The blonde blinked as Axel bed away like a child, and smiled a little thinking about Sora. They had that childish quality in common... though Axel was less reserved in shedding it when things got serious. He jumped from the railing and walking after Absol at his side.
There were few days that took Roxas by surprise. Well okay every day took him by surprise since he never ended up where he was meant to be - but few days took him by surprise in the sense that it was incredibly unpredictable.
And it really began with this morning when he say one of Axel's darker sides in a nice explosion of morning crankiness. Now while that would usually be a bad thing to see a flaw it made Roxas feel a little better knowing there was some temper behind all those kind smiles, pretty words and sincere eyes. Then this afternoon when he said too much as if he'd known the red-head for years and they were the best of friends. And now... the other was treating him too... ice cream.
He knew something - some intangible connection he didn't quite grasp or feel confidant enough to understand - was growing between them. Even Sora had noticed making comments when Axel wasn't in earshot about how quickly he had warmed up to the red-head and was wondering when he stopped being shy.
He bit his lip, shaking his head to Axel's question not because he lost his voice but just because he was overcome. How could he just...? It didn't make utterly any sense at all...
Absol blinked as he watched the red-head placing a cup of something blue in front of the fire fox, seeing how excited she seemed. Then there was one for him. His eyes narrowed distrustfully, looking at the red-head with an unnerving gaze but the other didn't seem to mind him at all.
He screwed up his face in a snarl before slowly lowering his head, looking left and right as if he was afraid something would jump past and steal the food from under him. He sniffed at the food and his nose screwed up at the salty scent it held.
Roxas watched Absol quietly for a moment seeing the others distrust still. Shouldn't he still be feeling like his dog...? Usually they were pretty close in emotion when it came to strangers. However when he raised his eyes he felt a shy smile stretching his lips as he took the ice cream. "Thanks..."
He looked at the ice cream which was bright blue - a strange color really - before he brought it close to his lips, smelling the salt. Sea-salt ice cream... it sounded gross really. What if he hated it? He'd have to shove the whole thing down his mouth so Axel didn't know and get his feelings hurt...
Oh but what if it was really bad? What if he couldn't even stomach the first bite? Maybe he could distract him somehow - turn his attention away for long enough to throw the damn thing in the river.
He saw Axel giving him a weird look and his blush brightened like flames across his cheeks knowing he must look a fool just staring at the thing. To appease the other he quickly licked the ice cream and shuddered as the salt hit him.
What he didn't expect was the explosion of sweet that hit him a second later that made it all worth it. His eyes glowed with almost child-like wonder - few things took him by real surprise - as he licked the ice cream again and again and a wide grin he hardly ever had on his face was suddenly there as he looked up at the red-head. "It's really good!" He looked down towards his feet. "Absol try it you'll love it!"
The wolfen dog looked up his eyes narrowed some but with a snort he lowered his head and did as he was told. He took a lick. Like Roxas there was a pause... and then the dog ate at the ice cream like it was a life line making the blonde chuckle. "He likes it."
Sora stretched his legs out flexing the muscles though they weren't sore in the least. It hadn't been much of a work out for him. "Don't go too far now." He said to them all.
Staraptor circled before landed on a branch, resting her wings. Some berries were on the tree so she hopped closely to the nearest twigs and started to snap some off, eating the light food.
Skuntank looked around uneasily before trotting over to the oak tree, her tail coming back over to curl above her head defensively.
Arcanine and Jolteon as one stretched out and landed on the ground panting but slowly gaining their breath back. The spikes on Jolteon's back started to relax.
Luxray smacked his lips together and his eyes started to glow gold, looking to see if there was any water nearby. If there wasn't he could just go bug master for some.
Raichu's head raised, looking towards his rival noticing what the lion was doing. His eyes narrowed again at the challenge and his ears perked, listening closely.
At the same moment Raichu heard sloshing Luxray spotted the small stream not too far into the woods. The lion and the mouse suddenly made a sprint towards the forest and made quiet a racket as they charged through bushes both trying to get to the stream first. "Rai Rai chu!" "Luuux ray raaay!"
Sora looked up as he heard the noise as the two chased themseleves into the forest and smiled, rolling his eyes. Those two... they would never change. He wasn't worried about them, knowing they were going for water. With Luxray's vision, the lion could never get lost and Raichu's senses were forest-bound. They'd be fine. He had no idea what was lurking close by.
Glaceon sat in the room all alone as Haunter left, her expression annoyed. Good riddance! She needed a break from that annoying thing. She sighed and crawled back under the bed for a nap.
Aqua sighed as she took to the darkening streets, shoving her hands in her pockets as she walked. The air around was cooling as the sun left but it wasn't really uncomfortable. "Sometimes I wonder what the hell I'm doing..." She murmured softly.
She wondered if Ven ever had any doubts about the path they'd taken. About this life of crime thing. Sure it was great at the beginning. It was like a teenager breaking into rebellion at home - the problem was those feelings of exultation never stayed long. Not when you started to realize what you were doing and why it was wrong.
She sighed, shaking her head trying to dispel the thoughts. Maybe they'd never even get a chance to settle down before...
Before what? Where was this life leading them except around the world, risking their necks day in and day out. What were they hoping for? World fame? Money? Power? All they had was the boss who gave them a congratulations and a raise when they did good and half sentenced them to death when they did bad.
"He'll be okay." Terra reassured the saddened blond. He was glad she had taken a liking to his first Pokemon though - most everyone was scared of him.
After they were seated across from one another, Terra couldn't help but smile at her modesty. It was... cute. "Don't thank me for liking you."
He looked her over again this time with appraising eyes. "You look um..." He hesitated, unsure of which would would be appropriate. He was suddenly nervous, wiping his sweating hands discreetly on his pants. "N-Nice. Real nice."
She looked just as she, actually blushing at his simple comment, her sweet voice getting higher with her own anxiety. At that moment their waiter came, introducing herself and taking their drink orders before leaving them to decide on what to eat.
Venita was just starting to reach for her menu with shaking fingertips when Terra spoke up. "You know what would go great with that dress?"
She looked up, curious and predictably asked him what. Terra smiled some taking the familiar gem out of his pocket looking down at it. His mother said it would bring him good luck on his travels... and to never let it go because she wanted to see him come home safe and sound. But he wasn't superstitious at all so he knew disaster wasn't going to suddenly strike if he did what he was planning...
Besides if he wanted anyone to have luck, it was this young woman right in front of him.
"This," He murmured as he stood and cross to her side of the table, bending over and with care and ease fastened the necklace around her neck, moving her curls out of the way carefully. The light colored pendant fell delicately against her chest. "A beautiful gem for a beautiful girl."

Axel blinked a he looked up, seeing Roxas eying his ice cream. Not many people had had Sea-salt ice cream, the name itself making people look for another flavor. Axel, he always liked to try everything once. He was glad he did though. This had to be the best flavor he had ever tasted!
With a cock of his head, he could only smiled behind his ice cream as he saw more blush run over Roxas's face. He knew what the blonde was thinking. His mouth opened to just tell him that if he didn't like it, he could always eat it but before anything came out, the blonde had already taken a lick.
Axel couldn't help but chuckle as he saw the weird face... then the wide eyes. "Hahahaha! I'm glad!" He laughed as he started to lick and suck on the ice cream as well before his eyes lowered to see Absol. "Well, I'm glad you both like it, it's my absolute favorite!" He continued to eat at his ice cream until it came down to the stick and it was done. He threw it at the closest track barrel and got it in with a smile.
"Nine! Taaaaails!" The fox called as she looked up at her master with the empty cup in her mouth. "Haha, that was quicker than usual." Axel smiled as he took her cup, petting her head before tossing it as well. "It's been awhile huh?" "Tails!" She nodded with a smile. Axel glanced over at Roxas who was almost done as well as he shoved his hands in his pockets. "So, anything you wanna do?"
The purple ghost disappeared into the forest, about 15 feet away from the group. Only his sharp eyes could be seen in the growing darkness. He wouldn't be able to eat any of these Pokemon seeing that their master was close by... but he could SCARE them! That sounded like fun!
He disappeared from sight before a stick was throw out, hitting Sora right in the head. When he got everyone's attention, except for the two that had run off already, a pair of bright red eyes peered from the darkness of the woods. "Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaauuuuuuuuuuuuuu~~~" An eerie cry came out.
A sigh admitted at the outside of the stadium as a security guard walked around towards the front of the place, her ghost pokemon hovering next to her. "I still can't believe I screwed up so bad..." "Miiiiiiis....." "No... it really was my fault..." The silverette sighed as she walked passed the door to the entrance, her flashlight leading the way. "Miiiiiiiss......" The screech pokemon glanced at her master, the look of concern and sadness on her face.
The silverette stopped and sat down on the steps, sighing more. "Maybe I'm just not cut out to being a security officer." "Drevus!" The ghost floated down, wishing she could nuzzle her master to make her feel better.
Venita swallowed as she tried to hide her shyness from the muscular brunette. She kind of wished Haunter was here... to lighten everything up... but Terra broke the silence. She could feel her cheeks grow more and more red by the second as he spoke before giggling shyly. "T-thank you... You--"
She was cut off as the man wearing a nice suit came to their table. "Hello, my name is Jet and I'll be your waiter for the night." He smiled at the two before placing two menu's on the table. "Can I start you out with a drink?" Venita looked over, seeing Terra look at her as if he wanted her to order first. "O-oh..." She giggled before thinking. What the hell do girls drink?.... OH! "I'll just have water please." She said sweetly before Terra ordered a drink that she'd rather get.
When the spunky man left, Venita reached out, about to take a menu when she froze as Terra asked another question. Big blue eyes looked out from behind cute curls, her face sweet with that cute baby fat still left. "What?" She asked sweetly, innocence and curiosity behind her voice.
Her eyes widened when he took something from his pocket...making her swallow as he got closer. Those fingers on her neck made her shiver and then there was a soft weight on her chest. When he moved away and sat back down, the blonde could only look down, eyes widening more as she saw the gem. Her fingers delicately touched it, feeling the warm of it from being in Terra's pocket. "Oh Terra... you....I...." Tears started to form in her eyes. Terra thought it was from happiness but really...
He... really likes me.... no...he really likes....her.....
She blinked the tears away and looked over at Terra before smiling softly. "Thank you so much... it's beautiful..." She stood before leaning over the table, planting a soft kiss on his lips.

OOC: I think I would feel badly sleeping through the day on you if you didn't post this an hour and a half later to when I actually got up XDDDD Sorry though I figured I'd wake up on my own but I guess I'm finally getting over this sickness... or getting sick again I can't tell. Oh and I rescued a kitty after work!
Roxas blushed a little more but the enthusiastic smile on his face didn't lessen as he continued to eat the ice cream. Each taste made him realize something new like how the salty taste wasn't actually so bad, or how the blue was probably staining his tongue,or how easily the mixture melted on his tongue almost like cotton candy but still cold like snow.
Before he realized it he was almost done and Axel already was. He was beginning to wonder how Axel packed all that food away - he was so damn skinny!!
At the question though his eyes strayed towards the jungle gym, now almost completely absent of children and Pokemon as fathers and mothers dragged them away - and of course the ice cream run had dragged many kids away as well. "Well... there's something I know someone wants to do." He got a curious look from Axel before smiling shyly again - damn he thought he was over this! - before reaching for his Pokeball, the first on his belt.
He enlarged it and let it fly and then there was a flash of light. The red fox appeared, her eyes wide as she caught the familiar scents of the park. "Flaare!" She said as she caught sight of the play area running around in a circle excitedly but she got distracted in her turn when she saw Absol.
"Flare?" She trotted over, never remembering having seen the tough Pokemon so engrossed in anything since he joined the team. "Eon!" She bumped her nose against his head catching his attention.
Absol looked up his eyes narrowed at the interruption but when he realized who it was he sighed. He didn't hate the little fox - she was sort of hard to hate, as friendly as she was - but she was... tiring. That was the right word.
She was tilting her head at him, as if she didn't understand something then she leaned forward... and started licking him. Cleaning him to be more precise of the blue ice cream. Yep, hard to hate. "Flaaare!" The fox chirped, her eyes suddenly wide with happiness at the taste and he sighed again, nudging the cup with a paw. It got her attention instantly, seeing the small bit left and licked up the rest, tail swishing behind her happily at the coldness.
Roxas watched the scene curiously and smiled, patting Absol on the head for his small sacrifice. "Good boy." Absol would never really show it but the blond could tell from the way he sat that he was proud of himself.
"Flaaaare!" The fox was excitedly crying nudging a now empty cup until it tilted over on its side. She nuzzled her head at it hoping it'd be cold like ice but it was only slightly cool. She lifted her head from the ground and blinked as she realized the cup was gone. She had no idea it was on her head, held atop her little poof of fur.
She was hardly deterred as she raced around the trainers and Pokemon happily before she made a dash for the play set. The others followed at a more moderate pace, Roxas throwing his empty stick away as they passed a trash can. By the time they got there Flareon had already scaled a tilted ladder and was racing on her belly down a spiraled slide.
The brunette stood, stretching his arms high above his head, considering the pros and cons of doing his own little sprint around the trees when suddenly he was hit. "OW!" He cried in surprise and pain, rubbing his abused head. He heard something softly thump on the grass and looked down seeing the stick. "Who... threw that at me?" He asked no one in particular as he looking around.
Staraptor looked over curiously, a twig of berries in her mouth. Skuntank whined, looking concerned. Jolteon and Arcanine both looked over then around, growling furiously. Raichu paused in the race as his ears perked. Luxray did as well, finding the mouse' behavior odd and out of place.
And then it happened. The cry.
And everything broke to hell.
"STAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR!!!" Staraptor screeched as she saw the red gleam closest to her. Her wings spread and she took to the sky. "SKUUUUUN!" Skuntank screamed seconds later being the second closest. Instantly afraid a stream of some foul smelling substance shot from the tip of its tail, hitting a nearby tree. She jumped to her feet and ran towards her master. Raichu and Luxray didn't hesitate as they sprinted back towards the chaotic noises. Sora tried to stay in control of the situation. "Everyone calm down!!" Arcanine jumped to her feet and started to growl, instantly on alert. Jolteon jumped up as well, spikes sticking up as he ran to his left towards Sora to protect his master from the unseen danger... and collided into Arcanine. "ARRRRRROOOOOO!!!" Cried the dog in pain and she ran away from the fox and rushed past Sora, her right flank running into him on accident so he fell on his butt and nearly trampling Skuntank who sprayed again in defense. She missed Arcanine because the dog was fast... and accidentally hit Sora.
That was when Luxray and Raichu burst back into the cleaning.
Raichu looked around at everything for about three seconds and then, "Raaai CHUUUUU!" The mouse cried lightning brightening the dark area in orange light. Sora, Arcanine and Skuntank all cried in pain but Arcanine stopped running shaking her head and Skuntank slumped to the ground dazed. Jolteon, who had been laying where he hit the tiger dog, dazed, came back to full attention. As the attack fizzled out he ran over towards Sora who was laying on the ground, twitching and smelling none too pretty.
Luxray was luckily behind the mouse and his eyes glowed gold as he turned towards the forest. He saw through the trees until he saw the filmy shape of something devious. A ghost Pokemon. "Raaaay!" He snarled and second shot of electricity, this time blue, was thrown through the trees.
Aqua didn't know where she was going as she walked so she was surprised when she found her feet taking her towards the stadium. she chuckled bitterly, wondering if her inner subconscious wanted her to turn herself in. She sighed, deciding to amuse herself as she continued.
She was surprised when she did come close at the noise she heard. "Drevus!" Her eyebrows furrowed in curiosity, the cry familiar but she couldn't remember why. She went towards the noise, wondering if some random Pokemon was hurt -
and then gasped sharply as the front steps came into view and a woman she recognized instantly was sitting on the steps. It was hard to forget the silver-haired guard who had nearly caught herself and Ven only a few nights before. Did her subconscious know about this?
The noise drew the attention of the lady and the Pokemon and they looked up, meeting her gaze. Shit! Aqua snapped at herself, trying to rearrange her face into one of concern. It was surprisingly easy. She looked so down...
"Are you okay?" Aqua asked tentatively, hoping neither of them would recognize her. She HAD been hidden behind a mask.
Terra smiled as he wandered back over to his side of the table and looked at her face, seeing how shocked and emotional she had gotten over the simple act. He didn't feel like he had done much of anything at all.
The kiss surprised him though - she really was more forward than she let on - but smiled and returned the pressure, his thumb skimming softly against her cheek in a soothing way. It was a pleasant thrill, kissing her. It sent happy sparks down his spine and made his stomach warm.
He would have continued but a soft cough broke them apart and made them looked to their left... at their waiter, Jet. The two blushed some modestly, and Venita quickly sat back down as their drinks were set down. The other asked softly if they were ready to order even though he knew the answer - he was just being polite. Terra wondered if he'd still be so polite if they started doing something more naughty right on the table...
"Uh just a few minutes if you could." Terra mumbled, his cheeks warm. What was with him? He had never in his life been this forward before - and he'd certainly never kissed a girl he hardly knew. The blush slowly started to fade as the waiter left and he chuckled, looking towards Venita. He was about to say something that went along with his previous gutter thoughts, but remembered he was with a lady. Damn, this was another thing he regretted by Venita not being a boy...
"Maybe we should look at our choices." He said with a soft smile.

Axel couldn't help but laugh, shaking his head as he watched her cute antics. "You're lucky you got her..." He said softly, watching her race towards the playground. Not that he didn't love his Vaporeon but... she seemed like a lot of fun as Vaporeon's self esteem wasn't all that great. Axel had tried so hard telling him that just because he wasn't a fire Pokemon didn't mean he didn't love him any less.
When he got Vulpix, the Eevee became antisocial and each time he caught a fire type, the Vaporeon would become more and more quiet until he stopped talking completely.
It was... a real shame...
He shook his head, trying to clear his thoughts as Roxas was walking towards the playground. Axel followed, Ninetails at his side. When they arrived, Axel slowly walked to the swings and sat down on one, his long legs would never let him swing very well. Ninetails laid down on the outside of the sandy area, wrapping her tails around her as she took a deep sigh.
"Hmm... I winder what's up with Ninetails. She likes to play too...."
The scene going on in front of the ghost made his hands lower, pulling back the scary eyes he had made. He only blinked a few times before.... laughing hysterically. He held his stomach as he continued to laugh, tears running down his face. If he wasn't made out of gas, he would of exploded from laughter.
"Haun?" He stopped, hearing a sizzle and quickly disappeared as a shot of electricity came wising by. He reappeared again... only to start laughing once more before slowly floating out of the darkness. His large body, narrow eyes, sharp fangs and large, scary claws made some of the Pokemon tremble.
"HAUNTER!" He houled... before laughing at some of their shivering. He blinked though as he heard the trainer. Something to the point as 'Hey! Knock it off!' His eyes lowered as he looked sad. He was only having some fun. "Haun, haun..." With a blink though, his eyes zeroed in on the trainer and... realized it was his master's brother!
"That's... you new companion Pokemon?" The brunette tilted his head when the three brothers got together after a year. "Yep! He'd preeeeeetty cool, huh?" "Haun Haun Haun~~" The ghost laughed happily. "Y-yea... I guess... he's kind....neat." Roxas gulped.
"Haunter?" The haunter scratched his head before glancing around at the Pokemon still on their toes, ready for the brunette's order. That was when... he saw something yellow and... "HAUN!" He, much like Houdoom when he saw Ninetails for the first time and now Delcatty, had hearts in his eyes and his tongue stuck out as he cupped his claws together.
He was looking straight at Jolteon.
There was a fear from something nearby...and a red necklace started to glow. Red eyes glanced over, seeing where this fear was coming from. "Miiiiis..." She caught the sight of of a blue haired woman coming down the path right towards them.
The silverette blinked as she heard the voice, jerking and shining the flashlight out into the dark to see who was there before standing. She coughed and tried to look tough and important... even if she was just a poor excuse of a security guard...
"O-oh... no... I'm fine...." She looked down, her flashlight lowering. The ghost next to her however narrowed her eyes as the woman walked closer. That fear felt... familiar...
The girl giggled behind her cute curls as she looked up at the waiter, cheeks flushed brightly. She nodded as he left and blinked before taking her menu. Her eyes widened at all the food choices, all of them sounded soooooooo good. So much better than that all-you-can-eat-place!
"Mmmmmmmm, they all look so yummy!" She giggled before pointing at one. "Sukiyaki... that looks so good but I don't know if I could eat it all..." She said shyly. I can fucking DEVOUR that! "Why don't you pick something for me? I'm up to anything!" She giggled.

Roxas chuckled softly as well, a fond smile spreading as he heard Axel's statement. "Yeah she's one of a kind." He hurried after his red fox, hoping she didn't get herself into trouble. She had that habit being so playful. He sometimes couldn't control her as well as his other Pokemon and sometimes she would need reminders in the midst of battles to keep her focus.
At least all he had to worry about right now was her getting her head stuck in-between something. He chuckled as Flareon landed in the sand at the bottom of the slide before she was jumping up again, running for the ladder once more. He glanced over at Axel when he took a seat on the swings, and followed suit sitting next to him.
Absol followed after Ninetails, laying down beside her. He made a soft noise of comfort, nudging her ear. The blond looked over at the fox curiously, frowning some. "I dunno she doesn't seem sick or anything... maybe she's tired." They didn't get much longer to contemplate things however when a certain fox cut in. "Eon!" Cried Flareon as she ran from the slide over to Axel. She sat down in front of him, looking at him imploringly.
Roxas blinked, looking at his fox. "Uh... she wants something from you." He got a confused glance from Axel and shrugged his shoulders. "I dunno what." Flareon's ears twitched before she jumped up into Axel's lap. "Eon!!" She sniffed the Pokeballs at his belt, before tapping the one furthest to the right on his belt. It smelt like water and beach sand - that had to be her brother!
"Jolt Jolt!" Jolteon cried with concern. Sora groaned opening his eyes before sitting up slowly, holding his head. Couldn't Raichu of held back, even a LITTLE? "I'm okay..." He said to reassure his fox, smiling some, though his nose wrinkled some as he caught the smell around him. Ugh, oh yeah...
Luxray frowned when his target disappeared and he tilted his head. "Ray?"
That's when Haunter reappeared making everyone look towards the large, scary form as it howled. "STAAAAR!" Staraptor cried from the sky where she was circling above the others. "Skuuun!" Skuntank whined before turning and running up onto Sora's lap, tears falling from her eyes as she covered her head with her paws. Even Raichu and Arcanine shivered at the sight started to back away. Luxray however growled even more, trying to make his own face frightening. Sora stared at it before groaning in recognition - a ghost Pokemon and a Haunter no less. No wonder - they loved playing tricks on people. Beside him Jolteon snarled in fury, electric sparks running across his body. He frowned before looking around at his Pokemon, seeing their terror and his eyes narrowed at the ghost. "Hey! Knock it off!" The ghost did stop at least but he didn't leave. His Pokemon all calmed down at his call and most of them started to look tough again, ready to attack at a moment's notice.
However... none of them expected when the ghost grew hearts.
The brunette blinked slowly, then followed his line of sight. "Errr... Jolteon I think it's got a thing for you." "Jol?!" The fox looked at the trainer than back at Haunter. His eyes narrowed and and he sat down, looking away with a disinterested scoff. Sora laughed, petting the skunk in his lap trying to calm her lest she spray again. It was going to be hard enough cleaning himself as it was! Ugh... Axel and Roxas were gonna hate him. Like mud, than like lightning now he smelt like skunk.
Aqua bit her lip, considering just letting it go and walking away but... but she couldn't. She didn't know why... why suddenly her feet were taking her forward. Why her lips were opening and she was saying softly. "You don't seem fine hon."
Why did she CARE? Anybody in a five mile radius would say she was a heartless bitch. Fuck Ven thought she was cold and she was nice to him! Okay well not really.
She glanced at the Pokemon ghost that was giving her a wary look - luckily those things didn't have senses of smell. She walked up the steps and carefully sat down next to the silver-haired woman as if she was afraid anything less would give her away. "Whats on your mind?"
Terra was looking down at the menu as well, licking his lips as he saw the choices. Fancy and a little expensive but worth it. It was a good selections and his mouth was watering at the choices alone.
His eyes caught two dishes he wanted - yes two. Yakisoba and Domburi. Mmmm perfect.
He looked up though when Venita commented. He blinked though and he smiled uncertainly when she asked for him to order for her. "Ummm..." What if he didn't pick something she'd like? Well if Sukiyaki was too much...
He looked down at the menu, his eyes skimming the choices. "Um... how about... Kare Raisu? If uh... you like curry? Or uh Soba if you'd prefer?" He looked at her, seeing her hungry gaze. "Or... both?"

Axel glanced at Ninetails, seeing that even with Absol's nudge she only yipped slightly. It wasn't like her... and he had no idea why she'd be tired. He hadn't used her in any battle lately. "Maybe I should bring her to the center to make sure she's---"
He blinked though when he was interrupted by the sound of the Flareon rushing over to them. At least that made Ninetails pick up her head for a moment. "Huh? What is it girl?" He asked before glancing at Roxas, wondering if he'd know. It seemed that he didn't.
"Whaaaa!" His eyes widened as she jumped onto his lap and started to paw at his belt. Red hair shifted as he looked down, seeing what ball she was padding at. "Oh... Vaporeon?" Of course... she hadn't seen her brother. It still found it weird that Sora and Roxas had the Eevee's from the contest.... it was...like they were suppose to meet.
He took the ball and pressed the button, making it larger before tossing it out, feeling the fire fox jump off after it. A light shown and the water pokemon appeared. Vaporeon. Black eyes looked around but they became dull and sad as he curled his tail around his feet, looking off towards the stream.
Haunter's eyes grew big as he saw the rejection, his face becoming extremely sad looking. "Haun haun!" He cried, floating all around the electric fox but every time he was able to face the other, Jolteon would just look away. "HAUNTER!" He sobbed more, waterfalls coming from his eyes from the constant rejection.
With that, he covered her eyes with his claws and flew back into the forest, crying and sobbing.
The silverette blinked as the woman didn't... continue on her way... but instead, walked over to her. She looked down again, ashamed to even tell someone what had happened that night... but... maybe it wasn't a bad thing. Even if this woman reported her... she could get fired... instead of having to quit.
With a sigh, she let the flashlight swing between her fingers. Misdreavus floated closer to her, looking at the blue haired woman over her master's shoulders. "Well... you see... the night of sign ups, I was doing my run. A ghost happened to mess up on our security so we all needed to it and then someone reported a Skitty on the loose and... I went to go look for it instead of the ghost.
"Miiiiiiissss" "My Misdreavus doesn't like other ghost, you see?" With another sigh she continued. "But she got a sighting for something else, a room where we keep all our important files and data. Well... I opened the door... and saw what I thought was a hurt Glaceon but my Misdreavus warned me to stay away. Then she found two... people in the back. I was going to stop them but... the Glaceon used an ice attack on me, freezing me to a wall. The people escaped... and... it's all my fault..." She looked down, some silver hair falling over her face.
"Dreavus...." The ghost grew sad again as she looked at her master.
Venita smiled at his offers... her mouth opening as it started to water. It wasn't very...lady like to....drool. Her blue eyes widened before she grabbed an napkin, blushing more. "Oh no! I'm so sorry!" She dabbed her mouth from the drool before blushing more and giving him a cute smile.
FUCK, I'm starving but I can't eat much because cute girls have to watch their fucking figure...
Soba was messy... and he could already see what that would be like...
"THHS SHIS SHOO GOOOOD! OM NOM NOM" Noodle hung out of the cute girl's mouth as she was shoving it in there with a pair of chopsticks, sauce all over her face.
"Kare Raisu sounds perfect!"

"Ah..." Roxas chuckled as Vaporeon appeared, understanding easily. Flareon loved to greet her family.
"Flare!" The red fox chirped happily As Axel throw the ball jumping from his lap and running after it like it was a toy. However she didn't reach it before it hit the ground and out popped a beautiful mermaid-like fox.
"Flaaare!" The fox greeted as she stopped nearby but blinked curiously as the other looked around and suddenly appeared sad. "Eeeeon..." The other whined, ears falling. Her head tilted to the side considering pouncing on the other fox but she knew from experience that wasn't the best way to cheer others up. Well except her master who didn't have the heart to get mad at her no matter how down he was.
She sat down, following the others gaze and saw the stream. she stared for a long while trying to make the connection - then suddenly she remembered her brother was no longer an Eevee but a water type. "Flare!" She jumped up all smiles again. This was an easy fix. "Flare flare!" She chirped biting on one of the webbed ears and tugged. The other made a noise of complaint and hardly budged, tugging his ear away.
Flareon's eyes narrowed a little and almost appeared to be pouting. "Eon!" She shoved at her brother until he fell over before she nudged under his side to force him to stand. She trotted behind him and nudged at his behind, forcing him to walk towards the stream.
Jolteon made a low throaty growl as the ghost came close and each time he tried to get a better look he looked away, angry and uninterested. "Jol!" He snapped at his crying, unmoved.
Sora watched quietly and then couldn't help but smile sadly as Haunter grew depressed and ran for the forest, his cries echoing around them. "Ahhh you made it feel bad." He said to his stuck up fox. He knew Jolteon was only being mean cause Haunter had scared his friends. "Sorry Haunter!!" He called to the forest, before he sighed and stood reaching for a Pokeball. "Let's call it a night everyone!"
After making sure everyone was alright he recalled them one by one, except for Jolteon, and sighed heading back with the other. The fox however was keeping his distance, nose wrinkled. "Ugh... I guess I need a tomato bath." He sighed. Luckily since he caught his little skunk of a Pokemon he was always prepared.
Aqua blinked in surprise as the other actually... told her. At the story she frowned some, obviously already knowing it well but...
She had never actually heard the aftermath story from one of her victims before. How many other people had she affected this way? Broke their confidence?
She bit her lip as the story came to an end and she held back a sigh of sadness. She reached up, placing a hand delicately on the woman's shoulder making her look up. It was hard but she pulled a smile on her face, hoping it was one of comfort and reassurance. She didn't know she hadn't... smiled in a while. Really smiled not that stupid evil smirk she always had when she bestest someone.
"Hey don't beat yourself up over it... you're really brave. Just because things didn't work out the way you planned doesn't mean you failed or it's your fault. Sometimes... things just go wrong and you can't stop that from happening. I'm sure you and Misdreavus did the best you could and that's all anyone should ever ask of you."
Terra tried not to laugh when she drooled, finding it... odd and out of place. She must be hungry. He smiled though at her choice and nodded. "Alright then. Then you're ready to order?"
She gave him a soft, chirpy yes and he smiled raising his hand and waving down their waiter. For some reason it made her laugh.
After they had placed their orders, there wasn't much for them to do except wait for the food to come. "Soooo...." Terra started and hesitated again. Damn he was hoping his small talk skills had improved. "Are you... excited about tomorrow?" There was a false of something in her eyes that made him think 'Fuck no!!' but then that smile was back and she was all giggles and shy blushes and chirpy voices. "Nervous...?" He tried to fish out, trying to place the emotion he had seen before.

Axel frowned as he saw his depressed Pokemon. He had brought him to clinics and even gave him some pampering treatment... but still the water Pokemon continued to stay silent. He was always so happy as an Eevee...
"Vaaa..." The mermaid pokemon pulled his ear away as he felt it being chewed on. He would of hit it with some water... if the thing bothering him wasn't his....sister.
He stayed put, no matter what until he was pushed onto his side. "Eon!" He growled before getting up and walking a few feet away... only to keep walking as his butt was nudged. His fish-like tail tried to swat his sister bit it was no use as she dodged it playfully. With a growl, he slowly inched towards the water.
"I wonder what they're doing..." Axel said as he watched in curiosity.
The silverette blinked as she felt a hand on her shoulder and couldn't help but look up. "Thanks but... trying to do my best isn't doing what your job title states. They said this was going to be a tough job... and I...I said no problem...." "Dreavus..." The ghost frowned as she continued to hover close. "I'm sure robbers in the future will have even more powerful Pokemon with them... how am I suppose to stop that? I mean... Team Rocket, Magma, Aqua... they're so cruel and brutal... what if I bump into them? I don't want my pokemon to get hurt... or captured or even worse...."
Venita smiled as Jet came over and they ordered their food. She reached for her drink, taking a sip before blinking. Oh right... no flavor... ew.... Her eyes picked up though as Terra started to talk. "Tomorrow...?" She looked down and frowned slightly. Besides getting that stupid... purple whale and...disappearing forever....
She could only giggle and shake her thoughts from her head before looking up and smiling. "Well, I'm really nervous! I mean, this is the first contest I ever entered and I'm just so far away from home. I have no idea what I should do if I win... I know what I can do if I lose though! Congratulate the cutest girl! I'm sure my papa will be happy no matter if I come home with or without an award. My trainer, well, that might be a different case." She giggled and nodded as Terra put in his two cents.
"Yea...very nervous. I don't know what I could possibly do with that cute, shiny Laprus. I just hope my Mookie-Pookie bear won't get too jealous!" She giggled as the two continued to talk sparingly, the blush on their cheeks speaking more for them before two plates were put in front of each. "Yay!" She giggled as she took her chopsticks, looking over the steam of her food. "I just want to....thank you again for....asking me to be your company, Terra..."

Roxas was watching as well, and his eyes narrowed slowly at their destination and then he sighed. "Oh no..." He breathed. But what was the point in stopping her?
He couldn't help but compare Flareon to Sora. Both were always so happy and childish but also empathic and caring to others, both human and Pokemon's, emotions. She always wanted to fix another when they were down. That meant Absol of course was like Ven, tough and rude but protective and strong. He always wanted to stand and fight when another was hurt. Having them by his side made it easier to be away from his real twins.
Flareon stubbornly kept pushing her brother along until they were at the stream's edge. Why was he being so difficult? He'd been so happy the first time they met again! She moved to stand beside him and barked at the other but the other stubbornly refused to get in. Her ears dropped in confusion at first but then realized something. Axel smelt very strongly... of ash and flame and knew the other was a fire-type trainer. It was probably hard... being the only odd type out. She sometimes felt the same, not having another fire friend and almost all other Pokemon being normal-types. But Vaporeon was special because of that!
He obviously didn't see it that way. Maybe he was trying to be tough and like a fire type, pretending to dislike water. "Flare flare!!" Well if he thought all fire types hated water he had another thing coming!
Then Flareon jumped. There was a splash. Ninetails looked up in panic and Axel jumped from his seat, but Roxas only sighed and Absol rolled his eyes. "Don't worry she's fine." Roxas reassured.
The fire Pokemon's head emerged from the water and she laughed a barking laugh, coming to the water's edge. "Eon!" She shook her head, droplets raining to softly land on Vaporeon.
Aqua took her hand away as the other continued on her smile falling quickly. She sighed some, unsure of how to respond exactly. It reminded her of... Glaceon and how bad the ice fox had felt after hurting this woman. At the time Aqua had only snapped at her and bitched for her to get over it. But it reminded her even more now... that there was no such thing as a bad Pokemon - just bad people.
And she was definitely a bad person. "Well then... maybe you should. Quit I mean." The woman looked up quietly, looking surprised. She smiled faintly. "I... was the inspector for this conference." She nodded behind herself towards the building for emphasis. "I studied all the Pokemon that went through to the battlefields... and then I stay to see how they do. Each time a Pokemon gets seriously hurt I sometimes feel like it's my fault. That I didn't give them enough attention to detail when they were in my hand before letting them go."
She looked away towards the forest. "And then sometimes... things just go wrong no matter what you did to stop it. Like that battle with the Jolteon and Metagross. Or that robbery that night. Things happen that we can't control or stop, we can only stand in the aftermath and wonder what we could of done better."
She looked over into woman's red eyes. "But some things are still in our hands. Just like a trainer has that decision to raise the white flag before a disaster occurs, you have the chance to decide... when enough is too much. I don't blame you for being scared of the Teams... some of them are plain murderous. Sure a lot of people will always say 'I can just get stronger - I can beat the odds' but sometimes that isn't enough." She grimaced as if remembering something horrible. "And there's no shame... in giving in if you think it would be the right thing to do. Not only for yourself but for your companions as well. Protecting those closest to you should always be a first priority."
Terra smiled some at her words but he couldn't help but feel that wasn't what was really bothering her. He let it pass because he wasn't sure how to get it out of her delicately enough that she;d answer truthfully. He shook his head and moved to another topic.
After some more small talk though, their food came. Terra licked his lips hungrily down at his plate looking like a Mightyena about to attack as he snatched his own chopsticks. He was quickly brought back into reality by her voice though and he looked up. His cheeks darkened and he remembered to be a gentleman. "Oh... Well I like your company." He told her plainly. "So it was my pleasure to ask." he grinned as he lifted his chopsticks. "Let's eat!"

Axel's eyes widened when he suddenly saw the Flareon jump into the water. "HEY!" He shot up, knowing that she could get really hurt. Ninetails jumped at her master's call and looked over, seeing a huge sizzle where fire met water. "NINEEEE!! TAILS NINE!" She cried as well before getting up... but the two fire types stopped when they heard Roxas.
"What? You mean... she's ok...to swim?" He asked as he glanced back at Roxas before back at the stream.
"VAPOREON!" The jet stream pokemon called in fear as his little sister dove in. "EON! VAAAAAAAAAAAP!" He was about to jump in after her when... she popped back up. Black eyes widened as he looked down at her...and a soft smile appeared. "Vaporeon!" He cried before jumping over her and splashing into the water.
A huge smile ran over Axel's face as he saw the act and Vaporeon... acting like he use to.
The silverette blinked as she heard the words of the other. "Y-yea... I guess you're right..." She smiled and looked up into those blue eyes. "Maybe... maybe I should look for a job were my pokemon are more safe... like being a night crew worker for the park. That's only...small crimes... that my pokemon can help without the worry of getting hurt."
She stood suddenly and smiled back down at the woman. "Thanks. I feel much better now. I hope that... you keep doing a great job at making sure all the pokemon are fit."
Venita blushed even more, looking down slightly before looking back up. Was something like this so....easy to do. To fall in... "Let's eat!" Those big blue eyes blinked and the girl giggled. "Y-yea!" She took her chopsticks and started to dig in. "Mmmmmmmm~~~♥

Roxas smiled softly and nodded to Axel's shocked question. "Just as well as she's okay to jump into giant snowdrifts." He laughed softly. "I think I obtained the weirdest and most unique fire type Pokemon in the world." He glanced back towards the stream, seeing Vaporeon instantly jumping in the water to join his sibling, Flareon perking up happily. "She loved the beach back home as an Eevee... the love just stuck with her."
Sometimes though he couldn't help but think there was another cause... her love of snow and water, her enjoyment of thunderstorms and the moon, her willingness to lie in the sun or scale trees... he was pretty sure all of it was her reaching. Reaching for her siblings. He had no doubt in his mind she was, like him, probably the youngest or near youngest of the seven, the baby the rest of her siblings adored and protected of while she kept their spirits up with her playful nature and willingness to compromise.
He understood that... because the first year apart from his siblings was hard for him too and sometimes it still bothered him, like he felt two halves of his soul had been cut, like seven fingers and toes had been sliced from him... and the only time he got them back was when he was with his brothers. He wondered what it was like to be split six ways...
"Flaaare!" The fox chirped watching her brother take to the water with skill and grace not many could match. This was where he belonged no matter how much he tried to deny it. The fox grinned, swishing her paws after the other in a doggy paddle that kicked up water in little splashes behind her but it was obvious Vaporeon could swim circles around her.
Of course she knew she couldn't stay in the water forever like Vaporeon could. The water cooled the flames in her chest and cooled her body little by little - that was why fights with water Pokemon were harmful because it lowered her body temperature. But she had a tolerance for it after years of practice, that she could still play for just a little while - an hour at most. Even if she wasn't fast.
Aqua blinked in surprise, a little stunned at how cheerful the woman suddenly was. Well not cheerful just... more hopeful. Had she really... done that? Was she really capable of making another person feel that way?
She blushed but smiled and stood slowly as well, murmuring softly, "I'll do my best." She actually made someone feel better - she couldn't stop the feeling in her gut, warm and tingly with excitement at this new revelation, this new accomplishment that didn't include hurting someone by taking something away or causing pain, from exploding in her. If she hadn't had years of practice at acting as a Team Rocket operative, she was afraid that she could of burst into song and dance like a badly planned musical.
And abruptly she remembered something important. She needed to know the name of this person that she had helped, she needed to remember there was still... hope for her. Hope for after. After... after she didn't know...
"Hey um... I didn't even introduce myself." She said laughing embarrassedly as if it were an unforgivable oversight of manners. She held out her hand towards the other. "Name's," She hesitated for just a second before smiling, "Hikari."
She didn't want to lie... but she had to. She had to protect herself. And Ven. And their Pokemon. They came first.
Terra chuckled softly as he heard her happy compliments as she ate, glad he had chosen something she liked. He dug into his own meal trying his best to control himself and to not eat like a ravenous Aerodactyl. But he had skipped lunch to battle and then see her perform and his breakfast had been light, nothing but berries and other fruits he found from the trees in the area. So he was fucking STARVING.
It was hard to control himself but he did, using his napkin for once instead of his shirt sleeves or the back of his hand and being mindful of not eating too fast or making too much noise so she didn't give him looks like he was some unmannered cretin.
They didn't talk much, Venita surprisingly as engrossed in her food as he was and it wasn't like he couldn't guess why. Those trainers probably worked the girls to death with few breaks and even scarcer food - for some reason or another, girls were obsessed that no to little food equaled a good an perfect body. Which wasn't true...
Or maybe he just liked his woman more filled out. It would be a shame when Venita's face thinned out. It was cute slightly pudgy.
Before they knew it, they were done hardly any pieces left on their plates. Terra was staring at a little mini menu left on the end of the table that had some sweet things listed on it. Now that his appetite was sated it was easier to act calm. "Mmm... my favorite food in the world is on the dessert list."
He got a curious look. He smiled before showing her the list, finger hovering over the name. It was a blueberry muffin set on a plate and 'delicately' surrounded by half cut strawberries dressed in sugar, raspberries, and more blueberries. It came with a small bowl of whipped cream to dip the fruit in, a delicacy from the Kanto region. He grinned, eyebrows lifting in obvious enthusiasm. "Got room for dessert?"

"Vaporeon!" The mermaid like dog popped his head from the water, some of it sprinkling in the air. He glanced over, seeing his fire sister trying to paddle over to him before he started to circle around her with ease. "Vapore!" He called again before he too started to push on her butt to make her swim faster... and oddly enough, it was to the shore.
He bumped her butt so she got a boost to get out and smiled up at her from below. When she seemed sad, he only yipped happily before dipping back into the water and resurfaced moments later. He then pulled his head back and shot out some water from his mouth, making it rain over the little fox for her to play in.
He knew it was bad for her to stay in the water... having traveled with fire types... but he knew a little sprinkle and mist wouldn't hurt her much.
A large smile ran over Axel's face as he saw his water type smiling once more. He really had a great smile... and seeing it again made the fire trainer feel more confident.
The silverette blinked as she saw the embarrassed look on the other woman's face but smiled. She took the hand offered and gave it a firm shake and a nod. "Well, it's nice to meet you Hikari. I'm Fujin but everyone calls me Fuu and this is Missy, my Misdreavus." The ghost glanced at this so called Hikari, floating close to her master again. "Miiiiiiiiisss....."
Their hands were let go and Fuu looked around slightly. "Well, I should get back to patrolling. I hope we bump into each other again." With another smile, she waved and slowly started to head around the building once more.
GOD THIS MEAL WAS AWESOME. And what made it better was that it was... FREE! It was hard for him and Aqua to get any meals... seeing that they didn't have any money. They would be getting their salary when they returned to headquarters for the Pokemon they brought back but... their boss was expecting them to STEAL food and money as well on their mission.
Being a grunt really...sucked some times... and he didn't know if he wanted to get any higher in rank anymore.
When he was finished... he was still kind of hungry. Would it be unlady like if he asked for second? Maybe thirds? Girls gotta grow too! A dab of the napkin made his lips dry from the goodness before she placed it back onto her lap. With curious... and hopeful eyes, she watched Terra reach for the dessert menu.
When it was showed to her, she leaned in and smiled. "Mmmm, that really does look delicious!" She agreed cutely before nodding. "Of course! Sweets are so yummy, especially when you can share it with someone~~♥

"Flare?" The fox asked, looking around as Vaporeon actually DID swim circles around her and she panted a little trying to catch up. She blinked however when her brother nudged at her and pushed her throw the water. "eon!" She laughed finding this fun, gliding through the water.
However she was saddened when she found where her brother took her and pouted getting thrown out of the water. She trotted to the stream edge and turned to look down at him, ears low. "Eee...." She whined.
Her sadness didn't last long when the other used a water attack and it suddenly started to rain around her as if she was under the stream of a shower or sprinkler. "Flaaare!" The red fox perked up, running around in the stream.
Roxas laughed softly from where he watched shaking his head and murmuring softly. "What are we going to do?" He caught the fire-trainers attention. The blond looked up at him, smiling sadly now as he motioned towards Ninetails and Absol who were cuddling together on the grass, then towards Flareon and Vaporeon at the stream having fun playing together. After the competiion was over they'd all go their own ways... How... could he split either of them up? Absol was in love and Flareon was happier than ever...
Would... would he and Axel have to make a trade, so their Pokemon could stay together? Trade... Ninetails and Flareon... or Absol and Vaporeon? He swallowed hard, the prospect almost impossible to him. He knew Axel would take care of either Absol or Flareon - he was good with rescued Pokemon and Flareon would fit right in his fire Pokemon collection... and he was fairly confidant he could watch over ninetails or Vaporeon if it came to that but...
But saying goodbye to one of his longtime companions... Flareon his first Poke-friend and Absol his survivor...
How could he make that choice?
Aqua couldn't help but smile at the names, filing them both away in a place she wouldn't forget. Her happy memories. "It's nice to meet you both." She said softly as their hands let go. At the others statement she nodded slowly sand smiled. "Me too... Fuu." She chuckled the two sharing one more glass before the glass... and then the darkness was between them.
Aqua sighed but it was a happy noise and she turned and walked down the steps and back towards the hotel. It didn't take her long to get there and when she took a glance around she found it empty. No Haunter - most likely ran off to get food. Ven wasn;t back from his date but...
"Glaceon?" Aqua called softly. There was a long pause as she shut the door, waiting for an answer. After a little longer a head popped out from under the bed, the sleepy fox yawning. "Gla?" She wiggled from underneath the bed and stretched out.
Aqua smiled walking over and picking up the fox and laying out on the bed. The fox blinked at her trainers peculiar behavior. a hand started to run along her coarse and icy fur. "Gla?" The bluette just grinned and said. "There's hope for us yet."
Terra laughed softly at her words but his cheeks felt warm so he knew he was blushing. His toes curled in his shoes as his legs started to feel rubbery. He was glad he wasn't standing - that would of been embarrassing. It was the girls who were supposed to get weak-kneed over the guy! "Y-Yeah I guess you're right..."
They hurried ordered the dessert when their waiter passed and, thankfully, it did not take long for it to get back at them. Terra looked his lips his eyes wide as the muffin surrounded by fruit was set before them. He could smell the blueberries and bread mixture, telling him it was still warm. It made his mouth water.
Terra grabbed his butter knife, carefully cutting the muffin in half and smiling at Venita. "Better eat it while it's still warm." He grinned as he picked up his half and nearly ate it whole much to the girl's surprise.
In Layman's terms he finished way faster than the other, watching her as she took delicate bites of the muffin, savoring it like it was her last meal. He chuckled, eating some of the fruit more slowly. Venita finished not too long after, seeming sad it was gone, before suddenly a half-strawberry tipped with some whipped cream was held up to her lips. She looked up at the brunette who was offering it to her. He grinned. "It's good."

Axel blinked as the blonde next to him on the swing spoke and glanced his way. "Huh?" He asked softly before following Roxas's motion, looking at Absol and Ninetails....then at Flareon and Vaporeon. He understood the question now.
With a sigh, his own eyes became sad. It was the first time Vaporeon smiled in awhile... and Ninetails never got this close to another Pokemon before, even if she was always kind to any that she met.
He remembered a long time ago that he had met another fire trainer... a girl, and they kinda flirted and hung out after their battle. He had one and she wanted some tips. Her Cyndaquil and his Eevee had become really good friends but... the girl and Axel had to continue their journey and since they were from different towns, they were going in almost the other direction.
Both he and his Eevee were pretty miserable for a few days...but it got better after awhile. He was now older...and so weren't his Pokemon. He couldn't just do that again. Sure he was their trainer... but as a trainer, he had to recognize the feelings of his Pokemon as well. That was what made him a great Pokemon Rescuer.
That was when the idea snapped into his head and he could only smile. "Well, that's a simple answer. We'll just travel together." He looked at Roxas and nodded.
Venita giggled as Terra placed the order for the muffin and the waiter was off. Before their next conversation got too deep though, the hot muffin and delicious looking fruit was served. "Oh! It looks so yummy!" She clapped happily as she bounced in her seat.
Her eyes widened as she watched the knife carefully... and her piece was ready. "Thank you~~~♥" She took it gently before pulling off pieces one by one. Ven had noticed that girls usually ate things like this. The fuck if he knew why. Each piece he took off was popped into his mouth, feeling the muffin melt in his mouth. Oh god.... so....good
It was gone though, making the girl pout a bit. She was still a little hungry... but this would have to do until she got back to her hotel room. Her eyes widened though as a whipped creamed strawberry was only inches from her mouth. Blue eyes looked passed them at Terra, a dreamy look in them before she gently leaned in at bit it all the way down until it reached his fingertips.
She giggled as she chewed it and took a strawberry delicately, dipping it and swirling it until when she pulled it out, it had a prefect swirl at the end. She smiled dreamily at Terra as she rose the strawberry to his mouth.

He sighed kicking his legs just slightly, the swing he was on swaying slightly as he waited for Axel's answer. The red head was older than him, maybe he had more experience with this type of thing. It wasn't just bad that he'd possibly be losing one Pokemon... but two.
He'd make that sacrifice of course if it was necessary... he'd do anything for his Pokemon but...
He shut his blue eyes trying to compose himself. no reason to get emotional yet...
"Well, that's a simple answer." Roxas opened his eyes and looked up waiting for the inevitable option of trading.
"We'll just travel together."
"Yeah I thought you'd say- wait WHAT?!" Roxas yelped as he jumped to his feet his eyes wide. He took a few steps back. "T-Travahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!" The blonde grinned as his legs got tangled into the swing behind him and he went tumbling backwards. With a grunt he landed on his back in the so and, a small cloud of dust rising while his legs remained aloft atop the swing. He coughed some, before he turned his eyes to the wide green at his less than graceful performance. "Travel together?"
Terra smiled softly as he watched her take the berry right after his hand, her face almost euphoric. He brought his fingers back, licking some at the sticky sweet juice that was on them before watching her closely as she took another.
His eyes widened a fraction when she held it towards him though. He smiled deviously, his tongue swiping out to curl around the fruit, brushing her fingertips teasingly before he brought the berry back to his mouth chewing and swallowing. He noticed how her eyes had dilated.
"Mmm... tastes good." He grinned as he took her hand that was still outstretched and trembling a little, brushing his lips along her fingertips, then her palm, her knuckles the inside of her wrist. Soft little kisses she barely felt.
He looked up towards her eyes, feeling himself gravitate towards those beautiful blues. He lent over the table and pressed his lips against hers.
