Dainket sighed. "ok, fine...but I still wanna word on my slicing disc. that will help if i can get it under my hand by the time the tourdament comes." he still didn't understand why flying would make him stronger, he'd just be out of reach from the other kids, it was kinda like cheating almost.
Gabriel was running down the path to Dainket's training ground. He was a kid that always got Dainket and himself in trouble with the town. he always wore a smirk on his face and had a small red trench coat on his back. He grinned when he saw raichu and dainket. "Yo dainket!"

Raichu looked back slowly as he saw Gabriel walking towards them " dainket um.. you cant use the disk in the tournamnet you could kill somebody with it" slowly he glanced back at him " understand? ill teach you something else you can use later" he then looked back at Gabriel " hey kid"

Dainket sighed. "ok," he looked over at Gab and smiled. They were best friends since he was a little boy, like 4. He hated the fact that everytime he hung around Gab, he'd get in trouble. "isn't it too early for you to be up?"
Gab stopped and looked up at raichu. "hey there Mr. San." he looked at dainket and frowned. "yea, but my dad told me to go find you. he said that the parade was canceled due to a threat. The people of the parade are still coming though, just no parade. maybe me and you can go check it out later."

Raichu looked down at Gabriel oddly " A threat? who told you that there was a threat?" he looked at the kid concerned, Raichu hated to hear about innocent people being threatened it was one of the few things that irritated him

Gab looked up and smiled. "well, my dad is close friends with the guy that runs this town and there was reports about a threat that the parade people got. It's sad really, they just wanted to celebrate one of their holidays. They got their independance a few years back and people are still threatening to kill them. So they canceled it and are just gonna stay in town for a few days."
Dainket frowned and growled. he didn't like the sound of it, not at all.

Raichu frowned shaking his head " fine then I dont want you two wondering off checking it out alright, youll just get yourselves into trouble again and this time it isnt safe" he looked off into the distance " I should go check it out myself though"

Dainket nodded. "ok, me and Gab will stay here, we won't move."
Gab nodded "yea, we'll stay. I'll keep an eye on Dainket, you know how much trouble he can get in." He started to laugh. Gab was about two years older than Dainket. it was easy for him to get Dainket to do stuff even if he didn't want to.

Raichu frowned as he looked at Gab " Gabriel I dont want my grandson getting in trouble I know how you are kid, and im not leaving yet im still training dainket" slowly he looked up at the sky and frowned he was getting to old for this but even if so he wouldnt let dainket grow up getting into trouble

dainket frowned and looked up at raichu. "why would they threaten the parade people grandpa?"

Raichu shook his head not very sure at all " I.. I dont know why they would... but I am going to try and find out later today" slowly he formed a small glowing orb in his hand then threw it into the air " just promise me you wont go snooping around and getting yourself into trouble this time alright"

Dainket sighed and nodded. "ok grandpa, i won't go snooping around. I'll stay home and......umm....meditate I guess." he had no idea how Gab got away with the things he did. His sister was so much calmer. His parents seemed to be nice people even though they argued A LOT. He sighed again. "I have to keep practiceing the flying?"

Raichu nodded to him " yeah of course you do hey um... how about we go see your cousins some time soon what do you think about that? We can get away from town for a while and go see the family" Raichu smiled slightly

dainket blinked then started laughing. "grandpa, are you losing it? Gabriel is my one of my cousins." he laughed then sighed. His grandpa was getting old and worn. He had been through a lot. He could tell by all the scars and cuts on his arms and chest. He couldn't think of any other cousins that he could have. All he knew about was Josh and Tifa but they really weren't related, just really close friends with the family. He didn't like Josh much and he could tell that josh didn't like him either.......because of his father...

Raichu scratched the back of his head and laughed " sorry I guess... I am getting to old for this" he slowly sat down holding his back " im not as strong as I used to be either... weird that I used to be considered the best.." he sighed staring down at the ground " but hey youll take my titol back someday right? bring it back to the family name where it belongs, when you get older you sure will be something"

"you're still the best in my eyes grandpa." he sat down and hugged raichu. "you aren't that old, are you?" he blinked and stood up. "Well, I promise that i'll bring back the family name. I want to be the peaceholder someday. i'll stand for the innocent and kick the bad guys butts." he looked down and smiled." And i will too."
