he smirked, running his fingers through her hair. "mmmhmmm." he kised her on the cheek. "whatever you say."

It had been a few weeks already, and one devestating call from his family back home. Ryten had gone missing on a day or so after he had left. Sora couldn;t help but feel guilty... if he hadn;t of left...
in fact he was feeling lots of guilt as of late. Rina and Riku were fighting everyday now - over him no less and him still sleeping on the couch. Maxwell was only making it worse, the kids were distressed and Diana was trying to keep the peace and all he could do was... sit in the middle.
Not to mention he felt like he was giving his relatives trouble... Josh and Tifa were bickering a lot too... and Shouka was a handful - he hated to even go over anymore and just make things more stressful. Uncle Josh had been hurt really bad...
But school, now school was something else. he felt that was the only place he was happy anymore (funny twist that is). the kids were all so inquistive about him, and all the girls practically fawned over him. it was strange, how mucyh attention he got froms peers and teachers alike. and all the studies and lessons - they were so amazing! sure he didn;t understand everything but it was... it was exhileratingly nice. there was even this beautiful red head... Kairi... who was always so helpful to him. she was in a couple of his classes and he really liked her.
"Sora watch me!" Dimitri called excitedly, swinging up as high as he could on the swings.
Sora looked up, chuckling a bit. "i can see." They were at the park. he was glad to help out anyway he could for the family that had taken him in, and taking Dimitri out was just one of the things he was willing to do. he;d cook and clean if they asked, he never minded. he owed them a lot.
he glanced surruptiously to the side. at the far end of the park, Riku stood, looking glum. the only reason he was here was because of Diana begging him. she wanted to get along, but honestly, it just happening.

Riku was sitting down on a park bench away from Sora he stared over, he frowned slightly, too make matters worse, he noticed Kairi had been talking too this guy alot. It just... it made him angry... jealous... if this guy stole his girl... hed go insane! It just wasnt going too happen... he breathed slightly then watched his siblings not too far away, why had his mom made him come...?

Dimitri looked over towards his big brother. "Riiiku! come and catch me like you used to!!" his brother had been so distint lately, he missed him a lot...

Riku stared over at his younger brother and sighed getting up as he started too walk over, even if he was pissed off... he still couldnt ignore his siblings right?

Sora watched Riku before smiling. at least he still cared about his brothers and sister. that was a good sign right?

Sora watched them curiously, trying to dechiper what they were doing. it all looked... very interesting.

Riku grabbed onto the chains of the swing and began too push his brother higher forcing him up " keep going!"

Dimitri giggled happily, kicking his legs to give him an extra boost. "this is fun!"
Sora smiled, watching them play like that for a few minutes with Dimitri squealing and Riku looking strangely happy for once. It was... it was heartwarming.
But the happy scene wasn;t one that would last for long. It was Sora who saw them first. a group of people in blue who had their faces covered hiding near the trees. Riku nor Dimitri could see them, their backs turned... his stomach twisted with unfamilar fear. somehow he didn;t like this. Somehow... he jsut knew something bad was going to happen.
He stood suddenly, hurrying to Riku;s side - he usually never approached the other but... this was an emergency. "um... Riku... are those people normal?" he jabbed his thumb towards the group.
