Josh grimaced suddenly he opened his eyes slightly... he stared up towards the ceiling... he had a huge throbbing pain going through his head... had it worked...?

"yes sir!" the cries came back. it was early in the morning but perfect for getting some training done. two squds went on laps, two others went on sword praticing and three went to kidou practice, a few others on various other excrusions, the rest to meditate.
