"what!?" Rufus roared, getting to his feet. he shook, unstable, but his fury was enough to keep him up for the moment. "he can't-!"

Tifa ran into her sons room rushing towards his bed, he was asleep as he just laid there... she frowned kneeling down infront of the bed reaching over placing her hand on his forehead... he was burning up... " Tenks..."

"y-yes sir..." Reno ducked his head in a bow and hurried off.
Rufus treked down the hallway, placing both hands against the wall and breathing deeply, walking slowly, keeping the wall as a support. maybe it would have been a good idea to bring his cane...

" Mommy it hurts..." Tenks said glancing over in her direction
Tifa frowned taking his small hand in her own " Its ok Tenks... everythings going to be ok..." she stared trying not to cry but felt a few tears slipping down her cheeks.
Tenks frowned " Mommy why are you crying...?"

Rufus finally made it to the doorway, grabbing onto the wooden threshold. he shook a bit, knowing if he let go he;d fall. damnit all.

Tenks sat up crawling over in her direction, the geostigma on his back had spread all over... and in such a short time...
Tifa stared at it then reached over pulling her son into a hug as she held him " My baby boy..."

Tenks pouted " Mommy kiss me goodnight so it can go away in the morning...?" he asked shutting his eyes.
Tifa frowned laying her son back into bed as she leaned down kissing his forehead, she only wished that it could go away so easily... there was no known cure for it... and children always died within a two year timeframe... because there bodies couldnt fight it off like adults...

Tenks laid back into his bed breathing heavily... the fever had gotten alot worse since Reno had last checked him... something was really wrong with his body...
Tifa sighed glancing back at Rufus with a frown on her face as she stood up walking in his direction " Rufus..."
