How had they ended up like this... again?! in chains...
Rina tugged at her wrist restarints, watching desolutely as everyone else ate. Deja vu...
she bowed her head scowling.
Iris, Riku Sora and Kairi all got to live their normal life, or as normal as it could have ever been. As fate would have it, her natural cetra abilities kept her alive more then anything and Iris outlived all four of them. And Kairi... had died first. younger then expected. As the story went, she had given birth to her and Sora's second child when she hemmorhagged. their was nothing doctor's could do and being that Iris was not on a planet with a lifestream, could do nothing at all. the girl had died when she was thirty. Sora being left to raise both their daughter and son alone.
It was a bit ironic really.
From there on, she knew nothing of the story. Riku and Sora somehow managed to die the same day, she couldn;t at current, remeber what age or what the cause was all she kenw is it happened. a few years later Iris joined them.
But now...
lots had changed since the four rejoined heaven. one-hundred years was a long time. The biggest one on her mind was her sister. Sol, in an act of idioticness, commited a forgiveless crime, killed an angel, and was sent back to hell. and her sister, being even crazier... had accepted demonship and followed. that was fifty years ago, she hadn;t seen Eve since. Sephiros followed down a similar track, though she had no knowledge if he turned demon or not, tweleve years ago he had decided to move into hell with his wifes, Elle and Dedria, along with their three children.
Viares, Sephiroth's daughter, had done some wacky stuff too. The child with the natural born pink hair had ditched her half son Zecco for Adan. then she heard rumors that she had been spoending an awful lot of time with Cloud Strife too.
And Ryten... oh if Rina ever got her hands on that bastard... for some reason that inane freak wanted to try and prove to her that Diana woukld chose him instead of her. Rina was going to snap that arrogant punk's neck one of these days.
She sighed. it didn;t matter much though. not now. They were in hell again. AGAIN. jesus no orginallity. But the standards were much higher, much worse...
At this, she glanced up. hanging from the cieling like a candelier, was a large ball, transparent and inside was a very familar, yet unfamilar boy. Sora lay inside, like some daqmn ornament, but his appearence... was different. He was a heartless. she wasn;t sure how it happened, someone caused a chain reaction, forcing him to change forms, an action that wernt horribly wrong then trapped him in that ball, locking him in that form. why she wasn;t sure yet.
She wasn;t even sure why at least once at every meal, one of the demons would float in front of the chandelier and torture the poor kid, sending eletrcity into the little confines of his prison, or just any attack really, magic or not. they could hurt him, he couldn;t hurt back; though he did try. though he made no sound, it was obvious how much they were making him suffer, but why? to show them how hopeless it all was? to kill sora slowly? She was sure it was tearing Kairi's heart apart.
Apparently this was some guy named Xaernort's idea. And Maleki or maybe it was Deathsiege she really couldn;t tell idea's. the bastards.
At current the keyblader-turned-heartless was asleep. or at least, as asleep as he could get. she called it 'a Resting Period'. He was merely laying down in his little bubble, his eyes hidden in his arm. but even still, he;d twitch occasionally, an arm, a leg, just anything. it seemed normal for heartless to always be moving, like all of them had a nervous tick or something. she found heartless very fascinating, had unconsiously been studying Sora like a hawk.
And Xaernort aka Ansem aka Xemnas (how many names does one guy need?!) knew of her interest, had tried to get her to join the 'dark' side more then once. yeah like that would ever happen.
