Sage sat up and held himself. He looked away, trying to cover his tears. He wouldn't die...he couldn't die...not now. In three more years, they would be free.

Tay walked over frowning at the color of his loves skin, "oh Sage," he kneeled down and rubbed his cheek.

Sage started to cry and burried his head in his arms. "I am no longer worth your time...I'm going to die. I'm not strong enough to keep going."

He looked up at Tay and sighed. "Tay...I'm not as strong as you...you were always stronger than me. My lungs...they burn and my eyes burn too. I'm not going to recover from this...I know I'm not."

Sage looked at Tay and frowned. He closed his eyes and nodded. "Alright...I'll try my best to stay alive for you...but if I start to suffer--" He grabbed Tay's shirt and pulled him close. "Promise me you will take me out of my misery."

Sage smiled weakly. He reached up and touched Tay's cheek. "All my life I've been wanting to make love with you, express my feelings to you like no other...I...I don't think I will ever be able to touch your skin..." Tears ran down his cheek as he brushed Tay's.

Sage frowned. he reached up and kissed Tay softly. He hated seeing Tay cry...he knew that Tay was strong.

The next morning Sage woke up in a large bed. He looked around and noiced that he was in his master's home. A boy walked in and smiled at Sage. "Hey, you're a indoor slave now untill you get better."
He walked over to Sage and sat down. "My name is Chris...you must be Sage?" The boy blushed as he put a cloth over Sage's forehead. "It's nice to meet you."
