He blinked and walked back to her. "I...I don't hate you. I never did." He sighed and pulled his backpack off. "I...I hate myself more than anything..."
He reached into his bag and pulled out the music box that he had found when he was younger. "I saw this in your house the last time I saw you...I...I couldn't help but take it...it ment so much to me you know? But...I want you to have it back..." He handed it to her gently and sighed.

Elly looked at the box silently then her eyes widened a fraction. Was that love song... for her? No... that was stupid.
"no keep it." she said handing it back. "if you like it so much you can have it."

He frowned and handed it back, placing her hands over it. "No...I gave this to you...when i left as a child. I always played it when you were crying...and it always made you smile. I would do anything to see that smile. So when I left...I gave it to you...I guess i thought you would remember me...even if you were too young."

He laughed and shook his head. "Yea...well...i was quite small when that happened." He shrugged and frowned. "You didn't happen to go to the concert did you?"

He didn't hear her whisper and slowly disappeared into the dark ally. he sighed as he walked through the back door and up to his room.

He walked into his room and slammed the door. He stared at it for awhile then suddenly snapped out of it when his cellphone ran. He looked at the number and saw it was Reno. He growled and hung up...not even saying hello.
He walked to the window and watched Elly storm off.

Reno stared at the phone silently then growled. "well fine!" he slammed the phone down.
Elly sighed flapping her wings reluctantly then ran and flew through the air.
