Sora sighed then turned and walked off. he had to get home.

Sora did never see the gate again. who knew why, but maybe the chain of events having to do with edward and al triggered it.
Or maybe he had been hallucinating that day, who knew.
"you know," Rina said conversationally, glancing at her lover. "it;s weird being this old and having wrinkles. i never looked old when i was alive the first time."
Diana chuckled. "does it bother you?"
"truthfully? a little yeah." Rina murmured, then looked up at the sky as they walked through the forest. after helping Pinako and Winry for awhile, she found a scientist who was willing to take her in. she imeddittaly went for it. not only would she get to travel and study what she wished, she was getting paid decently, in fact better then decently. no one thought she was weird or alien in this world. it was nice not having the discrimnation.
She'd been hearing rumors of the others, especally Sora. he was keeping the heartless away, training others to do the same and effectively locking them out of some towns. it had only been about a year ago that she devised a theory about them. because they had locked out all the darkness in their dimension, the darkness spiled in here. apparently, there was a hallway between the dimensions, the place where she first had to fetch Sora from. She had named it The Heartless Ravine.Each time alchemy is performed in this world, a new heartless would be made, not to mention whatever happened in the other dimensions contributed to the masses. It wasn;t good.
But, even so, people were leading relatively peaceful lives. Gradd and Dagmir had completely vanished. she knew not what they were doing. meanwhile Tifa was living her life with Josh. Raichu's family was good to. Raine had grown into quite a woman.
She visited Raichu every so often, stopped by to see Tifa at times, and popped by Sora's house when she could, only if she was in the neighborhood of course. it was always nice to see them.
She didn;t know what happened to Siaki, like Gradd and Dagmir, she had completely disappeared. she was worried sure, but Siaki could take care of herself, hopefully.
Rina sighed, looking up at the sky and smiled. Somewhere in another world, two boys with blond hair and golden eyes were having the time of their lifes, as brothers, as friends. She knew Winry was hurt, badly, by their depature, probably always would be, but she for one was happy those two had gotten what they wanted. a life together, no longer having to search for a way to fix a mistake, but finally a time to just be family.
With time, the 15 that had crossed over to this world, in search of a new life, would die, and rejoin their families in heaven. Everyone would get to meet the new beautiful woman named Raine, Sora and Riku would once again be able to play fight and joke, Iris would get to tell Kairi of how she finally got Riku to ice skate with her, Tenks and Pann Shouka and Ami would happly embrace their mother and father shocked to see him again and she would once again spar with her siblings and trade stories and just be happy, the scars of maxwell's death healed.
