Riku had to admit, he was getting sick of this too. Was someone bored? He looked over at Sora and grinned, slowly holding out his hand....like he once did before.

This time, when the other took his hand, he pulled the boy into a tight embrace and stroked his hair as the darkness swallowed them up.

"AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!" A sudden lightness came to him and noticed that Sora was no longer in his arms. He fell down fast into the darkness. No....don't.....don't take him......away from me.....
He suddenly fell into something wet. Water... He pushed himself up and gasped for air as his head broke onto the surface. Another splash came next to him.

It had all happened so quickly. one minute Riku had been there... then he wasn;t... then he felt his stomach twist in that weird feeling one always get in a free fall. now he just couldn;t breathe, and it took a few moments before he got his bearings enough to make him realize he was underwater. he swam up, seeing light, and came out of the water coughing and gasping. "what the hell?!"

Riku swam over to him and grabbed him, making sure he was ok. he blinked as he looked at the color of the water.....the color of his eyes. No....this......couldn't be. He slowly looked up and towards the shore.
"Sora....." he whispered faintly as his eyes were planted on.....Destiny Island.

Sora grinned looking up and he hugged Riku. "oh jeez and here i thought we were torn apart." he blinked when he got no response. the oither seemed to be... transfixed. he looked to his left... and his jaw dropped. "oh... god... are we dreaming now?"

Riku pulled his hood down, his wat hair now blowing in the ocean wind. It had to be a dream...it had been....years since he.....no, this was all just a cruel dream. He closed his eyes and looked away. This wasn't funny. If his face wasn't wet from the water, the other would of see some tears forming at the end of Riku's eyes. It wasn't right to trick someone like this. Even a person like Riku....could break with such a trick.
"SORA!? RIKU!?"
His eyes opened and looked back at the beach, seeing a girl running to the beach.

"SORA!!! RIKU!!!!" The girl almost ran into the water but stopped herself and started to wave to them.
Riku narrowed his eyes, looking around slightly to see if there was any darkness in the corners. But...he didn't see any like he did with most images. Were they.....really home? After all these years?

Riku blinked but smiled softly as he started to swim after his friend. When they arrived at the beach, he pulled himself up. The cloake was heavy when it was wet. He looked at Kairi and smiled a.....well......happy smile. It had been years since he smiled like this.
