Sora grinned happily following and not bafgfled in the least. Of course, he had already seen all this before. in fact, all the grandor amazed him. He was quite fond of it really - being small and yet being in a big place. being 5'4'' himself it was quite comforting...
The duo quietly followed the queen as she lead them down the stairs. The bottom room wasn;t full of throns and evil shadows, no it was still a brillant white with blue patterns strewn on the tiles.
And in the middle was the cornerstone - a massive ball that reminded him of an oversized marble and within, a bright light shined like a miniture sun, with gliattering rays bouncing around inside.
And in front of it was a familar male mouse dressed in red clothing with large ears. and-
"woof!"
"Whoa pluto!" Sora cried, as a sudden yellowy-orange dog ran from Mickey's side, straight towards him. the dog pounced and soon Sora was sprawled on the floor, being licked to death by the overnethusiastic hound. "hahaha stop that tickles!"
The noise drew Mickey's attetnion and he turned. upon seeing his visiters he offered Riku and the currently attacked Sora a smile.

The light was almost blinding... like the light that came from Kingdom Hearts. That.... brought back a lot of memories. Why couldn't all the worlds have this kind of light? It would really protect them from the darkness... and maybe he, Sora and Kairi could have a 'normal' life.
But being that this was the King's Castle, of course something like this would be placed here. This was the last place that should have darkness.
He jumped out of the way as the yellow dog rushed at Sora. Hmm... it seemed that everyone knew Sora... even dogs. The moved his attention back to the small mouse who was actually a good friend of his. Fighting by his side for quite a little bit and actually keeping his secret for as long as he could.
"Your Majesty, we came to check out if you've learn more about the keyblade war... and just to let you know, there were Heartless on the way here on the Gummi Ship. We got a lot of damage... are they just roaming space for now.... or have they started appearing in other worlds too?"

Sora laughed a bit, tugging on Pluto's collar and gently taking the dogs paws off him. "missed you too." he patted the dog on the head, but made no immediate movements to stand. he merely crossed his legs and waited for the answer.
Mickey looked upon the other boy, a boy who was almost a man now. Riku had gone through a lot of suffering in his life but had been a wonderful companion to him. He would never lie to him. "There have been a few reported attacks, but there are few and far between, random and for the most part undamging. However, they crowd the interspace and make it very hard for one to travel. I suppose you already noticed by now that they are getting stronger, i fear that is forbidding of things to come. As far as the war goes, it's highly underwraps and no new information has been found."

Nothing new? It's been six years and nothing new has to be reported? Quite honestly, he knew it wasn't like to King to lie to him... but he had a feeling that there was more to it. Mickey was noble and quite powerful... but he had noticed that maybe the King's heart was a bit too big... and didn't understand the power of another's heart. Meaning.... he usually wanted to take care of things by himself... so no one would get hurt.
It was a caring thing to do... but not even the King could do everything by himself.
The silver hair fell over his right shoulder as he looked back at Minnie slightly. He could see he worried face. He looked back at the mouse before them and sighed. "Are you sure this is all you can report to us for now?"

Mickey looked from Riku to Sora then said this slowly. "no... there has been... one incident. Twlight Town."
Sora tensed and then he was on his feet in an instant. In the back of his mind he could hear Roxas yelling. "What happened to it?!"
What happened to my friends! Roxas screamed.
"It's disappeared off the radar, off the map."
"What do you mean disappeared!" Sora waved his arms. Roxas was fighting for control now though. Stop it Rox, calm down.
Mickey shook his head, sadly "I'm not completely certain, since heartless have never invaded that world only nobodies. Twlight Town has always been an unusual case... and when i went to investigate the space around where it is meant to be is completely invested, there's no way to get through."
Hayner! Pence! Olette! this can;t! Sora let me through i'm going to-
"How long...?"
"About two weeks ago."

"And you didn't summon us?" Riku blinked as Sora started suddenly getting quite concerned.
It must of been Roxas.
Seeing that Roxas is a part of Sora, it would be known that Sora would be quite upset.
"We'll check it out then. I'm sure Sora and I can find out what happened to Twilight Town and bring it back to peace." He nodded at his own statement.
He then smacked his forehead. "Damnit!"
"Oh my!" Minnie exlaimed.
"Kairi's going to kill us if we go out without her."

"Namine isn;t a fighter! She's not going anywhere!" Sora hissed, but his eyes had darkened a bit. Roxas was still trying to get control.
stop it! Sora snapped, pushing his Nobody self back into his mind.
Mickey watched the curious excchange quietly, then gave Riku a glance that said 'you see why i didn;t tell?' Roxas might have been Sora, but he was irrlational...
"not on that ship we aren't." Donald said, walking down the stairs. "we were lucky to even get here. one of the shots nearly got the engine." he frowned looking at the king.

Namine? Riku looked at his younger friend with a raised eyebrow. Oh yea.... that right. Even Sora's nobody had a thing for Kairi.... or.... Namine.... He shook his head to snap out of it. He knew was he ment.
He could see the glance from Mickey and nodded. Even if Roxas was irrlational, it didn't give much of an excuse to keep secrets... at least not from Riku. Roxas wasn't even real....
Hearing the bird brain, he looked back slightly, seeing the feather's magician and tall knight. Another sigh. The Ship did seem to be in bad shape indeed and it didn't seem like they would have the time to fix up a stronger one. Twilight Town was missing for two weeks already... they couldn't make it wait any longer.
"Is there any other way, your Majesty?"

The only other way was a way none of them could travel, everyone knew that. The darkness...
"Welp, the Radiant Gardens Restoration Committee has been notified as well. I heard one of their members is quite an expert on gummi ships." Mickey said dutifully.
"Cid." Sora said, with a small smile.
Mickey nodded in comfirmation. "He said he was working hard to make better armor, something that withstand these new heartless, but i have yet to receieve word if he is finished or not."

That was the first thing on Riku's mind. The darkness. He could travel with it, but there was no way he could drag Sora into it. The darkness would ban Sora from doing so. He was Light. But then again... Roxas could... No... there was no way he would split from Sora again... unless he absolutely needed to.
"Radiant Gardens?" Riku asked. That would, he didn't know of.
"Yea! It use to be called Hollow Bastion but ever since the light came, they rememered the real name of it." Goofy informed the taller boy.
"Oh... I see. Oddly enough, I like the sound of Hollow Bastion better." He grinned but looked down at the duck. "Do you think the Gummi Ship could get us to Hollow Ba--- I mean... Radiant Gardens?"

Donald crossed his arms, tapping one foot deep in thought. They had always been able to get from the gardens to the castle safely and without harm before. now everything was so... unpredictable though. "We should let chip and dale do some repairs first, but it;s not a long trip, so i think we can make it."
Sora patted Pluto on the head absent-mindedly, "of course we'll make it. we have to."
forget the repairs, let's just go! We-
you won;t help anyone Roxas if you're dead.
The other side of his mind went silent.

Riku didn't like the wait either. "Well then, go tell them to hurry up."
Minnie was about to interupt about what was wrong with just staying the night but... she wasn't sure if interfering would be a good idea at this point. It was night now... so things would be more dangerous.
Seeing that no one argues with Riku's command, the tall knight nodded and ran off towards the port again. He too was kind of itching to start fixing this asap.
Namine, Namine, Namine. Hayner. Pence. Olette. Where does Axel even cross your mind. I thought we were best friends...

AXEL?! the two boys cried. Sora went tense, his hand pasuing. Axel i thought you...
theres no.. way i saw you you... where are you?!
Sora took a step back suddenly, eyes glazing over. "I'll um... i'll be right back..." and almost against his own accord Sora took off up the stairs. Axel how!
"Sora?" Donald squaked confused. "what's gotten into him?!"
Mickey frowned, concerned. it was very probable that the boy was taking the nws badly, even worse then he thought but... something strange seemed to be going on here.

Oh yea... NOW ya care. Thank's a lot Roxes. Dontcha think it's a bit too late to think of me now?
Goofy fell flat on his face and Sora ran him over in a blast of confusion. Small birds started to circle the dog's head bit they soon faded as he got up and dusted himself. "Gwarsh Sora, what's all the---" The dog blinked as he could see Sora looking around the throne, as if he was looking for something... or someone.
"Oh!" Minnie blinked and rushed out of the way before she ended up like Goofy.
"Ah" Riku blinked as well as he saw Sora rush off. "Axel?" He repeated Sora softly as the boy disappeared up into the throne. Axel was a part of the Organization... well... at least he was before he decided to figure out where his friend was. He looked back at the mouse a bit confused. "I thought we got rid of them all except for Roxas and Namine."

I... shut up! Roxas snapped back suddenly angry. you bastard I thought you werre dead!! how can you be mad at me?! you you argh! get out here so i can kick your ass!
Roxas, that;s not the best of encouragements... Sora looked around frantically, as if the white walls and the red carpet would reveal the red-headed pryomaniac. "Axel..."
Mickey frowned, even more concerned. "I believed we had too..." his ears twitched. "Jiminiy's reports said that they had all perished."
