well, a he heard a lot of the boys in the locker room joke about Larxene. Called her the monster on PMS 24/7. Even though he was TERRIFIED of Larx, he found those jabs really ruthless and mean...

But he couldn't help a small, devious though that maybe they were RIGHT. "I-I-I-I..." He stuttered, shaking all over.

Suddenly, his savior was at his side. He squirmed out of Larxene's grip, standing/hiding behind Axel, looking around him to see the pissed off look overtaking the blonde woman's face. "Maybe we should run." Demyx stage-whispered.


Roxas frowned as he watched Aqua talk to Terra. Zack... how bad did he take it? Obviously, from Ven's reaction, not well on his end. The relationship... was obviously over.

But neither on Terra's as well. He frowned feeling a bit guilty - but he didn't think the advice he had given was incorrect. Zack deserved to know. Even if it destroyed the relationship - a secret like that was not healthy to keep. Ven proved that over the past two weeks when his behavior was all... awkward.

He sighed, shaking his head. hopefully at least Terra would find a way to make amends with his elder brother. And it would take awhile, but Ven will eventually be at peace with what he had done and be able to move on. He didn't doubt that they could - they were strong... they'd be okay.

Or at least.... he thought so.


Sora gave his red-haired friend a bit of a glare, watching her trail off. What did she know about having brothers - twins at that?

He sighed, shaking his head when Riku spoke up. RIKU understood, and he was an only child! Weren't girls supposed to be more sensitive, not guys?

He frowned clasping his hands in front of him nervously. "I think it has to do with Zack." He glanced up at Riku. "You remember report card day? Well, at our house, our dad and mom expect us all to get good grades or we get punished. Usually grounded. For Ven, if he doesn't get good grades he can't see Zack. At all. He got incredibly moody and threw a tantrum in his room."

He looked down. "I mean I know I don't know a lot about relationships, but I'm pretty sure you don't overreact when you can't see Kairi and I know Roxas hasn't since he was grounded as well for uh fighting so much and can't see Olette as much anymore. But Ven..." He frowned more as he looked up at his best friend, his eyes full of worry.

"Well... I think he might be a tad co-dependent. He can't seem to survive without Zack, and he always reacts extremely whenever he is away from him for long periods of time. And I know that's not... not healthy. I just I worry that... they might of gotten into a HUGE fight... or maybe they even... even broke up. I don't really know - Roxas does but he won't tell me. All I know was whatever happened was bad and... and it makes me worry about Ven cause he's not always well... you know mentally stable. I just... don't want him to do something stupid."

Axel frowned as he looked up at her, her looking up at him and both glaring at each other. The red head crossed his arms and was about to get into a tiffy with her when he remembered hearing a rumor about Roxas standing up to her.... with being kind.

Ew.....he could like....never do that... but....
He looked back at Roxas, noting that he was still looking in the seniors direction.
"Look, he just bumped into you by accident, don't get your undies in a bunch, Larxene. He didn't mean to."

The blonde growled as she grabbed the disc and shoved it back into Axel's hand. "There." She suddenly pointed her finger in Axel's face though. "But if you're stupid pet does it again, I won't be so...."

The room was suddenly blared with the sound of a siren, making everyone jump and started, some quickly covering their ears.

This is an announcement. There is a CODE BLUE in session. Please do not leave the classroom until it is over. Thank you.

Olette winced before the alarm turned off and everyone got their stuff together. ALRIGHT! EXTENDED GYM TIME FOR EVERYONE!
The girl frowned as she looked over at her friends. A code blue? They hadn't had one of those in awhile. She wondered if it was a kid who was having an asthma attack. If it was a fight, she was sure she would of heard about it by now. Talk about fights spread like wild fire... that's why everyone knew Roxas and Hayner so well.

Little did she know, it was something far worse.


Riku nodded as he listened. "Well, knowing Ven... maybe he just wanted to.... well...fit in with the college kids? I mean... he's the most independent besides clinging onto Zack. Maybe it even got a bit worse being in a relationship with a college student. And besides... he's a 'bad boy' and 'bad boys' are always obsessed with one thing or another."
He rubbed his hair and smiled. "Don't tell Ven this, but he's obviously the girl in the relationship. And seeing that neither me nor Roxas are a girl, maybe Olette and Kairi are the same way?"

He patted his friend on the shoulder and smiled more. "I'm sure everything will be---"

A sudden siren blasted out, making all the kids stop eating and complained.

This is an announcement. There is a CODE BLUE in session. Please do not leave the classroom until it is over. Thank you.

"A code blue...?"
"I just... don't want him to do something stupid."
A sickening feeling ran down his body and slowly looked at Sora. Sora... looked the same way.


Blue eyes continued to stare down at nothing. No life in the once sparking blue.

He started to breath heavy, feeling the walls of the stalls slowly closing in on him.
Everything... his future just....just gone....

"NO! NO, ZACK, NO!"
The blonde wrapped his arms around the muscular one, pulling him back before Zack could sign anything. "Please don't go!" His eyes were dark with worry and sadness as some tears started to form. The three men around him stared at him, one, Angeal, didn't look all to impressed. The other, one that was already in a military outfit was watching in concern.

There was dead silence before the blonde shook his head. "Don't go... if you go... and die..... it...it's all going to be my fault! I love you, Zack! Don't go!" Tears started to run down his eyes as he buried his face into Zack's arm.
The one in the uniform smiled lightly and shook his head. "Zack... maybe you should wait..."
The black haired college student looked up. "Seph..."
The silverette just nodded and smiled. "Angeal and I will watch your seat for you."

"Nnnn..." He winced in pain as he sat down on the toilet seat, his body shaking.

"I... I'm sorry Zack.... I..." The car was parked in front of the blonde's house, Zack having to drive him home from the recruitment office. He sighed and shook his head. "I....I love you and---" He was cut off as he felt a gentle hand on his chin, making him look over and up and... their lips pressed together.

Ven's eyes fluttered as he soaked in his first kiss, his eyes fluttering. They slowly pulled away, blue eyes looking into each other. "Zack...."

"Zack....." He whimpered as he reached into his pocket, slowly pulling out a familiar box cutter.
His hands were shaking violently as he pulled up his sleeve, revealing very knew cuts in his inner arm.

Some outcome of cutting is for the cutter to prevent suicide.

"Do you.... ever think we'll get married?" The blonde looked over as he laid in bed with the older. "Married?" Zack looked up, his eyes as bright as usual. "Hmmmm..... don't you think you're a bit too young to get married?"
"Is that a yes or no?"
"Hahahaha, you're always so straight forward!" Zack smiled as he turned, wrapping his arms around the blonde and pulling him into a warm snuggle.
"I hope so Ven... someday. As long as we stay like this... a marriage will happen in no time"

The razor shook violently over the pale wrist before it pushed through the skin, blood appearing instantly. Instead of those shitty movies that go across.... he went down, cutting open the vein all the way down. Tears dripped into the blood that was now coming out quickly. He grabbed the box cutter in the other hand... and started to do his other arm as he continued to shake violently.

The box cutter dropped onto the floor as his blue eyes just stared down blankly at his bleeding wrist.
Slowly his head started to cloud and his body started to shut down.
"Will you...swear on your life.... that no one will cry.... at my...."

The limp body fell onto the floor as the bathroom door opened.


"Dodododo~~" A freshmen yawned as he walked into the bathroom. Man, he had to go since first period!
He walked to a urinal, happy that no one else was there. He did his business as quickly as possible. As he shook his junk, he looked at the flood, seeing if he maybe did scuff his shoes... but there was more than just a scuff on his shoes...there was....

"Blood?"
The boy fixed himself up before looking over, seeing that there was a....trail?
He walked over to the stalls and swallowed before kneeling down and... saw a body on the floor. "AAAAAAAAAAAAH!!" He cried before suddenly shooting out of the bathroom. "911! 911! SOMEONE HELP!" The boy cried as his ponytail flew behind him. He rushed into the nurse's office and panted as he saw the nurse at her desk. "HELP! SOMEONE CUT THEIR WRIST IN THE BOY'S BATHROOM!"

Nani was, thankfully, alone in the nurse's room. How at least a thousand kids could not be 'pretending' to be sick on the last day of school she could not fathom it. Back on the Hawaiian islands the place was packed with kids who wanted out as soon as possible.

Ah well.
"So, is Lilo being good Pekli?" Nani asked. She rolled her eyes when she got her answer. "Okay well tell her that Stitch probably doesn't like the idea of 'beauty contests' especially since he is a BOY dog. Oh! and keep the scissors away from her! I don't want to come home to all that fur in patches! It's bad enough its still blue!"

She looked up however when the door burst open, a small boy - no doubt a freshmen came running in. But at his news her tanned face paled. "Pekli I gotta go!" She slammed the phone down and got to her feet, putting her hands on the boy's shoulders to steady him. "Calm down now! Which bathroom?"

When she was told which one she nodded. "Got it, okay you stay here and take deep breathes!" She jumped to her feet and ran across the room, snatching up her radio walkie-talkie and a first aid kit, before she was out the door. "Aleus!"

The bored security guard answered. "What?"
"We have a Code Blue! I repeat we have a Code Blue! Attempted suicide! He's in the bathroom by the gym! I'm gonna need an ambulance and a lock down of the school!"
The man on the other end sounded frantic. "Understood Nani! I'm get the ambulance on the way!"
Nani cursed as she ran as quick as she could to the bathroom, bursting in. Only minutes later - thank god - the Code Blue signal came over the school, echoing loudly on the tile. She threw the radio on the ground uncaring, seeing the blood. "Jesus..."
She rushed to the stall, sliding open the door.

It took all her willpower not to panic. Worse yet, she recognized the blond. It was hard not to recognize him, since there were two of him. She had treated Roxas many a time for all his injuries he got during his fights with Seifer. And Ven had come in frequently, pretending to be sick to get out earlier. She didn't know which one she was looking at right now, but that didn't matter.

She hurried to her feet, tugging the blonde onto his back, and began to perform the medical procedures she had learned in school for suicides - things she had hoped all her life she would never ever have to do. She just needed to slow the blood as much as possible - at least until the ambulance got there.


Demyx jumped behind Axel when the announcement came on. Once it was over, many of the students were looking around in confusion, and games had gone to a halt. Kids began to gossip excitedly, wondering what happened and what new piece of news would spread across campus.

Terra looked up as the announcement rang in his ears. A Code Blue? A.... oh shit!

"Ven...?" Terra asked tentatively in the safety of the blonde's room, leaning against his bed frame.
"Mm...?" The tired other asked.
"Do you... you know cut yourself any other time other then when you masturbate?"
"..................."
"Ven!"
"Sometimes."
Terra's head jerked up, looking at the other on the bed, but Ven would not meet his gaze. He was instead watching as snow fell softly out the window.
"Sometimes I do. Whenever I hurt really badly... I cut myself. It helps... to escape."
Terra's eyes widened and then he scrambled onto the bed, grabbing onto the blonde collar and shaking him. "Ven you need to stop that! It... it isn't healthy!"
"Fucking stop that!" Ven growled, grabbing onto Terra's wrists. they froze staring into each others eyes, and then the blonde laughed. "Come on Terra, it's not like I'm gonna kill myself! So stop freaking out."
"I... still wish you wouldn't."
"It's my body, so fucking stay out of my business."

Terra paled. "Oh my god." He jumped to his feet and suddenly turned running towards the gym doors.
"Terra!!" Aqua cried. "Where are you going?!"

Roxas paled a little when he heard the announcement. He started up towards the ceiling blankly where the voice had echoed from, seeming to ask it for more answers. It was silent.

Ven breaks up with Zack last night, suddenly they were getting the signal for an ambulance? It was... too much to be a coincidence, wasn't it?

His suspicions were heightened when he heard Aqua's yell and when he looked forward could see Terra running for the gym doors - the ones that lead to the cafeteria. A nervous coil curled in his stomach, and suddenly he was running after the brunette.
"Roxas what are you doing?!" Hayner cried.


The minute the announcement echoed in Sora's head, he put his hand over his mouth. "Oh god... Ven..." His heart started to hammer with nervousness and the feeling that something was terribly, terribly wrong. "Riku..." The brunette whimpered, starting to shake.

Ven... Ven wouldn't... right? It couldn't be that serious, right?

There was a slam of gym doors and he glanced back, seeing Terra... and Ve- no, no it was Roxas. His hope fluttered and died quickly.

Terra's eyes swept over the cafeteria in a feverish way, searching, searching - and then he spotted Sora, and suddenly made his way over.

"Terra!" He heard Roxas snap and hurry after.
The smaller brunette looked at Riku before swallowed hard and turning around on the bench as the other approached.
"Where's your brother?" Terra snapped.
"I-I don't know he didn't come to lunch." Sora stuttered, and his heart thumped hard, realizing just how... wrong that was for Ven to do. Not exactly uncommon, but it always indicated to Sora that something was wrong - usually Ven was just upset.
"Fuck!" Terra snapped loudly, running a hand through his hair nervously. He was shaking.

"Calm down!" Roxas snapped, noticing how many eyes were on them. No doubt they were putting two and two together. The words about Ven were going to spread like crazy. "There's probably nothing wrong at all - and what are you going to do, search the whole god damned school for him?!"
"If I fucking have to I will!"
The blonde trembled a little, scared about his twin just as much as Terra was, and Sora was looking less than reassured with them panicking nearby. "Call him - I mean you have your cell phone on you right?"

Call him... Call him, right!!
Terra dug out his cell from his pocket flipping it open and speed dialing Ven's cell sitting down beside Sora. Roxas sat down next to him.
Sora bit his lip, watching Terra listening to the rings of the phone - as if each ring was a death toll. He started to shake, but looked over when Riku got up and walked around the table to his side sitting next to him. The brunette leaned against his silver-haired friend, trying not to shake.
"Hey this is Ven, leaving a fucking message at the beep and I might call you back!"
Terra's eyes shut as the beep rang in his ears. He spoke, voice trembling with emotion. "V-Ven...? Please... just call me back when you get this... I just - are you okay...?" He trailed off into silence for a few seconds before flipping it closed. "Fuck!"
"Try our home..." Sora said. "Ven plays sick all the time when he's upset..."
Terra did so - and got the answering machine at the beep as well. "Uh hi, this is Terra I'm just... looking for Ven have him call me back okay?" He shut the phone and looked at it blankly. There was only one other person he could think to call that Ven MIGHT be...

but only if he was incredibly stupid or incredibly desperate.
He opened his phone, fingers shaking as he speed-dialed his brother.


Zack looked up at the building silently, shivering just a little as the cold whipped by him. was he really going to -
He jumped as his phone vibrated in his pocket. He grabbed it, snatching it up and looking at the name on the display. He scoffed and hit the off button. He put his phone back in his pocket and walked into the recruitment building.


Terra's eyes opened as the phone cut off mid-ring and Zack's voicemail came up. That... bastard turned off his phone! "Fuck Zack PICK UP!" He snapped it closed, irritably. "Shit... shit shit shit."
Sora breathed out, holding out his hand. "Maybe he's just asleep at home. Give me it." The cell was given to him and he shakily opened it, dialing his mom's work number. Beside him, he saw Terra bending over burying his head in his hands.

He raised the phone to his ear, and when the receptionist picked up, he answered "Bryna Holani please. This is her son."
He was put on hold for a moment and then -
"Hello?"
"Mom..."
"Sora! What are you doing, calling me? Do you need to come home honey?" Bryna sounded concerned. She knew her boy was feeling under the weather.
"No... I'm good. I was just wondering if um... you picked up Ven today?"
"Uh no, I didn't. Why, is he okay?"
"Uh he just didn't show up at lunch so I was... looking for him."
"Oh don't worry honey, he's probably just in one of his moods. He'll show up when he's feeling better. You know how good he is at hiding." A laugh, but Sora didn't join in.
"...Okay.... yeah... I love you too mom.... bye." Sora shut the phone, swallowed hard, and buried his head in his friend's shoulder.

Roxas grunted, annoyed and scared, and reached over Terra, snatching up the cellphone and opening it, dialing their dad this time. He, like Sora, waited for the receptionist. "Is Sirocco Holani there? ...Thank you."
When his dad's voice came on the line he licked his lips nervously. "Hey dad it's Roxas... I'm calling from a friend's cell... No, no nothings wrong I was just... looking for Ven, uh needed to talk to him about something important. Did he come home today?" His lips trembled as he got a negative. "Oh... oh okay... Thanks dad... yeah... Me too... b-bye." He flipped it closed and just sat there, looking at the phone blankly. "We shouldn't panic... he's... probably fine..."

Axel looked back at Demyx, seeing how scared he looked. He hated code blues... because well, Demyx was those kind of people who worried about everyone.
He did look back along with Demyx and Larxene as they heard some calling... and then Terra and Roxas were out the door. HEY! No one was allowed to leave with a code blue in session!

Larxene scoffed as she crossed her arms. "Idiots."

Axel would of said something... but his worry was starting to come over him. Did Roxas know what happened...?


"ROXAS!"
"ROX!"
Ollete and Pence called as well as they saw their blonde hair friend rush off.
Olette frowned as she rushed after her boyfriend but stopped at the doors. She stood on her tippy toes and looked out the gym window, seeing the two boys run to the cafeteria. What was going on?

"Olette! Get away from those doors!"
The teacher called and the green eyed girl could only sigh, doing as she was told as she walked back to Hayner and Pence. She was... scared.


The sound of an ambulance was next to be heard in both gym and cafeteria. All the kids rushed to the closest window, leaving their food and drinks behind. "Whoa!" "Cool!" "Awesome!" Some kids cried as they pushed to get a look.

Two men rushed out and a woman in tow as they brought a stretcher towards the closest entrance.
A stretcher? Shit. Who got fucked up THAT badly!?


"Let's move!" One of the men called as they burst through the doors of the school. They rushed the stretcher down towards the bathroom where the nurse had called them to go and out of the bathroom came Aleus, a boy in his arms.
"Put him down on the stretcher!" The woman called and the security guard quickly did so.

Bandages started to wrap around the boy's wrist as the stretcher was raced back down the hallway.
"Check his heartbeat!"
"30!"
"LET'S HURRY!"

The medics rushed out of the school and everyone pushed and shoved more at the windows. "Shit! Can you see who it is!?" "No!" "I think it's Maxie!" "NO! I'm right here!" "I think they have blonde hair!"
And the stretcher was pushed into the back of the ambulance.
"Awwww..." Everyone sounded disappointed. SOMEONE had to know what happened!


Riku frowned as he wrapped an arm around Sora, trying to keep him calm as he looked at Roxas. He wasn't always pessimistic... or optimistic... but.... he couldn't help but feel that... Roxas was wrong. He sighed, rocking his friend a bit. What would Ven.... do exactly?


Sirocco shook his head as he hung up the phone. What was up with Roxas...?
He sighed before picking up his papers again, placing his glasses back on before---

"Mr. Holani? You have a phone call on line 1"
He blinked and pulled his glasses off before hitting the intercom button. "Who is it now, Shiv?"

"It's your wife, sir"
His eyes widened. It wasn't normal for Bryna to call him unless he was on his break. He frowned before picking up the phone and hitting '1'.
"Honey...? What's wrong?"
There was some silence before he gasped, his face looking horrified before the phone dropped onto the floor.

[Reno]

Demyx frowned as he heard the yells as well, seeing Terra... and then Roxas running out of the gym - surprisingly without notice. He reached back grabbing onto Axel's arm.

Hayner frowned as Olette came back shaking his head. "Don't worry too much. I'm sure he's fine." He didn't know how wrong he was.


Nani was holding the boys arms above his heart, trying to do the best she could and looked up when Aleus ran in. "They're here?"
The man nodded.
"Oh thank god..." She said, shaking all over and let the bulky man pick up the pale boy.
Aleus looked down at the boy - god... Roxas? He shook his head and hurried out the door setting the thin boy down on the stretcher and watching them hurry off.


Sora listened to the sirens echoing in the cafeteria watching other students getting up and running towards the windows. There was random talk that he picked up. Something about a stretcher...

He was sickened by their talk - how could they thing this was cool? Someone was hurt!
He shut his eyes, trying to figure out what they were saying. He didn't want to go look himself...

Terra looked up as well, his face pale as he heard the sirens. He looked towards the crowds, but he couldn't find the strength to join them...

Roxas was silent as well. He couldn't believe himself either... something just felt... wrong.

And then they all heard it...
"I think they have blonde hair!"
"Oh god!" Sora cried burying his face into Riku's neck and started to cry.
Roxas squeezed his eyes shut, shaking his head. "Lots... lots of people have... have blonde hair..."
"How many fucking people do you know that have blond hair and like to fucking cut themselves?" Terra snapped harshly.
"W-What...?" The blonde stuttered in disbelief. Ven... cut himself?
At that statement, Sora only started to cry harder.


Bryna had just set her phone down, shaking her head in wonderment - when the receptionist came on again. "Bryna, there's a call from your son's principal on line 3 for you."
"Okay, thank you Nala." She picked up the phone. Thsi better not be another fight from Roxas....
She clicked open the line. "Hello?"
"Mrs. Holani I'm sorry to call you why your at work but I have some serious news for you."
"Yes?"
"We found one of your sons in the bathroom bleeding from his wrists. We believe he attempted to kill himself."
Bryna's eyes widened.
"Mrs. Holani.... Mrs Holani...?"
"I-I'm here...."
"We need his blood type ma'am, he's lost a lot of blood and we need to relay it to the medics."
"B positive." She answered mechanically hearing that answer being repeated - most likely through a radio. "Which son?"
"We aren't sure if it's Roxas or Ven but he is headed for Hope Hospital."
"Okay thank you."

She hung up her hands shaking. She picked up the phone and dialed another number. She heard Shiv pick up. "Hey Shiv... is my husband in? This is Bryna."
She waited for a minute or so, and then her husband picked up, sounding worried. Of course he was she never called unless it was something serious. "Sirocco... baby... I just got a call from the school. They... they said one of our boys just tried to kill himself..."
She heard a gasp and then the phone dropped. she shut her eyes, a gasping sob breaking past her lips as tears started to slip down her face. "Sirocco... hon please pick up the phone..."
She waited for a few moments, and then her husbands gasping breath was shaking in her ears. "He's headed for Hope - I'm going to head there right now. Hon, can you get the kids out of school? Sora just called me a few minutes ago, I think he knows somethings wrong-" There was a pause, and in that moment she found out that Roxas had just done the same thing.
"Oh god then it's Ven. My baby... my poor baby!" She sobbed putting her hand over her eyes as she lent her elbow on the desk.

Riku swallowed as his eyes grew darker, knowing that.... Ven must of tried to... "Sora..." He whispered as he wrapped his arms around his best friend, pulling him into a comforting hug. He didn't mind Sora crying on him. What were friends for? He rocked the other gently as he rubbed his back. The aquatic eyes looked up, seeing Terra and Roxas.

He was about to ask what Terra meant about Ven cutting himself... but he knew that it would only upset Sora even more.

Everyone froze though when the speakers came on again.

This is an announcement. The Code Blue is now lifted.

Some kids whined in complain as they all headed back, seeing the ambulance quickly drive away in the snow.
They all started to grab their trays and get ready for their next class.


Sirocco quickly picked up the phone when the shock pushed off. "Y-yes, of course I---" He stopped when he heard about Sora. "Well.... Well Roxas called only a few minutes ago... asking for...." He stopped.
Ventus...
That was when he heard his wife over the phone. "Bryna, darling, it's alright. I'm on my way to the school now. We'll meet you at hope. Stay strong... he'll be ok. Love you." With that, he hung up the phone and grabbed his jacket, pulling it on as he rushed out of his office. He passed the main desk and looked at his receptionist. "Shiv, cancel my 1 'o clock meeting.... actually, just cancel them all for today."

He was out the door before she could reply.
"Y-yes sir."

He rushed through the parking lot to his car and quickly got in. He didn't even let it warm up as he pulled out and quickly left the parking lot.
He did a little over the max speed limit before getting onto the high way.


Axel sighed as he looked back, feeling Demyx take his arm. He blinked though, looking up at the speaker as it came on.

This is an announcement. The Code Blue is now lifted.

"ALRIGHT! EVERYONE IN THE LOCKER ROOM!" The teachers called, seeing kids already headed that way.
Olette quickly threw the ball in the ball bag before rushing to the girls locker room. She needed to make sure Roxas was ok!

Axel frowned as he pulled Demyx with him. "Come on, I wanna see if Rox is alright." He said as he hurried to the boy's locker room.

Terra and Roxas both looked towards the ceiling, hearing the announcement being made and the peeling of tires as the ambulance left. Neither of them moved - or even tried to attempt to get back to their class. It was... too shocking.

Finally, the youngest of then shut his eyes and shook his head, sparing a glance towards his distraught brother. "Sora... Sora come on I'm sure... I'm sure we're just panicking. We don;t... We don;t have any proof its him."

"Not proof my ass..." Terra hissed angrily, getting to his feet and snatching his cellphone up. He stuffed the cellphone in his pocket, before spinning around and walking off back towards the gym, trying to mentally regain some control over himself.

Roxas shut his eyes, taking a few deep breathes. Letting the minutes pass, before he stood slowly. His legs were shaking pretty badly. The whole cafeteria was starting to get ready to go to PE. He reached over, rubbing Sora's back. "Calm down Sor, I'm sure he's fine."
The brunette raised his head, his eyes watery and his nose runny. The two shared a nervous, uncertain smile, before Roxas turned and headed for the gym to get back in his school clothes.
Sora didn't bother moving though. He sighed, burying his head back into Riku's body. "I can't..."


Bryna heard her husband's voice on the other line, his strength helping her as well. She sighed as the line went dead and set down the phone, reaching for a tissue and dabbing away the tears before grabbing her purse and her keys and getting to her feet.
She hurried out of her little office towards her bosses. After clearing it with her, she swiped her time card and was out the door, peeling towards the hospital.
She knew all that would be waiting for her there would be paperwork, not answers.

Riku frowned as he watched Terra stomp off. God... he wasn't expecting this. He continued to rock and rub Sora's back until Roxas walked over and the two exchanged looks. He then watched the blonde leave after the brunette.

Riku nodded though when Sora couldn't get up. "It's alright Sora... I'll be here for you... Did you.... want to go to the nurse? I'll help you..."


Usually it took Sirocco 20 minutes to get back into Radiant.... but it took him 7 now. He pulled into Hollow Bastion high school and found the closest parking place, not caring if it was handicap. He rushed out of the car and into the school. The door swung open to the main office and the panicked man looked at the receptionist. "Hello, I'm Mr. Holani. I just got a call from my wife that my son, Ventus, had.... caused a code blue. I'm hear to pick up my other two boys."

The woman nodded before typing. "Roxas is in PE right now and Sora should still be in the cafeteria." She turned in her chair and pointed to a door down a hall. "Just go down through those doors and turn left. That's the way to the gym and cafeteria."

The man nodded as he quickly ran down the hall and out the door, seeing students already litter the hallways.

"SORA! ROXAS!"
He called as he started to look around for his sons.

[Reno]

Roxas had just made it back to the doors... when he froze.
"SORA! ROXAS!"
His hand trembled on the door handle, before slowly turning, seeing... his father.

He shut his eyes, before taking a deep breath and making his way across the emptying food area towards his dad. "Dad!"

"I..." Sora started to say, when he heard an echo of his name. He raised his head, looking over his friends shoulder and saw his dad in the adjoining hallway that connected the locker rooms, gym and cafeteria. He saw him, but couldn't believe it. News was fast...
Moments later he saw Roxas crossing over to meet him, pulling their father out of the gym and into the cafeteria. They had a short conversation and then Roxas pointed towards where he was before turning and leaving for the gym again, this time at a much faster pace.

Sirocco looked up, seeing Roxas as he called him. He stood still until his son hurried over and brought him into the empty cafeteria. "Roxas... you need to get changed right now. Ventus was just rushed to the hospital. Your mother is already on her way there and we have to go meet her." He looked at his son's reaction before putting a hand on his shoulder, as if trying to give his son some strength. "Where's Sora?"

Roxas pointed and he looked over, seeing Sora in the.... arms of his best friend.
He nodded before looking back at Roxas. "Now hurry up."

He walked off towards Sora and Riku before sighing.
"Sora, Ven was just admitted to Hope hospital. Your mother is already on her way there... and we'll have to meet her." He held out his hand, hoping Sora would take it. They needed to hurry.

[Reno]

Roxas threw open the doors to the gym, his face pale as he ran towards the locker room. He shoved some people aside who were walking outside.
"Hey watch it!"
"What the fuck?!"
"Bastard!"

He hurried into the locker room, hurrying towards his locker. Hayner and Pence were already gone. He didn't know whether to be mad about that... or not.

His hands shook as he tried to put in his combination. 32.... 8.... 13. He tugged at it. Nothing.
He tried again. 32.........8- crap he skipped it.
32...........8.............13.
He tugged at it again. He locked rattled but did not open. "ARGH! Damn it!" He smacked the lock against the door irritably, sitting down on the bench and just staring at it blankly, shaking.
Ven....


Sora looked up as his dad came over, tears in his eyes. None of the news was that surprising to him but when his dad held out his hand, he just stared blankly silent tears trickling down his face.. "Why dad... why would he do it...?" He whispered, looking up at him imploringly, just like he used to when he was a kid, waiting for his father to tell him all the answers.

He never failed him before.

In the banging and clanging of the boy's locker room, there was one student who had stayed behind.
A lanky boy walked over, leaning up against the locker. Green eyes looked down at the blonde. He knew that the cold blue had to do something with him... but what?

"Hey... need some help opening your locker?" The redhead tilted his head as a concerned face met that of Roxas's.


Sirocco frowned softly as he looked down at his son. He could only shake his head and give Sora a small, reassuring smile. "We'll have to hear the answers from Ven this time, Sora." He looked at Riku and nodded. "Riku, could you help bring Sora to the car? I need to see if Roxas is ready. Please hurry."

He walked off, heading to the boy's locker room.

[Reno]

Roxas looked up blankly, seeing the tall red-head. "Y-Yeah...." He looked towards the floor as Axel came close to the locker. "It... it's thirty-two, eight, thirteen."

He heard the other giving it a whirl, and like Roxas had, was unable to open it. The other asked softly if he was sure that was right.

"Of course it's right!" He snapped. "I've been opening my locker for half a year an-" He paused, his lips trembling. 32 was the starting number for his other locker. "Try twenty-one, eight, thirteen."

Axel did, and this time it opened.
"I'm... an idiot..." Roxas whispered, staring in at his open locker, and a silent tear ran down his face.


Sora frowned as his dad walked away, then blinked as he was tugged up by Riku. He sighed, his legs shaking nervously, but with the others help he walked towards the front of the school where the parking lot was.

Axel's eyes widened as he got the answer. Alright.
He turned and with his lanky fingers, grabbed a hold of the knob and started to turn it.

13.....

He put it right to the point and grabbed the handle, pulling... but the door didn't open.
"Uh... you sure...?"

He silently gasped as the blonde turned around and snapped at him. Shesh! He was only trying to help! He frowned a bit before blinking.

He reached out and grabbed the knob again.

When he came close to 13, he stuck his tongue out on the side of his mouth, making sure he would be careful to get it and---

The locker opened wide, revealing its contents inside.

"Th----" He stopped when he looked down, hearing Roxas and... oh god.
That tear....
Axel's eyebrows frowned as he saw how.... hopeless the blonde was. He never saw Roxas cry before... but why would he...?

He slowly reached up and cupped Roxas's cheek. He was a bit hesitant but.... Roxas didn't push him away. "You know.... 8 is my favorite number..." He spoke softly as he wiped Roxas's tear away with his thumb.

[Reno]

Roxas shut his eyes, feeling the tear getting wiped away. He looked up at Axel and smiled weakly. "Heh... funny, thirteen is mine..."

Suddenly a memory, unbidden, came to his mind.
"Hey Roxas, I forgot my running shoes. Mind if I borrow yours?" Sora asked one morning on the bus, looking through his backpack as if the shoes might just suddenly appear.
"Uh sure..." The blond said shrugging. They had the same size feet, so it wasn't a big deal. "They're in my PE locker. Third row umm number C104."
"Whats your combo?"
"21, 8, 13."
Sora blinked, then grinned and started to chuckle.
"What?"
"Its just kinda ironic. Eight plus thirteen is twenty one!"

He shook his head some, slowly getting to his feet. "T-thanks Axel... I better get dressed my dad's waiting." He reached in, grabbing his checkered band he had taken off so it wouldn't get all sweaty, tugging it on first. He couldn't help but think of Ven - they had matching bands after all...
