A week later...
Sora had decided to come back home. he couldn;t leave his family like this.... not on the edge. he felt guilty. it was all his fault.
As for Tifa... well Tifa was obviously killing herself with guilt as well. moreso. everytime she'd look at one of her kids and think she nearly killed their father... either she;d lock herself up in the bathroom sick, or in her bedroom crying.

" Darkness... holds the soul captive..." Josh whispered laying down in his bed hiding underneathe the blankets... he sighed curling up into a ball suddenly " what am I talking about...?"

There was a knock on the door. Sorsa looked up woth dread. what next?
he stood and answered it. He stared.
"teacher?"
"hey kiddo... you look terrible." Rina murmured.
"teacher!" Sora pounced on her, hugging her tightly. relief flooded over him. Rina could help! "...rina... help us please..."

He pulled the blankets from over his head and growled suddenly standing up " I Need to get the hell out of here..." he sighed sitting at the edge of his bed in nothing but boxers and a tank top " Tifa... do you really want me here...?"

"kiddo... whats wrong?"
"everything!"
Rina frowned. the poor little guy was in tears. "shhh tea. tea is good." she led Sora into the kitchen and sat him down. "calm yourself hon. where are pann and tenks?"
"naps."
"tifa?"
"bathroom."
"josh?"
"bedroom."
Rina stared. "yes robot sir." she sighed, and began to make some tea. it would calm him. just having something warm to hold onto and nurse always made people calmer.

Rina listened to Sora's story, quiet and attentive till the end.
"alright. so, Tifa made a deal with Hades. Josh is having problems and you have a journey to begin, but you can;t because you're trying to take care of everyone."
Sora nodded solemnly, ducking his head.
"well then, the obvious answer is for you to get the hell outta here and do your job."
"but!"
"but nothing kiddo. if you don;t do something now the whole universe will collaspe and you your whole family and gazzelons of others will just... die. and you know it too."
"but..."
"i'll stay with them." Rina announced.

Tifa opened the door to her room slightly as she stared at Josh sitting at the edge of the bed " Joshua..." she whispered walking inside shutting the door behind her.
He turned looking back at her " Hey..."
" You cant..."
" Sleep..." he finished for her staring over at her
She gave him a faint smile walking over towards him " I..."
"Stop saying that you are sorry Tifa... im tired of hearing it" he stood up walking over towards her. " What happend is over..." he placed his hand on her cheek brushing it softly
Tifa frowned then just looked up at him again " I know but..."
" Shh..." he blew into her ear then suddenly leaned down kissing her
She shut her eyes kissing back gently leaning into him just relaxing, it felt so nice... being in his arms again...
He smiled suddenly forcing her down to the bed, theyre tension had to end...

Sora frowned. "Rina..."
Rina stared at the boy, surprised. he had never called her by her name before. "yeah?"
"what if i fail?"
"then you fail. no big deal. no one'll blame you. listen though, if you don;t try at all... that;s when people can blame you. you're holding back cause you're scared aren;lt you? of failure?"
Sora nodded, slowly. that was it. he was scared of failing dad and riku and kairi and his family and friends.
Rina set down her cup, and stood. "the keyblade came to you for a reason. to protect the universe. to keep balance. it;s not something a 14 year old should have to do, but it is your resonsibility. hiding from it, will only make things worse. tell me whats better, coming back to a family, with the possiblity of only a bit disorientation or not having one at all?"
Sora looked up at her, silent. He smiled then and nodded. "you're right."
"raichu never did use the right words did he?" Rina smirked. "you're late kiddo. go now. i'll stay. and don;t worry about you're parents. if there is one thing i know about them is they love each other, and forgiveness of even the worst wcrimes is what love is all about. it's gonna be ok."

" Gah!!" There was a loud scream as Tenks stood at the door of his parents room " Thats grose!" he suddenly ran as fast as he could " Eww! Eww! Eww!" he shouted across the halls.
Josh had climbed off of Tifa, and she had quickly covered herself up in embaressment. " Why didnt you lock the door!?" Josh said his face a beat red.
Tifa laughed slightly staring down then just leaned against him " I think we scarred him for life." she said joking slightly

"tenks?"Sora looked up.
"no no, go." she pushed him away, "i'll take care of it." she walked up the stairs, intercepting Tenks. "hey there." she grabbed him around the waist and hugged him.
