"Gradd lay down." Tifa said.
Eve watched the boy walk past, setting the ball down near the cave's entrance, then he seemed to glide back through town. not ten minutes later he came back... with another one.
"ok set that down! you need sleep!" Eve ordered.

He did what she said but gave her an odd look " You called me... Gradd..?" it was the first time hed ever heard her use that name for him...

Rina walked over to them, blinking. "what's going on?"

Rina blinked. she leaned down tapping one. "oh...? how... peculiar" she glanced up, hearing tapping shoes. Sora grinned at them, setting down the sixth one before seemingly heading back. "how many is he going to bring?"

"not even." Rina said, her hand running over one. her eyes held a lot of curiosity. "materia's small and doesan;t have any symbols in them. still they do hold a magical essence to them. can you sense it Eve?"
"of course. it;s foriegn magic though." Eve responded, looking down at them. "not of our world, probably not even our galaxy."
Sora came back and set down the seventh. he stood there and grinned at them but didn;t go back this time. "tah dah!"

Tifa nodded. "alright." she gave him a kiss on the cheek before standing and walking outside.
Sora leaned down, stopping it and rolling it back in place. "they are um... wishing things!"
Rina rasied an eyebrow, "wishing... things?"
Sora glared. "well he didn;t tell me what they were called but he said they would grant us three wishes..."

Gradd watched her leave but laid there shutting his eyes im not going to be able to protect them forever... villagers keep dying... soon its going to be somebody I know... or love...
