuff. Not like being a rescuer wasn't a job, because it definitely is but... they could have money for once... and not have to go and kill themselves or have nightmares for weeks after a bad rescue. They could buy their own house, own things that weren't from a thrift store or passed down.
And maybe... even expand like Riku and Sora were thinking about. Geez... would he even make a good dad? Huh, sure he would... just as long as he had that coffee!
Red eyes glanced around after the little pokemon spoke, checking out a few things here and there. This wasn't usually the place were his friend stayed. Matter of fact, this place wasn't very secure at all... and he was only here for a second! His tail shifted as he looked back down. "Sorry."
Slowly his long neck arched down so his large face could get a bit closer to the small one. "Friend... why have you moved away from me and what is with the water rising?"

A soft sound heightened Ven's words, a warm breath of air seeming to surround them as the heater kicked in. Dull eyes looked at the other, unable to wipe the worry lines from his face even as the other reassured he had done nothing wrong He still should of known - fuck they were seeing legendaries like they were fucking Magikarp lately. And that air he should of - ugh!
His body relaxed a little more, comforted as Ven pulled away but placed them in a more intimate position. His eyes lidded some as he came close, whispering words of reassurance. He was so close he could feel those lips brushing him like beautifly wings, a teasing touch that just needed another centimeter of movement to have them kissing... But then they heard footsteps as Fulgencia entered and announced the news, shattering the moment
"Ut...alright." Terra said somewhat surprised and curious at her requests. What could she possibly... need to show him? He kicked down the instant nervousness that arose but glanced at the blonde still sitting in his lap like he was fucking Santa or something. there eyes met for a second and Ven didn't have to ask, understanding quickly what the words in his eyes were transcribing. The blonde slipped off his lap and Terra stood, and together they followed after Fulgencia, taking a path down the hall cleanly painted with a wallpaper boarder of Pokemon curving the middle of the wall.
"Aqua has a girlfriend?" The blonde sounded a little shocked then, "Huh, I never would of guessed... Although with that attitude it really shouldn't be a surprise and-" He trialed off shaking his head. Off topic again, wasn't he? "Did he just insult my womanlyhood?!" He heard faintly on the other end and grinned. Oh, so she was there. "A little obsessive with water Pokemon and-" He started to say, as if picking up where he left off but there was a noise of surprise and suddenly a new voice was yelling in his ear. "You got something to say mullet head?! Cause I'm listening!" "Oh I wasn't saying anything more then you're a sweet and wonderful person!" He said innocently, smiling as he heard her huff before the phone was handed back to Fuujin. He chuckled before finally saying, "No Gary is with me. At least last I checked which was about twenty minutes ago so unless he decided to sprout wings and ♪believes he can flllly♪ I don't think he went anywhere." He said, adding a little tune to his voice.
"Really?" Roxas said, sounding happy as Axel grew excited over his idea. He was already picturing it. A nice well-maintained house living on a prairie land, surrounded by at least an acre of two of land where they would built onto it whatever would be needed for the Pokemon. Maybe some doghouses and a small corral or track area, even a little vegetable garden with a cute birdbath and a fountain. He could even see a nice little pond with some Finneon and Lumineon that would light up the water beautifully at night, and some water lilies on the surface and bluebells at the edges. They could even have a bench by it, it would be romantic especially when the moon was full. Maybe - and hopefully - they could even make room for a tree house... and a swing set.
The blonde's eyes became dreamy, imagining things they probably wouldn't be able to ever afford. He could even see himself waking up early in the morning to make coffee and breakfast for a small family, could see himself coming home and being greeted at the door not only by a loving husband, but by a happy wide smile of his son or daughter.
But of course he and Axel needed to even TALK about the idea of adoption! But well anything was possibly right? "I can see it. Our future... it's going to be a happy one." He whispered and nuzzled the other some, the glasses still dangling, almost forgotten by his fingers as he leaned up and gave the other another kiss.
The green Pokemon was silent for a few moments, before looking very sad. "I am sorry, I had to move. I am surprised you did not sense it in your world. The garden drowned days ago. There wasn't even space to land it filled so swiftly. I was only to save four of the flowers..." The green Pokemon glanced back, seeing where the flowers had been left, swaying in the slight wind. One had wilted, it's stem looking positively breakable as the head bent low, petals curled up. Another looked just as sad it's frame completely collapsed and sprawled on the ground, some of its petals have fallen off. "Now there is only two."
This alarmed the other Pokemon, he too knowing that without the Gracideas, there was no land Shaymin, and no other Shaymins to be born. "I fear to leave them, but their have been many more volcano eruptions and it is making the world sick. If I do not take care of it, there will be danger. But if I do not travel quickly enough, I could be trapped miles away from my flowers... and they will certainly die."
The ghost legendary again asked about the water level and Shaymin started to recount what he had learned from his intuition and from the humans he had visited. He told the large beast about Lugia and the missing child and her and Ho-oh's rallying of their charges to wreck chaos onto the world until their baby is returned. "It is utter foolishness. I have never seen either of them act so unwisely before. If they continue on, even if they get their baby bird back, it may be too late for everyone else."

The white haired woman smiled as they got up and she started to lead the way, walking down the hallway and into a large room. The green insect was laying on a table, all fanned out seeming to relax as a warm light shown overhead to keep him warm. "Flygon... Are you alright, friend?" Ven asked in worry as he came around to the dragon's head, rubbing his antennas some as Fulgencia showed Terra around to the wing that had been damaged.
Carefully, she picked it up and pointed to a darker part of the wing. "There section here has been damaged with frost bite." She started to explain softly as Ven talked to the pokemon. "The nerves will always be damaged but I believe he will recover almost 98%. He'll still be able to fly with some practice but when he meets the cold, this section will be more painful than what it is already. It's like an internal burn... only with ice."
She looked up at the tanner man who seemed to look guilty before placing her hand on his shoulder. "But don't worry, he'll be back to his old self by tomorrow when the medication wears out. Just try to keep this section as warm as possible as much as possible until he seemed to be content with flying.
Fuu rolled her eyes as the two started at it, sighing some. This didn't seem to be good. If Demyx didn't have any Pokemon to help them cross over... how were they suppose to? When the phone was handed back to her, she nodded. So, he had Gary but that wasn't going to cut it. "So... there's no other pokemon that you know of that can help us cross?"
The large ghost nodded as he listened to his friend, his red eyes closing here and there as he shook his head. This was unfortunate... and losing all those flowers was.... devastating. He had to admit that he was in lala land the past few days, the raising water in his world making the riffs in the sky nice to glide on...
He should of been more aware of his duties. However, he couldn't get anything out when he learned about Ho-oh and Lugia. Someone had stolen their baby? Who on this earth would want to go and do that? Wasn't XD001 bad enough?
He glanced over at the pitiful flowers, watching the last two struggle as they shifted in the wind. "They will be safe in my world, at the very top." His wing shifted out and an energy made a swirl in the waters, swirling around before becoming a portal like before.

The heat in the room was noticeable, almost welcomed from the chill the rest of the town seemed to have. It had a relaxing feel to it, like a nice day lounging on the beach. He knew that Flygon would really want to dig right under the sand until his whole body was covered. Tired eyes opened behind red visors, shifting some to look up at Ven. "Goon..." He said softly, before shutting his eyes again. He was very tired.
Terra meanwhile was frowning as he looked at the wing, seeing how a section of the wing had a slash that extended at least ten inches down the wing and three inches thick, was a deep green, like a scar. He looked uneasy as Fulgencia explained about the damage, and though she sounded confident and he knew he could probably easily encourage the dragon to fly, he still felt it. A tear in his heart where guilt was eating the rest of the beating organ. Flygon was the first Pokemon he ever caught... How could he of let this happen?
Blue eyes shut but he nodded, "Thank you. I'll do that." He told her honestly and after a few more short words the wing was laid out again and Terra walked over to where Ven was, leaning down some to look at the dragon carefully. He ran his hands along the antennae like the other had. "Flygon? I'm sorry buddy." The dragon merely made a soft noise, not at all interested in talking. Terra sighed before looking at Ven. "You should let Moana see him... I'm sure she's worried."
"Well... None of mine." Demyx seemed to hesitate thinking about that. "There might be some with the trainers under my charge though. I mean we do have well erm... I'll have to ask him though and he's still... mmm..." The blonde trialed off without really saying much at all. "I'll have to ask. How far away are you guys from Snowpoint?"
"Oh truly? Thank you!" Little feet hurried over to the flowers, easily digging out the two healthy ones and gently taking them between his teeth. Unlike during the day, he did not change form from the touch. He hurried over to Giratina, jumping onto the Pokemon and due to his small size practically disappeared on his back. Then they were gone, heading into the other world.

Ven looked up at Terra as he walked over, watching him and Flygon interact. He knew it was hurting him with how Flygon looked... but Fulgencia seemed rather content as she left the room. "I will go get him a large sandbox to sleep in tonight with the heating lamps. That should make him feel better much quicker." She was gone and that was when Ven looked up, nodding at Terra's suggestion. "Yea..."
His hand reached down, taking a ball from his belt before tapping the bottom softly... and the room was full of another Pokemon. A song rang through the room before it stopped suddenly, eyes widening under large red orbs. "GON!?" She cried before waddling over to her mate, her neck arching as she touched noses with him. "Fllly..." She spoke sadly before waddling over to his wing, tilting her head at the damage before her antennas drooped. Her wings started to flutter, singing a sad... but loving tune.
Ven swallowed, watching the two before looking up at Terra. His hand reached over, paler fingers wrapping around tan as he held his hand.
Fuu nodded, frowning a bit as the blonde seemed lost for words. But at his question, she gained some hope. "We're in Solaceon Town right now... but the owner of the rescue center said he can fly us anywhere..."
The large beast could hardly feel the little paws on his back... but he knew the little was was atop him before he suddenly floated and flew into the portal. There was an odd change as he came through to the other side, his body becoming a shade of purple and glowing before he began to morph into a longer creature with no legs at all. His wings were different, flapping as he suddenly soared up, the portal behind him becoming smaller and smaller until it closed.
As he reached the top of the odd pieces of land, he hovered before leaning his neck out and letting the small pokemon off.

Tired eyes opened once more, but the dragon smiled some as he heard the soft song. He recognized the tone of it and her scent was still permeating his nose. "Fllly..." He yawned some, turning his head and curled his tail close as the song soothed him.
Stronger, larger fingers curled around the paler pair, the brunette looked towards the blonde. He met his gaze, before smiling some as the song continued to sing around them. "I wonder if we could stay in here for the night..."
"Alright perfect! You guys head here today. I'll see what I can find to help you all cross the ocean. Just leave it to me!" The blonde said confidently, and after some quick goodbyes the two hung up. Aqua was relayed the information before she nodded. "We'll find a way." They always did before.
"Shaaaymin!" The little porcupine said happily as he jumped from his friend onto the rock and started to dig."Minminminminmin!" Soon the flowers were planted once more and the little porcupine walked around them in dizzying circles a few times, inspecting them closely. "Yes, this will certainly do!" He smiled to the large legendary who had been watching but then looked around the Reverse World.
It, like the world outside did not look very good. The Pokemon became depressed, lowering himself some to the ground. "Oh dear, what are we to do?"

Ven blinked at the suggestion but smiled, nodding a bit. "Yea, that sounds nice." He hoped the sandbox wouldn't take up the whole room though! He hated sleeping in sand. It always got into his underwear somehow and up his crack... or even once, a Krabby found it's way into his swim short when he was napping and snipped his butt! That wasn't very nice at all.
At least he knew it would just be him, Terra and the flygons. No snipping butts unless Terra got frisky...which he doubted at this point. "I'll go get our stuff." He let go of Terra's hand before walking back down the hallway from where they came, walking into the waiting room towards their things. That was when Fuu and Aqua turned the corner as well. "Ut..." Blue eyes blinked as Ven straightened some. "So what did you guys find out?"
Fuu sighed as she walked up to him, her head shaking. "Demyx wants us to go there today." "TODAY!?" Ven exclaimed, backing up some. "It's night time, and flygon needs rest! I'm bat shit tired and---" "Ven! We're pressed on time! We need to hurry! Just have Terra put his flygon in a heal ball, he'll be alright!" Blue eyes narrowed and darkened as Ven suddenly growled. "Hey, what if it was Missy who was hurt, huh? Would you just throw her in a heal ball!?"
Fuu swallowed and frowned, looking away for a moment before sighing. "Yes I would." "Huh?" Ven blinked, seeming a bit confused. "Because I know that if I don't do something now, it won't matter if she drowns in two more days."
The large pokemon watched as the little one looked around the flowers after digging and planting. It was rather curious but as those eyes met his, he glanced around, seeing the poison around him becoming thicker and more abundant. "I would interfere with Lugia... but I'm afraid that I will only cause more trouble by doing so.... but I can't allow her to destroy that world for mine will be destroyed too."
He glanced down at the little one again, his features seeming to become sad. "Is there anything you can do, now that you know your flowers are safe for the time being?"

"Alright." Terra said, watching Ven leave the room. He sighed, sitting down beside the table and laying his head on his hands, feeling the warmth of the lamp scorching his back pleasantly. Moana's music continued to fill the room unnoticed, like a radio playing in a restaurant that you sometimes forget about. He ran a hand gently down the unharmed wing of the dragon, feeling the silky substance twitch from the touch. "You'll be back in the air soon Flygon, don't worry."
He had a feeling though that Moana would have to be the one to carry himself and Ven for the rest of the mission. Even if Flygon was flying by tomorrow, he wouldn't be strong enough to carry him and Ven for a couple of weeks and it could be months before he could do it for long periods of time. Of all the places Articuno had to hit... why did it have to be the dragon's wing?
He shut his eyes and sighed. At least they could all get a nice long rest...
However, Terra didn't know of the debate going on just outside the room that was interrupting those plans.
"What's going on?" Came a curious question, two men walking down the hall, both of their clothes looking a little rumpled and blushes adorning their cheeks as darker signs of a make-out session was on their necks. The short blonde ran a hand through his hair self-consciously, trying to fix it up without being obvious.
They were quickly filled in on what Demyx had said and asked them to do. Once she was finished, Ven took over telling them why they SHOULDN'T head out right now. The blonde was frowning unhappily, feeling like his identical twin did. Even MORESO as he had been up nearly all last night as well, probably getting no more then three or four hours of sleep and the mention of traveling more was making weariness creep up his legs until he felt like he was going to fall over.
He shut his eyes as the three turned to him and Axel expectantly, waiting for their input. He sighed, wanting to agree with Ven just because he was tired. They couldn't just think of the Pokemon - they had to think of themselves too. They couldn't be put into rest balls and catch some shuteye! But maybe that was just selfish.
He sighed and looked to Axel instead, waiting for him to say something.
"Well I would go fight Lugia myself!" The porcupine said bravely, stomping a foot in a cute way. But then he seemed to deflate, glancing back at his flowers, his courage lost. "But maybe in the morning..."
He thought then sighed. "If only I could fly as I am now. I am so limited in travel at night. But the forest fires and volcano eruptions are making the air so dirty. And that makes the weak weaker and the healthy sick. The ash will contaminate rivers and make ruin of forests. I helped make those forests!" He stomped both feet angrily before sighing sadly. "If it was not for you friend, I could not even leave this realm. "

Axel rubbed his neck a bit, unable to hide his love bites like his lover could with his clothes but frowned when they came into an argument. Green eyes narrowed as he listened to Ven... then Fuu. They both... had a right point.
As glances were made from them then to him, he started to think really hard. Flygon was injured... and even in a heal ball... he could still know what was going on. And he would know that they were in a showy place and that was the last place the dragon should be right NOW. He needed to warm up... and even though heal balls were a great invention, rescuers seldom used them to help pokemon because it wasn't the same as manual care.
He sighed and shook his head, looking at the group looking at him. They were hitting so many delays. "I say... it's up to Terra." His arms crossed before he tilted his head in thought. "It's either he leaves Flygon here to rest while we continue... or we wait until tomorrow to all go, including flygon. I had to leave Ninetails, and Roxas had to leave Absol.... so I know it would be hard... but it seems best of he left flygon..."
"UGH! What about Moana!? She won't leave her mate! And what about us!? I haven't had a decent nights rest in days! I can't battle or function if I don't get any sleep!" Ven yelled, obviously loud enough for Terra to hear. "We'll rest in snowpoint then." "Yea, while we freeze our asses o---" "Will you shut up!? I almost froze to death, I don't want to go back into the cold anymore than anyone else does!" Axel snapped back just as Terra appeared in the doorway.
Giratina nodded slowly at Shaymin's anger... and defeat. He worried about his little friend sometimes, knowing that he had more confidence in himself with such a small body. He admired it though. "Then rest here for the night, my friend. I will come to you when it is morning on the other side and we will see what there is to be done. Something must happen though or our worlds will be no more."
With that, the creature pulled away, flying up and around the piece of land the other legendary before swooping down lower and disappeared.

"Will you fuckers be quiet?! You're disturbing Flygon." Terra snapped as he walked out the door. "What the fuck has your panties all in a twist?" He snapped, looking from one side to another, staring down each and every last person like they were all the enemy (except Ven). He wasn't too happy... and he was even LESS happy when he heard, like before, what the story was. He heard the arguments of both sides, and then Axel's point that it should be up to him. He stood there for a moment, silent as he crossed his arms. then he just gave a short, curt, "No." And turned to head back into the room.
"Well, guess that settles that." Roxas said, trying to keep the relief from his tone. Ah... sleep! But then Terra shattered his dreams. "Fuckers! Who the fuck said I NEED to go with you? Who the fuck said we all need to go at all?! Does it really take six people to hold a couple of pokeballs?" He turned and walked forward. "You all fucking realize Sootopolis is that way-" He pointed back the way they had gone. "In Hoenn right? You'll have to FLY back this way anyways! So, while you fuckers go and get the goddamn ugly sea dragon I'm going to stay here and make sure Flygon is alright and is on his feet by tomorrow. On your way back you can fucking pick me up. Hell would probably be smart if only one of you idiots left!" He turned and walked back into the room grumbling about how idiotic they all were.
"Damn..." Roxas grumbled under his breath. But Terra was right, they did need to go south once they got Gary and since some of the ocean line started in Pastoria ANYWAYS they could easily fly back, pick up the gym leader and fly the short distance to where the new shoreline started and be on their way.
"You know... at most only two of us need to go." Aqua suddenly said. "The rest of can stay back and start preparing for our little sea voyage."
