Roxas cursed, then looked at Axel ."We... we can't leave them though..."
Donald looked at Goofy then sighed. "we... we can;t do anything then..."
Sora nodded. "al-alright." he but a hand on Riku's shoulder, then one by one he started pulling them out, quickly throwing then to the side. his fingers were getting little cuts at times but it was nothing compared to Riku. he had blood all over his fingers.

Axel bit his lip. But... the Kingdom... if it became complete and the Heartless took over it, these guys will have even more to do and they would remain... well.... heartless. "But...."
Goofy sighed too. This was bad, and hearing Axel in the back saying they didn't have much time left wasn't good either. "HURRY UP IN THERE SORA! THE KINGDOM IS ALMOST COMPLETE, WE AIN'T GOT THAT MUCH TIME!"
Riku winced even more, but if was indeed much less painful. He pulled the hood off, it had getting hard to breath with it on. A huge gash was in the back of his head, making the red blood mix in with the silver hair.

Sora didn;t pause, but suddenly yelled back."GO ON WITHOUT US!"
"WHAT?!" Donald screeched.
"GO YOU DON;T HAVE TIME TO WAIT FOR US! HURRY UP!" Sora yelled.
Roxas looked down, feeling bad that Sora was actually giving premission to be abandonned with a hurt friend... but then nodded. "alright then let;s go." he looked at Axel.
"Don;t worry Ri, there's not much left." Sora whispered encoragingly.

Goofy jumped again then looked at Donald. "Gwash, we can't just leave 'em here!" He looked at Roxas who gave the go then back at Donald... then back at the building. It wouldn't feel right leaving Sora's side... but they needed to get going.
Axel nodded and started running towards the castle. He hated to do this too seeing that he knew how important Sora was... but again, there was no time for this detour.
Goofy sighed as well and started running after Axel.
Riku felt the back of his head where it stung. Looking at his hand, it was covered in blood. A sigh. "Sora... I-I'm not feeling so well..." He laid his head on the cold tiles and looked through the silver hair. "Just go... I'll catch up with you later..."

"HURRY AND CATCH UP!@" Donald yelled, before running after Gopofy and Axel.
Roxas stared down at the building, putting a hand over where his heart should be. even with their connection broken,,, he could feel it. Sora was desperately scared and close to tears... He couldn;t even imagine how hurt Riku was... Hang in there. he;ll make it. Roxas told his Somebody, before taking off as well.
"No!" Sora snapped. "i'm not leaving you, not like this!" he could see the blood in Riku;s hair, the tears tracked down his face... his back was in shreds. "i'd never leave you like this Riku..." he looked determined. "we're going together, just like we always should!" he continued to diligently pull out the shards.

Goofy was worried about all them... but he knew it would cloud his judgment if they were to get into another battle.. which he was sure they would.
Axel raced up the 'stairs' that weren't really visible to the eye. A good way to protect this castle. While in the middle of it, he could hear a devilish laugh from a woman. "Malicifent!" Damnit... she was a step ahead of them... of course she was... she LIVED IN THE CASTLE!
Riku winced more. "Sora... please, they need you... I'll be fine... I promise." The floor was covered with bloody glass. He just couldn't look at it. He... he knew what he could do to make himself better...

Donald held his staff tightly. Malificent was... a very powerful witch. it ashamed him to say but her magic bested his...
Roxas' eyes narrowed. "damn it!" This was just getting worse!
"No! why would i leave you when you never left me?" Sora said. he pulled out another shard and another. he didn;t want to give up...

Goofy shivered at the sound of her laugh as they ran up the odd stairs that Namine had made in the past. "Gwarsh...this doesn't sound good..." He said to himself. He really wished that Sora was here... even if Roxas had two blades.
Axel rushed up as fast as his skinny legs could go. He finally burst into the castle and stopped, his whole face drooping.
"Oh....shit...."
The room had two, very huge, very vicious looking guards. They turned around the minute Axel came bursting in, acid saliva dripping from their fangs.. Shadows and Neo Shadows started to form all over the huge room.
"I really...REALLY hate you guys...."
Riku clenched his teeth been more from the pain. "This is going to take too long Sora... they need you." He pushed some strength into his arm as he reached up to Sora's chest. "I'll still be with you here... you should know that by now..."

Roxas growled, standing next to Axel. "Damn it all. bring it on your bastards!"
"Uh you think maybe you shouldn;t taunt them?" Donald said from behind.
Sora reached up, putting his hands over Riku's but then nodded. "I... got it..." He leaned down suddenly. "Thank you... for saving me Ri..." and then he braved it. he kissed the silver-haired boy.

"EEEP!" Axel let out as he looked at Roxas in a crazy way. He was crazy. Where was that gentle friend of his?? Oh well... he already pissed them off so here it goes.
"That's right my dears... show these intruders not to burst into my castle without knocking first." The witch's voice echoed throughout the room.
The beast roared front the taunt and slammed their fist down on the floor, cracking it all the way down to the 'intruders'.
Goofy hid behind his shied. Oh... come on Sora!
"HEY! THIS USE TO BE OUR CASTLE!" Axel replied to... nothing really. A wall of fire surrounded them, killing off some of the Heartless that were aiding the two huge ones. The chakrams appeared in his hands after swirling and he got into stance.
Riku smile as his friend finally budged. But his eyes widened as Sora pushed his lips on his blooded ones. Hmm... so this was a kiss. Yea... he'll have to survive this to have future ones. The ocean eyes lowered as did his best to reply back to Sora's kiss.

Roxas growled, both keyblades appearing in his hands. he was NOT in the mood for this!!! he ran towards the heartless.
"Thunder!" Donald yelled the long ranged spell, and the lightening struck down on a group of heartless.
Sora lingered for a few moments, feeling his friend respond, more before slowly breaking away. He smiled softly. "Be safe Ri..." he tucked a strand of the silver-haired teen's hair behind his ear and stood. He was going to have to cut his way out... the keyblade appeared in his hand and he faced the wall.

Axel followed his lead, heading towards the other one. He figured that it could be two on two right? "Goofy, let's go!"
Goofy blinked, still scared of the ferocious beast. He never saw Heartless so scary before. But after being call, he gulped and ran after the pyro, hitting heartless on the way with his shield.
Riku smiled softly as his hair was tucked away, but it fell when Sora left. He had no need to tell Sora to be careful... he knew he already would be.
"It's time to come back to the darkness, Riku."
A grin.

Donald covered them with magic, both protective and defensive, racing after them.
Roxas slashed over and over, flinging the Oathkeeper through the mass. It swung like a boomerang, cutting down anything in it;s path.
Sora cut through the wall before racing off, quickly. He had a lot of ground to cover and in a short amount of time... he took off in a glide, watching things speed by him.

Goofy felt the majick and felt a bit better, but without Sora's energy, it was hard fighting.
Lack of energy? What the hell was that about? Axel glanced at Roxas. He was a killing machine. He shrugged it off and started to put the beast aflame. That pissed it off. He grinned and started to fling the fired chakrams at the thing. They struck to it's shoulders and pushed it against the wall, unable to move. This was a great opportunity to make it weak... but only a keyblader could put in the last strike... Even he knew that.
The minute Sora raced off, a black hole started to appear under Riku. He wouldn't fight it this time. He needed it. The black shadows wrapped around his wrists, his ankles and his waist, pulling him down into the darkness until he was fully engulfed. The hole slowly stared to close and disappear.
In the Darkness, Riku swayed on his feet, blood dripping on the 'floor'. More shadows circled him, healing his wounds quickly.
"You belong to the Darkness, Riku. You're not afraid of it. You even let it heal you..." The woman's voice echoed in the darkness.
Once fully healed, Riku opened his ocean eyes but closed them again. There was nothing to 'see' in the Darkness.
"Thank you for your service... but I need to get going too."

Roxas went for the second large beast, holding Oblivion tightly and he pounced, jabbing it down towards the heartless' head.
Donald cried out a few more spells. more and heartless fell and were harmed.
Sora raced up the steps that he had run up several times before. but this time when he got to the top, Namine would not be waiting to put him to sleep...
