Amber was on her haunches, ready to race off at a moments notice.
Arrow loped around, following the scents until he reached the cove. he gave a loud howl, a sighting howl. then he pounced at them.
Amber yipped in fright, running away from the wolves large paws.

The green eyes dashed towards Amber who ran deeper into the cove. It seemed like he to protect his mate.
He jumped in front of the wolf, almost as big as he was. His ears laid flat on his head as he growled and snarled at the wolf, showing his fangs and powerful jaw.

Amber hide in the back of the cove glancing back. she felt a bit guilty, leaving Mos to fend for himself but... but when it came to fighting she had no skill. she was a vixen, meant to take people of her trail by running.
Arrow gave a low growl, tail rased proudly. his teeth were larger, but so was his body. the fox by all means could be quicker if he wasn;t careful.

Mos pawed the ground a bit. Unfortunately, Mos wasn't very experienced when it came to fighting. He was only vicious from Amber's scent that she had left for him, no one else.
Now that her scent was faint and he had done his deed, his wild green eyes were a bit more frightened.
This was not the life he knew....

Amber yipped suddenly, a word of warning to Mos. in there language she was telling him to run.
Arrow snarled, showing all his teeth, then he sprung for the wolf, paws outstretched.

The yip distracted him, not too sure what she was yipping about. Was she hurt?
That's when he felt large amount of pain... that didn't seem to go away. And no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't stop the pain.
The morning light shown onto the flowing river. Blood ran through it as it washed onto the rocks.
Long, red hair swayed in the water as it wrapped around a naked body.

Amber was laying besides him, her whole body spooning him protectively.
Mos gave a howl of pain that sent Amber's sense of fire. she shot from the cove suddenly, dashing behind the wolf and burying her teeth in it;s hind leg.
Arrow gave a howl, letting go of the young fox, before turning on her.
Amber glaopped away, but as luck would provide... Arrow followed, leaving her hurt mate behind. It would be a chase of many hours before she lost the young wolf, using almost all her tricks.
By the time she had stumpled back to the cave, it was an hour before dawn and Mos had dragged himself away...
She followed his scent wearily, collapsing next to him. he was hurt and bleeding but alive. She licked absently at the would he had sustained.
The fox shut her eyes sighing with exhastion. They were out in the open air, any human could find them easily...

Water found its way to the man's lips, being inhaled and exhaled quickly in a cough. Mos shot up and started to cough out the water, gasping for air. A few minutes passed as he was able to get oxygen down his throat. He panted softly as he heard the morning birds around him.
He opened an eye... but the other one wouldn't budge. He softly touched it but winced in pain. He drew his hand away and looked at his bloody and pus hand. What the hell had happened?
He looked down at his naked body that had scratches and bites on it too.
Shit... something was really wrong with his eye... He looked around with the good one, seeing that vixen next to him.
He couldn't remember one thing that had happened since that night that he saw her at the shop, waiting for him. He couldn't tell how many days that had been.... but something told him that something good hadn't happened.

Amber looked up at him, rasing a bit on weary limbs. "How do you feel?" she was concerned. it was a very... nasty wound. Not uncommon for animals but...
He would not be happy. she leaned close, nuzzling him with her head. "That wolf got you good."

Mos looked down at her, still confused. What wolf? That one that was chasing her? Why would he attack him? He... had a gun after all. He wasn't afraid to use it for self defense.... or if he was angry enough.
His ears laid close to his head as he looked out into the morning woods.
"Ugh....." He shook his head, still in numb pain. "Where am I? What happened?"

Amber frowned. "You are out in the Jakku forest... east of my clan." She looked at him. "You remember nothing? we mated last night and then that wolf found us and attacked. How could he NOT remember?
She looked around, hearing the sounds of the morning. they would have to travel back like humans, but at least day travel was safer - orey wise - during the day. "You should come to my clan, that wound is nasty and you will be safe with us."

A wolf attacked them? Obviously... he could feel it. That damn thing... he'd have to remember to hunt it down if he was majority hurt.

His green eye widened. "WE MATED!?" Bird flew from the trees from the loud noise. He look at her in horror. There was NO way they could of.... done that! He didn't even know her name... or met her parents... or even went on a date!
"AAAAAAAhhhhhh!!" He gripped his eye. Damnit... it was starting to hurt like a bitch. It hurt just blinking or moving the other. He tried to get up but fumbled a bit. "I need to get to a doctor."

"Of course we mated!" He forgot about that! her cheeks went red with a bit of anger. that wasn;t very nice...
she stood, grabbing him around the waist to keep him steady. "Doctor?" what was that? she wondered curiously. A human thing? "You need to stay here. you are hurt and your body will reveal itself if you go to the humans.

He looked back at her and frowned. "If I say here, my eye will get infected and I might just lose it. I need to get to a doctor, someone who will help me right a way." There was no way he was losing his other eye. His mom gave him two very beautiful green eyes and he wanted to keep them both.
He tried to get out of her clutches but he was still too weak to.
