Angus ran on all fours, his long silver hair flapped behind him. As Star dropped her speed, Angus kicked his speed up a notch. He suddenly pounced her and rolled across the ground. Shortly after that he pinned her and snickered.
Gab looked at him and closed the book. "I don't know...I never really met anyone that...well....you know."

Star panted and glared at Angus, "bah, jerk"
Arrow sighed his ears twitched a bit, "heh you have no luck do you?"

Angus smiled and got off. He looked around and growled. He could smell something odd in the air.
Gab shook his head. "No...none at all."

Angus growled again and he looked to where he could smell the odd scent. "There's something odd about a mile away from here...a smell that i've never smelt before." He looked back at her. "Let's check it out."
gab looked at him then looked away.

Angus started to walked down through the forest, following the scent. As the scent grew stronger, he stepped silently on the twigs and leaves. Soon he could see something odd up ahead. As they grew closer, Angus could tell what it was. It was a large....egg. It was about 4 feet high and a strange electric field hovered around the off-white egg. Angus raised his eyebrow and looked at Star.
Gab shrugged. "hey...some people aren't lucky."

"strange... a chocobo maybe?" Str said sweatdropping, "i didn;t think they got thgast big though..."
Arrow walked over, "but ki'm sorry i brought it up. i shouldn;t have."

Angus rolled his eyes. "Chocobo eggs aren't that big." He walked up to it slowly and sniffed it. "It's doesn't smell like one either..."
Gab shrugged. "hey, don't worry about it."

Angus frowned. "This is serious Star...what could it be?"
Gab stood up and put the book away. "Listen...I helped you raise the children..I'm happy with that ok?"

Suddenly the egg started to move. Angus jumped back and hid behind a tree.
Gab sighed. "so...are you going to leave soon?"

A small chip of the egg fell off the egg. Angus watched closely as cracks ran down the egg.
Gab shook his head. "I can't stop you if you wish to do so."
