Call it woman;s intuition, call it luck, but something ran through Elly. Something horrible.
"AYA!" Elly screeched, sitting up. Something was wrong with him.
Suddenly, she convulsed feeling pain wrack her body. Elly screamed, her muscles tightening. But she couldn;t...
She forced herself to stand and walked out the front door. Her steps were slow and painful and tears were running down her face. She panted, "Aya..."

Mikka frowned. "I had to suffer...they burned my face and did horrible test on me...while you and your father had a good life. Well...now it's time for your family to suffer." She stood and sighed. "Maybe if you're lucky...you're wife will come and see you in heaven soon."
Aya's eyes widened. "WHAT!? Don't you dare hurt her!" He pushed himself up from the snow and pushed his body up against the wall.

Elly frowned, unfolding her wings and took off. "Aya!!!" she gasped wincing as a convulsion ran through her and she nerely fell from the sky. it hurt... but aya... he wanted to be there...

Mikka frowned as she watched him. "You would do anything for your family huh? Vincent never thought that...It's a pity...but I need my revenge."
Aya reached down and grabbed the rod that Reno gave him a few years back. He told him to keep the family safe... He dashed towards Mikka and slashed it at her. She grabbed it and stopped the attack. He growled and flicked on the button, electricuting Mikka. She winced and grabbed her gun, pressing it up against Aya's side and shot.

Elly lifted her head hearing the shot. she frowned flying off in that direction. "Aya!"

Aya jerked back and fell against the snow. he...didn't know how to fight. How could he protect his family? He couldn't sing people away. The blood dyed the snow a dark red. His body started to spaze from the blood loss.
Once Mikka got her balance back, she started to run away from Aya.

unfortunitly for Mikka, Elly had seen, and she was pissed.
"Why you!" Elly growled flying forward and used her claws to rip straight into Mikka's back.

Mikka screamed and flung the creature on her back to the ground. "You hidious demon! How dare you." She grabbed her gun and pointed it towards Elly's head.
Aya looked at what all the noise was and blinked. "ELLY!"

Elly cried out laying in the snow. pain coursed from her stomach but as her vision cleared she could see the barrel of a gun pointed right at her.
No... our child! Elly panted, then her eyes narrowed and quickly sheilding herself behind her own wings.

Another gunshot broke the silence. Aya closed his eyes tightly and tears ran down his cheek...elly...why did this happen? What had he done to deserve this? And elly...she was fucking innocent! and the baby....the tears ran down faster as the snow burned his cheek.
Suddenly a hand touched Aya's shoulder and he opened his eyes to see a green glow around his hand. His wounds were healing slowly and he blinked. He looked up to see Vincent knelling next to Elly.
"Elly, come on." he helped her up and frowned.
Mikka had been shot in the side of the head. She laid in the snow, dead.

Elly looked at Vincent dazedly. She shut her eyes and hugged him. "V-vincent! oh god! we and you and..." She started to babble and sob. Then she winced feeling blood trickling down her leg. she looked down. "thats not attractive either!" she started to sob again her hands clutching onto Vincent tighter. oh god it hurts!!
"Elly..." Rina whispered softly as she came into veiw. her eyes widened a bit when she saw blood dripping in the snow from her daughter's... legs? "oh god!"
"Hey kid." Reno whispered softly next to Aya. He looked up frowning.

Aya looked up and smiled slightly. "dad..." he grabbed his hand and sighed. "I couldn't protect her..."
Vincent frowned. "Shhh...everything will be alright. You need to get your baby out soon..."

Reno smiled a bit. "You did your best and thasts what counts."
Elly frowned biting her lip and started to groan as pain lashed through her.

Vincent frowned. "Rina! Can you bring her some place where she can have the baby?"
Aya nodded slightly. "Dad...i told her I'd be there for her when she had our baby....bring me with her."

Rina nodded. "Yeah my place is best, and closer." she hurried over towards her daughter. "here give her to me i can get her there quickest."
Reno smiled and nodded. "you betcha." he leaned down helping Aya to his feet.
