she smiled, more bittersweet then anything, but blinked at her curious word usage. she looked at him, perplexed. "lady?" it sounded so.... familar...

Rina stared then looked away. "this can;t be happening.... this just canlt be..." she bowed her head, tugging at her hair. "what the fuck! i lose diana and then you come back into my life! theres someone eternally wrong with that!"

"idiot!" she grabbed onto his wing and threw him into a tree trunk, pinning him there by holding onto him. "red or maxwell you're still an idiot. always will be won;t you!?" she bowed her head, leaning closer to him. "it doesnlt matter whose feelings i had for who was stronger. diana;s dead now i donlt have anything to chose from. hell i never chose in the first place i let you into my life and diana allowed it now she;s goine and its just us and..." Rina shuddered. "can you blame me for being torn apart? i miss her. i loved her... but it doesn;t mean i never missed you, that i never loved you. idiot, i thought you were dead to. the thought of being alone, being without you two... it was breaking me to pieces..."

He frowned pulling her close wrapping his wings around her " shh... its ok... I loved her too Rina..." he sighed moving his hand through her hair brushing it gently " if I could... id go back and time and stop any of this from ever happening..."

"if only life were that simple right?" she whispered bitterly. she stared downwards. "god... Red.... i can't imagine it. when we finally go home and there'll be no more Diana around the house. no more of her amazing food dishes, no more teasing games and... i can;t even begin to see us sleeping in that bed without on of us spooning around her..." Rina choked down a sob. "i can;t... red she can;t..."
