Vertix grumbled as he kept running " what are these things yuff!?"

Josh stared up at Sephiroth " Sephiroth...? what are you doing here!? Where is Ansem!?"

Tenks jumped at his mother he was trembling with fear " mommy im so scared! The bunny monster tried to eat me!"
There was a sudden scream that came from Panns room the small babies crying could be heard all through out the house.

There ground beneathe Yuffie and Vertix suddenly shook... a large shadow suddenly began to grow underneathe them " awe crap!"

Josh growled staring at him " what do you mean!? Is that what the heartless where!? Just rabid beast! He said they where suppost to help us! To understand life... not destroy it!"

One of the smaller creatures had grabbed Pann holding her it was standing by the window looking around ready to jump out.

beneathe them the ground suddenly started to lift upwards but in the shape of a body... a large creature suddenly began to take shape. Vertix growled grabbing Yuffie by the arm and jumped away " we have to get home now!"

" what!?" he hadnt even thought... he growled staring at him but suddenly turned grabbing the door handle but it wouldnt open " Tifa no!"

The creature just stared at Tifa its beady eyes not moving as it held Pann in its arms the child crying loudly.

A hand suddenly grew out from the ground underneathe them as it reached out grabbing in their direction. Verty paniked firing a blast at it " crap!"

Josh growled suddenly drawing his sword " Bastard!!" he shouted as he flew in his direction

The creature paniked and suddenly dropped the small child onto the ground as it struggled to break free from her hold.
" Mommy im scared!" Tenks cried holding onto her " its the boogie man just like Ryten said!"

Yuffie yelped as the demons began to grab at her. she scowled, kicking at them.

Sephiroth laughed dodging easily. a fire spell wrapped around Josh.

Tifa let go, catching at Pann. the monster hit the ground. Tifa scowled and stomped on it. it exploded in a burst of light. "we're going to be fine."

Vertix glared looking around this wasnt good... there where just too many of them! But where were they coming from!?

Josh winced and hit against the wall hard denting it, he stared up at him " Sephiroth why!? Damnit... I should have listened to Rina... I helped do this...!"

" Mrs Gast..." Ansem stood there staring at her his yellow eyes flashing " your holding my good proffessor gast back... you and those miserable children." he took a few steps in her direction

"awe yes Rina." Sephiroth took of a mocking mournful look. "my poor sister. it;s too bad about that little accident she had." he grinned insanely. it was too bad he was lying through his teeth. Rina was fine... but soon she would be dead. even if she somehow survived this it was his orders to kill her. oh what fun...

" Liar!" Josh growled he got up running at him again slashing, he knew it was useless to fight against sephiroth but he just didnt care! His families life was at stake!

Tenks shivered staring at him " Mommy hes scaring me make him stop!"

" No!" Josh pushed back a his eyes began to glow a dark red he winced his body shivering, he remembered... Ansem had... injected him with something on their last...

Tifa hid behind his mother holding his little sister close as he just watched " Mommy be careful...."
Ansem smirked spreading his arms out opening up his hands as he just watched her " Mrs Gast do you actually think you can defeat me? Ive let myself go... I control the darkness itself now!"
