Darkness... the one thing that hides behind every corner... no matter where you are even the smallest bit of it hides... even your own shadow is a bit of that darkness which they come. Some say that Darkness itself is what drives the heart of the body... others say its the light of the world which makes us go. Even if one was to go over the other... in some shape and form they would always be there. Though which is stronger... that is the question which I have searched for...
Josh sighed staring down he had been researching the heartless with Ansem for quite some time. Light darkness... he was begining to wonder which he himself had come from... Ansem had latley been speaking of giving themselves to the darkness because it was the true calling of the heart... but he questioned that... he shook his head as he stared out the window of his home. " With all we have found... alternate worlds... everything... I havent seen darkness taking over in any of it... what if hes wrong...?" he slamed his hand down onto the table " Rina is going to kill me... she said not to trust him..." he grumbled shaking his head again.
Vertix laughed sitting down as he laid back on a blanket spread out there was food around. He had taken Yuffie out on a surprise picnet. He smiled staring over at her the sun was setting down " its getting dark kinda soon dont you think?" he blinked looking at his watch it was only three in the afternoon...? he sat up grabbing a cookie from the basket that his mom had made for them " really early...?"

Yuffie looked around. "it's not the winter solistice is it?" she chuckled and sat up. "maybe an eclipse? clouds?"

" I dont see any Clouds Yuff..." He crawled over towards her then stared up " no blonde headed ones either... but you know!" he smiled sitting down " its just weird its not suppost to get dark this early."

Josh turned heading down the stairs a small boy suddenl latched to his leg " Dadda!" Tenks smiled holding onto him tightly " Dadda can you take me to the park!?" Josh smiled slightly staring down at him " maybe later ok...?"
Tenks shook his head " but... you said that this morning... I think its later now!"
Josh shook his head " I have to go see Mister Ansem again Tenks... I promise when I get back..."

He nodded slightly putting the cookie up to her mouth " my mom makes the best food doesnt she?" he laughed slightly nuzzling her

" Yea and my job is keeping food on our table Tifa... listen... once we figure this thing out... I promise we will never have to work again." He picked Tenks up walking over towards her " im a man of my word..." he handed Tenks to her and smiled.
Tenks frowned reaching over grabbing onto his sleave " Daddy I dont like the Ansem man hes scary!"

He smirked tackling her down to the ground playfully " Yea well! Take this!" he suddenly started to tickle her sides

Vertix broke away shutting his eyes when he opened then again he blinked... it was dark out...? but the sun was only setting a minute ago...?!

" Hes scary..." Tenks whispered resting his head on his mothers shoulder, he remembered the few times the man actually did come to their home... he had those scary yellow eyes...
