Axel blinked, shaking his head a bit to get him out of his phase. He looked down at Roxas then back at the beautiful sunrise. "Hey... the Gardens have some pretty things about it." But nothing quite like this.
He slowly left the blonde's side and walked to the classic spot. Where Kairi, Riku and Sora use to sit and watch the sunsets together as kids. Now it was just Riku and Sora who still kept the tradition of looking out to the sunset every now and then, Riku sitting on the trunk and Sora leaning on it.
Being so tall, there was no effort in reaching up and grabbing a Paopu fruit with ease. He looked at it in his hand, remembering that night when the two came and offered it and then Roxas got pissed up and so on and so forth... but now that he saw where this fruit came from, and this very odd tug in his heart, he understood it a bit better.
He walked back to the blonde, his bare feet getting dirty from the sand and dirt. He smiled softly before handing the fruit to Roxas.
Meanwhile, a very happy little fire lion was racing around in the sand. He too didn't like water so every time the waves came in, he ran away. He bounced around on the warm sand and stuck his nose around, smelling all new smells... but he stopped when one smelled familiar.
A happy yip!
It was Sora! He jumped and started to run after the scent. It was really everywhere along with some bits and pieces of Riku's. However, with the smell all over, he finally found a high grounded house. He ran up the stairs happily to only reach a closed door. Another yip and then the large paws started to scratch on the wooden door.
Negative eyes peered at the other. "No, I can do it myself thank you." He yawned a bit and tried to stretch but that failed miserably. "Mmmm, that was amaz---"
He blinked and stopped as he heard something practically trying to take down their door. What the hell was that? He frowned as he looked at Sora. Obviously, he couldn't answer the door himself.

There was a slight breeze that made the sand dance and the leaves on the trees whisper. The clouds in the sky colored beautifully with the sunrise. Roxas continued to grin even as he felt Axel leave his side. He looked around idly, tkaing in the beauty of the island. The plants were lush and green. There was a waterfall in the distance, the water so clear he could see it sparkling. Coconuts were in most of the palm trees.
A hand built home and tree house wrapped around the island, sturdy and built to withstand the satorms that the tropics brought. He had a feeling thats where Sora lived. Thats how the other had described his home - completely secluded from the main island.
He turned his head when Axel came back to his side, grinning fondly at the paopu fruit as it was laid in his hands. he fingered the rough skin and the leaves left at the top of the stem. He grinned at Axel. "Wanna share another one?"
In the distance he could hear Xio yipping and running off but for the moment he ignored it. It was enough to just have Axel here with him... In this beautiful world.
Maybe that was why the coordinates changed. Maybe it wasn;t as omnious as he thought... Maybe the keyblade just knew they had to come here and see this world - that it was one of the most important. This is - techically where his life had begun. This was... even if he had been apart of Sora this was his home world.
Sora chuckled as riku pretened to act tough, but when the scratching began he blinked curiously. he looked down at riku opointedly. "Oh oh, mr. I can do it myself." he grinned. "I'll get it." he cupped Riku;s cheek fondly, before straightened and walking voer to the door. He opened it, looking down...
At the cutest little animal he'd ever seen.
And instantly he knew who it was.
"Xio!!"

As Axel walked back to Roxas, he took look out at the island itself. What didn't this place have? It was like... some fantasy world. (Then again, all the worlds were more or less fantasy) The sound of the waterfall from afar couldn't be hear from where they were but it was a beautiful sight. It even seemed to have an everlasting rainbow over the mist.
Seriously... who couldn't turn gay here!?
When he handed the other the fruit, he didn't care much about the looks of the island... but of the look of Roxas.
Sora said that in select worlds, they were bound to change outfits and looks. They obviously figured that out on the PrideLands
...but here, it didn't seem like there was much difference... but there was, and Axel could see it.
There was something very, very different about Roxas. It was like... he was glowing or something. Something made the pyro's heart beat even more for the blonde and he didn't even think that was possible. Even when Axel had no heart, something beated for Roxas.
He blinked, snapping out of the shorter's beauty as he was asked the question. A soft smile ran over his face as he nodded.
He took one half of the star and pushed it down, breaking it in half. Luscious juice poured into the sand as the fruit snapped crisply. Axel looked down at it but smiled. It had been awhile since he had his first paopu fruit... and at the time, he was a real dumb ass. Now with a surrounding like this, he could definitely make Roxas happy.
The yellow fruit was pulled up to his mouth as he started to eat it slowly, green eyes looking around the beautiful world.
Destiny Island... I wonder...
Xio...!?
Riku moaned out of defeat and pulled the blanket over his head. Out of all the days in 29 days... those two had to come today! WHY WHY WHY? It was already bad enough he couldn't walk...
Xio yipped happily as he saw Sora and immediately stood to give the boy many lickings on the face.

Roxas smiled, chewing on his own part of the fruit, sucking at the sweet juice. It was unlike anything he'd ever tasted. The meaning felt even more pwoerful here maybe it was because this was were the fruit and legend originated from...
There had been tiems in their lives that had been hard - not only the adventure to get there heart back or the fight against malificent or even work...
With hearts came emotions and with emotions came anger - and anger lead to fighting which lead to crying which lead to one of them sleeping on the couch or giving the silent treatment. They had fought alot... came with being inexperienced in the ways of the heart he supposed.
There were many secret letters he had sent to Sora asdking him for advice and guidance - hell he even asked Riku if he had a thought or two (when he was ultimately desperate).
But tiems like these made all their struggles worth it. He leaned against Axel's form, drawing an arm around his waist, smiling. "Love you." he murmured.
Sora laughed, accepting the licks gratefully, his fingers petting the little fire lion warmly. "Man did i miss you."
His mirth was only increased tenfold when he heard Riku moan in a comapling way. His poor hubby - maybe the counter had been a bad idea after all. But he had to be honest he hadn;t expected them so soon. Roxas had told him they probably wouldn;t visit until later in the month. He wondered why they had changed plans all of a sudden.

Axel was the one on the couch and Roxas got the silent treatment. That was probably one of the things Axel hated about life. Arguments. If he could have it his way, everyone would be happy. Perhaps he felt this way because he was a Nobody longer than Roxas... he could really notice the change more than the younger.
The arm around his waist made him smile, his own arm lifting up and wrapping it loosely over the blonde's shoulder. "Love you too." He laughed as he noticed some juice coming from the other's mouth. He leaned over and wiped it off, then sucked his thumb before giving him and sweet kiss on the cheek.
"Come on, let's go bother some people."
The pyro grinned as he walked along with the other, across a poorly made bridge and onto the warm sand.
Xio yipped again before sniffing the air. It was Riku he smelt. Going back down on his fours, he rushed in behind Sora and looked around the house. It has a very nice warm air to it which was surprising being all made out of wood. It was a very simple place for people who weren't so simple.
He slowly trotted around and sniffed, eventually finding Riku on the couch. His ears twitched as he looked at the blanket. A black nose came close and started to sniff around, making the blanket shift. Another yip and...
"AH! HEY!"
The blanket was pulled off and thrown to the floor. The lion yipped happily, thinking that Riku was playing hide and seek with him?.... but all he got was a very angry look from a naked man.

Roxas laugehd lightly. he wondered who the 'people' that they were bugging would be.
Oh, that was an obvious answer, now wasn;t it?
As they walked across the sand, his adnals kicked up some of the warming grains, or they got buried so deep that they got stuck between his toes and under his feet because of he barrier between them. He groaned in frustration, then kicked off the shoes, sighing contently when his bare feet met the sand. He curled his toes in it chuckling. "that;s better."
He glanced towards the home again. the door was open now.
Sora watched the playful lion;s acts the grin on his face growing as little Xio got a little... too curious.
He laughed, both at the angry upon Riku;s face and the bewildered one on Xio's. he walked foreward petting both Xio and Riku on the head. "Ahh now you two kittens should play nice!"

It didn't take them long to cross the beach and onto the cold dirt path that went up to a set of stairs. He started to laugh as he heard the shouting. "Ah, Xio must be making himself at home." He pulled his arm from Roxas and planted both palms on the back of his head.
His long legs quickly carried him up the stairs to the house entrance. Green eyes peeped in to see Xio wagging his tail happily while looking at a familiar... brother-in-law?
Riku growled then pouted as Sora started to pet him.
"Damn pricks..." He snatched the blanket from the floor and finally stood. He teetered a bit but pulled the blanket around him and managed to their bedroom, shutting the door behind him before Axel poked in.
He threw the blanket on the bed and frowned. Great, of all the days they had to come. Sora had to work so he was stuck with these three until Sora got back! What was he going to do!? Couldn't Sora call in or something?
He sighed in defeat as he slowly shuffled to the bathroom attached to their room.

Roxas followed Axel without much comment, walking beside him as he peered in the house. He leaned over, glancing in as well.
Sora chcukled faintly as Riku left in a storm. wasn't he cheery today? He blinked then, getting the feeling that someone was watching him. slowly he turned around and his face split into a wide grin. "Axel! Roxas!" He rushed forward and without a care in the world swept them both up into a crushing hug. It had felt like forever since he last saw them. "What are you guys doing here?! I didn;t expect you for a few more weeks!"
Roxas and Sora were, of coruse, the same height, but Acel towered over them. Still it didn;t stop the brunette and his hyper actions.
The blonde chuckled. "Nice to see you two Sora."

Axel blinked as he saw that wide grin. Oh... this wasn't good!
Before he could run, a baby grip arm was around his neck, pulling him way too close to being friendly. He almost fell over as he was pulled down to the other's height.
After he was finally let go, he took a deep breath of air. Fire can't survive without oxygen!
But he did grin and hit Roxas's side. "Hey, did you notice that he said my name first. Looks like I'm Sora's favorite now!" He flailed his arms before laughing, his green eyes bright.
He stopped though, looking at Xio embarrassed face. "Oh... hey~" He looked down at Sora and smiled. "You got some coffee?"
Riku could even hear all their commotion over the water in the shower. Maybe he could get them out of his hair by sending them to the beach all day... or going to the mainland...

Roxas rolled his eyes, rubbing his side with a huff. "please Axel, i'm the favorite."
"You're both wrong." Sora grinned with a faint blush. "Riku;s my favorite." His smile became dreamy as if he was about to slip[ into 'Riku La-La Land' But Axel's question broke his thoughts. He blinked. "Coffee? No we don;t Riku hates the stuff."
Roxas rolled his eyes but his eyes caught something shiny. He walked into the house, over towards the other side of the living room where a few plaques and pictures proudly hung.
Teacher of the Year: Sora Holani They read proudly, cripted in gold, curvy print. A few pictures of Sora and his classes hung around the plaque, Sora's bright smile matching his students.
Roxas' brow furrowed. "Holani?" Was that... Sora's last name...? Wait... Sora HAD a last name?!
Wait that meant... HE had a last name! How hadn;t he known this?!
He sounded like some fucking island!

Axel's face twitched. Hated Coffee? Hated. Coffee. How could those two words be in the same sentence? Oh man... they would have to find coffee somewhere. You don't want to be around Axel if he didn't have his coffee in the morning!
Before his eye could pop, he blinked, watching Roxas get distracted about something.
He put his hands on his hips and frowned, pushing his finger on Sora's chest. "Well school boy, I don't care how handsome Riku is because if he doesn't like coffee, he is NO good." He nodded and soon passed the twin, walking over to the blonde and too looked at all the pictures and plaque. God this kid was a born success story.
"Eh...?" He leaned in closer, catching the same thing that Roxas did. "Hoo...Hou...Hoolawnee?"

"Holani!" Both twins repremended.
"Learn how to read Axel!" Roxas grumbled.
"Yeah gosh!" Sora followed, just like a true twin would. Both boys burst into laughter. The brunette grinned placatingly. "If you really want some coffee Axel you and Roxas can come with me to the mainland. I don;t thinkl Riku really wnats... company right now." he chuckled. "Besides I know this rgeat little coffee shop I always go to and then i can introduce you to my class!"
"what are we, Show and Tell?" Roxas rolled his eyes. Great thirty crazy kids staring at him. he was OVERjoyed.
"Yep!" Sora grinned. "Riku had to be now it;s your guys' turn!"

Axel blinked and frowned.
"THAT'S WHAT I SAID!" He frowned more and crossed his arms, watching the two boys laugh together. Xio too was interested, watching the three with his tail wagging.
However, at the sound of Show & Tell, his narrow eyes widened. He grew a shocked face and suddenly his eyes started to quiver. Roxas knew what that meant...
"SHOW AND TELL!? I LOVE SHOW AND TELL!" He started to flail happily and suddenly grabbed Xio, squeezing him and twirling him around. "XIO! We get to be in show and tell!" He pulled the poor thing under his arm and rushed passed the two. "COME ON COME ON!!" He darted out the door and down the stairs, running across the sand.
He totally forgot about the coffee.

Roxas stared blankly. "Oh god. You've created a monster."
Sora just burst into more laughter. "Go stop your hubby from running clear into the ocean and drowning himself. I'm just gonna tell Riku what;s up and then we'll be on our way."
Roxas nodded, watching his Other walk towards the bedroom before running after Axel. That idiot likely WOULD drown himself.
"Hey Ri?" Sora asked softly, knocking on the door to the bathroom. He turned the knob, opening the door, peeking his ehad in. steam was wafting around. He grinned. "i'm taking roxas and Axel to school with me so you don;t need to worry about them. I'll bring dinner home for us all too so just get some rest alright?" He knew Riku didn;t have the enrgy to hunt, fish or even go shopping today - not after that little bout of fun. He desereved to be pampered and be allowed to rest and Sora didn;t mind doing the favor.
He looked at the curtain that sdeperated his lover from sight. Usually he gave him a goodbye kiss but... well he couldn;t exactly go and get himself wet now could he?

Axel probably would go straight into the ocean and drown himself... if only he wasn't petrified of water.
His bare feet moved across the sand with ease, his green eyes wide with excitement. SHOW AND TELL! SHOW AND TEEEEEEEEEEHHHH!!!
He tried to stop so fast that he fell over himself the minute he got close to the shore. He fell flat on his face, Xio going down with him. The moomba whimper and pulled himself from the crazy grasp.
Spitting out sand, Axel lifted his head only too see a huge wave coming in. Another extremely glass breaking womanly scream came from the pyro as he jumped up and ran away, his arms up in the air. Xio too let out a rather feminine sound and rushed after his master.
A cold breeze came through the room as Sora opened the door. Blue shampoo suds filled the wet, now darker silver hair. A tooth brush was pushed in and out his mouth as the water ran over his weak body. The sound of the door opening, he looked at the curtain, seeing the outline of Sora.
He listened and almost did a little dance if he could of but only smiled. Pulling the tooth brush from his mouth, he opened the curtain a little bit. "You're a god send Sora." He smiled at the other happily and winked. "Love you. See you tonight."
