Riiiiiing......Riiiiiiiiing........Riiiiiiiiiiiing........
"Come on...." He whispered before the ringing stopped and he swallowed. Then he heard the familiar voice on the other end... one he had thought he wouldn't hear for awhile.

At first... he didn't know what to say... but the more he thought about it, more and more water filled his eyes. "T-terra..." He choked before closing his eyes. "P-please come here...."


As Terra was on the other end, someone dodged under him and sped down the stairs. The short boy blinked as he turned the corner and smiled. "AWESOME!" He raced and got into a seat before looking at his plate and then up at Ida and Zack. "Merry Christmas!"


Sirocco smiled as he pulled out some funny desk objects. "Santa must know I get bored at work sometimes." He laughed before pulling out some chocolates.

After the stockings... it was time for presents. Sora ripped through his in the matter of minutes, not giving any chance for surprises. Sirocco opened his as well, a mix between Roxas's carefulness and Sora's excitement. He got a few sweaters, a scarf and some nice fishing things. Oh... and of course some of his favorite nuts and treats.

"Here Roxas..." Sirocco handed Roxas his last gift and smiled. It was a long box that was slightly heavy. "It's your big one for the year."
He watched the boy open it. Inside were two books. Both being advanced scoreboards for flute... and next to them... was a red velvet case that said 'Roxas' on it.
"Go ahead."

Roxas opened the case to reveal something shiny inside. A Jupiter 711RBSO Silver Flute. It was made of solid silver and handcrafted.

Ven's presents were in the corner, waiting to be opened... along with one last one for Sora and Roxas.
Before Sora could jump onto his last one, the door bell rang. "Ah, they're here. And DON'T open that one Sora!"
Sirocco got up and walked to the door, opening it and smiling at the silverettes outside.

"Merry Christmas!" They called before Carina came in with some gifts. She placed them down, Roxas and Sora finding theirs quickly. She handed one to Bryna and gave her a sweet kiss on the cheek.
Sirocco smiled before looking back and blinking seeing Riku hold... a pretty large box. "Need some help?"
"N-nope."
The silverette slowly walked in and placed the box on the floor next to the fireplace.

On the name tag... it said 'For Sora'.

Terra waited with bated breath for an answer, barely noticing Braig as he sped past him - if he had he would of cloths-lined the little sucker, just for the fun of it.

Then again it was Christmas, maybe a noogie would of sufficed.

He nibbled on his lip nervously and then his eyes widened some as he heard the voice on the other end finally speak, one that he felt he hadn't heard in ages. And all he had for him... was a shaky plea. To... go there...
"Ven..." He murmured softly. He bit on his lip, a hesitation falling between them... and then, "Okay I'll be there soon."


Zack grinned as Braig came running in - gosh the kid was so small it was hard to imagine he was even IN high school. "Merry Christmas cuz!"
Hatori was, of course, being his old lazy-ass self. His philosophy was: "If I don't have to get up early, don't fucking make me."
And where was Terra?! He got him up a whole ten minutes ago!!


Sora was excited as he tugged out candy and little gifts from his stocking - a watch he seriously needed, a few gift cards to various places, some colorful socks and some chapstick.
Roxas got similar candies and such, but instead of socks he got gloves and instead of a watch he had a wallet.
Bryna meanwhile got some fancy looking stockings and some pairs of earrings and a few novels, lipstick, and of course some candies as well.

Then came the bigger gifts all leading up to the biggest. Roxas and Sora got one together - a calender for their room. For Sora he also found some books, some more clothes in the style he liked, music sheets for the harp, and other such things.
Roxas meanwhile got a new helmet and knee pads for his skateboard (he wouldn't wait for spring to come!), some polish for his flute, blank music notebooks, and plenty of classical CDs. And of course, the gift that took his breath away - his new flute.
Bryna got lots of jewelry, some slippers, a new robe and dishtowels.

Thank your and loving hugs were just beginning to go around - at least for Roxas - Sora was still dutifully searching and half-squealed when he found one more for him. He was just reaching out to grab it when the doorbell rang and his father warned him away. He pouted but did as he was told, getting up to greet the Mizushimas...

and take his gift the second he saw it. He was just ripping off the paper when he noticed Riku coming in with a HUGE box. he hesitated, his mind whirling with curiosity - what could possibly be in there? - before finished opening the gift in his hand, giving Carina a brillant smile and a thank you before his eyes darted back to the big box.

Bryna was smiling secretively as she was given the kiss, hugging her friend and bestowing one back. "Merry Christmas Carina~" She grinned when her eldest son chirped his thank yous out, before his incessant need to open his ebst friend's gift overcame him and he went running.

"Is it really for me?!" She could hear him excitedly saying, staring down at the tag before looking at Riku for confirmation. It had to be something big!
When Sora got the nod he turned back to the box and opened it up - and a soft bark along with one of the happiest squeals she had ever heard her son emit echoed in the living room.
"I can't believe it!!"

Ven shook slightly as he got the answer and slowly hung up the phone. He looked down at the cold tile that was stinging his feet.
"Ventus?"
He looked back at his nurse, tears rolling down his cheek.
The nurse only smiled as she walked over to him. "Come on... let's get back to your room." She wrapped an arm around his shoulders and she led him back down the hallway.

He was silent... which worried his nurse a bit. His good color was slowly fading back to his pale. What had happened? Wasn't... he suppose to be happy?


Braig smiled as he looked over at Zack. How come he was so much nicer than Terra!? Speaking of---
"TERRA! HONEY, ARE COMING DOWN!? YOU'RE FOOD WILL GET COLD!" Ida called from her seat and sighed, looking at Zack. "You don't think he went back to sleep...do you?"


"HAHAHAHAHAHA!!" Riku laughed and shook his head. "Man... I can't believe a wig fooled you! Maybe it's a good think you're so oblivious." It was true... it was Riku all along who had bought the puppy from his friend that day... and all he had to do was wear a wig and change his voice a bit.

"You should of seen the look on your face..." He smiled softly. "You looked so sad."
He smiled more as he pet the collie that was in Sora's arms once again. This time... she was all his.
"Ut..." He blinked when he felt something and laughed, reaching down into his side pocket and pulling out his snake. "Looks like Coquette wants to say Merry Christmas too!"

Sirocco blinked when he heard the bark... and slowly turned around to see a border collie pup in Sora's arms. "A... a dog....?" He slowly looked over at Bryna and Carina... giving them a look saying 'You know about this!?'

"I took his blanket AND his pillow, he better not be!" Zack laughed.

Terra listened the the other end go dead and he slowly pulled the phone away from his ear, staring down at it blankly. a yell from downstairs broke him from his trance and he snapped shut his phone taking the rest of the stairs and JUMPING over the last four, landing at the foot of them with a loud thump making all three turn around, at first taking it as a sign that Terra was in a good Christmas mood if he was jumping off of stairs - but from the troubled look he wore they knew they were wrong.

"Zack I need the keys to the car." The male said as he came into the kitchen, stuffing his cell back into his pocket.
"Wha? You forget to go shopping or something?" Zack teased as he reached for his keys.
Terra glared weakly before snatching them out of his hand. "No I've... got to go visit someone..." He said before turning around, slipping on his shoes that he had left by the door because they had been wet from snow. They were still damp, but he wasn't patient enough to go get his socks.
"W-What about gifts?!"
"Start without me! I'll be back soon!" The door was open and the teen took off for the drive.
"H-Hey!!"


Roxas looked over excitedly, when he heard the barking. Now sure, he hadn't helped Sora one bit in the begging process because he was CERTAIN it wouldn't happen but... No. Way! They had a DOG!!!

Sora laughed as he took the puppy out of the box, getting licked all over. "But then... then who came in and bought her?!" He looked up at Riku - only to get laughed at. He stuck out his tongue, grinning. "I should of known... no one else has those eyes! You jerk!!" He laughed as he got another lick to the cheek by the hyper puppy. She obviously recognized Sora quite well.

He buried his face into the dogs flank, the grin on his face uncontainable. After all, he had just been given his big gift - and it was the best he'd ever had. He looked up though when he heard his friend and smiled at the sight of the snake. Because he was distracted Roxas took full advantage of snatching the little pup out if his arms and bringing it close to pet it as well, a secret smile on his face.

Sora smiled, not minding it too much. His brother had a soft spot for animals just like he did, though he knew that Roxas was more of a cat lover while Sora was definitely a dog lover. His hands now free he reached out, running his fingers along the snake's soft scales before standing and bringing Riku into a hug, feeling arm wrap around him in return. "Thank you sooooo much Riku I love you!" He said with a wide grin and then he laughed squirming ticklishly as Coquette became adventurous and started to slither from Riku's fingers onto Sora's collar. Thankfully Riku snatched her away before she started to try and crawl UNDER the brunette's shirt.

"So what is her name gonna be?" Roxas asked.
"Halo." Sora said without a pause. He had thought about this months ago.
"Halo...?"
"Uh huh, look." He went back to his brother's side, running his fingers stop the puppy's head, before pointing something out. "See?" The face of the dog was mostly black, except for the white muzzle. But there was a thin ring top the dog's head that went across the forehead horizontally and disappeared around the ears. The circle didn't complete on the other side of anything, and it was so thin it was almost impossible to spot if one didn't look closely.
Roxas looked at it and smiled too.
"I wonder if we can take her to go meet Ven..." Sora hummed thoughtfully.

Bryna looked at Sirocco, smiling guiltily and shrugging helplessly. Sora's begging and pleading had gotten to her and when Carina called with the idea... she went for it. Sora was by far responsible and caring enough to take care of it.
"Ah honey, I couldn't help it. Look at how happy he is." Bryna smiled. "Besides, he DID paint us a lovely landscape."
Ah yes the gift Sora had made for them in the painting class. It had been a beautiful treat for them to open. It was mostly blue skies with fluffy white clouds... and dotted with hot air balloons. The background had several large blue-colored mountains, most with snow on their tops. Though it was obviously the work of an amateur... it meant more to her than any famous man could ever hope to recreate. Sora's painting where full of only innocent love.

Ven walked down the halls with his nurse before going to his room. she closed the door behind him, leaving him to the tons of flowers. These flowers would be lonely... with just him.
He walked through the path, his hands reaching out to his sides so that the pedals could brush on his fingertips gently as he went to his bed.

He got in and under the warm covers before laying down. He knew when he got out of this place... he was so going to walk everywhere.
A sigh came from him though, looking out the window. He wondered... how his family was doing.

Ida blinked as she watched Terra rush out the door. Someone to see...
She just leaned back and smiled before eating some of her pancakes.


Riku blinked as he was pulled into the hug but smiled, wrapping his arms around the other. "Merry Christmas~~~" He smiled as his face was tickled by the brunette's hair. He blinked though when he felt Coquette snake around Sora's collar and pulled away, taking her with him. 'Hah, I gave you quite a fitting name~" He kissed her before looking at Roxas.

Halo huh? He smiled at the name. It really suited her.

Carina giggled and nodded. "Sorry, Sir~~ I couldn't help it."
Sirocco only sighed in defeat. It wasn't like he could take it back. The silverette smiled as she looked at Carina. "How about some breakfast, dear? Let's go out for a change, my treat!"

[Reno]

Terra cursed as he rushed out the door, the cold air wrapping around him instantly. He glanced back towards the house, considering going back for his coat. "Ah fuck it." He grumbled, before turning and running for the car.

Minutes later he was racing down the street towards Neverland, going a little over the speed limit in an attempt to warm the engine faster as he shivered all over. The minute it hit the midway point, he turned on the heater but didn't lessen his speed one bit.

Lucky for him the cops were in short supply and the roads were fairly clear. He made it the the psyche ward without any trouble and shut off the engine, jumping from the now warm car back into the cold. He locked the door and ran for the doors glad for the creator of central heating as he rushed in and stopped at the receptionist's table. "Ven Holani!"
She looked up in surprise, a little frightened at his appearance. Maybe he was not well either - his clothes were rumpled and obvious had not been washed, his hair was an untamed mess, and he wasn't wearing a coat even though it was freezing outside. "I'm s-sorry visiting hours."
"FUCK visiting hours! I want to see him!"
"S-sir I can't -"
"Yeah you fucking can just call and nurse and have her open the damn door!"
"B-But-"
"Come on damn it it's Christmas!"
"I'm well aware of that but-"

Terra growled about to interrupt again when a nurse came by who blinked in surprise. 'Oh you!' She exclaimed. It was just his luck - not only did the nurse recognize him from last night, she was Ven's nurse too. Terra explained his plight and she smiled, all too happy to bend the rules a little to let him see his friend. After all it WAS Christmas.

Minutes later that steel door was once again opening for him and the nurse was announcing to Ven he had a visitor... and there he was, standing uncomfortably in the room full of flowers... and looking hesitantly towards Ven. "You called...?"


Sora released Halo, letting her explore her new home. Her tail was wagging excitedly as she sniffed at the tree and looked into the fireplace and headed for the kitchen... wait the kitchen?
"H-Hey Halo wait up!" Sora laughed chasing after her. Didn't need any puppy disasters on her first dad did they? Roxas and Riku both laughed following after, wanting to watch the curious pair.

Bryna smiled softly at the offer. Truthfully all she wanted to do was drive straight to the hospital and see her by - but visiting hours weren't for awhile yet and she knew better then to start the day with an empty stomach. "It sounds like a good idea to me."

The steel door opened, making blue eyes snap to it. His nurse could be seen over the many flowers as she smiled. "You have a visitor."
That... seemed unlikely. He knew visiting hours didn't start until 12 on holidays. Not even Ter---

His eyes widened as Terra slowly walked in, looking... nervous as all hell. The door was closed and he could see his nurse walk back down the hall. They were alone... well.... if you forget about the three cameras that was.
"Terra...."

He suddenly sprang out of bed and rushed through the small path. His arms opened wide as he wrapped them around the brunette. His chubby cheeked face buried itself into the muscular build as his fingers tightened around the brunette hair. "Terra...." He whimpered softly as he felt warm arms wrap around him.

"I...I realized something when I.... when I woke up..." He choked. "I realized.... that I didn't love Zack.... but.... I.... loved you..." Tears ran down his cheek that soaked into Terra's shirt. "I was too... fucking shy to tell you how I felt... s-so I went out wi-with your brother... just so I could get closer to you somehow and... that was a fucking stupid idea, I know!" He choked before his fingers tightened even more. "Things just got so messed up... so out of hand I just.... I just didn't.... I just didn't know...." He sobbed soft, spilling out his heart to his best friend.

After a few minutes, the tears slowly started to stop.
The pain in his heart... was slowly lifting. That urge to cut.... leaving. For the first time in his life... he realized that talking and just... crying could lift that pain he felt so many times.

Slowly he pulled away and looked up at Terra. "I... don't want to be fucking stupid anymore, Terra...." He slowly got onto his tippy toes and placed his chapped lips onto the other's.


Riku started to laugh when he saw the puppy head to the kitchen. "So it begins!" He looked at Roxas and nodded before chasing after Sora and Halo.

Sirocco shook his head but smiled. "I hope their eggnog has some alcohol in it." He joked before looking in the kitchen and seeing the boys chasing the puppy. "Alright... I hope someone got a collar and leash for her... because we're going out for breakfast and right after that, we're going to see Ven. Get your clothes on and grab your last presents so you can all open them together."

[Reno]

When he heard his name he looked at the other, confused and conflicted - but to his amazement and shock... Ven jumped out of that bed and came running right into him.

The blonde was light but it still surprised him enough to make him falter some. "V-Ven..." He mumbled, startled as hands came around his neck, curling into his dirty hair. Slowly he circled his own around the other, sighing happily as he brought the other nearer, enjoying the warmth. In all that time they had been sneaking around behind Zack's back, simple touches and expressions of affection like these... well they just didn't exist. He wasn't allowed to show the other he cared, was shot down when he tried...

"I.... loved you..." Terra's eyes opened and was a tad ashamed when he felt his heartbeat speeding up in excitement and his gut bubbling with joy even as the other talked between his sobs. Did he really...?

"Ven..." He murmured softly, running his fingers through the other's hair, soothing him but saying nothing as he processed the information his friend had just shared. For as fucked up as it sounded, it wasn't unbelievable. But... but did Ven really love him? Or was he just confused again? Would these feelings change like they had with Zack - would Ven get curious again and... and go find someone else?

He looked down as the other pulled away, still teary but no longer crying and then... he leaned up and gave him a kiss and Terra felt his knees shake as he melted on the inside. Something about the tentative sweetness behind it, something that spoke beyond their previous rough, lust-filled tongue battles.... that bit of affection, that show of silent love... it was almost too much. The guilt and the shame and the self-loathing that had settled in his heart was starting to calm and fade, though still there it wasn't as all-consuming as it had been, nothing compared to this insane happiness overtaking him.

And Terra couldn't believe it as he shut his eyes and started to kiss back... when warm tears started to run down his face. He broke away hesitantly seeing the concerned look on the blonde's face a hand running over his wet cheeks. "Don't be worried, I'm happy." He whispered reaching up to catch Ven's hands in his own.
"Ven... I've...." He hesitated for a moment. "I've never felt as strongly for anyone I've met... as I have for you. Fuck I've liked you for nearly two years now - Aqua used to tease me about it all the damn time; a junior liking a freshman is kinda strange I suppose. I'm not sure... when I went from crushing over you to loving you... but I do remember how jealous I was when Zack got to have you and you used to say how happy you were with him and I was just so... so ANGRY I... I lost my chance... and when I got the chance to do something with you, I took it... selfishly."

There was a pause, and then Terra looked up into those glossy blue eyes, "I love you Ventus Holani."

He blushed a little shutting his eyes and shaking his head. "But... can you really love me Ven...?" He whispered painfully soft, "Can you forgive me... for what I've done?" He kissed along the other's hands softly, bestowing little pecks across the knuckles, sweet kisses across fingertips... and finally brushing his lips across the bandages around each arm, so light the other probably didn't even feel it. Loving affection and horribly apologetic, just like he had been after their second time. "I caused these. I might not of been holding the weapon but I drove you here. I knew you cut, I didn't search for help. I knew what I was doing with you was hurting you, I didn't stop. If I hadn't of been selfish... if I had kept control and never touched you... you would of never felt like that... you would have never done this. And I... I don't even know if I could ever... ever make you as happy as he did..."


Halo was an adventurous little pup - but no one could blame her. After having spent so long in a pen big places were probably very interesting to her. The puppy slipped and slided all over the tiled floor seemingly having a lot of fun as she dodged the teens grasps. A game of chase!
"Okay dad!" The twins chorused realizing they were both still in their PJs. Roxas left for the stairs as did Sora, clicking his tongue to catch Halo's attention.
The puppy's head tilted at the interesting but familar sound and she bounded after Sora tail wagging happily. She paused at the stairs then jumped to the next one.
"Ahh how cute! She can climb stairs!!"
"Sora you're such a dork." Roxas laughed.
"Oh you just don't want to admit it's cute!"

Halo followed Sora all the way up, sneaking into the boys' room as they got dressed, exploring the small yet clean space with a happy demeanor. Shortly after the boys got dressed came back downstairs and found out that no, Halo did not have a leash. She did have puppy food though and that was more important.

Sora settled with using a length of rope for the time being - he'd be working tomorrow so he could buy all the essentials then. After picking up the three gifts and placing them in the trunk - all three identical in shape, size and weight and only varying by name and wrapping paper - the two families headed out for breakfast.

The blonde slowly pulled away from the kiss, feeling the flesh pull from his chapped lips. The blue eyes looked up once again... and saw tears. Ventus blinked and bit his lip before he reached up and wiped them away. "T--"
"Don't be worried, I'm happy."
Ven smiled slightly but blinked when he felt a hand on his cheek. They stayed bright and true as he looked up at Terra when he started to speak more.

Unfortunately... it was hard for Ven to take in all this sweetness. He was a rebel in every shape and form. He liked trashing, defying authority and dressing as if the hideousness could KILL someone. He played rough and vulgar music loudly, flipped strangers off and... cut himself.

He didn't know... how anyone but his family could love him.
He was still shocked that his family DID still love him.

He did realize... that Zack loved him... and that... he was playing him because he lost the reason why he was just dating him.
"I go out with Zack for a few days... just to see what Terra's like."
What ever happened to that?
A few dates became a side ordainment for almost a year, making out and oral sex.
It wasn't suppose to be like that...

Zack was a sweet guy...
Maybe... two sweet.... for someone like him...

And Terra... was even sweeter. No, Terra was this wolf-like being with the heart of a teddy bear... while Zack was just a teddy bear with a tick.

Ven blinked and gasped a bit when he felt the sweet touches... and....
"Terra.... No...." He looked down and sighed, feeling the kisses stop. "This isn't your fault. And don't think it is either." He looked up and nodded softly. "It's all mine... and the blame can only go through me. I picked up that razor... I picked up those wires and everything. I wasn't suppose to go this far.... but I had to do something to stop myself. I played Zack, I played you... I was becoming a horrible person."

He sighed again before shaking his head. "and my cutting... well...I could of sought out help for myself... but now... I promised my brothers I wouldn't cut anymore... and my nurse said she was going to find me a nice psychologist. I just want to put my life back together instead of let it spiral out of control again. I didn't die the first time... or the second.... I've gotten two extra tries to live... so... I'm going to give it all I'm worth."

He pulled away from Terra before taking one of his hands in both of his. "And... one thing I need to straighten out too is.... being with the person I wanted to be with originally. But... If I'm going to build back my life... I'm going to need him to be strong... and hungry... because I can't eat all those pancakes by myself." He chuckled before giving Terra a bright smile.


With full tummies, the Holani and Mizushima family walked into a large lobby. It was quiet and a bit cold even as the sterile environment welcomed them. The six figures walked towards the security doors and easily got checked. Watches, belts and anything medal were put in a basket and through a machine as each person walked through the doors.

"A puppy?" One of the officers smiled as he leaned down and pet her as they walked through the frame.
The presents were scanned and handed back to the boys before the security team all nodded. "You're all good to go. Merry Christmas."

Sirocco all led them to the elevator and they crammed all in, going to the second floor. They walked out and down the hall, going to the receptionist. "We're here to see Ventus Holani."
"Alright, his door is already open seeing that he already has a visitor."
Sirocco blinked and looked back at his wife. Another visitor? He smiled though and led everyone down a familiar hallway all the way to the end. The steel door read 231.


"Hehe..." The blonde smiled as he put the last piece of pancakes on the fork and fed it to Terra as they sat on the bed. He was about to reach for the milk when he heard a click and looked back, seeing his father slowly open the door.
"Dad?" He blinked when he saw not just his father.... but his mother and brothers and Carina, Riku and......... a puppy!?

[Reno]

Terra blinked as the other responded back staring at him silently. How did he know Ven would blame himself too? Heh, they were going to have problems with this...

He let it go for now - he was sure, later in their relationship, they would come back to this time of their life because this is where it all started and no one should ever, ever forget their beginnings or you would never see why it was worthwhile to head towards the end.

He blinked and his mouth watered the second the word 'pancakes' came into the conversation and his stomach rumbled a little bit. He grinned. "Well then I guess you're lucky I ran off so fast I didn't gobble down any food!"

He grinned and suddenly swooped in, wrapping an arm around Ven's back, another around his knees, effortlessly lifting him up bridal style. Swept him off his feet like a true night. "You owe me a hell of a breakfast!"He walked the few steps back to the bed, depositing Ven onto the bed before climbing in with him. Mmm, syrupy goodness.


Sora gave a cheerful smiled to the officer. "Mmmhm!" He knew that yellow collar would make her noticeable (of course, just being a puppy made her noticeable too) Halo wagged her tail, loving the attention. Not only had she gotten the love of everyone they passed, but people kept feeding her these wonderful tasty greasy things that came in little crunchy strips.

Pretty soon the two families were headed towards a familiar room - it hadn't changed all week after all - but to their shock and amazement it HAD changed... at least inside.

Lets just say there was more color and the sweet smell of blossoms then was... normal.

"Wow!" Bryna exclaimed, catching sight of the flowers. "What happened in one night?!"
Terra looked at the two families, not exactly surprised to see them - what he WAS surprised to see was the little... fluffy.... puppy....

"Ve-EN!" Sora started to chirp when suddenly Halo tugged at her leash and dragged the brunette inside (and consequently between his parents). Halo was just SO excited to see all the plants she started to sniff at each and every one trying to get in between them... or bite them. "Halo!!"

Ven's eyes widened as he saw the border collie pup fly into the room and... snipping at his flowers!
"Hey!" He cried before jumping out of bed and rushing to the pup and his brother. He leaned down and with an easy swipe, the puppy was up in his bandaged arms. He laughed as he got tons of kisses.

"Is she...hehehehe..... yours?" He asked Sora when his mouth was free from the pup's tongue.

Sirocco walked in, minding the flowers and noting Terra. "Where did all these flowers come from?"

The border collie wagged her tail as she was lifted, her eyes sparkling. More attention! Just what a deprived puppy always needs!She licked him happily, easily catching his scent. He smelt just like the other one that looked just like him! Course all the two-leggeds looked rather like each other...

"Uh huh!" Sora said with a wide grin. "Her name's Halo~ Riku gave her to me-" He sent an accusing but playful glare back towards his best friend. "After making me think i had lost her foreeeeeever the meanie!" He grinned before looking back at his brother. "Isn't she adorable?!"

Terra looked over at Sirocco and smirked. "Just think of them as... donations from the Aerith's Flowers Fund."

"I don't know where we're going to put all ourselves!" Bryna chuckled as she looked around. Other than the path and the bed there was no free space!

"Tch, well we better find somewhere. These aren't gonna open themselves!" Said poor Roxas who was unfortunately carrying all three of the gifts and could barely see over the top into the meadow of a room. He could certainty smell it though. It was wet soil and an insane mixture flowery sorts of a scents...

Ventus smiled as he leaned towards Sora more, whispering through Halo's fur. "Did he give you a kiss too...?" He grinned as he saw Sora blush before hearing Roxas's cry for help pretty much. He slowly watched his feet (seeing that they were rather big) before walking back to the bed. He placed Halo on the bed to have her sniff Terra before getting up there as well.

Riku smiled as he took a box... which happened to be Sora's as the family walked in carefully.

Sora blinked at the question his cheeks reddening quickly and a shy smile running across his face. He wished! But he'd stick with all the little kisses his darling little pup could give him~

He tilted his head curiously and smiled though, following after his brother. Was it just him or was Ven... happier? Of course, if he got a room full of flowers he might defy gravity like his hair and start bouncing off walls.

And why would Terra - big, tough, mean Terra - give Ven a roomful of flowers unless he.................. oooooooooooooooh!

Sora grinned as he got on the bed with the two secret lovebirds making sure to give them their 'cuddle space' which of course didn't look like cuddle space cause their parents couldn't know it was. Naturally he didn't know what happened to Zack - though he was certain the slashing episodes were 'cause of him somehow - and how it came to this but hey Ven would tell him if he thought it was important right?

Terra blinked as the puppy Ven and then Sora were all suddenly on the bed. The curious pup was sniffing at the the tip of his fingers, probably catching hint of syrup before the warm tongue ran over his hand. He grinned reaching out and picking up the puppy and placing it in his lap, petting it. Of course if he had a love for wolves naturally he'd have a soft spot for dogs as well.


It was a tight fit for them all, and even Roxas and Riku jumped on the bed in hopes of making room for the adults but there wasn't a place to sit anymore. The bed, amazingly, held up under all their weight too.
The three presents were distributed among the three teens. All of them were not unfamiliar to this. They knew whatever was inside would have something that related to them all but was almost exactly alike.

Sora tapped on the box, looking at his parents intently, waiting for them to say 'Ok, GO!"

Ven smiled as he watched Halo lick at Terra's fingers... and away she went onto his lap. That was when the bed dipped even more and Roxas was sitting next to him. He had much more color to his skin than Ven did himself. There was another way to tell between the two... at least for now.

Then another dip could be heard, the bed groaning a bit from Riku's weight... and only because of that muscle.
The silverette smiled as he handed the present to Sora and saw the glow the brunette had in his eyes.

Ven smiled as Roxas gave him his, seeing the shiny paper with little air guitars on it. He smiled as he touched the paper. He... wouldn't of made it to Christmas if he...

"Alright boys... now these are special gifts... so be careful when you open them." He looked down at Sora and smiled. "Go ahead and open them."

Ven smiled as he turned it around, much like Roxas and started to pull all the tape off it while he heard Sora rip through his. When he got it off, he crumbled it into a ball and placed it next to him before opening the tape to the white box.
The three brothers gave each other a glance before slowly opening the top and then the tissue paper.

"Whoa..." Ventus reached down and picked up a black hoodie. On the breast was silver thread that wrote out 'Ventus'. The inside of the hood had black and white checkers and some fur lining.
"Turn them around." Sirocco add as they saw the wonder in the boys faces.
Ven turned his to see a silver design... the same as his necklace. under it, there was more silver threading that spelled out 'Passion'.
