Gin grinned. "Oh all sorts of stuff." He picked up Ven and sat him down in front of him. "Like all those races you and Soran have. You need to keep doing that until you can beat him every time. And you can work on your flying until your as graceful as a butterfly - you can try dodging around trees and stuff."
Ginc continued telling the boy little hints and games he could play with his brothers or by himself to get a little stronger - strangely many of these things were the same things he had done.
"But remember - the best things you'll need to learn as a leader is by studying. Have Latium teach you all the old battles and learn from them - but don't forget every act you make is in the name of peace. If you can find a way to stop a fight before it stops don't hesitate to do so. that includes all the little tussles you and your brothers get into."
Terra couldn't watch. He shut his eyes from the sight, shaking all over with disgust and fear as tears dribbled down his face, wetting the sand below. But even as he placed his hands over his ears, nothing blocked out the disgusting sounds of her body being ripped apart.
Hatori watched, quickly losing his own appetite at the scene. Once the Atterians had spread out, and nothing was elft of value, he leant down, latching his teeth around Terra's leg and dragged him off. It was time for some real training.
Aqua looked away, grimancing at the last comment. What?
"Tch, if you were gonna eat me you woulda done it long ago." She mumbled - keeping up with what she HOPED was a joke.
Her eyes narrowed then and she walked forward, snatching him by the collar and spinning him around so they were face to... well chest really. He was much taller but whatever. She looked up, meeting his eyes. "You've been sleeping outside all these years?" She asked - getting a surprising nod. "Okay then." She turned, dragging him off.
She got some complaint and rolled her eyes. "What you thought you'd help me without me returning the favor?" She shook her head, scoffing. "Sorry bud you've got a five-year long imprisonment at my place that you are NOT getting out of, so stop complaining."
He mumbled something and she glanced back, before looking over his shoulder, seeing that the eggs were burning to a black hue. She shrugged and with a jerk of her wrist a small wave of water came up and doused the little bonfire.
"And here you said you wouldn't make a good guardian. You're already preventing forest fires." She joked.
"So, so?!" Soran said, hopping from foot to foot excitedly. "What's the BIG surprise?!" Beside him Ventus had on a wide smile, but his excitement was much better contained. Though a happy flap of red wings happened every now and then. Roxas rolled his eyes but no attempts at stopping his elder brothers. He knew this was big though - they had only been taken to their parents room once before and that was when they were about ten and were told they were allowed to roam Norn all by themseleves. And that meant not together, or with adult supervision, but all ALONE. That was exciting. Their mom chuckled, shaking her head. "Now, now, calm down you three." Just then their dad walked out from the closet, carryign three gift wrapped boxes. He set down the square one wrapped in blue in front of Soran, the flat rectangular one in red in front of Ven and another square one in - guess what - green (haha didn't expect that!) in front of Roxas. "What's... in them?" Ven asked, a little suspicious. "Well you gotta open them to find out." Jet said softly, a smile on his face. Soran had no problem listening to this request, bows and paper flying everywhere, and Ven tore his open a little slower but with no leszeal, while Roxas untapped his carefully, trying to make sure none of the paper ripped. Soran was the first to open his, and his brows furrowed, lifting out a pen in blue with little yellow crowns covering the body. He then lifted out the dark blue notebook within, his name emborided on in silver. There was something else inside and he set them aside, before lifting out something that had been folded over several times. He slowly started to unravel it, his mouth dropping open in surprise at the huge map of space staring back at him. Beside him Ventus was taking out his red pen with orange and yellow broken cross heart symbols placed upon it - and his notebook was done in flames red-orange, his name in yellow. But he quickly threw them aside to pick up the third item within holding it carefully. It was a spear, the sharp point made of fine silver and shining in the light - and at the other end was a long flat blade. Later Gin would admit with a grin he had been the one to make it for the boy, incredibly confident of his skills. Roxas finally got his open, seeing and hearing his brother's excitement. He smile, confused, but he pulled out his own now surprised to see the white pen with black X's. He lifted out the notepad done in a dark forest green (it was his favorite color) his name also on it. The R, X and S all in white, the O and A in black. Like the others he also got a third part to his gift and he slowly set down his own studd to pick out the next notepad, smiling brillantly. It was white, with little black music notes dancing all across the surface. He opened it, seeing the pages lined with music sheeting and space inbetween for lyrics. Just as the boys started spilling out their thanks their father raised his hand, quickly making thefall silent. "Now now, thats not the end of the gift." "It's not?!" The trinity yelped. Runa giggled. "Nope. You're all fifteen now." "Which means..." Jet said, smiling. "It's time you all started to meet our neighbors." "Our... neighbors?" Roxas asked, his eyebrows furrowing. "You don't mean..." Ven continued, excitement growing. "We get to travel to other worlds?!" Soran ended in a loud shout, blue wings flapping with excitement. When he receieved the nod he dropped all his things and threw himself at his parents, giving them a great big hug - the other two couldn;t help but do the same.
"Now there are rules." Jet explained once the excitement wore down some. "Three to five days of the week you'll be seeing other worlds - the rest of the time you will be home relaxing and learning on the next world you will meet." "But don't think those notebooks aren't for nothing." Runa continued sternly. "Their your lessons." "Ahhhh," Sora whined. "We still have to do homework?!" Runa giggled. "Of course. This isn't just for fun it's to teach you all evry important things." Jet nodded, finishing up. "Soran you will learn about the things that relate to the people, their enviroment and their peace. Ventus you will take down things that relate to their fighting techniques, wars and peace treaties. And Roxas you will take note on their government, policies and laws. You all know what you will grow up to become - so take notes on things that will help you out in the future. You all have to decide however what that will be. Tommorrow, you three will set out. Come see us when you are ready."
The next day the rest of the talk took place in the throne room. "Soran, you have the map." Runa said, nodding. This made the other boys smile - of course he had it he was the only one who could READ it without making mistakes. "The stars in blue you may visit freely and introduce who you are. The ones in yellow you are also allowed to visit but you must hide your wings and tell those around you that you are traveling from another part of that world. The ones in red you are not allowed to visit under ANY circumstances." Jet nodded and his eyes narrowed. "If anything goes wrong at any time - any fights start up you leave immediately. And if any of you get hurt and bleed on a world you also must leave immediately and inform either me or your mother as quickly as possible. If you can not reach us for any reason, find Gin. And NEVER leave anyone behind, got it?" The boys nodded. "Good, now pick a world. You have time to say some good-byes and then you may be off." The three grinned and Soran took out the map, Roxas and Ven holding the edges while they pointed at stars and spoke about which to visit. They finally decided on a small one they all knew very well that was not to many miles off. They were good friends with the centuar's world. Intelligent creatures they were.
Right before they left, Roxas couldn't but ask his parents. "Why did I get this?" He asked, lifting his music book. He blushed reliazing how ungrateful that sounded. "I mean, Soran and Ventus both got something that they will also help them in the future." Soran was afterall going to be head of communications - and would spread the word of peace and knowledge among other words, among building treaties among his Norn and other worlds. Ventus was going to be leader of the Peace Army. But he... would be King. Runa and Jet shared a smile smile, but it was Jet who bent down to tell him. "When you take the throne their will be no days of taking a break or saying 'Hey today I just don't FEEL like being King'" He smiled softly, "And your mother and I know how much you love singing, so I want you to learn as much as you can about music from the other worlds - because when you do get crowned their will be no dilly-dallying and chances for such hobbies." Roxas was silent but he nodded slowly in understanding and he smiled. Music... had always been his outlet for stress - and now it was becoming an essential part of his life. "Thank you."
Now a year later they had come along way. They had visited all sort of worlds. They were sixteen now and had visited a total of 57 worlds.
Roxas sat in a chair, looking out across the rooftops towards Notre Dame, hearing the evening bells ringing. Sometimes he wondered who was up their, ringing those bells - certainly not that stiff archdeacon Frollo.
He bent over his music book, writing some lines and lyrics he had taken from the some gypsies he had met in town - one, named Esmeralda, had quite a voice on her. Beautiful as the sea. Such talent shouldn't have to be hidden on the worse parts of town - but of course the superstitious Frollo didn't allow for it any nearer.
He didn't understand this worlds hate for gypsies - said they were demons. Heck, if Frollo knew what he and his brothers were he'd have something REAL to hate. Of course, this was a world in yellow, one they hide their wings in.
He started writing the next line when the door burst open and Soran shouted angrily but didn't make clear sense. Roxas dropped his book and Ventus quickly jumped from his bed where he had been playing with some toy he snatched from the gypsy festival quickly telling their eldest brother to be quiet - afterall this bulding was supposed to be abandonned. They'd get in a lot of trouble if they were found in hear.
Soran just growled, shutting his eyes. "I'm sorry but!" He looked away, eyes dark, obviously holding back the desire to let his wings appear. "What, what is it?" The youngest asked, concerned. Their brother hardly ever got riled up quite like this. "I heard some orders being given to the soliders by that bastard Frollo." New word to their vocabulary - courtesy of some pirates in a port town. "He's... ordering for the death of one of the gypsies. Said she'll be burned on the stake." He glanced towards Roxas. "The pretty one in that purple and white getup." "Esmeralda?!" Roxas cried in horror. The brunette nodded sadly. "I know we're not supposed to get involved or meddle in the world's affairs or anything but, but... we can't just let this happen right?!"
On another world, far far away, Terra was licking his claws, his eyes dark as he sat atop a roof. His clothes were covered in blood, making it stick to his skin - but by the easy way he moved about it was obvious none of it was his own. He looked down, seeing the dead body of an Atterian lion.
Terra dragged his aching body into his room laying out on his bed. He was shivering with pain and exhuastion. The moon outside and the soft shine of the stars did nothing to assuage the fever that had settled over his body - the side effect of being overworked. Just last night he had been laughing with his mother - now she was dead, and his father had taken control. It was a nightmare. "Here." Something was thrown on his body. Terra shook, lifting the paper, seeing a list of last names upon it. "W-What is it?" Hatori grinned. "Just the names of every beast that had eaten your mother this morning." He turned away. "Be sure to kill them all before you're twenty." Terra studied the list, hate drumming in his soul. the last name on the list... was his own father's.
He was nineteen now. He had dropepd out of school at thirteen - after he had taken his revenge on any of the student that had been in the 'buffet'. His own change had happened a few monthes after his mother died - at ten, a record for the Tellus clan. Now he had killed each and every Atterian on that list - except for one.
His father. He was not sure he was ready for that one yet.
He sighed, standing, leaving the body for others to feast upon. He grabbed a water bottle from his bag, spilling it over his head, and hurried along the roofs. He could see the library in the distance and his heart, blackened by hate, eased only a little Books were his only true escape from the insanity that threatened to consume him.
He did not know what he was going to do once he killed his father - maybe he would follow. He had learned about 'suicide' as it was called in another book on teen issues. He'd never thought such a thing was possible. It went against every instinct he had... but maybe thats what would make it fun.

So many years had passed... but the kingdom... it was always the same. Ventus didn't know how anyone could stand it.
While he was growing up, he would do anything to find something exciting. Sure the Wood had a bunch of neat stuff... nit nothing... EXCITING. The whole world was in peace... and even if that was a good thing... that made everything boring. He even though about paying a kid to fight one another for goodness sakes!
Once he learned that they could now travel places... he grew extremely excited... but his wings deflated when he found out that he head to go with his brothers too... and since Soran was a goody-2-shoes and Roxas was usually too held back... there was still no excitement.
If he wasn't going off to worlds with his siblings, he was in the training field with the other red wings and Gin. He had quickly become skilled in the weapon his parents had gotten him, finding it unique... and EXCITING! No one else had anything like it!
But he couldn't complain... life was good.
Blue eyes looked up at the ceiling, throwing a ball that he had been given by an odd man, Clopin. He had to admit... they got a lot of neat things going from world to world. He sighed, catching the ball and closing his head. The bells reminded him of home. They would sound the bell if someone was getting married.
His eyes opened and he frowned. That wasn't a very manly thought!
But in any case... they stayed on a world for a week... then went home for two. They learned a lot of things... but Ventus hardly wrote in his notebook. Latium scolded him about this but Ven stuck by his theory; Warriors don't have time to write things down, they just have to remember it. And he was still passing the tests that way.
His eyes widened though as his brother shot into the room and he jumped down. He felt his shoulders tingle, the feeling of his wings wanting to burst free... but he held them back as he listened to his brother. His eyes widened as he realized who she was after Roxas cried her name. He frowned and looked down for a moment, thinking before he looked up again. "We have to do something!"
He looked at Soran, then at Roxas. "Listen... we Shee want to bring peace to all the world right? Well.... What are we just doing here sitting around! Let's go stop them!"
In the desert sun, a tree clung onto life. Dead grass mixed in with the struggling grass before it was nothing but sand again. Stones jutted up towards the dusty sky, only names carved into them. For any beast who cared... a stone would be shoved in the ground and the remains would be buried.
That was what happened with Ida. A stone was placed near the tree, the only thing alive in the town. Her remaining bleached bones, spikes and horns were placed underground by a loving son.
In the library, red eyes peered in the darkness. They looked up, watching the hole as sand blew over it. Nothing had been touched or moved since Terra's last visit... but someone else had found this little place... and waiting for something large to come to dinner.
Dragoon hadn't gotten any dryer, that was for sure. On a wooden porch, a man with long black and now grey hair stood. His face was patted on hard by raindrops as they fell from the stormy sky above. So much had changed...
He had been brought into Aqua's home... and took her parent's old room. The place was a dump... with hardly anything in it. Reminded him of home. In any case, his cooking was familiar to her... and she trusted him in being that mystery person who had been keeping her alive with food and hope... even if he was ugly.
Since Sai had disappeared, the two claimed to be the new guardians... well, Aqua did and with a little... 'push', Xigbar was too. They signed a pact with the temple. Names reading 'Aqua' and 'Sigbaar'. Sure it was a lame way to disguise his name... but even that bit could throw someone off. They got custom armor, which Xigbar laughed about. He got another beating from that.
They tested out the armor, Xibgar showing Aqua some moves that he had learned to help her out. Of course, it was never a kind teaching. He still was a Atterian no matter what. Unfortunately, she had got him good one day for a surprise attack... and her spear punctured his right eye. It couldn't be salvaged, so he now wore an eye patch. All she said was 'serves you right'.
As years passed, they both grew, Aqua becoming more of a hard ass as Xigbar became more laid back. Neither of them ever had a nice word to say to each other... not even when Xigbar announced a meal was ready. However, this hard-assiness attracted the Atterian. It was what Atterians looked for in a mate... and Aqua was perfect for him. Only problem was... every time he got close to her, she would punch him... or throw him a verbal punch... so there was no getting close to her. Only problem was that... well... if by any miracle they were to have an offspring... the child would be an Atterian. Atterian sperm was the same as the owner. They would come in... and tear everything to shreds, including any DNA that wasn't needed. It would consume and dominate, making whatever the other species null.
Aqua was a much better choice of a mate than that Ida girl that Hatori had his eye on. He didn't know if his brother had even marked her... or mated with her... or even had his own cub. Then again... he didn't even know if his little brother was still alive. If he could guess, he'd believe he was still kicking.
As for him... he didn't do what he was set out to. He didn't wipe out a whole world... nor even a part of the world. He had been gone for so long that it was easily be stated that he was dead... or a traitor.... And he wasn't dead...
He sighed as he closed his eyes as he let the rain drench him. Life had become quite meaningless...

Roxas frowned, his own wings reacting to his brothers' panic. He looked from one to the other, seeing the determined and frenzied looks on their faces. "But... we shouldn't." He said slowly. Dad had told them time and time again not to meddle with other world affairs - and this one was in the midst of a revolution! The church and the govenment were vying for control of Paris while the poor were learning just how much power they had if they stood together. "We should go back home and tell dad..."
Soran shook his head rapidly. "No! by then it'll be too late! Come on roxas i thought you liked Esmeralda!"
Roxas cheeks darkened a little, because the way his brother implied it well... it just wasn't accurate at all! He, like Ven, hated the idea of having to travel with them. sure, don;t get him wrong, he cared about his brothers - but he just never had ANY space. No time to himself.
But he knew why his parents did it. A because they were the heir to the thrones and needed to outlive their parents legacy (safety in numbers) and B because they were STILL parents and they worried constantly about their well-being. He knew they just wanted them to be safe. He was the voice of reason, Soran the voice of heart, and Ven the voice of action.
Roxas bowed his head frowning. "Did you catch anything else Soran?"
The brunette nodded. "Frollo said he'd burn down all of Paris to find her if he had to." Now he didn't mind traveling with his brothers - he loved Ven and Roxas to death and, though they got on his nerves sometimes (okay lots of times), they were still his brothers and he wouldn't trade em for the whole universe! Sure traveling was great, great fun, but it was going to be his life. In a few more years from now, Ventus would take the pedestial as leader of the Peace Army and he would be head of intersteller communications and Roxas would go into deeper King training. They'd all be so busy they'd never see each other and that would be that. Unlike either of his brothers he knew how to appreciate time.
Roxas crossed his arms, thinking. The gypsies were all in danger but no one knew where they hid - they all just disappeared at night. "We'll head towards Notre Dame."
Soran was quiet, but he nodded. What better place for a man of the govenment to burn gypsies then right in front of the church - a place that gladly sheltered them? "Alright and then?"
"And then uhhh... We'll think of something when we get there come on!" Roxas said simply before hurrying out the door, his brothers following after.
The sky was smoke and black at all horizons - fires. Frollo was making good on his word.
The red-eyed beast was not disppointed. Soon a thump was heard as a body dropped down onto the top of a shelf - and then another as it pounced to the ground, the teen landing in a low crouch. The drips of water could be heard falling from wet tangles of hair.
Terra straightened but his nose crinkled, and he looked around mistrustfully. Something... was off about his library.
He reached for his candle quickly lighting it, but none of the books seemed to be touched - none of the shelfs seemed to of broken from age.
Then it reached him. A scent. One that was not his own. The brunette backed up carefully, snarling into the quiet air. It was a pretty fresh scent... which meant...
"Who's here?" He growled.
Of course Dragoon had not changed. It was one of the oldest worlds in the universe. And the dragons had been around, supposedly, as long as the world had. Of course, that was all speculation. no one actually knew the lifespan of the dragons, or what would happen once they passed on. Armeggedeon no doubt.
However, that didn't concern Aqua too much because Regole was looking happy and youthful and probably wouldn;t be dying any time in her lifespan.
She hummed as she placed a barette in her hair made of find metal and at the end was a flower petal made of yellow sapphires with a off-white pearl in the middle. It contrasted nicely with her hair; a gift she had been given a long time ago by - guess who - Xigbar.
She looked herself over, her outfit simple. Well to her at least. the sleeves were not actually connected to her black top, made of white material that poofed out and covered the tops of her hands. Her shorts cut off mid thigh and them her boots came up high up her legs. Yes, she thought it was simple. "The fuck is with all the... string?!" Others didn;t agree.
She turned, walking from her bedroom, eharing the rain outside. She shrugged before walking to the door were it had been predictably thrown open - Xig had no fucking manners and she paused at the doorstep, watching him get soaked.
She rasied her hand, turning it slowly so the palm faced up as if to catch the rain. Suddenly the rain stopped hitting Xigbar as if an invisible umbrella had appeared over his head. When he turned to look at her, she gave him one of her sweetest almost adoring smiles, distracting him quickly from the rainwater colelcting over his head as if their was a bucket there.
Her smile quickly morphed into a devious smirk and with a twist of her wrist and a movement like one would use to swat away a fly, the 'bucket' full of water urved down and blasted Xigbar in the back with all the force of a tidal wave. The Atterisan went spiraling off the porch and qith a loud SQUELCH! landed face-first into the muddy ground.
"AHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA!!!" Aqua laughed, doubling over.

Ven sighed as his brothers started to bicker. This was hurting their time! He grinned though as Roxas stopped being a push over and raced down the old stairs after him and Soran. They burst out into the streets of panic and looked around. The blonde hair shifted as blue eyes looked up at the church. "Come on!" He called as he quickly found his footing and rushed off through the streets.
He pushed through people as they ran in horror at the fires being set. Why this over one girl!? This guy was crazy! of course he apologized quickly to the people he pushed through. It would be so much easier if he could just FLY over them. But... it was a yellow world... and they would be in HUGE trouble if he even tried...
He turned the corner and growled, seeing a pile of logs and sticks in front of the church. They were right! They were going to burn her there! He rushed off, quickly reaching the front door.
From the shadows, a boy, a little younger than Terra himself, walked out from shadows to show himself. He had black hair and red eyes, looking both angry and frustrated. He growled as his fangs and claws started to appear. He pointed at the Tellus boy, shaking in its hatred. "YOU! You killed my brother! I've been trying to get back at you for a year... and I think my training is done! I'm going to kill you like you did my brother!"
He continued to shake, his blood boiling. "You... You didn't even eat him! Why kill him!? HE DIDN'T EVEN CHALLENGE YOU!"
Pat. Pat. Pat. Pat...................... ............................. A yellow eye opened, blinking as the rain stopped falling.... around him. He frowned, knowing only one person who could control water. He slowly looked back, seeing Aqua in the door frame. He turned, seeing her smile and blinking. Alright... you seriously shouldn't fall for this.... He smiled softly back at her, his pointy ears lowering a bit. Was she....
smirking at him!? His eye widened and he was suddenly flying. "AAAAUGH!" He landed face first in a muddy puddle, more water splashing on him. Mud dripped from his face as he pulled his head up, coughing from all the muck he had swallowed. His fangs grew as his eye glowed. A growl could be heard as he skillfully pushed himself up and jumped back onto the pouch. He pounced towards her and...
Door.
He smashed into the door and fell over, hitting the back of his head hard on the wood. "Augh....." He blinked a few times, slowly getting up and rubbing the back of his head that was now pounding... along with his forehead. Charming... He slowly got up and opened the door, walking in and slamming the door. His fang didn't leave as he walked into the living/dinning room, looking at her. He growled, his hair wet and all over the place, mud dripping off his bare chest and teared shorts.

Roxas and Soran quickly weaved around people as well - glad they were so short. If they hadn't been the task probably would have proved much more difficult.
It wasn't long before the boys had raced through town and made it to Notre Dame, were a platform had been contrustucted, a stake in the middle with firewood piled around it. It made Roxas sick just looking at it.
The three edged towards the front doors of the church/bell tower and curiously they were bared closed by long slab of heavy wood.
Just then, the sound of loud feet could be heard. The Trinity turned, only to see a disturbing sight coming in front of the place. Roxas cursed, grabbing his brother's and dragging them into the shadows of one of the pillars to remain unseen.
Soldiers marched forward, most of them dragged large cages on wheels that reminding Soran of the circus carts that held lions and tigwers in them. But sickening enough it was not animals inside - but the gypsies themseleves, and the previous leader of the army Pheobus was strangely inside them as well. On a black horse, leading them all was that disgusting pig of a man Frollo.
Edmeralda sat in one her head bowed and arms drawn around herself, looking like she could cry. Roxas bit his lip hard, hating the expression on her face. Okay he had a LITTLE crush on her, big deal.
"So what do we do?" Soran whispered, looking at his brother's. Roxas' brows furrowed, looking at the soilders. "We need to free the gypsies." "Well duh, but how?!" The brunette hissed. "Ummm..." The to-be king shrugged his shoulders, unsure of that himself. There were... so many. How would they get out of this unscathed? If they bled on this world... This world would not stand a chance. "We need to wait for an opening... maybe wait until they bring one of the others out towards the platform and while they're distracted we can split up and free them."
Terra looked at the kid as he showed himself, not even looking alarmed. He set the candle on a sheld, letting it illuminate the hall and tilted his head. He wasd surprised at the word.s Of course he hadn't eatten him - he didn;t eat his own. The thought disgusted him. At first, after he made his kills, he had tried to bury the dead, but later he found out scavenger Atterians were digging up the bodies to eat what they could of the remains. It was just no use.
His eyes were dark as he spoke. "Because you're fucking 'brother' helped eat my mom." He scoffed in disgust. "an eye for an eye kid. He got what he desereved."
He turned away, walking off, pointedly ignoring his newcomer. "I don't know who you think you are, coming into my sanctuary like this," Though he had to admit, the kid was the first to ever FIND it, "I suggest you get the fuck out and try me another day kid. I won't kill anyone I don't have to."
Aqua straightened as she heard the growl and just as he turned andpounced she danced away and slammed the door in his face. At the heavy thump on the other end she stumbled back, bursting into laughter once more.
She fell onto the couch, her legs hangning over the armrest and she laid back, just laughing, unable to gain back her breath. Moments later she heard the door slamming back open, feet in very wet boots squishing along the ground. Her girn only grew and even once he stood before her, that smile did not fall.
She did however tense some at the sight of the fangs. Her eyes narrowed and she tilted her head. "What?" She said, innocent as could be.

Ventus almost yelped when Roxas pulled him into the shadows... but yelping wasn't every manly either. He frowned as they huddled together. He too saw the sad sight and frowned, seeing how they were treating the gypsies. His fist shook in anger. This was the kind of thing his parents and Latium talked about. Many worlds... were far from Norn.
No wonder this was a yellow world.
His bright blue eyes looked back at his brothers and nodded at Roxas's plan. "I'll be the distraction." He whispered.
And he got his chance. Only a few moments later, a soldier grabbed a tied up gypsy and started pushing them to the platform. Ventus held his chin high as he left his brother, following the shadows towards a crowd that was forming. He quickly blend in as he weaved through people til he got to the front.
Some people were already chanting as the man got them up on the platform. "HEY!" The soldier looked down, seeing the boy with the oddly spiked hair. "YEA YOU! WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS!? WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO DESERVE THIS, YOU....YOU BIG BUFFOON!!?" He could of said something much worse...
The boy growled more as he watched Terra just brush him away. "WHAT!? Did you ever think that maybe he was starving!? He went to go out and look for the oasis. He was out there for days and when he came back, he said all he could smell was blood. He was starving! STARVING, YOU FUCK!" He continued to shake as he pulled out a heavy dictionary... and with ease, threw it at the back of Terra's head.
"What? As if!" The man growled as he pulled his wet hair back, making the water dripping from the ends splash all over. He growled more as he trudged over to her, pulling off his wet boots. He passed her but not before dumping the water from inside her boots on her head. Sure, water could dry and seeing that she was a user of water, it wouldn't hurt her... but the thing was.... it smelt....bad.
He grinned as heard the protest. He put a hand to one of his pointed ears, his grin becoming wide. "Huh? What? I can't seem to hear you. There's too much water in my ears? I'm sure it's nothing important anyway." He walked into his room and threw his boots to the side, unbuttoning his wet shorts and pulling them down, showing Aqua a very wet moon. "Ahhhh~~ that feels better."

Be careful Ventus Soran couldn't help but worriedly think as their twin split from them going off to do his part of the job.
Roxas merely nodded, knowing the other knew - well partially knew - what he was doing. His eryes bouned back towards the soldiers, seeing one of them holding a ring of keys as they opened one of the cages - bring out Esmeralda first no less. He scowled a bit, feeling his temper rise just as Pheobud gave a shout of denial. It looked like he was not the only one to of fallen for the dark-skinned lady.
"The keys." He murmured to Soran quickly. The brunette caught sight of what he meant quickly and nodded.
"I can get those, easy!"
Just as Ven was coming out into the crowd, drawing all eyes to him, Soran and Roxas took off into the mess of soldiers dressed in their musketeer uniforms. Some held javelins, others had bows and arrows and a few, those of higher rank, had swords.
Yet, as they snuck into the crowd of soliders they quickly became lost - and anyone who did spot them made no noise of alarm. Being so little made therm appear like kids just having fun, or trying to get close to see the burning.
Thats why, when Soran passed one of the guards, snatching a ring of keys that didn't register over Ventus' shouts, no one caught him. Nor did they see as he snapped the keyring and gave half to his brother, keeping the rest for himself and they quickly set to work.
Esmeralda looked up, seeing the blonde boy, and blinked in confusion. what was... Roxas doing?
"What is the meaning of this?!" Frollo snapped, his eyes narrowed on Ven. "Move out of the way boy." When Ventus refused to move he snapped to some guards, "Seize him!"
A lonely gypsy in blue garb that didn;t even cover his chest all the way; bracelets and anklets and all sorts of jewelry making up for the lack of clothing, shined out in his lonely cage. He shined, running his fingers down the coarse fur of a wolf nestled clsoe to his side. "We got ourseleves into quite a mess this time, huh puppy?" He looked up however when he heard a snap, his eyes wideneding at the sight of the blonde boy holding a key. He gave him a wink before rushing off. "What the?!"
Terra rolled his eyes and ducked, the dictionary sailing over him and landing a few feet away. Any mercy he had for this brat was quickly started to dissolve. "It's his fucking fault for believeing in such a hellish fantasy." He turned around, growling. "And who cares if he was starving or not?" He approached the kid suddenly, yanking him up by his shirt collar andf pushing him heavily into one of the shelfs.
His eyes had changed to a golden tint, sharp teeth gleaming in the candlelight. "In this world only the foolish allow themseleves to become weak. That was what your brother was. Fucking weak!" He lifted the kid high so that his feet didn't touch the ground.
"And only fools go looking for fights against the stronger to die." He threw the boy aside, letting him crumble to the ground. "I'm giving you one last fucking chance. Get. The Fuck. Out."
"YOU BITCH!" She screamed as the disgusting water was spilt over her head. She shivered at the chill that spread down her body and she growled, watching the man as he ventured down the hall.
Her eyes widened as the man who knew no shame pulled down his pants, giving her a hell of a sight to see.
She growled, and wiggling her fingers, quickly collecting a good amount of water that had dripped on the floor or into her clothes and with a sharp motion like she was throwing a frisbee, a thin stream of water flew through the air, smacking Xigbar hard on the ass. "That's what you get bastard!" She called.

The black wolf sighed, his head on his master's lap. His yellow eyes closed as he felt the fingers through his fur but they suddenly opened as he heard a click. His ears perked as he looked up, seeing the wink. His eyes moved to his master before he stood, slowly walking to the door and pushing it slightly with his snout. It opened slowly.
He looked back, giving his master a nod before opening it enough for him to weasel out. He waited for the blonde to crawl out before moving quickly and low to the ground. He had an easier time blending in than his master... who had WAY to much shinny stuff on.
Ven growled as he stood his ground. He frowned more as Frollo gave the order, seeing the guards all rush towards him. He looked around quickly, seeing in the corner of his eyes that the other gypsies were quickly running away. He suddenly jumped up, grabbing onto Esmeralda's arm... and kicked the guard where the sun doesn't shine. Another guard cried before the sounds of the wounded one could. "THEY'RE GETTING AWAY!" He pointed at the other gypsies running off for their life.
The guard Ven kicked went down and Ventus pulled Esmeralda off the platform quickly. He rushed pass the guards, pulling the woman with her. "Hurry!" The sound of javelins and bows hitting the houses could be heard as the whole city started to run after the boys and gypsies.
Red eyes narrowed as the book sounded loudly on the floor. He growled as he was suddenly gripped onto and pushed into the shelf. His own fangs shined in the light, her claws wrapping around Terra's wrist. A hiss came from the younger was he was pulled up. He was easily pushed away and fell to the floor, quickly stumbling back up.
His eyes glowed as his face started to grow some fur. "Weak?" He laughed devilishly. "Weak you say?" He continued to laugh, his body changing in the flickering of the light. His laughing only increased, slowly becoming a surreal sort of laugh as he turned into a hyena. His body was striped as his legs were spotted. His back arched as a few spikes pushed out. His tail reared up, a scorpion shape and stinger on it.
Large, antler type horns strung from behind his large ears, reaching up to spike out. He stopped laughing as his red eyes glared at the Tellus boy. "You mother was weak too if she died from her mate's fangs."
Xigbar could only chuckle as he heard the scream. Payback was a BIIIIIIIIIIIITCH! He yelped as the water smacked into his butt, pushing him over. He caught himself on the bed post and looked back, growling at the young female. "HEY! At least I didn't show you my front.... unless you want to see it~~" He hissed, only to get another glare at the girl.
The door slammed shut before any more water could soak him and he sighed. He pulled the rest of his clothes off and hung them off his window sill. He grabbed a warm blanket and wrapped it around him... though the cold didn't leave. He sighed, grabbing another loose towel and started to dry his hair off. He sighed, throwing the towel on the sill too. Really no point since it was raining outside too.
It was hard to get anything fucking dry around here...
He slowly opened the door with precautions before opening it wider, walking out with the blanket wrapped around him and trailing from behind. "I'm guessing you want me to make you food now too, huh?"

The blonde tilted his head as his pet snuck out first and he crawled forward, trying to be quiet so his bracelets didn;t cling together. He slipped out much lik his friend and together they started to crawl out of the ground. In the distance he could see the blonde and a brunette boy unlocking the rest of the cages - and briefly wondered how they could tell which key went to which lock so easily.
Once he and his wolf pet were at the edges of the ground they didn't hesitate to help the others. They turned and ran. That was the code of the gypsy. All for one, none for all.
Soran grinned as gthe last cage was unlocked, backing away as the gypsies burst out and raced across the cobblestone. Yells from the front were erupting and he glanced back, seeing the guard yelling orders. And Ven still in the thick of it all.
"AFTER THEM!" Frollo was heard crying.
"Come on!" Roxas cried, grabbing his arm and tugging him through the mess of soldiers.
"But-"
"Ven'll be fine!"
The gypsies up ahead were beginning to whoop with glee, sending some taunts back at the soldiers as they raced through Paris free once more. Some of them started to split apart taking off down alleyways. They were going to find sanctuary.
Esmeralda didn't question it, she only ran with the boy. After all, she was being given a choice between this or burning it was an easy choice to make. "Where are we going?" She asked between breathes, hearing the arrows.
But Ven didn;t get to answer. "Esmeralda!"
She blinked looking around for the voice, before glancing up towards the rooftops, seeing a hunchbacked man with a disfigured face rushing after them - never losing speed even as he hopped rooftop to rooftop. "Quasimodo?" She whispered, confused. How... hadn;t he been chained in the bell tower?
Terra watched the change with disinterest, shaking his head. The boy really didn;t get it did he? He was just started to turn away once more-
"You mother was weak too if she died from her mate's fangs."
In an instant Terra had changed into a wolf with bull horns and sharp spikes. He shot forward, jaws snapping around the other's muzzle tightly. He bit down hard before bringing the hyena down. The tip of one of his jutted bull horns ripped into the other's cheek.
"Take that back!" Terra growled, his yellow eyes fierce.
Aqua just smirked, hearing the door. Served him right! She sat up slowly, lifting her hands. She took a deep breath and curled her fingertips, lifting out the water that had soaked into the coach and her clothes.
She then carelessly letting it all fall onto the wooden floor. She leant back, stretching out and turned her head when the door reopened.
"Ha, with the way you fucking smell? No thanks I lost my appitite."

The wolf ran down the streets with his master... but unlike the rest of the gypsies who had an idea where they were going... they didn't. Quite honestly... they weren't even from this world. His yellow eyes looked up, watching his master run aimlessly. They would have to go and follow someone. He barked, drawing the blonde's attention. They would follow the ones that let them out.
Ventus continued to rush down the streets, trying to find his brothers in the mix. He blinked, also hearing the call from above. His blue eyes looked up, seeing a familiar man. A smile ran over his face. So... he was ok? His eyes widened though as the man grabbed a hold of a loose clothes wire and FLEW down. Esmeralda was scooped up with ease and Ven didn't lose a step.
He caught up to his brothers as the frey continued. His brothers and a gypsy with his dog turned into an alley. Before they could stop and catch their breath, a bright light suddenly sucked them in out of no where.
The blonde, his blonde twin and his brunette triplet all fell onto a cold brick floor. Blue eyes opened slightly, the sound of the soldiers and gypsies all gone. He groaned as he pushed himself up, blinking as he saw the bricks. Oh boy... they were pretty familiar. They.... were in deep trouble.
He stood and looked back, seeing a very unhappy looking man. His blue and silver wings glowing as his crossed his arms. "Uh... hey....dad..." He blinked as he looked behind him. "Uh... and...Latium..." Blue eyes beamed down at the three. He had never been so angry at his Trinity before...
Behind the three, claws scraped onto the bricks as a large wolf smacked into a wall hard. A small howl came from him as he caught his balance and shook his body, looking up at the winged men.
The other Atterian would of howled if his mouth wasn't bitten shut. He was easily forced down, blood dripping onto the library floor. His red eyes looked up, a gleam still in them. When Terra pulled away, he opened his mouth, some blood from his cheek dripping out. "Never!" Suddenly his tailed flicked out, the spike shooting into Terra's shoulder blade.
The venom was released as a paw swiped up, heading to Terra's face.
The older man stopped at the comment. His yellow eye narrowed, feeling the hair on his spine stick up. "Fine.... then starve for all I care." He frowned as he walked out into the front this time, slamming the door loud. The rain had finally stopped, the puddle reflecting the clearing night.
He sat on a large pillow that he had found awhile back. It seemed comfy enough... so why not take it? A sigh admitted as he leaned back, pulling the blanket closer. If he wanted this kind of treatment... he could just go back to Atteris. But why was this bothering him so?

Tjhe blonde panted hard, but heard his friend's bark and the head motion towards hte brunette and blonde. "Puppy you're so smart!" He praised and without a seocnd thought they took after the two - Ven two step behind them. Of course Demyx had NOT been expected the sudden blast of white light, so unlike the dark hole that had taken him away from his first home many years ago, and stumbled about and nearly into a wall that hadn;t been there before. With a dancer's grace he spun on his heels.
"Oof!" He uttered as his back collided, but it was better then breaking his face. He looked down at his wolf friend when he heard the pained yelp. "Puppy are you okay?" Like the silly guy he was, he didn;t even take notice of the winged creatures not ten feet away.
Roxas took a glance back, smiling as Esmeralda was swept away to safety. Good, she was going to be okay. They all were! They had done such a good job! And surely Dad would be pro-
A white light suddenly surronded him and next thing he knew he went stumbling into a hard floor. He grunted before slowly looking up. Okay, not proud. Furious. Veeeeery furious. "Uh... hehe, what;s up?!" He grinned widely niy neither were amused.
Soran was the last to struggled up, looking from his dad;s eyes that looked scarier then he;d ever seen - man he didn;t even think Dad was that made when they accidently took his staff out to the woods and lost it in the swamp! - and then towards Latium whose eyes held much disappointment. The spikes atop his head seemed to droop. Why were they so angry? "What;d we do...?" He murmured softly.
"What'd you-" Latium started in disbelief, but cut himself off just shaking his head and looking at Jet. He was the king and their father.
Terra gave a loud yelp as the spike hit him, his leg crumbling under him. He growled, feeling pain shooting down his shoulder, and slowly flowing into his body.
He looked up before latching his fangs around one of the hyena's legs and with a loud CRUNCH, the bone snapped under his jaws.
Aqua sighed, looking away as he left and shut her eyes, trying not to feel bad. Maybe it was the fear of knwing that one day she would be alone again that made her act so rudely towards the other.
She took off the hair clip, staring at it quietly. How could a man with such a cold exterior have such a warm heart?

Jet stepped down a step from the throne, his blue eyes looking at all three. "How many times did I tell you about interfering with other worlds?" He put his hands on his hips, not expecting an answer. "What were you boys thinking!?"
Ventus winced at the yell, feeling an odd tug. It... must of been the Balance... "But dad! They would of all died!" "YOU could of all died! You know one drop of your blood there might bring the end to the whole planet?" "But we HAD to do something! We couldn't just stand there and watched our friends die!" Ventus's eyes grew more blue, his fire wings suddenly bursting out.
Jet heard the other boys back up their reasoning too and shook his head. "Boys... listen. That world is a yellow world. Shee mustn't interfere with yellow world life. That is what blue worlds are for." Jet sighed as he smiled softly, the pull of the Balance starting to go back the way it was. "How can there be heroes in other worlds if we do everything for them?" The boys were silent as they all looked down. "I'm just glad you three are alright... but you DID go against the ruling."
He pointed at each of is son, his eyes stern. "Soran, Ventus, Roxas... you are all grounded." "WHAT!?" Ven cried, looking up at his father in disbelief. Jet shook his hand, silencing them all. "No traveling for a month." Ventus could of fainted. This was the worst punishment EVER!
The blonde side as he tossed the same ball into the air that he had gotten from that weird guy. He sighed, looking out at his dark room before getting up. He couldn't sleep. They got a reaming from their mother too over dinner... and then another from Latium. The third came from Firi... but she was lighthearted about it. As Sora and Roxas got a sweet talk, he was reamed in by Gin on the side.
This was so not fair!
He jumped out of bed, his wings flickering in the moonlight was he walked to his door and opened it. He looked down the quiet halls and then snuck out, walking over to Roxas's door. He knocked softly before whispering in the keyhole. "Come to Soran's room." He whispered before heading to his brunette brother's room. He knocked softly before walking in, seeing Soran laying on his bed.
He walked over and sat down, frowning at Soran. "Take out your map... I want to see something."
The razor sharp spike was shoved into Terra again after a cry and bones cracking filled the dark library. The fight didn't last long... Terra easily overpowering the other. But the red-eyed boy knew he wouldn't win the fight in the first place. He did however know that his words had been his best blow.
The body was tossed out for other to feast upon, falling onto the dirt like Terra's mother... and meeting the same fate.
After a few hours of sitting on the porch alone, the one eyed man walked back inside and stayed in the kitchen for awhile. The walked to the living room, seeing that Aqua was no longer on the couch. He sighed, falling onto it and pulled the blanket around him. The shiver had yet to leave as his damp hair fell over his face. Sleep can easily for him, an arm falling off the couch as he snored slightly.
In the kitchen on the wooden table, a hot meal awaited for the blue haired woman. Even if Xigbar was beaten... he wouldn't let Aqua go hungry... not even for a day...

Somewhere far away on the planet of Norn, near the stream and the comforting roar of the waterfall, two figures lay in the meadow. One was a black wolf who was laying on his stomach stretching out, nearly unseen in the night.
Comfortably nestled against his side, his own body stretched out on the soft grass, was a blonde, his hair done in something that could resemble a mullet, and his clothes were skimpy and barely there at all. Every time he shifted, the many bracelets would ring together and the charms on his anklets would kingle softly. Everytime he moved he was some sort of music act.
Despite the slight chill in the air the blonde, whose name used to be Edmy Tavi until he was taken in by gypsies and was now known as just Demyx, he did not seem bothered.
No, what happened earlier today, as he and Puppy were sneaking away, was a little scarier.
Demyx smiled when Puppy looked up at him, seeming no worse for wear. Suddenly though, yelling drew his attention away and his eyes bugged out. Holy shit! Wings!!! The blonde thought panickedly as he saw the man with yellow wings and then the other with blue wings - not even aware he was staring at the king of them all!
And just as he was starting to get over it, one of the blondes who might of been the one to help him escape spoke up and his wings BURST from his back. "But we HAD to do something! We couldn't just stand there and watched our friends die!" "Eep!" Demyx whimpered quietly, staring at the fire wings with wide eyes. He wasn't really scared; he just couldn't believe the situation he was in!
"Yeah dad!" The other blonde who, freakishly enough, looked just like the other blonde beside him, spoke up. He stood up straighter, his own wings blossoming on his back. "They were going to burn them all. And none of them desereved it. The gypsies are good people it was Frollo who was evil! We had to stop him!!"
"You can't honestly be saying what we did was wrong!" A brunette completed - but whther he had wings or not Demyx didn't know because the brunette's never showed. The look in his eyes though was one of true belief. "A life is a life, no matter how big or small! Fate let's itself fall into place, and fate led us there at just the right time. If I had to go back and choose again I'd always make the same decison."
Demyx nundged the wolf beside him. "Let's go puppy." The two snuck away quickly, racing from the castle. they didn;t go unheard but for now they were left alone. the trinity after all was a top priority, not two refugees. Of course the town freaked out a bit.
Tired blue eyes opened and stared at the sky, the words of the small brunette still stuck in his mind. "Fate led us here huh?" He sighed. "I wonder what fate could want with a wolf and a Nix."
His story was a simple one. He came from Lincintia, the world of the Nix - water creatures that could shapeshift at will but when on land took human form. However, he was not a full-blooded Nix. His father had mated with the Siren - the beautiful godess of their world who spoke songs to lure only foolish man to their doom. He guessed his dad was not foolish - because of such he was born.
He never met either of his parents. As he grew up in Lincintia, he was taken care of by the other Nix and eventually grew to be who he was today. A water mage who loved music and could use it so it had almost a haunting effect on it's listeners but could not shapeshift like the rest of his friends.
When he grew to be much older however well... he became lost from his world. He didn't remember exactly what caused the uproar - but something black swallowed him and next thing he knew he was playing music in Egypt with the other gypsies, while a man named Moses freed 'his people'.
There he met Puppy. Shortly after... they ended up in Paris. Not by choice of course. They had gotten swallowed by more blackness and, without any choice, joined the next gypsy crew.
And now here they were. On the world of Shee. The Nix and Shee were, after all, on good terms. Though this would be the first time he ever met any.
Roxas was writing quickly on his music notepad. A dark-skinned Shee named Dyre, a messanger, had gone back to Paris to gather the things they had left behind. After being scolded so many times in one day, Roxas was just ready to let his mind flow and let the music take all the stress away.
"Paris, the city of lumimeeeeeere," The blonde sung softly. "Paris, the city of amoooooore! Hate and discrimination fills the aiiiiiir, But wait, why are those two so gay? In a world with no one to befriend, A place full of lies and deceit, If you look - look closely now - around the bend, There he'll beeeeee the one who makes you cooompleeeeeeeeete!"
He paused, and just as he did a whisper entered his room and he glanced over. He smiled, setting aside his things and slipped from his bed. How had Ventus known he was awake? He hurried from the room and towards Soran's.
Soran sighed as restless as his other two brothers. He was staring out his window up at the stars, mechnically naming them off like he had done time and time again. He was only trying to distract his mind from all the lectures however - and time and time again he still stood by his belief that what he, Ventus and Roxas did was right, no matter what they said.
His wings were still not upon his back - they had not been since he had returned. He went by the blief that if one could keep his wings hidden in the entireity of a time in an arguement or when being punished it made him more right then anyone else because he was able to keep his inner peace steady with his mind, body and heart. His parents hated it when he did that - they just told him he was being stubborn. He still got punished anyways! Parents just didn't understand kids did they - or maybe they just weren't listening? And he hated it they they never thoughts they were wrong!
He sighed shutting his eyes but sat up when he heard his door open. He glanced over seeing Ventus come over. He shared a smile with the other and at the request he asked no question he merely reached for his map sitting atop his nightstand.
Roxas soon joined them as well on the other side of the bed. "What's all this about?" He asked, glancing at Ven while Soran spread out the map onto the bed between them.
Terra gave another bark of pain as the stinger was jabbed into his body once more. He shook as the tail came out of him and suddenly he was up and thrusting his body forward. And that was it.
His horns pierced the soft underside of the hyena's belly and chest, warm blood flowing down the horns and wetting Terra's fur. He snarled, listening quietly to the quiet gasps of pain and gurgling of blood filling the other;s throat until the body was limp. Without bothering to dislodge him Terra jumped onto the shelf and out the window with practiced ease, carrying the other blindly to the edge of the rooftop. He tossed his end and the hyena fell to the ground where he was torn to pieces.
Terra did not stay to watch, stumbling here and there back into the library, licking at the two wounds every now and again. He dragged his numbing limbs towards the health section.
Ten minutes later wolf-turned-back-to-man laid down on an old couch that had been his bed many times before. The book was on the ground, entited Wilderness and How to Protect Yourself from it. It was opened onto a chapter entitled "Scorpions".
The cuts had been cleaned and bandaged as best he could do, his body shaking, wracked with sickness. Because the boy had been smaller than him he was pretty sure he would live - he just had to wait it out. And now that he could not go home (the next time he saw his dad, it would be his last) the library would become his home.
He only wished, as he curled up into a ball the sight almost comical for one of his size, that this thing called 'medication' existed on Atteris. Terra glanced around the library, silently hoping this would not be the last time he laid eyes upon it.
His blue eyes fell shut and he fell into a fitful sleep, mind clotted by nightmares that didn't make sense and body shivering with a cold chill that was unknown to this world. His mouth was open, drool slipping from his lips and he was breathing in and out unnaturally fast as the poison invaded his resperatory system.
Aqua sighed and stood, retreating to her room. She placed the barette back on her dressor before tugging off some of her still wet clothes and throwing them onto the ground carelessly.
With a great big sigh she flopped onto her bed and promptly fell asleep.
When she awoke a few hours later, it was to the scent of something salty. She yawned, rubbing her eyes and glancing out the window, seeing the sun was gone and night had taken the land for it;s own.
She tugged on one of her large shirts - which was actually in fact Xigbar's - that came to her knees. She left the room finding him asleep on the couch. When she went into the kitchen however, she smiled softly at the food, still warm and waiting for her.
She ate it without a word, cleaned the plate, fork and knife without uttering a sound and tiptoed from the kitchen to the couch quiet as a mouse.
"Thank you," She whispered softly, leaning down and brushing her lips across Xigbar's cheek, before straightening and going back to her room.

The wolf sighed happily as the breeze whooshed through his fur. This world wasn't like the others he had been on. This one had a sense of peace... and he was sure that they were in no danger at all.
Danger... he knew that word better than most. Like his master... he wasn't able to just stay on one world either.
In a place called Agrabah, the wolf first appeared. He was stranded in a place that was run down and looked like it was once a beautiful palace. Everything was covered in sand and dust... and there seemed to be no way to get out of it. The sun beat down on the black creature as he tried to find shelter and any speck of food... but there was no food at all.
He wasn't use to such a dry and harsh climate, his original home being lush and wet. He also wasn't use to walking on all fours. He grew more and more thin, panting as his body sizzled. One day when he walked to find better shelter, another bright light was around the corner. He tilted his head and walked through, coming into another desert.
However.... there was life here. A place called Egypt. It had odd triangles in the distance... but that didn't bother him too much. He rushed to the Nile were he lapped up a whole gallon of water. It was still had to find my food since all the natives cursed at him... and some even threw rocks at him. They called him nasty names that he didn't understand... and he spent his time running away than trying to relax somewhere.
That was... until he found Demyx... or.... Demyx found him. The blonde noticed that the wolf wasn't doing anything to harm anyone... and quite honestly looked hungry. So, like gypsies do, the stole some food and gave some to the wolf...and ever since then, he stuck with him. As for the name Puppy... well... he wasn't sure where that came from... but at least... he had a name now.
Paris had been frightening. Everything was so loud and so much hate was in the air. For most of the time, he had his tale between his legs. For once he was glad that they got out of there... even if it seemed that they were still in the way of things.
He slowly stood and walked over to Demyx, laying down by his side to give his warmth now that he was a good size and healthy. He felt his master lay his head on him and smiled, sighing happily as he felt an arm warp around him as well. Now this was much better.
Ven moved over when Roxas sat down, all blue eyes looking at the map and seeing it glow with blues, yellows and reds. It was a majickal map of course. Whenever the Leader of the Travelers and Speakers of Norn(which was now their mother), decided that a yellow world could become a blue, a red to a yellow, the maps would change to honor her decision. The decision also had to run by the king first of course.
There was also a new line for green worlds. It was actually yellow worlds becoming blue... or blue worlds that had a hint of yellow. So far, only one place was a blue-yellow and a few that were a yellow-blue. The blue-yellow was the world known as Tarsa, the world of the imps. It was blue-yellow only because the Shee made a peace treaty with the imps long ago... but seeing that they were IMPS... they needed to be cautious.
Ven frowned as he shook his head. "We need to prove to mom and dad that we can do well in the world." He HATED being grounded... "This isn't fair." He looked at Roxas and then Soran. "I say we sneak to separate worlds... and show them that we can be trusted AND we can do it all by ourselves!"

Demyx sighed and smiled. He already lvoed this world - it had people of the likes he had never gotten to meet (but wished he had) and had flwoers of such interesting colors, and had a beauty about it that was just... haha, out-of-this-world!
"Well I guess we'll find out tommorrow." Demyx murmured shifting on his side. He placed a hand against the other's flank and shut his eyes. "Night Puppy." He yawned and fell fast asleep.
Soran and Roxas were silent as their brother spoke but the minute he was finished he got mixed reactions.
Roxas grinned. "Yeah let's do it!" "Are you crazy?!" Soran cried. There was a pause as the twins looked at their brunette brother. "What's wrong, scared?" Roxas teased. "No!" He said indignitedly. He crossed his arms and looked down at the map. "I just..." He sighed looking away. "If we go against what mom and dad said again nothing sans nearly dying saving the universe or something is going to save us from punishment!"
"Well that's a thought." Roxas joked. "Stop it!" The elder pouted and looked down at the map. He obviously wanted to explore mroe though - anyone could tell from the way his eyes sparlked looking voer the map and the way his fingers twitched, wanting to touch all the galaxies that were displayed on the map, opening it up to the connections within. "I just... don't really like the idea of splitting up." Soran admitted.
Roxas shrugged. "Well, we can't depend on each other all the time!" He loooked down, tilting his head. "I mean no offense, but hey some personal space would be nice."
