If he had any clear thoughts, Eskel too would of found it amazing they were doing such an act after such random violence on his part. Eskel smiled contently, the words washing over him like a calm wave, making him sigh happily. Even in times of crisis he had no problems finding tranquility here, next to him. Without Kuku, he was certain he would not have held up as well as he had through the tireless hours of training and orders, of strategy and beginning, useless deaths as the battles started to make their way over the hills.
